Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. Abstract

The aim is to find out and analyze the leadership style and strategies of school principals in improving the quality of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning, as well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing strategies to improve the quality of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning at SD IT Iqra' Medan. This type of research uses qualitative research with a variety of approaches to what happens at SD IT Iqra' Medan. The data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is firstly by presenting the data, secondly by data reduction, thirdly by drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that; First, the leadership style used by the principal of SD IT Iqra' Medan is a democratic leadership style. Second, the leadership strategy provides special approaches to teachers and students. Third, there are several supporting factors in implementing the strategy created, such as teachers who have a high enthusiasm for teaching, a comfortable and conducive memorization location and support from the students' parents. Apart from that, there is also an inhibiting factor, namely students' limitations in memorizing.

Abstract

Istilah kurikulum muncul untuk pertama kalinya tahun 1856. Pada tahun itu kata kurikulum digunakan dalam bidang olahraga, yakni suatu alat yang membawa orang dari start sampai ke finish. Barulah pada tahun 1955 istilah kurikulum dipakai dalam bidang pendidikan dengan arti sejumlah mata pelajaran di suatu perguruan. Menurut S. Nasution, kurikulum adalah sesuatu yang direncanakan sebagai pegangan guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Apa yang direncanakan biasanya bersifat idea, suatu cita-cita tentang manusia atau warga negara yang akan dibentuk. Skripsi ini akan mengkemukakan salah satu tokoh pemikiran pendidikan Islam yaitu Prof. Dr. H. Ahmad Tafsir, pada penelitian ini peneliti khusus membahas tentang bagaimana kurikulum pendidikan Islam menurut pandangan Ahmad Tafsir. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam permasalahan dan pengumpulan data penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer (pokok) dan data sekunder (data pendukung) teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, serta metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah menganalisa isi dalam suatu data atau analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian, kesimpulan Ahmad Tafsir menawarkan konsep kurikulum yang berintikan keimanan dan akhlak sebagai intinya, yang dimana menjadikan ilmu, keterampilan dan seni dalam kurikulum yang di tawarkan yaitu kurikulum pendidikan islami mengandung nilai-nilai keimanan yang dimana dalam pengonsepan kerangka kurikulum dimulai dari tujuan pendidikan islam itu sendiri yaitu membentuk manusia menjadi muslim yang sebenarnya (kaffah), dan memiliki relevansi nya yaitu dalam ranah tujuannya, aspek proses pendidikannya haruslah berkesinambungan dan berurutan serta berjenjang dalam ranah keilmuannya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student learning outcomes before and after using video learning media and practice on the subject of Islamic Civilization History, Hajj and Umrah Procedures, and to describe the successful implementation of video media and practice in learning Fiqh for Hajj and Umrah Procedures at MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Sir. The population in this study were all students of class VIII. The research sample was determined as many as 28 students. The sample was determined using a purposive technique. This research method is an experimental method. The data collection tool used was a test of learning outcomes of Fiqh, the material for Hajj and Umrah procedures in the form of multiple choice objective questions of 20 questions that were tested before and after participating in learning using video and practical media. The conclusions obtained from this study are: student learning outcomes before using video learning media and practice on the subject of Fiqh, Hajj and Umrah Procedures in MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Tuan is 63.39 with the highest score of 80, moderate 60, and the lowest 40 The improvement of student learning outcomes in class VIII in the subject of Fiqh, Hajj and Umrah Procedures material at MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Tuan after implementing learning using video learning media and practice was 80.17 with the highest score of 95, moderate 80, and the lowest was 65. Successful implementation Video media and practice in learning Fiqh on Hajj and Umrah Procedures at MTs Madinatussalam Percut Sei Tuan reached 59.5% including the category of fairly good influence. That is, the use of power point media helps improve learning outcomes of Fiqh by 47.31%, including in the category of moderate improvement.

