Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of female tahfidz teachers in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an by applying the method of depositing memorization in improving the quality of memorizing the Qur'an by female tahfidz students. The research site is at the Darunnajah 2 Islamic Boarding School, Cipining, Bogor. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was motivated by the existence of a rote deposit program that was implemented at the Darunnajah 2 Islamic Boarding School in Cipining. The method applied is the method of depositing and repeating memorization to training students in adding and repeating memorization. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the deposit program is very useful and able to improve the quality of student memorization. Although there are many obstacles at the technical level, with this program of depositing and repeating memorization students can be istiqamah in reviewing their memorization, either new memorization or old memorization.

Abstract

In a pluralistic society like Indonesia, the discourse on religion and multiculturalism is always challenging. Religious diversity can lead to either conflict or harmony, depending on how we interpret diversity and religious pluralism. Do we see it as social capital or a social liability? If religious diversity is perceived as a threat, tensions and conflicts among religions may arise. Conversely, if viewed as social capital, it contributes to fostering tolerance and harmony. Therefore, strengthening and deepening the concept of multicultural education based on strong religious values becomes essential. Given this issue, realizing the principles of multicultural education in society requires the ultimatum of religion as the foundational truth for humanity, outlining the boundaries and steps necessary to comprehensively understand the guidelines for multicultural life. This discussion is highly relevant to the Indonesian societal phenomenon, characterized by numerous ethnicities, religions, and cultures. Thus, this article seeks to explore multiculturalism from the perspective of three major religions, Islam, Christianity, and Hinduism, which have significant followers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik merupakan hal yang sangat penting guna mensukseskan tujuan pendidikan. Masih rendahnya kualitas guru terhadap sistem belajar siswa, sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melaksanakan penelitian tentang strategi peningkatan kualitas guru terhadap sistem belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui: 1) strategi peningkatan kualitas guru, 2) sistem belajar siswa, dan 3) program unggulan yang masih bertahan di Sekolah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sidamulya Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yakni mengungkapkan secara mendalam dan terfokus tentang fokus penelitian yang ditemukan pada latar alami. Adapun hasil penelitiannya sebagai berikut: (1) Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Guru di Sekolah dengan cara Pembinaan dan Sosialisasi, Penghargaan atau Reward, dan Rapat Evaluasi, (2) Sistem Belajar Siswa: Sistem yang digunakan sekolah madrasah tsanawiyah Sidamulya adalah Kurikulum 2013 (kurtilas) dan beberapa sistem tambahan yaitu baca tulis Qur’an, 3) Program Unggulan Sekolah: Dengan adanya program unggulan sekolah menjadi lebih baik dalam hal Pendidikan artinya selain dari kegiatan formal yang ada didalam kelas program non formal yang menjadi program unggulan akan menjadikan nilai plus bagi sekolah. Karena hal tersebut juga membuat siswa berprestasi baik di bidang olahraga maupun yang lainnya dan telah terbukti para siswa/siswi beberapa kali mengikuti perlombaan baik di tingkat sekolah sampai tingkat kabupaten.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain information regarding the methods and strategies used by the tahfidz house in memorizing the Koran for young children. This type of research is qualitative research. The research approach used by researchers is case studies. In qualitative research, researchers used interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of this study are first, the methods applied by the tahfidz kholifah house include: the talaqqi method, the sima'i method, the tabarak method and the muraja'ah method. Second, the strategies implemented are divided into 2, namely teaching strategies in the form of strategies that pay attention to factors from within the child, because each teacher provides different strategies depending on the child's condition. And the second is the strategy applied by the students in memorizing, that is, there are differences between the students in the number of verses they want to memorize. The strategy used is almost the same as using electronic media, except that there are some students who use visual aids by reading the Koran. Third, the supporting factors for memorizing the Koran include: the spirit of the child, the teacher is a hafidz, adequate facilities and infrastructure, parental support. And the inhibiting factors: the child's ability to read the Koran, the child's concentration, the child's memory ability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective steps and techniques in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning to ensure the achievement of educational goals. It is crucial for PAI teachers to design lessons, set objectives, develop learning evaluations, and use strategies that can improve and shape students' character. Integrated curriculum development and holistic learning approaches are also necessary. This research employs a library research method by gathering data from books, journals, and documents. The study focuses on: 1) The essence of PAI learning, 2) Analysis of steps in PAI learning, and 3) Effective techniques used in PAI learning. This analysis helps identify effective teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding of religious values, facilitate the internalization of Islamic teachings, and shape students' character. Additionally, it supports the development of innovative approaches, ensuring that PAI learning becomes a more impactful and meaningful experience for students.

