Abstract

Asistensi mengajar yang merupakan aktivitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan mahasiswa secara kolaboratif dengan guru/tutor/fasilitator di berbagai satuan pendidikan dalam subsistem pendidikan formal dan nonformal. Program Asistensi mengajar hasil dari Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka atau yang dikenal sebagai MBKM. Tujuan penelitian memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri untuk mengembangkan inovasi, kreativitas, kapasitas, kepribadian, dan mengembangkan diri dalam mencari dan menemukan pengetahuan di sekolah menengah di bawah bimbingan dosen pembimbing lapangan. Metode penelitian Bentuk Kegiatan Pembelajaran (BKP) asistensi mengajar yang dilakukan mahasiswa UNU Sunan Giri di MA Ar ridwan Romly Al maliky dengan cara observasi langsung di lapangan. Aktivitas pembelajaran dilakukan mahasiswa secara kolaboratif dalam subsistem pendidikan formal ataupun nonformal. Data penelitian adalah sistem pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah MA Ar ridwan Romly Al maliky. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan asistensi mengajar oleh mahasiswa di MA Ar ridwan Romly Al maliky menjadikan siswa lebih antusias dalam belajar dan pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif dan kreatif dan pelayanan administrasi sekolah meningkat dan peningkatan dalam prestasi non akademik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadits terkaitstrategi pembelajaran, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode penelitiankepustakaan (library research). Sumber literatur yang digunakan berasal dari database terindeksseperti Scopus, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar dengan memilih publikasi yang terbit dalam 10 tahunterakhir. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam yangterkandung dalam Al-Qur'an dan hadits dapat diterapkan dalam strategi pembelajaran yang efektifdi pendidikan modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ajaran Islam dalam prosespembelajaran memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran sertapembentukan karakter siswa. Ajaran-ajaran seperti pentingnya niat, kesabaran, kerja keras, sertapengembangan akhlak mulia dapat menjadi dasar dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yangholistik dan mendidik siswa tidak hanya dalam aspek pengetahuan, tetapi juga dalam pembentukanmoral dan etika.

Abstract

Organisasi dan pengorganisasian merupakan dua hal yang saling berhubungan, jika organisasi diibaratkan sebagai tempat terlaksanya kegiatan, maka pengorganisasian adalah unsur yang membuatnya hidup secara dinamis. Fungsi pengorganisasian (organizing) merupakan langkah kedua dalam manajemen organisasi setelah fungsi perencanaan (planning). Perencanaan yang matang tidak akan berjalan sempurna, tanpa ada yang menjalankan dan menggerakkan, tanpa diperjelas pekerjaan dan siapa yang akan mengerjakannya. Itulah esensi pengorganisasian. Sedangkan Struktur dan sistem yang telah dibentuk dalam organisasi merupakan suatu kesepakatan yang telah dibuat bersama-sama dalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi. Untuk lebih memperbaiki segala bentuk sistem yang ada, manajemen melibatkan diri secara total terhadap perbaikan.

Abstract

Educational supervision is a process carried out by superiors, such as school principals or supervisors, to their subordinates, namely teachers and other education personnel, with the aim of improving the performance and quality of education. Supervision in education does not only focus on administrative supervision; it also includes guidance and mentoring aimed at helping teachers improve their professional abilities, increase teaching effectiveness and optimize student learning outcomes. With good supervision, teachers can get useful feedback about their performance, receive guidance in curriculum development and implementation and receive positive feedback about how they are succeeding. Good supervision also helps create a collaborative and supportive work culture among teachers, which ultimately increases their motivation and commitment to the teaching profession

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Corporate Ethical Identity (CEI) on the saving interest of customers at BMT UGT Nusantara Arosbaya. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population consists of 1,094 customers, with 66 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analysed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that CEI has a significant influence on saving interest, explaining 84.7% of the variance in saving interest. This finding highlights the importance of strengthening the corporate ethical identity in building trust and customer loyalty in Islamic financial institutions. The study contributes to the development of strategies for managing customer relationships based on ethical values in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

