Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan, aims to promote scientific publications on Law, Education, and Society in its broadest sense covering textual, Historical, and Empirical. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kontribusi pondok pesantren dalam pembentukan akhlak yang baik pada santri. Lokasi penelitian yakni di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ada’alah Desa Pasar Latong Kecamatan Lubuk Barumun Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Metode yang digunakan untuk memeroleh data yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran Pondok Pesantren Darul Ada’alah dalam pembentukan akhlak santri yang diadakan oleh ustadz dan ustadzah bersama santri sudah berjalan dengan baik. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan untuk mencapai kondisi tersebut adalah pembinaan, pemberian pengetahuan dan menjadikan suatu kebiasaan.

Abstract

Tingkeban is a local tradition that is still implemented by Javanese people. The implementation of tingkeban was formed from an old pattern that is before the teachings of Islam entered Indonesia which was still closely related to Hindu culture originating from the kingdom of Kediri. But seen from the development of the implementation of this tradition increasingly shows Islamic values as the implementation of tingkeban in Suka Damai Village, Sei Bamban District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The Islamic teachings contained in that is salvation or expression of gratitude to Allah SWT as the creator and provider of sustenance and gifts to humans and children is one of the gifts among the many gifts given. Tingkeban is also a traditional tradition of people in Java for generations that can indirectly increase the trust of a mother and father to keep praying so that they are blessed with a blessed and shilihah baby, by drawing closer to Allah SWT. Basically, during pregnancy has a goal that the process of pregnancy until birth can run smoothly without obstacles, and babies born are given safety. The opinion of the MUI leader, Mr. Zainuddin, as the MUI chairman of the Sei Bamban sub-district, believes that tingkeban is a salvation when the baby in the womb is seven months old, aiming that the child born will be healthy, safe, no defects and not lacking one, so we recommend to pray, and give thanks for the blessings that have been given by Allah SWT. And pregnancy is a favor or gift that Allah SWT gives to a husband and wife to get offspring. Therefore, in addition to praying we also give alms and alms as an expression of gratitude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terjadinya hukum pernikahan dalam syari’at islam, untyk mengetahui hukum yang terkandung dalam syari’at islam terhadap tradisi nasi hadap-hadapan dan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai islam pada rangkaian pernikahan adat melayu desa Pantai Cermin Kanan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin. Untuk mengumpulkan data- data, penulis menggunakan beberapa metode: observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menjelaskan bahwa fungsi tradisi nasi hadap-hadapan di Desa Pantai Cermkin Kanan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin memiliki pengaruh. Pengaruh ini merupakan kepercayaan dan fungsi tradisi nasi hadap-hadapan ini sebagai penguat norma- norma dan lembaga adat yang ada dalam masyarakat. Adapun fungsi tradisi nasi hdaphadapan bagi masyarakat Desa Pantai Cermkin Kanan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin adalah sebagai Interaksi social, pewaris norma social, pelestarian adat dan hiburan, pengajaran ilmu dan nilai Pendidikan ketuhanan.

Abstract

Parenting patterns of parents in shaping the character of children during the pandemic there are differences in the way of parenting. There are parents who give freedom, there are those who expect their children to obey the rules without question. There are parents who give a lot of input and direction on what their children do, and there is little room for reciprocal dialogue between parents and children. The formulations of this research are: 1) How is parenting style in shaping the character of children during the pandemic in environment II Pasar Merah Timur sub-district 2) What factors influence parents in shaping children's character during the pandemic in environment II Pasar Merah Timur sub-district 3 ) What is the strategy of parents in shaping the character of their children during the pandemic in the second neighborhood of the Pasar Merah Timur sub-district. The type of research is qualitative research or field research. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This study concludes that: 1) Parenting patterns in shaping the character of children there are differences in the way parents care for their children, there are parents who give freedom and guidance to children. Parents give a lot of input and direction on what their children do, there are parents who have little room for reciprocal dialogue between parents and children, expect children to obey the rules without question and also parents who provide little emotional support to children.  2) The factors that influence parents in implementing parenting patterns for their children are the level of education of the parents, the economic status and occupation of the parents, and the personality of the parents. 3) The strategy of parents in shaping the child's character includes exemplary, habituation and creating conducive conditions.

Abstract

The age of marriage in Indonesia has been regulated by law, precisely in Article 7 paragraph 1 of Law Number 1 of 1974 which reads, "Marriage is only permitted if the man reaches the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years. age of 16 (sixteen) years. And as has been stipulated regarding amendments to the 1974 Marriage Law with Law Number 16 of 2019, the Law states that the marriage age for both men and women is 19 years. This research is entitled "Minor Marriage Divorce and Its Effect on Child Care", this study has a problem formulation, namely (1). What are the factors that cause underage marriage divorce in Manduamas District, Central Tapanuli Regency, (2). How is the impact and influence of divorce from underage marriage on child care in Manduamas District, Central Tapanuli Regency, and (3). How is the review of Islamic law on child care as a result of underage marriage divorce. While the objectives of this study are (1). To describe what are the factors that cause underage marriage divorce in Manduamas District, Central Tapanuli Regency, (2). To describe the impact and influence of divorce from underage marriage on child care in Manduamas District, Central Tapanuli Regency, (3). To describe a review of Islamic law on child care as a result of underage marriage. This study uses a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive research. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data was collected by means of interviews, documentation studies and observations. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the factors that cause divorce from underage marriages are the frequent occurrence of domestic violence and the presence of a third person in the respondent's household. The impact and influence of divorce from underage marriage on child care in Manduamas sub-district, namely: When a divorce occurs, custody of the child falls to the mother. After a divorce, the most impactful and influential thing when raising children is in terms of financing the child's life, and children's education. A review of Islamic law on child care as a result of underage marriage divorce that the most entitled to take care of children after divorce is the mother.

