Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of the Active Knowledge Sharing method in learning the Qur'an-Hadith, student responses to the application of the Active Knowledge Sharing method in learning the Qur'an-Hadith, and student interest in learning the Qur'an-Hadith by applying the method. Active Knowledge Sharing in class VII SMP Nurul Hadina Patumbak District. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research which consists of the stages of collecting data, analyzing, and interpreting it objectively, factually, accurately and systematically in explaining, describing and writing as well as reporting the state of the object or data that has been obtained in the form of written and spoken words from people. - people and observable behavior. The research subjects were the Principal, Homeroom Teacher, Qur'an-Hadith Teacher, and Students of SMP Nurul Hadina, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The results showed that: 1) The application of the Active Knowledge Sharing method in Qur'an-Hadith learning was carried out with several activities, namely preliminary, core and closing activities in accordance with the planned RPP, for evaluation carried out in the form of active knowledge sharing learning, namely in learning emphasizes the activity of sharing information with fellow students while the teacher only acts as a facilitator and guide. Teachers also apply direct learning strategies with the lecture method; 2) Students' responses to the application of the Active Knowledge Sharing method in learning the Qur'an-Hadith show the enthusiastic attitude of students which is marked by following the Qur'an-Hadith learning process very well. Therefore, students are very interested in participating in this learning at the next meeting, this can be seen in student responses that in general students express interest in participating in this learning at the next meeting; and 2) The students' interest in learning the Qur'an-Hadith is significantly increased which can be indicated by the enthusiasm of students, enthusiasm of students, the sense of pleasure and interest of students in the process of learning the Qur'an-Hadith, this of course cannot be separated from the ways of teaching the teacher. Qur'an-Hadith that facilitates student learning well, comfortable and fun, so that students' interest in learning Qur'an-Hadith can increase very well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan betapa pentingnya penggunaan literasi digital bagi peserta didik dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran pai di kelas X Smk  Swasta Istiqlal Delitua.  Salah satu komponen penting yang diperlukan didalam proses pembelajaran adalah media dan guru. Terkhusus pada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, yang memiliki tugas utama dengan melaksanakan pembentukan kepribadian dan akhlak mulia serta mentransformasi ilmu pengetahuan agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Literasi juga sangat penting dalam menunjang kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Di dunia pendidikan ini sendiri sudah dimasuki oleh teknologi dengan contoh yang paling sederhana adalah penggunaan laptopdan handphone. Penggunaan dan penguasaan teknologi ini dikenal dengan istilah literasi digital. Dan di era digital saat ini, tentu saja peserta didikharus memilih dan juga menguasai teknologi yang tepat pada saat pembelajaran agama berlangsung. Literasi digital yang digunakan pada saat pembelajaran Pai tentu saja akan memberikan kesan dan warna baru serta menarik antusiasme para peserta didik kelas X di Smk Swasta Istiqlal ini. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif yang peneliti lakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi di lingkungan Smk Swasta Istiqlal Delitua, melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa pertanyaan oleh guru pai, peserta didik, dan wakil kepala sekolah yang mewakili kepala sekolah Smk Swasta Istiqlal Delitua, selain itu juga mengambil beberapa dokumentasi di pembelajaran pai Smk Swasta Istiqlal Delitua khususnya di kelas X OTKP. Hasil penelitian ini yaituketika pembelajaran berlangsung di kelas X OTKP SMK Swasta Istiqlal Delitua, mereka memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan menggunakan media digital yang ada untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didil dalam penerapan literasi digital, seperti media sosial yaitu whatsapp, internet, e-book, dan handphone. Kemudian proses implementasi literasi digital dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam ini tentunya ada beberapa tahapan yang harus diselesaikan yaitu pertama tahap menyediakan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran, kedua pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi, ketiga mengadakan evaluasi dengan memberikan tugas-tugas kepada peserta didik untuk mengetahui hasil pembelajarannya. Selain itu, Faktor pendukungnya adalah adanya fasilitas seperti Infoccus, Wi-fi, dan sejenisnya. Faktor penghambatnya adalah jaringan internet yang terkadang tidak stabil.

