Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Student Active Learning (SAL) learning model of the Group to Group Exchange type on student learning outcomes at MTs Al Washliyah Sigambal. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class (VII-5) which was taught using the Group to Group Exchange model and the control class (VII-4) which used conventional methods. Learning outcome data were collected through pre-test and post-test tests as well as observations during the learning process. The results showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. The average pre-test score in the experimental class was 58.4, increasing to 82.6 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the average pre-test score in the control class was 57.8, with an increase in the post-test to 72.3. The t-test showed that the t-count value of 3.87 was greater than the t-table at a significance level of 0.05, which means that the Group to Group Exchange model had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Solving method on the learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat. The Problem Solving method is a learning approach that emphasizes critical thinking skills and problem solving in the learning process. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two groups, namely the experimental class, namely VII D which uses the Problem Solving method and the control class, namely VII B which uses the conventional method. Data collection was carried out through a test in the form of a total of 30 questions on learning outcomes and observations during the learning process. Data analysis used a t-test statistical test to determine the differences in learning outcomes between the two groups. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students taught using the Problem Solving method compared to the conventional method. Students in the experimental class showed an increase in conceptual understanding and better critical thinking skills. Thus, the Problem Solving method has proven effective in improving the learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Bara

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on student learning outcomes in the respiratory system material in class XI of SMA N 1 Rantau Utara. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, using a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely one class as an experimental group using the PjBL model and one class as a control group using conventional learning methods. Learning outcome data were obtained through pretest and posttest, then analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests to determine differences in learning outcomes between the two groups. The results showed that before being given treatment, there was no significant difference between the pretest scores of the two groups, with an average pretest score of the experimental group of 65.12 and the control group of 64.85.

Abstract

The utilization of technology in learning has been an important part of the transformation of education, particularly in the subject of Biology which demands conceptual understanding and visualization of the material. The post-pandemic learning paradigm change encourages the use of digital media, Learning Management System (LMS), and various other technological applications as a means of supporting teaching-learning activities. However, the effectiveness of technology-based learning implementation is highly dependent on the perception of teachers and students as the main actors in the learning process. This study aimed to describe and analyze teachers’ and students’ perceptions towards technology-based Biology learning at Senior Secondary School 2 Southern Region. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The respondents consisted of all Biology teachers and grade XI science students who were selected by total sampling for teachers and proportional random sampling for students. Abstract

but ideology has an active role in shaping the social structure itself, it can be likened to a map that provides structure and human understanding in understanding in the scope, especially the surrounding social situation. The study of ideology is the same as the study of law, this is because the formation of law always involves ideology as the basic element and of course comes from the deposits of social behavior that exist in society. Pancasila is an ideology that describes fundamental characters that are in harmony with the social life of the Indonesian people. The type of research I use in this research is Legal Research. The approach used in this research is a historical approach. There are problems that occur in the current era, that the application of Pancasila in the digital era has many various things that are vulnerable to division and hostility even though the easier information can be accessed. With the strengthening of Pancasila values as the basis of national awareness, all existing problems can be overcome and can be implemented properly by improving digital literacy, reviving the spirit of mutual cooperation, strengthening education about ethics and morals, especially in the digital world, using social media wisely, participating in a smart role to maintain the truth of information circulating and uphold the values of Pancasila in life of the nation and state.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the character of student discipline at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Yaqien Pohlandak. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data credibility checking was carried out using triangulation techniques (sources and techniques/methods), member checks, and the adequacy of reference materials. The results of the study indicate that the character of student discipline at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Yaqien Pohlandak, namely through: a) Discipline in performing prayers on time b) Orderly in ablution. c) Discipline in placing rows. d) Dhikr and prayer after performing congregational prayers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the concept of restorative justice in the criminal justice system in Indonesia based on local wisdom values. The urgency of this study is based on the need for a more humane and holistic solution in resolving criminal cases, considering that the dominant retributive approach is considered less effective and fair. This research method uses normative juridical with a conceptual approach and a comparative approach. The results of the study show that the application of restorative justice that takes local wisdom into account can reduce the workload of the court, increase victim participation, and encourage the responsibility of the perpetrator in repairing the damage caused. In conclusion, the concept of restorative justice that is integrated with local cultural values ??such as deliberation, consensus, and mutual cooperation has great potential to create a fairer and more effective justice system. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive approach that combines restorative justice with local wisdom, as well as recommendations for the development of policies and regulations that support its widespread implementation in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to uncover the concept of Muslimah education as reflected in the life of Hafshah bint Umar ibn al-Khattab and to examine the relevance of her exemplary character as a role model for contemporary Muslim women. Amid increasingly complex challenges of the modern era, the exemplary conduct of women in Islamic history is urgently needed as a reference for character education. However, studies that systematically integrate classical Islamic female figures into modern Islamic educational frameworks remain limited. Therefore, a new approach is required to bring forward their legacy as a valuable foundation. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive method through library research, analyzing both classical and contemporary literature. The findings show that Hafshah RA was a prominent shahabiyah known for her love of knowledge, moral resilience, and her significant role in preserving the written Qur’an. Her contribution to hadith transmission and involvement in the social life of the Muslim community reflect her high level of integrity and intellectual capacity. Values such as courage, intelligence, steadfast faith, and social concern are examined in terms of their relevance to current Islamic character education curricula. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic effort to present Hafshah RA as a model of Muslim women’s character that can be integrated into contemporary Islamic education design an approach that has been rarely addressed in previous scholarship. This study concludes that integrating the exemplary legacy of Hafshah RA into character education is essential for shaping morally upright, critically minded, and independent Muslim women.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online gambling is increasingly widespread in Indonesia, including in ruralareas such as Tapian Nadenggan hamlet. This has various impacts, both from the educational,social, economic and religious fields. Teenagers are a group that is vulnerable to the influenceof online gambling because they are still in the emotional and cognitive development stage.Many of them fall into gambling as a form of entertainment or even as an attempt to gain instantfinancial gain. In Tapian Nadenggan Hamlet, this phenomenon is starting to attract publicattention. Some teenagers experience economic difficulties due to losing money in gambling.Based on these problems, this research aims to analyze the impact of online gambling onteenagers in Tapian Nadenggan Hamlet. This research aims to determine the factors thatencourage teenagers in Tapian Nadenggan Hamlet to play online gambling and to determine thesocial, economic, religious and educational impacts caused by online gambling.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of teachers' ability toconduct learning evaluations on the achievement of Akidah Akhlak learningobjectives at MAS Al Washliyah Sei Berombang, Labuhanbatu. This researchadopts a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires, observations, anddocumentation for data collection. Data analysis is conducted through hypothesistesting, employing the product-moment correlation formula and the chi-squaretest. The findings reveal a significant correlation between the teacher's ability toevaluate the learning objectives of Aqidah Akhlak, with a correlation coefficientof 0.653, indicating a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination showsthat 38.31% of the variance is explained by this relationship. Additionally, thechi-square value (x²) was found to be 15.05.