Abstract

The book of Uqudulujain Fi Bayani Huquq Az-Zaujain is a famous book, especially among Islamic boarding schools which is familiarly called the yellow book, the book was written by a famous cleric and studied in Mecca, namely Sheikh Muhammad Nawawi Al-Bantani, he is one of the great scholars owned by the State of Indonesia who came from the province of Banten, he is also an Indonesian citizen who lives in Arabia. The book Uqudulujain Fi Bayani Huquq Az-Zaujain was written in 1294. Sheikh Muhammad Nawawi Al-Bantani said that this book is very important for people who want harmony in building a household based on the Qur'an and hadith. This book also teaches the procedures for building a household, the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household, husband's etiquette towards his wife and wife's etiquette towards husbands, as well as picking up stories from the severity of the Prophet and his Companions, which are an inspiration to Muslims today. This research is library research. Then it has the aim of knowing the position of husband and wife in the book Uqudulujain Fi Bayani Huquq Az-Zaujain and to what extent the rights and obligations of husband and wife are regulated in the book Uqudulujain Fi Bayani Huquq Az-Zaujain by Sheikh Muhammad Nawawi Al-Bantani. This study uses library research with a qualitative approach and the nature of descriptive-analytic research, where the researcher tries to explain the existing material with the aim of finding facts (fact finding) followed by adequate analysis as an effort to find problem solving. Collecting data using library materials method through written texts and soft-copy editions as well as analysis using content analysis methods. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that: (1) The Book of Uqudulujain Fi Bayani Huquq Az-Zaujain in regulating the rights and positions of husband and wife places the rights of the husband on a higher level than the wife. (2) Equality of rights and obligations of husband and wife in the book Uqudulujain Fi Bayani Huquq Az-Zaujain both husband and wife have noble obligations, the husband is the head of the family, the husband is obliged to provide for his wife, the wife as a housewife is obliged to manage household affairs with and husband and wife must love each other, be faithful and help each other. The wife's right to her husband is the right to get good treatment, to get teaching from her husband, to get protection from her husband, and to get proper food and clothing. Meanwhile, the wife's obligation to her husband is to obey his orders as long as it does not violate God's rules, protect the husband's property, respect the husband's family, and dress up to look beautiful according to the husband.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya ketidakjelasan Kompilasi Hukum Islam mengenai status suami dan istri yang hilang tanpa kabar (mafqud). Tetapi di dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam hanya ada kejelasan mengenai dasar atau alasan perceraian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) sah perkawinan suami yang istrinya mafqud menurut hukum Islam berdasarkan Al-Qur’an surah al-nisa ayat34 bahwa istri memiliki kewajiban taat terhadap suami, lalu istri dilarang menyusahkan suami. Sah secara fiqih menurut ulama Hanabilah, Hambali dan Syafi’i mengenai istri mafqud karena didasarkan penetapan atas status kematian. Begitupun ulama Malikiyah setelah berlalu empat tahun dan menceraikan istrinya yang mafqud sejak satu tahun, dan Sah perkawinan menurut KHI karena telah sesuai batas menunggu seseorang yang mafqud (hilang) termuat dalam pasal 116 huruf b KHI dengan ketentuan waktu 2 (dua) tahun, sehingga sah perkawinan yang dilakukan suami (SM) telah ditinggal oleh sang istri (mafqud), demikian juga sah secara hukum berdasarkan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang perkawinan Pasal 38. Perkawinan dapat putus karena kematian, perceraian dan atas keputusan Pengadilan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are influences on student activities and learning outcomes through the mindful learning approach (awareness in learning) in the subjects of the Islamic Moral Class VIII MTs. Islamic education park in Amplas Medan. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out caloboratively between researchers and teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and learning achievement tests. Based on research that is done in MTs. Islamic Education Park shows the percentage of students who learn in the first cycle with the category of observation: 1. Pay attention to the teacher's explanation 83.63%, 2. Ask 76 76% learning material 3. Exchange opinions with friends 80.00% 4. Put out ideas in discussions 78.18% 5. Working together in groups 81.81%. Of the five categories of student learning activities reached an average of 79.961%. From the results of observations of student learning activities can not be said to be successful, because it has not yet reached the indicator of success set in student learning activities that is ≥ 75%. Then after the action is carried out, based on the results of data analysis it is known that, learning by applying the Mindful Learning approach has an impact on student learning outcomes that have increased. This can be seen from the increase in student learning completeness, and it can be concluded that through the application of the Mindful Learning approach, there is a better improvement from Silkus I to the Second cycle. The percentage of results in the first cycle of 69.10% increased in the second cycle of 89.10%. Therefore, an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle II shows that learning using the Mindful Learning model has succeeded in increasing student learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that the teacher's efforts to increase student interest in learning through online classroom teacher guidance greatly affect the importance of learning interest through classroom teacher guidance for a student when online learning is carried out. In this case, the teacher's efforts are needed to increase students' interest in learning while online so that educational goals can be achieved perfectly. In this study using qualitative research methods. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. This study shows that (1) there are 2 teacher strategies, the first is online, the second is offline (2) students are enthusiastic at the beginning of online learning, limited human resources, parents provide assistance at home, watch television, youtabe, cellphone (3) students' understanding level is difficult. better face to face, procrastinating time for students with high interest feel disadvantaged, for students with low interest feel happy.