Abstract

Penerapan MM 9.8 Abi-Qu itu sendiri sesungguhnya tidak lepas dari berbagai metode klasik dalam menghafal al-Qur’an seperti metode talqin, talaqqi, mu’aradah, muraja’ah [taqrir], kitabah, dan tasmi’ [sima’i]. Konsepnya adalah jika keenam metode ini disebut sebagai metode menghafal al-Qur’an, maka MM 9.8 Abi-Qu adalah metode untuk bagaimana al-Qur’an yang dihafal oleh para santri menjadi mutqin. Jika keenam metode ini penerapannya bersifat global, maka MM 9.8 Abi-Qu bersifat detail dari penerapan keenam metode tersebut  menggunakan patokan-patokan atau target sehingga secara teoritis kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasilnya terukur atau dapat diukur. Rumah Tahfidz Abu Farhan dan Rumah Qur’an Sakinah yang juga memiliki visi mutqin juga menerapkan metode talqin, talaqqi, mu’aradah, muraja’ah [taqrir], kitabah, dan tasmi’ [sima’i] ini.  Namun, ada diantaranya menerapkan secara keseluruhan dari keenam metode menghafal tersebut, dan ada juga yang hanya menerapkan beberapa metode menghafal saja. Ini adalah perbedaan pertama dalam hal penerapan metode menghafal dengan MM 9.8 Abi-Qu Ma’had Tahfidz al-Qur’an Imam Ahmad Abi Abdillah.

Abstract

Ibn Miskawaih is one of the most philosophical Muslims who reviews and refutes morals. According to Miskawaih, there are times when humans change their morals so that the rules of shari'a, deliberation, and rules of tradition are needed in accordance with courtesy. Ibnu Maskawaih also paid attention to the process of moral education in children. In his view, children's psyche is like the link of animal spirit with intelligent human soul. According to him, the end of the child's soul ends animal and human horizon begins. Therefore, children must be educated with noble character. The problem of Ibn Maskawaih's study of morals is al-Khair (kindness), as-Sa'adah (happiness) and al-Fadhilah (virtue). According to Miskawaih excellence is a state where we reach the final limit of the perfection of existence. According to him the highest happiness is freedom which brings together two aspects; Aspects related to always thinking about the nature of existence and practical aspects consisting of the virtues of the soul that produce good behavior. In my journey, the highest happiness achieved by humans always adheres to the values of the Shari'a, as a guide for their path.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode pembelajaran dan peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an di Rumah Qur’an Baburrahman. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana berbagai metode yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan kualitas bacaan dan hafalan santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan santri, serta dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dikodekan, dipilah, direduksi, disajikan secara sistematis, dan dianalisis hingga diperoleh kesimpulan yang valid. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai metode pembelajaran, seperti iqro’, tartil, talaqqi, tahsin, tadarrus, dan tilawah, efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan santri. Sementara itu, dalam peningkatan hafalan, metode wahdah, sima’i, dan takrir terbukti membantu santri dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an secara lebih baik meskipun memiliki tantangan tersendiri. Integrasi antara metode pembelajaran dan hafalan Al-Qur’an, seperti strategi tartil berbasis tilawah dan kombinasi sima’i dengan tilawah, menjadi pendekatan yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi serta mempermudah implementasi pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa metode yang diterapkan di Rumah Qur’an Baburrahman berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan dan hafalan santri secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In an effort to increase the effectiveness of the learning process to achieve the best learning outcomes as expected, lesson planning is something that absolutely must be prepared by teachers every time they carry out the learning process. Although not necessarily everything that is planned will be implemented. Because it can be a class condition reflecting a request that is different from the plans that have been prepared, especially regarding strategies that are operational in nature. In the process of teaching and learning activities, cooperative methods are used to facilitate communication and can increase student interest in learning. The use of cooperative methods is very important in the ongoing teaching and learning process, because cooperative can create enthusiasm for student learning, and focus on learning. This research is conducted in an effort to improve student learning outcomes through the Cooperative Learning Method. VII MTS Al-Washiliyah Medan Johor Academic Year 2019/2020. Researchers use this type of classroom action research which consists of two cycles, each of which consists of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of the research were 47 grade students. The results obtained in research through the Cooperative Learning Method can be seen from the increase in the percentage of formative tests starting from pre-cycle I, and cycle II. In the pre-cycle 39% of students have completed, in cycle II. Referring to the results of this study, the researcher suggests that teachers further develop this method properly.

Abstract

Competence is a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be possessed, lived and mastered by the teacher and has become a part of him to carry out his professional duties.  Stable, mature, wise, and wise, evaluate their own performance, and develop themselves in a sustainable manner. The teacher is a very important profession in schools, so to become a teacher one must have the ability, knowledge and good personality competencies. Especially Islamic religious education teachers. In addition to teaching, Islamic religious teachers are required to be able to teach or apply moral values to their students. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the type of field research. The location of this research is at MTs Mayang, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. And the research subjects in this study were Islamic religious education teachers, other subject teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The observations made by the author are direct or disguised observations. And the interviews conducted by the researchers are direct interviews. other subject teachers. The results showed that the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers at MTs Mayang, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency, both in their daily lives and their role as a teacher. This Islamic religious education teacher at MTs Mayang fulfills personality competencies, namely having an honest attitude, noble character, wisdom, maturity and establishing good communication between fellow teachers and students. better in the future
