Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work discipline and job training on job performance based on employee perceptions PT. Karya Patra Abadi Balikpapan. The location of this research was conducted at JL. Lt. Gen. Soeprapto no. 69 Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The population is 114 people and the sample used in this study is 89 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis, obtained that (X1) workability partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. Variable (X2)work discipline partially positive and significant effect. The variable (X3) partially positive and significant job training. And together (simultaneously) work ability, work discipline and job training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Sayyid Qutb's views on the role of the state within the framework of the Islamic economic system. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method, this research delves into the fundamental concepts of Islamic economics proposed by Qutb and their application in the economic policies of Muslim-majority countries. The study reveals that, according to Qutb, the state plays a role beyond merely being a regulator; it is an entity responsible for ensuring the fair and equitable distribution of wealth. Qutb emphasizes that the primary goal of Islamic economics is to achieve social justice, reduce economic disparities, and avoid the dominance of capitalism that can lead to inequality. Furthermore, Qutb highlights the importance of the state's role in managing social instruments, such as zakat and waqf, which serve as tools for wealth redistribution and economic empowerment of society. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the implementation of Islamic economic principles in state policies and their impact on achieving a fairer economic welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price, brand image and brand awareness on the decision to use InDrive online motorcycle taxi in Balikpapan partially and simultaneously. The study’s sample consisted of 96 individuals who had used Balikpapan’s InDrive online motorbike taxi service. This research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical approach. According to the partial test results price had neither a negative or insignificant effect on the use decision obtained tcount value of -1.070 <  ttable 1.661 and a significance value of 0.287 > 0.05. Brand image positively and significantly influences use decisions, obtained tcount  value of 4.490 > from ttable 1.661 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Brand awareness contributes positively and significantly on use decisions, obtained tcount  is 6,734 > from ttable 1.661 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the price, brand image,  brand awareness significantly influence the decision to use, obtained  Fcount is 84.271 > Ftable 2.70 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work performance, and work experience on employee career development at the engineering division of PT Duma Nusatama Balikpapan. The population of this research is 322 employees of PT.Duma Nusatama Balikpapan. The sample used in this research is purposive sampling which is all permanent employees of Engineering Division of PT Duma Nusatama Balikpapan with 45 respondents. Data analysis technique uses multiple regression method assisted by SPSS 25 program. The result shows that partially competence has positive and significant effect on employee career development with tcount 2.911 > ttable 2.019 and significance value 0.006 < 0.05. Work performance partially has a positive and significant effect on employee career development with tcount 7.774 > ttable 2.019 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Work experience partially has a positive and significant effect on employee career development with tcount 5.334 > ttable 2.019 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, competence, work performance, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the career development of engineering division employees with a value of Fcount 306.486 > Ftable 2.83 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

Toko fitri hijab merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual hijab, pada toko ini terdapat banyak transaksi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan dapat dikelola untuk menghasilkan suatu informasi. Analisa transaksi yang ada pada toko ini dapat membantu pemilik toko untuk membuat suatu strategis bisnis, seperti mengetahui barang yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan. Data mining merupakan bidang dari beberapa bidang keilmuan yang menyatukan teknik dari pembelajaran mesin, pengenalan pola, statistika, database dan visualisasi untuk pengenalan permasalahan pengambilan informasi dari database yang besar. Salah satu algoritma dari teknik data mining yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari pola belanja konsumen adalah algoritma apriori. Algoritma apriori merupakan salah satu algoritma pada data mining yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data dengan aturan asosiatif dalam menentukan hubungan suatu kombinasi item. Dari analisis data menggunakan bahasa pemograman phyton ini didapatkan 2 aturan asociation rule yaitu : Jika membeli hijab instan maka akan membeli hijab segi empat dengan nilai confidence 0.53 dan jika membeli hijab segi empat maka akan membeli hijab instan dengan nilai confidence 0.57.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi secara empiris konstelasi faktor kognitif dan afektif yang memengaruhi manifestasi perilaku etis di kalangan calon akuntan. Dengan mengambil sudut pandang yang holistik, penelitian ini menyelidiki peran kecerdasan intelektual, spiritual, dan emosional, serta keyakinan individu terhadap kendali atas peristiwa (locus of control). Survei terhadap 70 mahasiswa akuntansi angkatan 2020 di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Balikpapan menjadi basis data primer untuk analisis ini. Melalui pemodelan regresi linier berganda dengan dukungan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29, terungkap bahwa ketajaman intelektual dan kedalaman spiritual secara substansial berkorelasi positif dengan kecenderungan perilaku etis. Sementara itu, kecerdasan emosional tidak menunjukkan dampak yang terukur secara statistik terhadap komitmen etis mahasiswa. Lebih lanjut, meskipun orientasi locus of control internal tampak searah dengan perilaku etis yang lebih baik, pengaruhnya tidak signifikan secara individual dalam model regresi. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pengembangan kapasitas kognitif dan spiritual memegang peranan krusial dalam menanamkan fondasi etika yang kuat bagi para profesional akuntansi masa depan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja berdasarkan persepsi karyawan Divisi Sales Operation PT. Olivindo Energi Mandiri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 karyawan divisi sales operation dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dari populasi 81 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil nilai thitung 2,319 > 1,687 ttabel, unstandardized coefficients beta 0,367, dan nilai signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan dihasilkan thitung 2,218 > 1,687 ttabel, unstandardized coefficients beta 0,397, dan nilai signifikansi 0,033 < 0,05. Pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan dihasilkan thitung 2,276 > 1,687 ttabel, unstandardized coefficients beta sebesar 0,252, dan signifikansi 0,029 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 78,665 > 2,86 Ftabel dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity (current ratio), leverage (debt to equity ratio), profitability (return on assets) and firm size (Ln total assets) on company value (price earning ratio) of the food and beverage sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. This research employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique chosen as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS version 25, incorporating descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results shows that the current ratio partially has a positive and significant effect on the price earning ratio. The debt to equity ratio partially has no negative and insignificant effect on the price earning ratio. Return on assets partially has a positive and significant effect on the price earning ratio. Ln total assets does not partially have a positive and insignificant effect on the price earning ratio. Futhermore, the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and Ln total assets simultaneously and significantly influence the price earning ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas (LDR), kecukupan modal (CAR) dan risiko kredit (NPL) terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub-sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 6 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi 30. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel likuiditas (LDR) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), variabel kecukupan modal (CAR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dan risiko kredit (NPL) tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Kemudian variabel likuiditas (LDR), kecukupan modal (CAR) dan kredit bermasalah (NPL) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Tata Wisata Balikpapan. The type of research used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach using the SPSS version 25 application. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tata Wisata Balikpapan with a total of 47 respondents, and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results of this study indicate that partially: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount 2.505 > ttable 1.681 and significance value of 0.016 < 0.05. (2) Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with tcount 1.939 > ttable 1.681 and significance value of 0.059 > 0.05. (3) Job satisfaction does not have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance with tcount -0.583 < ttable 1.681 and significance value of 0.563 > 0.05. (4) Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated Fcount 5.149 > Ftable 3.21 and significance value of 0.004 < 0.05