Abstract

At the beginning of the 20th century, Islamic society in Indonesia entered a decline phase, while the Western world experienced a progressive phase, namely the modern phase. At that time, the Muslims were confused about finding guidance in life due to the presence of the Dutch and Japanese colonials to colonize the natural resources and human resources of the Indonesian nation. KH Hasyim Asy'ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan as the nation's founding fathers were present in the midst of society in the era of Islamic revivalism to fight for the fate of a nation that was in the midst of a decline in character education. The Islamic revivalism movement is a movement for the revival of Muslims against internal as well as external self. At that time, KH Hasyim Asy'ari saw the various kinds of immorality committed by the Tebuireng village community, which were caused by a lack of Islamic character education. The same thing happened in Kauman village, Kiai Dahlan's hometown, here and there the community practiced superstition, bid'ah and churafat (TBC). In compiling this thesis, the authors used the research method of library research (library research). Primary data in the preparation of this thesis the author uses several references, namely: 1) Noble Moral Guidance for Teachers and Students Translation of Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim by Sholih Ilham; and 2) K.H. Ahmad Dahlan 1868-1923 by Abdul Mu'thi et al. KH Hasyim Asy'ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan have similarities and differences in viewing Islamic character education. However, in general the two founding fathers of this nation agreed to save Muslims from Dutch and Japanese colonial rule by trying to revive the fading Islamic character in the identity of the nation's children at that time. With regard to this research, it can be concluded that there are similarities and differences in Islamic character education according to the perspective of the two figures, namely: 1) character education for the community; 2) character education in educational institutions; 3) character education for educators and students; and 4) character education for women.

Abstract

MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan merupakan suatu Lembaga pendidikan yang terletak di Desa Parmeraan kec. Dolok kab. Padang lawas Utara yang pada umumnya terkenal dengan tingkat kedisiplinannya, namun setelah disurvei MTs.S ini juga tidak luput dari beberapa gejala gejala siswa yg masih tidak taat pada peraturan Sekolah. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian lebih dalam lagi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pelaksanaan strategi Guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter disiplin Peserta didik di MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan. Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi guru PAI dalam membentuk Karakter disiplin peserta didik di MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan. Dan Bagaimana sistem pencernaan Strategi Guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik di MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan. Adapun waktu penelitian ini berlangsung selama tiga bulan, terhitung mulai dari bulan Februari 2023 sampai dengan April 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran secara sistematis tentang keadaan yang sedang berlangsung pada obyek penelitian yaitu tentang strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik di MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan agama islam di MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukannya observasi dan wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik di MTs.S Darussalam Parmeraan belum berjalan dengan lancar. Adapun faktor-faktor penghambat kedisiplinan siswa adalah Di sebabkan oleh orang tua, Di sebabkan karena pengaruh dari luar sekolah, Kurangnya keahlian dalam mengelola waktu. Abstract

The results of the study entitled "The Application of Arabic-Based Learning of the Quran at UMSU" can only be done at FKIP Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra. This research aims to:1. conduct a preliminary study to find models used by Arabic language lecturers at UMSU. And discuss a new model. 2. Try out and improve the Arabic learning model offered. 3. Arranging lecturer manuals and textbooks as well as making Arabic-based Arabic textbooks program. This research uses quantitative methods. UMSU (Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra), low. In general, the results of the research in the framework (percentage) through questionnaires, observations or interviews show that the difference is because students do not have the appropriate basis before entering UMSU, because as many as 115 people from 250 academics who study Arabic at the elementary level with a frequency of 55% . While others While there is learning at the level of high school and junior high school but only in public schools.