Abstract

Tabligh Jamaat in the city of Medan is one of the groups which is different from any other groups; conducting specific Islamic preaching or da’wah by enticing Muslims residing around a mosque for congregational prayers. This activity is one of the implementation namely khuruj teachings they refer to. Practicing khuruj is a form of which they leave their family for some days, weeks and even months, and consequently it seems lacking responsible to their family needs. Hence, this study focused on tracking real understanding of Tabligh Jamaat on family responsibility. The purpose of this study was to assess and explain the understanding Tabligh Jamaat responsibility on their family in Medan based on Islamic law perspective. The research results show that the Tabligh Jamaat percepts that providing a living cost for the family is obligatory for a husband. In this sense, a living cost is divided into two kinds; the first is Jahir living in the forms of clothing, food and shelter. The second is mental living covering religious values of monotheism, jurisprudence, morality and some other points to elevate the family dignity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekstrakurikuler Rohani Islam (Rohis) terhadap pembentukan jiwa kepemimpinan siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 6 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2023-2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji skala Likert, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler Rohis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jiwa kepemimpinan siswa dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 64,5%, yang berarti 64,5% variasi jiwa kepemimpinan dijelaskan oleh keterlibatan dalam Rohis, sedangkan 35,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 80,3% menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara Rohis dan jiwa kepemimpinan. Uji t menghasilkan nilai 4,953 2,00404 dengan signifikansi 0,000 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, menegaskan bahwa Rohis memiliki pengaruh nyata dalam membentuk kepemimpinan siswa. Uji F juga menunjukkan hasil signifikan dengan nilai Fhitung 24,534 Ftabel 4,02, yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel Rohis secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jiwa kepemimpinan. Dengan demikian, semakin aktif siswa dalam kegiatan Rohis, semakin tinggi tingkat kepemimpinan yang terbentuk.

Abstract

In the components of the elements of education, one of the most important is students, where each student has an important role and responsibility to lead to and become a student with a level of maturity both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. With the existence of good student activities including doing well in group work, the quality of achievement that will be obtained will be achieved properly. Students who do well in group work will better understand the material being studied, it will result in the formation of high learning achievement for the students themselves. Based on the preliminary study that the author conducted, it was found that there were still students who were not able to move and be active in group work properly. The symptom is that there are still students who do not have good material preparation or study material to be done in group work, there are still students who cannot answer questions in group work activities and there are still students who have not been able to make conclusions after their group work is complete. To make it easier for the authors to examine the problems above, the authors formulate the problem, namely whether there is a significant relationship between group work activities on students' learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education and the factors that influence it. . This study uses two variables, namely the variable x (Group Work Activity) and the variable y (Student's Islamic Religious Education Learning Achievement). To find out the two data, the writer used a questionnaire, interview and documentation. Because the research data is interval data, the collected data will be analyzed using the "product moment". Based on the author's research, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between group work activities and the achievement of grade VIII students in the Islamic religious education subject at the integrated Islamic junior high school al-washliyah 20 Medan in the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

The main point for the whole education activity is how leading students, whereas this process is able to prove on them, as well negative value will be null. This study state that moral education is very important thing for them. Furthermore it is necessary due to the academically term; firstly, school, and society itself. To regard moral education teachers are able to apply dialogue method. Secondly, that action proved to connect education and teaching process, thirdly; that actions have to support by the whole scopes. As well that action occur the really effort to create honesty and mandate for existing the religion space.

