Jurnal “Dinamis: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat” adalah jurnal yang berfokus pada publikasi karya ilmiah terkait pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam berbagai bidang ilmu. Jurnal ini mewadahi berbagai kajian yang memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat, melalui penerapan ilmu pengetahuan yang relevan. Setiap artikel yang dipublikasikan bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan yang dihadapi masyarakat, serta mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dan kegiatan yang berbasis penelitian. Scope jurnal ini mencakup semua disiplin ilmu yang memiliki manfaat praktis bagi masyarakat, tidak terbatas pada bidang teknik, sosial, ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan lingkungan. Jurnal ini terbuka bagi kontribusi akademisi, praktisi, dan peneliti yang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang inovatif dan aplikatif. Abstract

Personality is a characteristic that owned by each individual. There are different type of personality, and this makes each individual are unique. And its relation to the choice of majors is very important. By understanding one’s personality, one can determine what majors that matches one’s interest and talent. So that in the future they can develop their talent and achieve what they want.

Abstract

During the pandemic, the village’s economic condition was also depressed due to a decrease in consumer purchasing power (demand side) and disruption to the price and distribution of agricultural production inputs (supply side). Therefore, the recovery of the village economy is directed at maintaining food security, revitalizing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), digitizing the economy and cash-intensive work programs which are elaborated by considering the potential and various limitations that each village has. BUMDes which have a core business in managing village economic potential, but their ability to play an economic role in the village is still weak, so it needs to be strengthened to bridge the development of local resources, restore the community’s economy, and become a driving force for the village economy. This service activity is carried out to assist the village government and BUMDes managers in mapping village productive economic businesses, developing BUMDES management as well as introducing village development stakeholders in preparing various development planning documents. With this service, the community of village business actors, BUMDes managers and village officials have the same knowledge and understanding regarding business revitalization through BUMDes development. In addition, the need for BUMDes governance training and assistance both from managerial aspects, business unit (operational) aspects and administrative aspects is fulfilled from this community service activity.

Abstract

Zakat is a term for everything that is issued by someone as an obligation to Allah. Then it is handed over to the poor (or those who deserve it). The emergence of Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning the management of zakat was then followed by the emergence of Government Regulation (PP) No. 14/2014 Concerning the Implementation of Law No.23/2011 Concerning Zakat Management as an operational and technical guideline (juknis) for zakat management laws. LSPT is an institution that collects social funds (infaq, zakat, shodaqoh, waqf) which then redistributes these social funds to those in need (especially the eight groups namely the poor, the poor, the amil, converts, riqob, ghorim, fisabilillah, ibnu sabil, who are in under the auspices of the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School foundation. The lack of zakat funds managed by LSPT and this is due to the lack of knowledge of LSPT staff about zakat, especially zakat maal. Some of the funds received are included in alms that do not require complicated calculations. The Unhasy PKM TEAM provides training in calculating zakat maal either manually or using the zakat calculation application “Zakat Calculator”. The training uses the lecture tutorial method, practice and discussion. The result of this training is the high enthusiasm of the leadership and staff to take part in the training. The training material is very much in line with the needs at LSPT, and those who lastly is the potential and ability of meni participants In short, it is proven by being able to carry out a simulation of paying zakat maal.

Abstract

Personal branding is a process of forming public perceptions of aspects owned by individuals, including personality, abilities, values, and stimuli that produce positive perceptions in society, so that they can be used as marketing tools. An entrepreneur really needs good personal branding to build public charm towards themselves so that someone can manage their own life without having to depend on other people. This personal branding is seen from the online representation shown, both spread on websites and social media. The existence of this personal branding can help one’s self-confidence and self-control in achieving achievements as well as self-image that is built through competence and quality possessed.

