Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. The journal contains original research articles based on literature and/or empirical research in the fields of Law, Education, and Society particularly, but not limited to, six main topics, namely (1) Islamic Law and Legislation, (2) Islamic Law in Classical and Modern Social Life, (3) Islamic Education Philosophy, Curriculum, and Methodology, (4) Islamic Education Management, Policy, and Innovation, (5) Islamic Sociology and anthropology, (6) Islamic Community Empowerment. Abstract

Islamic criminal law considers that every perpetrator of adultery or a person who engages in sexual relations outside of marriage is punishable by punishment, whether the perpetrator is married or not, whether they are consensual or not, because Jarimah (criminal act) for adultery in Islamic law is categorized as Jarimah hudud. The formulation of the problem in this paper is as follows, how are the rules of caning for adultery perpetrators in Islamic criminal law, how is the application of sanctions / canings against the perpetrators of zina zina in Islamic criminal law, how are judges' legal considerations in the application of flogging law against adultery perpetrators based on the decision of the Lhokseumawe Syar'iyah Court. The type of research in this research is normative legal research with a normative juridical approach. Normative legal research is also called doctrinal legal research, where law is conceptualized as what is written in laws and regulations (law in books) and research on legal systematics can be carried out if there are certain statutory regulations or written law. The data collection technique in this research is library research, which is "research to get an overview or information about similar research and related to the problems being studied. The regulation of caning for adultery perpetrators in Islamic criminal law is being flogged a hundred times according to the word of Allahswt. Surat an-Nur paragraph 2, while Article 33 (1) of the Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Jinayat Law states that anyone who deliberately commits adultery, is threatened with 'uqubat hudud, 100 (one hundred) lashes. Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Law of Jinayat does not differentiate between adulterers muhshan and ghairu muhshan, which means that adulterers in Aceh, both married and unmarried, receive the same severe sentence of 100 (one hundred) lashes. The application of sanctions / caning punishments for adultery perpetrators in Islamic criminal law must be carried out and witnessed by a group of believers, meaning that it must be in an open place and can be seen by others. The objective is for learning and prevention, both for the perpetrator of the crime himself and for other people.

Abstract

Marriage is sunatullah that generally applies to all creatures, marriage is a path chosen by Allah SWT as a way for his creatures to reproduce. In the context of carrying out the educational process between husband and wife, they must have "supplies" in forming religious beliefs for their families and children. For this reason, understanding Islamic religious education is the basis for realizing a real marriage. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an impact of early marriage on the sustainability of Islamic religious education in Lau Rempak Village, Dusun II Lau Bintang Kec. STM downstream Kab. Deli Serdang. The test was carried out with a "t" test analysis to determine whether there was an impact of early marriage on the sustainability of Islamic religious education. The test criteria is to compare the value of tcount with the value of ttable at the 95% significance level, with an error of 0.05%, the degrees of freedom are n-2 or 15-2 = 13. And the results obtained are tcount = 0.46116 ttable = 2160 which it means that Ho is accepted, which means that there is an impact of early marriage on the sustainability of Islamic religious education in Lau Rempak Village, Dusun II Lau Bintang, Kec. STM Hilir Kab. Deli Serdang.

