Abstract

Teacher teaching skills are the skills or abilities of teachers in managing and implementing the learning process in schools that must be mastered for the realization of the goals of education. Learning motivation is a conscious effort to influence a person's behavior so that he is moved to act to do something so as to achieve the result or goal. certain. Based on the results of the pre-survey that the author did, it can be stated that there are still gaps in the learning process that occurs, this can be seen from some students' lack of motivation to learn. The formulation of the problem that the author proposes in this study is Is there an Influence of Teacher Skills on Learning Motivation for Islamic Religious Education Class VII at SMP Negeri 2 One Roof Bandar Bejambu. This research is a quantitative research and the nature of this research is correlation. The population of this study were all students of class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Satu Atap Bandar Bejambu totaling 51 students with a sample of 39 students because most of the students were non-Muslims. The method used is the questionnaire method as the main method and documentation as a supporting method. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the writer uses a hypothetical mean formula. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence between teacher teaching skills and student learning motivation. That is, teacher teaching skills (x) are included in the "very low" category. The magnitude of the influence with the variable of student learning motivation is 0.13 and the teacher's teaching skills and student motivation of SMP Negeri 2 One Roof are in the sufficient category. This shows that the teaching skills of teachers must always be considered and improved because they have an unfavorable impact on students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History using discussion and expository strategies as well as the influence of discussion strategies on learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History in Grade VIII Students of MTs Al-Ulum Medan, Medan Area District, for the 2021-2022 academic year. The population of all class VIII students totaled 195 students. The sample was determined purposively, namely 24 students in class VIII.1 as the experimental group and 24 students in class VIII.2 as the control group. The purpose of this study was to find out how the learning outcomes of Islamic cultural history used the discussion strategy for class VIII students of MTs Al-Ulum Medan, Medan District in the year 2021-2022 and to find out how the learning outcomes of Islamic cultural history used the expository strategy for class VIII students of MTs Al- Ulum Medan District of Medan Area for the 2021-2022 academic year. This study used an experimental method, with a test instrument for Islamic Cultural History learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice objectives of 25 questions. This test was tested after each group participated in learning using discussion and expository strategies. Because this research is comparative in nature, the average value of variable X1 and variable X2 is compared to one another. The comparison used is the t-test statistic, namely the test of the difference in the mean of two independent sample groups. Based on the results of data analysis and statistical tests, it was concluded from the results of the study: The learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History using the discussion strategy obtained an average value of 84.5. The acquisition of the average value indicates that the group of students who were taught using the discussion strategy has the learning outcomes category A (very good). The learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History using the Expository strategy obtained an average value of 75.8. The acquisition of the average value indicates that the group of students who are taught using the Expository strategy has a learning outcome category B (good). Learning with a discussion strategy has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of Islamic Cultural History for class VIII MTs Al-Ulum Medan. This is evidenced by calculations using the "t" test, where the t calculation results are compared with ttable and obtained tcount ttable or 4.37 1.677.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya pendidikan merupakan proses untuk membantu manusia dalam mengembangkan dirinya sehingga mampu menghadapi setiap perubahan yang terjadi. Keberadaan bimbingan konseling di lembaga pendidikan yang  mengatasnamakan islam dalam menjalankan tugas bimbingannya tentu harus  berpegang teguh pada ajaran islam yang baik. Salah satu tugas guru BK adalah  membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Motivasi adalah keadaan internal  organisme (manusia ataupun hewan) yang mendorongnya untuk berbuat sesuatu.  Bagaimana peran bimbingan konseling islam dalam motivasi belajar siswa  di SMA N 1 Serba Jadi, serta bagaimana teknik layanan bimbingan konseling  islam dalam memotivasi belajar siswa serta bimbingan konseling apa saja yang  sudah diterapkan dalam memotivasi belajar siswa di SMA N 1 Serba Jadi.  Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk layanan bimbingan  konseling islam, Untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa dan juga untuk  mengetahu peran bimbingan konseling islam. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah  menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai bimbingan konseling Islam sebagai sumbangan pemikiran dan bahan masukkan dalam rangka untuk menerapkan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan bimbingan konseling islam serta meningkatkan kualitas guru BK dalam melaksanakan teknik layanan bimbingan  konseling islam dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian penelitian lapangan. Sumber data yang diperoleh data primer yaitu  kepala sekolah, guru BK/guru PAI dan peserta didik yang menjadi sampei, serta  dari data sekunder (buku-buku, jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu yang menjadi  reverensi). Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan  dokumentasi. Semua data yang dikumpulkan diproses secara sistematis melalui  reduksi data, penyajian data, dan analisis data.  Jenis bimbingan yang diberikan guru BKI adalah bimbingan individu,  bimbingan kelompok, dan konsultasi. Bimbingan individu dimaksudkan  memberikan kesempatan pada setiap siswa untuk membahas permasalahan dan dibimbing secara individu. Bimbingan kelompok dimaksud memberikan  bimbingan secara kelompok kepada siswa. Selain itu agar siswa yang lain dapat  memberi pendapat terhadap permasalahan yang ada. Konsultasi yaitu layanan  yang dibeikan ketika konsultan lain meminta pendapat terhadap guru BKI yang  mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatasi permasalahan.