Abstract

Community Service entitled Empowering Jaranan Nganjuk Performers in Handling Injuries Through Massage Therapy Skills has a fundamental goal of implementing it in society, namely welfare by always maintaining health by maintaining physical condition. Jaranan actors need to be empowered so that their standard of living and vitality are better. So, through this service, you can make a good contribution, because the main purpose of carrying out this service is so that the actors can be independent in dealing with minor injuries or serious injuries during or after the show. Empowerment is carried out in the form of 1) Involvement of partners as training participants in massage therapy for injuries, 2) Involvement in handling injuries through massage therapy skills, 3) Involving other Jaranan actors to be empowered to have massage therapy skills, 5) Involvement in forming therapeutic massage groups to Jaranan perpetrators. The main goal is for practitioners of the Jaranan Art to understand the benefits, techniques, and practices of this therapeutic massage. Next is to provide legitimacy for Jaranan performers who are proficient at performing therapeutic massage in the form of certification that each Jaranan performer has the skills to handle Jaranan performers when they are injured.

Abstract

The main problem for a family that is always there is usually around finances, financial management is very important in maintaining economic stability in a family, with planned financial management it will have an impact on success for the family and ease in achieving financial goals. The method of implementing the Community Service Program is by giving lectures and training in financial planning in an easy and simple way. This service activity begins with an analysis of the problem situation that occurs in partner institutions or objects of service, then it is continued with a literature review according to the problems that are given solutions through the PKM program.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide basic knowledge about learning mathematics how to use media and several learning models, one of which is RME, as well as knowledge about the 2013 curriculum. math. To increase the basic knowledge of mathematics learning, the trainees were given basic knowledge and skills on: 1) Mathematics Learning Problems at SD/MI Level, 2) Elementary Mathematics Textbooks according to the 2013 Curriculum, 3) RME, 4) Fun Mathematics Learning Methods. The service was held at SDI Makarimul Akhlak Building with ±30 participants on Saturday, May 14-19 2016. The methods used were lecture, practice, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Based on the results of the evaluation, it turned out that in general there was an increase in the knowledge of the training participants for the empowerment of SD/MI teachers in improving mathematics learning, this was evidenced by the tasks given to the participants. In the future, the hope of this activity is that participants can practice in class during math lessons and can transfer the knowledge that has been obtained to other SD/MI teachers.

Abstract

The capital market is used as an effective means of mobilizing public funds to be further channeled into productive activities. Public funds that enter the capital market are long-term funds. And the capital market that develops in a country should be good (healthy). Over time, BAPEPAM-LK (Capital Market Supervisory Agency-Financial Institutions) with the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) officially launched the Islamic capital market. Islamic stock is one of the products traded in the Islamic capital market. This Islamic stock emphasizes the prohibition of transactions in which there is speculation and contains gharar or obscurity, namely transactions in which fraud is possible (khida’). The presence of sharia shares aims to increase public participation so as to promote people’s economic efforts, including expanding the network of Islamic financial institutions to remote areas. The purpose of this PKM is to educate and guide people to think economically, behave in business and improve their quality of life, especially for students of SMK Budi Agung Medan.

Abstract

Organic waste processing can be a community empowerment program, especially for housewives. This program aims to provide insight to housewives that waste can also be processed into something more useful and of high economic value. The purpose of this program is to increase the productivity of housewives in RW 05, Kembangarum Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The implementation of organic waste processing activities into eco enzyme is going very well. The organic waste used in this processing is vegetable waste, fruit peel waste and rotting fruit. The methods used in this service are presentations or lectures and demonstrations.

Abstract

A good and strong visual identity is a tool in building a brand because it functions to form an impression that influences consumer perceptions. The longer people are familiar with a particular brand, the more likely they are to have a positive attitude toward that brand. In fact, by changing the visual identity of a product, it can also change or improve the brand image in the community and create an Identity. This is what is meant by the concept of brand loyalty, and vice versa if consumers get a negative stimulus from a visual identity of a brand, the biggest possibility is that consumers cancel the desire to try or make repeat purchases. To represent an identity, a logo and a visual system are needed, so that they are important assets in a company, institution, or product as an identity. This need is needed by various levels of business, including MSMEs. This community service program emphasizes increasing the competence of MSME actors in maximizing the potential for selling business products by strengthening the visual identity of the logo. The implementation of this service involves teaching staff (lecturers) from the Information Systems Study Program, Informatics Engineering and Communication Studies as well as students. This program collaborates with as many as 15 (Fifteen) MSME participants to create an identity design and its application media. In its implementation, the design starts from product analysis and then visual output is made, from illustrations to colors.
