Abstract

An abstract is often presented separate from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. A well-prepared abstract enables the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, provide The purpose of this research is to analyze the macro and micro fundamentals of financial performance as well as market share, company characteristics and structure of cigarette companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2020. The analysis of this research is quantitative research with data on independent variables and dependent variables. Data comes from BEI reports and website. The sample used was 30 cigarette companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Using the data analysis method, namely PLS version 4. The results of the proposed hypothesis show that 6 independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, while the remaining 7 variables have a negative effect on the dependent variable, namely financial performance.

Abstract

This research presents a review of the implementation of democratic principles in the Indonesian constitutional legal system. By discussing the implementation of democratic principles in the Indonesian constitutional law system. In the context of constitutional law, democratic principles such as popular sovereignty, equal rights, free and secret elections, as well as accountability and transparency are important foundations in running the government. The research method used is normative juridical, while the type of research is library research, the activities are carried out by collecting data related to the title which is literature. Analysis of the implementation of democratic principles in the Indonesian constitutional law system shows that there are still many challenges faced, such as corruption, weak public participation, and the fulfillment of human rights. To improve the implementation of democratic principles, this research recommends efforts such as strengthening transparency, accountability, public participation, and the protection of human rights. Thus, this research hopes to contribute to the development of a more effective and sustainable democratic system in Indonesia.

Abstract

PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex), one of Indonesia's largest textile companies, is facing significant Human Resource Management (HRM) challenges. To address these challenges, Sritex has started utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) technology to optimize their HRM practices and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction. This study aims to explore the application of BI in HRM at Sritex and identify the positive impacts it brings. BI is a technology that collects, integrates, analyzes, and presents business data to support decision-making. With BI, Sritex can manage employee data more efficiently, conduct in-depth performance analysis, and make accurate workforce planning. The research findings show that implementing BI at Sritex has several benefits. It enhances recruitment efficiency, allows for more targeted employee development, enables accurate performance assessments, and facilitates competitive compensation. Additionally, BI helps in real-time monitoring and evaluation of employee performance, allowing management to take prompt actions to improve productivity and efficiency. However, there are challenges such as resistance to change and significant investment requirements that arise during the implementation process. This research provides valuable insights for Sritex and other textile companies facing similar HRM challenges. By applying BI technology, these companies can enhance their competitiveness in the global market through more effective and efficient HRM practices.

Abstract

This study examines how Management Information Systems (MIS) can enhance the efficacy and efficiency of e-commerce operations, with a specific emphasis on the Shopee app. SIM has become an essential tool for supporting business strategy, operational management, and customer interaction as a result of the information technology industry's rapid development. One of the top e-commerce sites in Southeast Asia, Shopee, has combined a number of SIM components, including supply chain management, market analysis, and customer data management, to optimize user experience and business performance. The study's findings indicate that managing the dynamics of the competitive e-commerce market and fostering Shopee's long-term growth and innovation depend heavily on the successful deployment of SIMs. The research's practical implications include suggestions for additional SIM development in e-commerce applications, with a focus on improving user experience and data security.

Abstract

Steps to overcome disparities in preparation for studying abstract mathematics require the use of modern technology and media such as educational games and mathematical applications, mathematical games. Therefore, an educator creates mathematical game activities that involve the main material being studied and concentrate on following the level of intelligence of students according to John Peaget in Fremon, 1969) stating that children at elementary and middle school age are still in the concrete operational phase, The approach will be adjusted in mathematics lessons, efforts are made to understand abstract concepts in mathematics, abstractions can be transformed into real objects.Adapting to children's basic needs for playing, they will enjoy learning in a special way, this game is presented in children's hearts, there will be happiness to master mathematics.

Abstract

Banyak anak muda zaman sekarang atau yang biasa disebut gen Z, yang akrab dengan internet dan terpengaruh gaya hidup mewah di media sosial, tertipu investasi bodong. Mereka tergoda dengan janji kaya cepat, tanpa memikirkan risikonya. Hal ini diperparah dengan kurangnya informasi tentang investasi reksadana, sehingga mereka mudah terbujuk oleh tawaran yang menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas informasi dan social media influencer dengan keputusan pembelian reksadana yang terjadi pada generasi Z. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 180 responden pengguna reksadana di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel social media influencer memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel social media influencer memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), variabel kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), variabel Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel social media influencer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) dan variabel kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui mediasi Fear of Missing Out (FOMO).

Abstract

One of the best strategies for improving HR performance and achieving company goals is to guarantee compensation for employee welfare. This research aims to analyze forms of compensation, both monetary and non-monetary compensation, and examine whether compensation can influence employee performance. The research used is a qualitative type of research. The research focus is employees of the Packaging Section of PT Astra Honda Motor Part Center, Karawang, West Java, Indonesia. The informants from this research were 6 people, including 1 leader, 1 permanent employee and 4 contract employees. Primary data regarding the compensation system used at PT Astra Honda Motor Karawang was obtained through direct interviews with the Production Leader and several contract employees representing the Packaging Section. Documents from the company such as company profiles, company history, and collective bargaining agreements are used as secondary data in this research. The results of this research show that compensation plays an important role in improving employee performance through the motivation generated in each individual and their contribution to achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze production costs, sales levels and profits in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2022 and 2023. The data used in this research is data for 2022 and 2023 from the BEI. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis to determine production costs, sales levels and profits. The research sample consisted of 21 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In 2022, the Budi Starch & Sweetener Tbk company will have the highest production cost to sales ratio among food and beverage companies listed on the IDX, namely 0.95. In contrast, the company Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk has the lowest ratio of 0.35. In 2023, the Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk company recorded the highest production cost to sales ratio of 1.020. In contrast, the company Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk has the lowest ratio with a value of 0.390. The company Akasha Wira International Tbk recorded a high profit to sales ratio of 0.28. In contrast, the company Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk experienced a decrease in its profit to sales ratio to 0.86. The Prasidha Anega Niaga Tbk company recorded an increase in the profit to sales ratio of 0.53. In contrast, the company Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk experienced a decrease in its profit to sales ratio to 0.57

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the turnover of receivables in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2020 to 2023. The data used in this research comes from 2020 to 2023 which is available on the IDX. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive methods to measure the level of accounts receivable turnover. The company sampled in this research is Ultra Jaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk, using financial reports, namely balance sheets and profit and loss reports for the 2020-2023 period. The results of the analysis show that the inventory turnover ratio in 2020 is 2.55 times, indicating that the company is able to collect its inventory about 2.55 times a year. In 2021, the inventory turnover ratio increased to 3.43 times, indicating increased efficiency in inventory management. The year 2022 shows a movement in the inventory turnover ratio of 3.06 times, indicating consistency in the company's inventory management. However, in 2023, the inventory turnover ratio will decrease to 2.47 times, reflecting a decrease in the average inventory owned by the company. This study provides insight into the effectiveness of Ultra Jaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk's inventory management strategies during the period investigated.

Abstract

The research results show that in 2020, Ultra Jaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk had low receivables collection performance, with a receivables turnover ratio of 4 times. In 2021, receivables collection performance will improve to ideal, with a receivables turnover ratio of 15 times. In 2022, the company demonstrated excellent receivables collection performance, with a receivables turnover ratio reaching 18 times, and in 2023, receivables collection performance remained high, even though the receivables turnover ratio fell to 7 times.