This Study Aims To Determine The Implementation Of Work Culture In Improving Teacher Discipline In Madrasah Aliyah Medan UNIVA Project. To get this data, the population is all 33 teachers. The sample was determined using 33 random sampling techniques. The metthod in this research is descriptive method with data collection instruments is a questionnaire of 5 items. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaan ini sering tidak disadari oleh sebagian masyarakat bahwa bayi yang telah disusukan kepada wanita lain menyebabkan terjadinya hubungan mahram antara bayi tersebut dengan ibu yang menyusuinya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Kemudian aktivitas dalam analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display dan verificaton. Hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan adalah kadar susuan yang mengharamkan pernikahan menurut Imam Syafi’i adalah lima kali susuan yang berpisah-pisah. Dari penjelasan ukuran air susu diatas bahwa dapat dihubungkan dengan pendapat Imam Syafi’i dikatakan satu kali penyusuan adalah ketika bayi menyusui sampai kenyang karena apabila kenyang sibayi akan menolak untuk menyusui kembali. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan hukum mahram berupa keadaan susu dan cara penyampaian air susu sampai pada perut bayi. Mensyaratkan dalam penyampaian air susu harus sampai pada perut atau pada otak dengan perantara mulut dan penuangan kedalam tenggorokan, atau penuangan air susu lewat hidung, begitu juga penuangan lewat lubang yang tembus sampai pada otak, maka hal ini dapat mengakibatkan hukum mahram.

Abstract

The progress of science and technology is increasingly rapidly in the current global era, its influence is felt in people's lives. The need for a concept and mechanism for teaching and learning information technology-based education is inevitable. The concept, which was later known as E-Learning, had the effect of transforming conventional education into digital form, both in terms of content and system. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education in the application of E-Learning, as well as the effect of the application of E-Learning on learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education at SMK Putra Kualauh Teluk Pulai Dalam. The population in this study were all students of SMK Putra Kualuh, the research sample was set at 35 students. The collection tool used is a questionnaire on the results of the application of E-Learning in the form of a multiple-choice objective of 20 questions that are tested after participating in learning using E-Learning. The results obtained from this study are the average value of Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes (questionnaire) of students after being taught using E-Learning is 9.4 very good category. From the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase motivation and effectiveness in learning. The application of E-Learning can foster student enthusiasm in participating in learning activities carried out and be able to encourage students to achieve higher learning outcomes.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of the policies of the government that can help reduce poverty in Indonesia, where in this Harahap Family Program the target is KPM (Beneficiary Group). assistance from PKH, with the requirements that the KPM must fulfill the obligations that have been regulated and stipulated in the general PKH guidelines related to improving human resources (Human Resources). In the short term, PKH aims to reduce the free expenditure of poor families and in the long term, PKH is a program that is expected to break the poverty chain between generations and is also expected to improve the quality of human resources in the fields of education, health and social welfare. This study aims to determine the process of implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Bandar Setia village, Percut Sei Tuan sub-district and to describe the obstacles in implementing PKH in this village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that in general the process of implementing the PKH program in Bandar Setia village, Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, was quite good. This can be seen from every stage of the implementation process that went well and smoothly, although here and there there are still some shortcomings, but overall the goals and objectives of this PKH have been achieved well.

Abstract

This research discusses the concept of magic, the interpretation of Al-Qur'an verses about magic, and its influence on a Muslim's faith according to the interpretation of Al-Misbah. This research is qualitative research in the form of literature research. The results of the research show that the concept of magic in Islam is based on the context of the Al-Qur'an as a strange or miraculous (occult) act that is unknown according to custom beyond human expectations. Magic shows amazing or extraordinary things, but it is not like a miracle, nor is it sacred. Magic can be done through words, actions, amulets, oaths and other things shown by the sorcerer. Analysis of the interpretation of Al-Quran verses about magic in a Muslim's faith in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 102, Yusuf verses 77, 81 and 82, and Thaha verses 67 and 69 interpret that magic as in the time of Prophet Sulaiman and Prophet Isa is deception. and the deeds of Satan. According to Al-Misbah's interpretation, the influence of magic on Muslim faith is an act of shirk, namely an act that involves forces other than the power of Allah SWT. According to Quraish Shihab in his interpretation of Al-Misbah in several letters and verses, believing in magic and committing acts of magic are acts of shirk that can damage a person's faith.

Abstract

Learning is a process of changing behavior from not knowing to knowing or from not being able to be able to. Because of that learning becomes something very important for one's life. In conducting learning activities, of course, requires a force called motivation. This paper tries to look further at how motivation influences one's learning activities. Literature approach is employed in this study to describe everything obtained to increase understanding related to motivation to learn. In general, motivation is divided into two, namely intrinsic and extrinsic. Problems that always cause difficulties for students to learn are internal factors that include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains, while external factors cover all situations and environmental conditions that do not support student learning activities. In addition, other factors that are more specifically causing difficulties for students in learning are dyslexia (inability to learn to read); dysgraphia (inability to learn or to write) and dyscalculia (inability to learn mathematics).

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kontribusi penerapan Kitab Taysir Al-Khalaq dalam pembinaan akhlaqul mahmudah di MTs Putri Alifah Medan Marelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, guru bimbingan konseling, guru akidah akhlak, serta siswa, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kitab Taysir Al-Khalaq berjalan dengan efektif, sebagaimana terlihat dari pengorganisasian materi yang baik, komunikasi yang efektif, serta metode pembelajaran yang menekankan keteladanan, pemberian nasihat, pembiasaan. Guru akidah akhlak memiliki peran aktif dalam membina akhlaqul mahmudah siswa dengan menjadi teladan dalam sikap, tutur kata, dan kedisiplinan, serta mendorong siswa untuk melakukan kebaikan melalui berbagai kegiatan keagamaan seperti salat berjamaah dan tahfiz Al-Qur’an. Faktor pendorong dalam pembinaan akhlak mencakup keteladanan guru, dukungan orang tua, fasilitas madrasah, serta kerja sama antara guru dan staf, sementara faktor penghambatnya meliputi pengaruh game online, latar belakang siswa, dan lingkungan pertemanan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembinaan akhlaqul mahmudah melalui Kitab Taysir Al-Khalaq memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa.