This study bridges a gap in the integration of Islamic exegesis and contemporary psychological frameworks regarding digital age anxieties feelings of anxiety over potentially missing information, trends, or experiences that others are having. This study employs qualitative techniques, incorporating a literature review that investigates both classical and modern commentaries along with literature on Islamic psychology. The findings suggest that these passages embody spiritual principles that may alleviate Fear of Missing Out, including recognition of the world's impermanence, the significance of self-acceptance, and confidence in and contentment with God's provisions. The main cause of syndrome is an irrational fear (intense anxiety) regarding the information acquired, frequently resulting in feelings of discontent and diminished self-worth.

Abstract

The size of the Muslim market necessitates the growth and development of the halal industry, unfortunatelyThe Muslim community 'stutters' in dealing with this situation; not quickly seize opportunities as producers,but instead enjoy status only as consumers. Even in the era of free trade and market digitalization, variousinnovations are needed so that Muslims can capitalize on this potential. This research aims to examine theinnovations and contributions of fiqh in developing and reviewing shariah-compliant standards, procedures,and practices in the halal industry. This innovation is to ensure product halalness and meet the expectationsand needs of Muslim consumers. This qualitative research with phenomenology concludes that theinnovation and contribution of fiqh in the halal industry covers various aspects, such as the development ofprocessing technology; use of high-quality halal ingredients; creating new methods in production processesthat are more efficient and environmentally friendly; development of a more effective, more accessible andtransparent halal certification system; and increasing public education and awareness about halal products.After the production process and halal certification, it is still necessary to carry out an audit of the productionprocess and materials used, conduct research and analysis of relevant Sharia laws, and conduct consultationswith scholars and experts in their fields.

Abstract

This activity is based on the importance of early introduction to English, especially in understanding basic concepts such as living things, which at the same time increases science literacy. This service activity aims to increase students' understanding of living things through United Kingdom flashcard media. The method of implementing the activity includes the creation and distribution of flashcard media, training in the use of flashcards through direct assistance in learning activities. Students are introduced to different types of living things through pictures accompanied by names in English. The teaching and learning process also involves interactive activities to strengthen understanding and mastery of vocabulary. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in vocabulary related to living things, qualitatively. This activity is expected to be an innovative and sustainable learning model in elementary schools

Abstract

The integration of digital media in education has transformed the way students engage with learning materials, particularly in language instruction. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using digital media in the teaching of Indonesian language at the secondary school level. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through surveys and observations in several junior and senior high schools. The results indicate that the use of digital media, such as interactive applications, online learning platforms, and multimedia resources, significantly enhances student motivation, participation, and comprehension. Moreover, digital media supports differentiated instruction, allowing teachers to accommodate various learning styles. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and lack of digital literacy among teachers still hinder optimal implementation. This study concludes that digital media is an effective tool in Indonesian language learning at secondary schools when supported by adequate infrastructure and teacher readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on student learning outcomes in ecosystem material in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Pangkatannya. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely class XI MIPA 3 as an experimental class using the PBL model and class XI MIPA 2 as a control class using a conventional learning model. Data was collected through pretest and posttest, which were then analyzed using t-test and N-Gain calculation to see the improvement of student learning outcomes. The results showed that the average pretest score of the experimental class was 62.4, while the control class was 60.8. After treatment, the average posttest score of the experimental class increased to 84.6, while the control class only reached 75.2. The N-Gain analysis showed a higher increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class with a value of 0.65 (moderate category), compared to the control class which only reached 0.48 (moderate category). The t-test showed a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the two classes with a value of t_count = 3.89> t_table = 2.00 at a significance level of 0.05, which means that the PBL model has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes. Based on the research results, the PBL model is recommended as an effective learning strategy for improving students' understanding, especially in ecosystem material