Abstract

The Mosque Prosperity Agency is an institution that is sheltered and works in carrying out its vision and mission. However, the Mosque Prosperity Agency plays the role of Implementation and Mobilization to expedite the activities of Muslims in worship activities. Religious harmony is a condition of inter-religious relations which is based on tolerance, mutual understanding, mutual respect, respect for equality in life, practicing religious teachings and cooperation in social and national life. and state. The problem formulation of this research is the role of BKM in increasing religious harmony and the obstacles it faces. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely a research method that can be used to explore and understand the meaning that comes from social or humanitarian problems. Results The Qualitative Research Process involves important efforts such as: asking questions, developing procedures, collecting certain data from informants or participants. The conclusion of this study is that BKM organizes such as PHBI, Public Help Unions (STM), Thursday night announcements, Friday night announcements, announcements for mothers, Mosque Youth and the Environmental Care Forum (Forduling) to increase religious harmony in the environment. Empowering religious organizations, resolving conflicts between religious communities, guiding religious people to increase faith and piety to Allah SWT in an atmosphere of harmony both internally and externally between religious communities.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan tradisi “mangalua” dalam adat Batak Toba di Desa Karing Kecamatan Berampu Kabupaten Dairi adalah perkawinan yang dilaksanakan di luar desa dengan dan tanpa persetujuan dari orangtua kedua belah pihak. Mangalua karena menghindari syarat adat yang berat tapi izin orangtua, mangalua tanpa izin orangtua, mangalua karena hamil di luar nikah. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan tradisi “mangalua” dalam adat Batak Toba di Desa Karing Kecamatan Berampu Kabupaten Dairi ada dua yaitu dampak adat dan dampak social atau keluarga. Dampak adat adalah dikucilkan bahkan tidak diterima ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Dampak social atau keluarga biasanya kalau tanpa izin keluarga akan menjauhkan hubungan keluarga. Tinjauan Hukum Islam tentang pelaksanaan tradisi “mangalua” dalam adat Batak Toba di Desa Karing Kecamatan Berampu Kabupaten Dairi bila mangalua dengan izin orangtua karena menghindari ketentuan adat maka tidak ada masalah karena memenuhi syarat dan rukun. Tapi haram bila tidak izin kedua orangtua dan pergi tanpa mahram bahkan lebih berat mangalua karena hamil di luar nikah.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research which aims to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes of Arabic in the Collaborative Learning learning model in class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fajrul Iman Patumbak Deli Serdang. The population in this study were all students of class VII, and the sample was 38 students. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. The instrument used in this study was a learning motivation questionnaire and an Arabic learning outcome test with a Collaborative Learning model. Data from the questionnaire and test results were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that the data from the questionnaire results of student learning motivation towards Arabic learning, including the results of learning Arabic, had increased from cycle I to cycle II and cycle III. In the first cycle is in the medium criteria with a proportion of 66.7%. In the second cycle it increased by 14.9% to 81.6% with high criteria, in the third cycle it increased again by 6.4% to 88.0%. Students' Arabic learning outcomes have increased from cycle I to cycle II and to cycle III after learning with the Collaborative Learning model is implemented. This is shown by 38 students, the average test score has increased from 69.2 in cycle I to 80.7 in cycle II and increased to 87.8 in cycle III. Thus it can be said that the class has completed learning, because ≥ 85% of students have achieved learning completeness in the high category

Abstract

 The role of the Mosque as a Non-Formal Islamic Education Facility at the Dja'faar Warrahmah Mosque, Labuhan Deli Village, Medan Marelan District, among others, overall, the mosque takmir in collaboration with mosque youth is able to play a role in making the Dja'faar Warrahmah Mosque a non-formal Islamic education institution by providing guidance to the people in particular the community. on Jalan Young Panah Hijau, Environment VII, Labuhan Deli Sub-district, Medan Marelan District, held several non-formal Islamic educations, such as cults at dawn and sunset, youth studies after sunset prayers, Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ), recitations for women at ta'lim majlis which is held regularly 4 times a month and also incidental recitations, such as the commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet and Isra 'Mi'raj, mainly to meet the mental-spiritual needs of the people. The positive impact of non-formal education at the Dja'faar Warrahmah mosque, especially for the development of adolescent morals, occurs a lot changes from teenagers, many were initially very concerned because teenagers don't really understand religion, even these teenagers often do negative things, such as getting drunk, stealing, and speeding on the road. After holding positive activities about moral education such as the recitation, the teenager did more positive things, it could even be said that the teenager had a pretty good character, because teenagers could already see it.
