Abstract

The objective from this research is to find (1) plane blade turbin condition in microstructure based super alloy with nikel in normal condition; (2) tensile strengh of the plane blade turbin from result repair in maksimum using method Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is criteria to apply and fulfill a condition as repair method damage. The experiment is used in this research. A super alloy nikel (Ni) as population in this research and purposive sampling is used to taking sample technique, normal condition in a super alloy nikel (Ni), TIG welding result with variation flux steam welding. Descriptive comparative methods analysis is used to data analysis. The research result show that : (1) surface microstructure observation have characteristic strong and stern appearance on super alloy material in normal condition; (2)  flux stream variation and same material TIG welding from super alloy with materials nickel use a artificially filler in experience welding process have different of elongisitas and maksimum tensile strength; (3) the best material to use flux steam 70 A is material super alloy with nickel use filler rod was finding in this research.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To investigate the effect of using the Vapor Carburetor Bubbling method on exhaust emissions produced on the Supra X 100 CC motorcycle in 2003, (2) To investigate the effect of using pertalite and pertamax fuels on exhaust emissions in the motorcycle. Supra X 100 CC motorcycles in 2003, (3) To investigate the use of the Vapor Carburetor with the Bubbling method that uses Pertamax and pertalite fuels to exhaust gas emissions on the 2003 Supra X 100 CC motorcycle. This research is a comparative quantitative research with experimental research type. This study used a 2X2 factorial research design. The sample used was the Supra X 100cc motorcycle engine in 2003 with frame number MH1KEVA153K563997 and engine number KEVAE1561218. Data obtained from exhaust emission testing using a Gas Analyzer installed on the exhaust of a 2003 Supra X 100CC motorcycle with a Conventional Carburetor and a Vapor Carburetor at idle engine speed conditions, namely 800 rpm - 1,400 rpm and variations of pertalite fuel variations (RON 90) and Pertamax (RON 92). The test time is 20 seconds after the probe on the Gas Analyzer is inserted into the exhaust. The data analysis technique used in this research is comparative quantitative descriptive. The exhaust emission test was carried out at the Surakarta Work Training Agency (BLK).The results obtained from this study are: (1) The use of the Vapor Carburetor in the Bubbling method produces lower exhaust emissions compared to the Conventional Carburetor on the Supra X 100cc motorbike in 2003. (2) The type of pertalite fuel produces less exhaust emissions in the motorcycle. appeal to Pertamax. (3) The interaction effect of using the type of carburetor and the type of fuel that produces the lowest exhaust gas emissions is the combination of the use of the Vapor Carburetor with the bubbling and pertalite methods, namely 0.43% CO and 280 ppm HC.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of molasses adhesive concentrations on the quality of rice husk briquettes then to formulate optimal composition projections to approach national quality standards. This study employed an experimental method with a descriptive analysis design, in which briquette fabrication data at laboratory. The material processing technique for rice husk charcoal used a 50 mesh sieve, while the adhesive variations used progressive concentrations. Data collection techniques were conducted through temperature measurements and duration observations. The results showed that the 5 wt  molasses concentration aspect achieved a heating value of 4,645 cal/g categorized as "below standard", the 10 wt  molasses concentration aspect achieved 5,183 cal/g, and the 15 wt  molasses concentration aspect achieved 6,411 cal/g. Overall, the quality of the rice husk briquettes toward Class A (penjelasan) standards reached an optimal value categorized as "very appropriate". The briquette development projection is directed toward increasing the adhesive concentration, maintaining a constant density, and stabilizing the combustion rate in accordance with national standards.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: (1) The effect of Ferrite Bead on Torque and Power on the Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycle. (2) the effect of use variations of spark plug type on Torque and Power on the Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycles. (3) The effect of Ferrite Bead and variations of spark plug on Torque and Power on the Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycle. This research is a quantitative type using experimental methods. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The research was conducted using a DYNOJET tool. The population in this research was the Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycle.From this results of the research, it can be concluded: (1) The use of Ferrite Bead can increase a Torque and Power on Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycle. The results without the use of Ferrite Bead produces a torque of 9,77 N.m at 4502 rpm and power of 7,23 HP at 6107 rpm, while testing using a Ferrite Bead in the middle of the spark plug wire produces a torque of 10,22 N.m at 4660 rpm and power of 7,33 HP at 5438 rpm. There was an increase in torque of 4,61% and an increase of power in 1,38 %. (2) The use of variations of the spark plugs type can increase a torque and power on Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycle. The highest increase in torque and power occurs in the use of Platinum spark plugs. Test result using a Standar spark plug (C7HSA) produce a torque of 9,77 N.m at 4502 rpm and power of 7,23 HP at 6107 rpm, while testing using a Platinum spark plug (CR7HGP) obtained torque of 10,21 N.m at 4650 rpm and power of 7,33 HP at 6209 rpm, and testing using a Iridium spark plug (NGK CR6HIX) obtained torque of 10,04 N.m at 4632 rpm and power of 7,27 HP at 6466 rpm. An increase in torque on the use of platinum spark plugs by 4,5 % and power by 1,38 %. While the increase in torque on the use of iridium spark plugs is 2,76 % and the power is 0,55 %. (3) Interaction of the use of Ferrite Bead and variations of spark plugs type can increase a Torque and Power on Yamaha Soul GT 2012 motorcycle. The test results show the highest Torque and Power namely the use of Ferrite Bead in the middle of spark plugs wire and the use of Platinum spark plugs with a Torque value of 10,38 N.m at 4664 rpm and a power of 7,4 HP at 6294 rpm. There was an increase in torque by 6,24% and an increase in power by 2,4 % from standard conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to evaluate: (1) readiness to implement PPDB through a zoning system in Kebakkramat Senior Senior High School 2018/2019; (2) preparation of teachers, principals and vice principals before implementing PPDB through a zoning system; (3) preparation of students and parents in implementing PPDB through a zoning system; (4) supporting facilities and infrastructure in implementing PPDB through a zoning system; (5) the implementation of PPDB through a zoning system in Kebakkramat Senior High School 2018/2019; (6) student learning outcomes after implementing the PPDB zoning system; (7) students and parents satisfaction with the policy of implementing PPDB through the zoning system. This research was conducted at Kebakkramat Senior High School. This study used the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The population of this study were teachers, principals, vice principals, students and parents. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires distributed to all respondents and interviewing some respondents. This research was included as fact finding research, which is why instrument reability test was not necessary. Score analysis in range of quality aspects determination for each evaluation components was based on certain criteria. This research shows results: (1) Kebakkramat Senior High School has implemented PPDB zoning system very well; (2) parents and students have a sufficient condition on implementation of PPDB policy; (3) PPDB has a good readiness on implementing the program through zoning system; (4) students and parents have a sufficient readiness in implementing PPDB policy; (5) the implementation of PPDB through the zoning system runs smoothly; (6) inhibiting factors in the implementation of PPDB through the zoning system is the difficult procedures for the students and parents; (7) PPDB policy through the zoning system narrows students’s school choices; (8) teachers experience obstacles in teaching zoned students; (9) after PPDB is implemented through zoning system, students have lower learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aim to Investigate Alstom boiler performance based on the ratio between fuel consumption and steam production. This reasearch uses quantitative descriptive method. The Population in this research is an Alstom boiler. The sample in this research is daily record data Alstom boiler during one year (February 2015 untill January 2016). Data obtained from the research, were analyzed and entered to the table and displayed in graphical form. There are two indicators in this research: ratio that was gotten from comparation between fuel consumtion and steam production and energetic efficiency of Alstom boiler. Based on the research result can be summed up that Alstom boiler in excellent performance, because the ratio shown 133,59 kg coal / ton of steam is lower than the company target 140 kg coal / of steam, and energetic analysis of Alstom boiler 83,29% was higher than the company target 80%.