Abstract

School is a place where children learn to interact with other people. Schools must build a culture that prioritizes moral aspects, love, gentleness, respect for differences, and abstain from violent attitudes. Schools must improve emotional intelligence which influences students' moral factors (behavior) in order to achieve quality education. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely statistics. Data collection uses the following techniques, questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. Emotional Quotient has a great influence on student morals. This is based on the results of analysis using a simple linear regression formula and obtained Fcount results of 138.555 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. From the test results, it is known that the influence of emotional quotient on student morals is 61.2%, this shows that there is still 38.8% influence from other variables that were not examined in this research. From the results of the coefficient of determination test with a correlation coefficient R of 0.782, it is concluded that the influence of emotional quotient on student morals is strong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pemberian reward terhadap pendidikan karakter anak di MTs Amin Darussalam Bandar Setia. Bagaimana bentuk pemberian punishment (hukuman) terhadap pendidikan karakter anak di MTs Amin Darussalam Bandar Setia. Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian hadiah (reward) dan punishment pendidikan karakter anak di MTs Amin Darussalam Bandar Setia 2018-2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 205 orang siswa dengan sampel 42 orang melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisa data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan statistik product moment regresi berganda melalui uji-t dan uji determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara reward terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa kelas VII MTs Amin Darussalam dengan nilai bı = 0,3 dan peningkatan pendidikan karakter 10,13. Terdapat pengaruh antara punishment terhadap pendidikan karakter  dengan nilai b2= 1,00 dan peningkatan pendidikan karakter 10,13. Terdapat pengaruh reward dan punishment secara bersama-sama terhadap pendidikan karakter  Petani Jeruk di Desa Panji Bako Kecamatan Sitinjo Kabupaten Dairi dengan perhitungan regresi linier 1.950 yaitu pengaruh sangat kuat. Berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan thitung 6.959ttabel 2,021 dan uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap pendidikan karakter adalah 90,25% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama dan signifikan antara reward dan punishment terhadap pendidikan karakter siswa kelas VII MTs Amin Darussalam.

Abstract

This research departs from the discrepancies in applying the method in learning. The author wants to know how the effectiveness of the implementation of the drill method in the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith on student interest in learning at MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading. With this research aims to determine the effectiveness of the drill method in the process of learning Al-Qur'an Hadith with student interest in learning at MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading. The background for the researcher to raise this title is because learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading still uses traditional learning methods, namely the lecture method, so that children feel bored and bored with these methods. Seeing this problem, the researchers were interested in taking this title and offering a drill method as this method is considered effective in improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to implement the drill method in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading. How are students' interest in learning in implementing the drill method in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading. This research is a quantitative study, taking the background of MTs Al-Ihya Tanjung Gading. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. While this data analysis technique is quantitative. Based on the research, it can be seen that the effectiveness of the implementation of the drill method is 58% on students' interest in learning, while the remaining 42% is an influence from outside this study on the motivation to learn Al-Qur'an Hadith.

Abstract

Intelligence is something that is considered for students, this involves verbal-linguistic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, being able to use words orally and in writing well, being able to work together and understand other people. The method is the way taken to achieve certain goals, and discussion is the negotiation or exchange of ideas to gain an understanding of the causes of a problem and the solutions to it. Multiple intelligences are multiple intelligences as this theory explains that human cognitive competition is better explained in terms of a set of abilities, talents, or mental skills called intelligence. According to Gardner, this view is more human and accurate in reflecting data on human intelligent behavior. The use of the discussion method is quite helpful in developing multiple intelligence for class VIII students of Mts PAB 1 Helvetia.

Abstract

Pengajaran Agama Islam memiliki tugas penting untuk mengembangkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar umat Islam dapat berperan aktif, tetap bertahan serta mampu bersaing di era globalisasi. Syaikh Ahmad Surkati merupakan tokoh yang besar dalam pembaharuan pemikiran Islam di Indonesia terutama dalam bidang Pendidikan. Namun namanya masih jarang disebut dalam wacana sejarah pergulatan pemikiran Islam di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengajaran Agama Islam yang digagas oleh Syaikh Ahmad Surkati secara mendalam karena pemikiran beliau banyak mempengaruhi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). Syaikh Ahmad Surkati merupakan tokoh pembaharu dunia pendidikan Islam. Terbukti dengan adanya penjenjangan dalam institusi pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh Syaikh Ahmad Surkati yang sebelumnya belum pernah ada di Indonesia. Syaikh Ahmad Surkati juga merupakan pelopor terbentuknya sistem kelembagaan dalam dunia pendidikan. Ini sebuah kemajuan dalam dunia pendidikan. Besar kiranya kontribusi Syaikh Ahmad Surkati dalam membina dan memajukan serta membenahi sistem pendidikan yang berkembang di Indonesia.