Abstract

The morality crisis that is occurring in Indonesia is a serious problem faced by this nation. This can be seen when there are many cases of deviations committed by students. Brawls and promiscuity are examples of the consequences of collapsing moral values, so students need moral education. In scouting, there is education that concentrates on moral values ​​because scouting's moral values ​​come from scouting satya and dharma. So that through scouting activities we can produce students who have good morals. This research aims to find out how the internalization of moral education values ​​in the Dasa Dharma Scouts at SMKN 1 Tonjong Brebes. This research is field research using a descriptive qualitative approach, where data is collected obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the internalization of moral education values ​​in the scout dasa dharma at SMKN 1 Tonjong Brebes shows that it has been implemented in every point of the scout dasa dharma.

Abstract

The development of educational strategies is not as fast as technological developments. The existence of digitalization in all segments of life demands the digitalization of education and science. Today's digital-based education system has become a necessity. However, this cannot necessarily be applied in all places, such as in underdeveloped areas. Where everything goes slowly. This is motivated by attitudes, culture and social values ​​that are inherent in society which tends to still hold traditional values. It is very necessary to develop Islamic religious education in underdeveloped areas based on digital technology in order to improve the quality and equality of national education. Apart from that, this development is also intended to offset the negative influence of the digital world which has damaged the world of primary and secondary education. In order to realize this development, strategies are needed that can be accepted and adopted well by people living in disadvantaged areas. The strategy must comply with the local values ​​where the development is carried out. Coordination with related parties from the socialization process to implementation is also part of the strategy that must be implemented.

Abstract

Environmental indifference remains a significant issue in today’s global era, requiring attention and solutions, such as the Adiwiyata program. One strategy to address this is fostering green behavior, starting with small, eco-friendly actions. This study aims to explore: 1) The green behavior of students at SMP Negeri 2 Kuningan, 2) The implementation of green behavior based on the Adiwiyata program, and 3) How to nurture and develop green behavior in students. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main informants were teachers, students, and the school principal. The findings show that: 1) Green behavior is generally formed but not yet fully integrated with the expected values. 2) Students have implemented green behavior, though some challenges remain. 3) The school fosters green behavior through curriculum development, participatory activities, and supporting infrastructure. Supportive factors include intellectual motivation, stakeholder involvement, Adiwiyata team consistency, and adequate facilities, while obstacles include budget constraints, insufficient habituation control, and a lack of connection between students, parents, and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization and Intellectual) learning model in improving student understanding of PAIBP subjects in class X students of the TKJ A department at SMK Nurul Huda Sagalaherang. treatment. The population in this study were all students of Class X SMK Nurul Huda Sagalaherang in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year which consisted of 6 classes and 1 class was chosen randomly as the research sample. Data were collected using observation sheets on the implementation of learning, learning outcomes tests (pretest and posttest), student activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis technique. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed: (1), the reality of student understanding based on the posttest analysis, the results obtained obtained a value of 15.72 which included a scale criterion between 14.00 to 16.00 with good information (2), the effect of the SAVI learning model in improving understanding students in PAIBP subjects based on the analysis of the normalized n-gain average of 0.39 (medium category). (3), the value of correlation analysis obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000. Because the value of Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between the X and Y variables. Class X students majoring in TKJ A at SMK Nurul Huda Sagalaherang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the emergence of the phenomenon of moral decline, especially among students. The existence of criminal acts, student delinquency, brawls, moral degradation is one of the many causes of moral decline. Realizing the importance of the position and function of the Al-Quran for mankind, its application is important and mandatory as a form of mutual concern, especially for educators, so that the values ​​of moral education included in it can be conveyed properly to the people, especially to students. Starting from this situation, the author is interested in examining the implementation of moral education values ​​in the Al-Quran Surah Ali-Imran verse 159 at SMPN 1 Pagaden. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, using a case study approach. The primary data source used is QS. Ali-Imran : 159 and the parties directly related to the discussion. While the secondary data is in the form of books, journal reports, articles and writings that talk about morality and the inculcation of moral education values. The results of the study show that, 1) The value of QS moral education. Ali-Imran: 159 is a gentle attitude, forgiving, deliberation and trust. 2) The teacher's role as a facilitator through advice, example, attention and habituation. 3) Factors that influence students' morals are the family environment, society and technology. 4) Obstacles faced by teachers are the lack of student motivation. 5) The role of schools is to provide the best facilities, professional educators and programs.