Abstract

The research based on the absence of assessment on the BKK performance in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta. The objectives of the research are to evaluate: (1) The performance context of BKK including (a) objective of BKK, (b) duties and functions of BKK, (c) relevance of students needs; (2) The performance input of BKK including: (a) human resources, (b) infrastructure, (c) Standart Operational Procedure, (d) funding; (3) The performance process of BKK including: (a) Management of BKK, (b) student, (c) performance Barrier of BKK; (4) The performance product of BKK that is the achievement of BKK. This research was conduted in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta. The Research employed qualitative evaluation Research method with CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Respondents who become the data object of  the Research is headmaster, 2 staff of BKK, 70 students in grade XII. Technique of collecting data used were questionnaire, interview and documentation. Data validation in his research was carried out by using logic validity. The interview was analyzed by using  triangulation and The questionnarie was analyzed by using mean analysis which is assessed  based on the  assesment criteria. The result of the research show as follow: (1) evaluation of the context of BKK is adequate, (2) evaluation of BKK performance inputs is still low, (3) the evaluation of BKK performance process is good enough, (4) the evalution performance Products of BKK on aspects of achievement is still low.

Abstract

The purpose of the study are analyzed the potential energy of durian peels as an ingredient of solid fuel use the conversion of biomass hydrothermal technology. This study used an experimental method with hydrothermal treatment. Variations used in this method are temperature variations of 180°C, 200°C, and 220°C with variations in holding times of 30 minutes and 60 minutes. To determine the fuel content of durian peels, heating values and proximate analysis were carried out to determine water content, ash content, volatile content, and carbon content. The test result showed that durian peels waste is suitable to be used as an alternative fuel that is suitable for lignite coal fuel. In testing, the highest calorific value is 4515.52 kal / gram which was equivalent to the calorific value of lignite coal (3500 - 4611 cal / gram) according to the American Standard Testing and Mineral (ASTM).

Abstract

Building plumbing systems have gained increasing scholarly attention alongside the rise of sustainable construction, smart infrastructure, and digital building technologies. This study maps the development of research on building plumbing systems from 2005 to 2025 using an integrated approach combining bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database using keywords related to plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, smart plumbing, IoT, and digital twin technologies, with article selection conducted through the PRISMA framework. From 1,245 identified records, 612 peer-reviewed journal articles were included in the final analysis. Bibliometric techniques using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny were applied to evaluate publication trends, geographic and institutional contributions, citation performance, and keyword co-occurrence networks. Results indicate a consistent upward trend in publications, rising from 45 articles (2005–2010) to 259 articles (2021–2025). China emerges as the most productive country, while the United States demonstrates the highest citation impact. Keyword analysis reveals three main thematic clusters: water systems, sanitation and drainage, and modern plumbing technologies. The study also identifies key research gaps, including limited integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, early-stage development of digital twin applications in plumbing systems, and insufficient empirical studies in tropical environments. These findings highlight critical directions for advancing intelligent, efficient, and sustainable plumbing system research

Abstract

The aim of this study are: (1) to identify the chemical composition of the aluminum cast wheel; (2) to identify the shape of the microstructure in the MIG welding method with preheating treatment and variation of the welding current; (3) to obtain the level of violence before and after welding the MIG method with preheating treatment and welding current variations; (4) to obtain the level of impact toughness before and after welding the MIG method with preheating treatment and welding current variations. The study was conducted by taking specimens from the cast wheel in accordance with the research standards used, then welding the MIG method using the ER4043 electrode with preheating treatment and current variations of 90 A, 100 A, and 110 A. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive data analysis. Analyzing data includes testing the chemical composition, microstructure, price of hardness, impact toughness. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) The chemical composition of the cast wheel is Aluminum (Al) 91.74%, Silicon (Si) 7.62% This cast wheel is a type of aluminum series AA4343; (2) The microstructure of the aluminum cast wheel shows that variations in the welding current will affect the size of the aluminum and silicon grains; (3) The hardness value in raw material specimens is 96 HV while the highest hardness value in the welding area is at 100 A welding current which is 60.2 HV, while the lowest hardness value is at 90 A welding current which is 52.0 HV; (4) The value of impact toughness on raw material specimens is 0.45 J / mm2. The lowest impact toughness value with 100 Amperes current is 0.46 J / mm2 and the highest impact toughness value with 110 Amperes current is 0.52 J / mm2.
