Abstract

This community service activity was conducted through an In-House Training (IHT) program aimed at addressing teachers' limited competence in using the Education Report as a data source for planning the Teacher Work Result Plan (RHK) at SMP Negeri 20 Lebong, Lebong Regency. The program involved teachers as the main participants and was implemented using a participatory and practice-based approach. The stages of the activity included problem identification, material delivery, group discussions, hands-on practice in analyzing Education Report data, and evaluation. The Education Report provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology was used as the primary reference for data-based planning. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in interpreting educational data and formulating more targeted and evidence-based work plans. In addition, the program fostered collaborative and reflective practices among teachers in improving learning quality. This activity demonstrates that structured and sustainable training programs are essential to support data-driven educational planning and continuous improvement in schools.

Abstract

Students go to school only as a daily routine with their friends so that education at school is not carried out optimally. Students carry out positive culture not because of their own desires (intrinsic motivation) but because they are afraid of being punished by the teacher. By trying to carry out community service implementing positive culture at SMPN 15 Bengkulu Utara, it is hoped that there will be a change in mindset and motivation for both educators and students. The results of the evaluation of community service activities regarding the implementation of positive culture show that the intrinsic motivation of school residents, namely around 80% of school residents, is enthusiastic about implementing positive culture so that the learning climate becomes more conducive

Abstract

The development of tourism villages represents a strategic approach to rural development by optimizing local potential and community empowerment. This community service activity aims to strengthen tourism village institutions through Village Government assistance in Cisadap Village, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency. The assistance focuses on improving institutional governance, enhancing human resource capacity, and optimizing agribusiness-based economic potential, particularly through Village-Owned Enterprises. This activity employs a qualitative exploratory approach with participatory methods, including observation, interviews, documentation, and community-based mentoring. The results demonstrate that institutional strengthening has been implemented through the establishment of formal governance structures involving the Village Government, Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), and BUMDes. However, significant challenges persist in operational governance, such as limited Standard Operating Procedures, low managerial capacity, and suboptimal digitalization of administrative systems. The Village Government plays a central role in facilitating regulatory development, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Strengthening efforts include specialized training programs, organizational restructuring, digital governance development, and expanding partnerships with external stakeholders, including local governments, universities, and the private sector. A SWOT analysis indicates that while Cisadap Village possesses robust tourism potential, it faces critical weaknesses in human resources, infrastructure, and institutional management. The findings highlight that integrating regulatory strengthening, community empowerment, and collaborative governance is essential for developing a sustainable tourism village. In conclusion, Village Government-assisted institutional strengthening serves as a key strategy to transform Cisadap Village into an independent, competitive, and sustainable tourism destination. This model emphasizes that synergy between local authorities and community groups is fundamental for long-term rural economic resilience.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance teacher competence and create innovative learning media at MIS Handapherang by integrating the treatment of water waste ablution with fish farming. The methods used included training, mentoring, and building a functional ablution water installation and piping system to a fish pond. The results showed a significant increase in teacher capacity, evidenced by an average survey score above 4.0 out of 5. Teachers felt more skilled in designing STEAM-H and project-based lesson plans for integrated science and mathematics learning. These lesson plans also improved student engagement and their understanding of water conservation concepts. The project successfully installed environmental values and supported the school's Adiwiyata program. The construction of the fish farming installation served as a physical artifact that transformed waste into a productive resource and a sustainable learning medium. Thus, the program successfully achieved its goal of creating learning innovations with a positive impact on the school environment