Abstract

The low development of emotional and spiritual intelligence of students according to the opinion of the writer due to the lack of the role of religious teachers in instilling the values of education and teaching, especially in Islamic religious education to students, therefore in this research the writer wants to examine further the role of religious teachers in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual students through Islamic Religious Education, what are the efforts made by religious education teachers and what are the obstacles in developing students' emotional and spiritual intelligence. Based on the results of the study, the role of religious teachers shows the role of educators and teachers, as facilitators, motivators, managerial, as parents and as role models for students of Muhammadiyah 1 Medan High School in developing their emotional and spiritual intelligence. Emotional and spiritual intelligence of students of Muhammadiyah 1 Medan Senior High School showed the existence of good emotional and spiritual intelligence. Based on the research, the calculation of count ttable (3,837 2,021). Based on the determinant test of the calculation results it can be concluded that the emotional and spiritual intelligence of students increased influenced by variable X (the role of religious teachers) by 34.45%, the remaining 65.55% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi tentang bagaimana Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam melakukan dan menerapkan Pembinaan Akhlak yang berada di SMP Yayasan Perguruan Indonesia Membangun Namorambe. Sekarang ini banyak ditemukan penyimpan yang dilakukan beberapa peserta didik baik itu di sekolah maupun di luar lingkungan sekolah seperti melawan guru, bolos saat di jam sekolah, berkata yang tidak sopan, dan masih banyak penympangan-penyimpangan yang terjadi. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam skripsi ini adalah analisis kualitatif, proses pengumpulan data didapatkan dengan melakukan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian adalah Peran Guru Pendidkan Agama Islam Dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Peserta Didik SMP Yayasan Perguruan Indonesia Membangun Namorambe. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa peran guru agama Islam dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik SMP Yayasan Perguruan Indonesia Membangun Namorambe sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan guru sudah menjalankan tugas dengan prosedur atau kurikulum yang berlaku. Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik adalah dengan cara menerapkan pembiasaan di sekolah membiasakan peserta didik mengucap salam, berperilaku yang baik, bertutur kata yang lembut, rapi dalam berpakaian, disiplin belajar, menghormati guru dan sesama teman. Peran guru dalam pembinaan akhlak juga sudah banyak memberikan pengaruh terhadap peserta didik yakni peserta didik memiliki akhlak yang lebih baik lagi, walaupun memang sedikit berat dalam pembinaan ini, dikarenakan berada di mayoritas non-muslim dan minim pengetahuan terhadap Islam.

Abstract

Student Council at Mts.S LAB. IKIP AL Washliyah Medan is not only a forum for organization for students, but also a forum for interacting and collaborating between students with one another. Through the activities carried out by the Student Council, students can form their leadership character. This study aims to describe OSIS activities at Mts.S LAB. IKIP AL Washliyah Medan, to describe efforts to build student leadership characters at Mts.S LAB. IKIP AL Washliyah Medan, and describes the role of OSIS in shaping leadership character at Mts.S LAB. IKIP AL Washliyah Medan. This type of research is qualitative. The subjects of this study were the Student Council Deputy, Student Council Supervisor and OSIS Chair Mts.S LAB. IKIP AL Washliyah Medan as a key informant. The object of this research is the role of OSIS in shaping students' leadership character. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Student Council in Mts.S LAB. IKIP AL Washliyah Medan has a work program and activities that have been determined at the beginning of the school year. These activities are in accordance with the functions and objectives of the Student Council. OSIS activities do not always go as planned, sometimes there are things that deviate and even these activities are not carried out. (2) One of the efforts to shape student leadership character is by carrying out student council activities, because in these activities all OSIS administrators and members are involved to make the event a success, and by becoming a committee will shape student leadership character. Student council activities are very influential in shaping student leadership character namely Student Leadership Basic Training activities. These activities teach students to be responsible leaders.
