Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Experiential Marketing, Service Quality, and Driver Attitude on Customer Satisfaction with Grab Users in Mataram City. The purpose of this study was to examine Experiential Marketing, Service Quality, and Driver Attitude on Customer Satisfaction with Grab Users in Mataram City. The type of research used is causal associative research, the research location is in Mataram City to a sample of Grab online transportation users with a sample of 80 respondents who have at least used Grab online transportation at least twice. The analysis used includes instrument test data, validity test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, normality test,heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (t test) from the analysis concluded that experiental marketing has a significantly affect on costumer satisfaction, service quality has a significantly affect on costumer satisfaction, driver attitude has a significantly affect on costumer satisfaction Grab in Mataram city.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Experiental Marketing, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan Driver Attitude Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Pengguna Grab Di Kota Mataram. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji Experiental Marketing, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan Driver Attitude Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Pengguna Grab Di Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal, lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Mataram kepada sampel pengguna transportasi online Grab dengan jumlah sampel  80 responden yang setidaknya pernah menggunakan transportasi online Grab minimal dua kali. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrument data, uji validitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinieritas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis (uji t) dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa experiental marketing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan driver attitude berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by developments in the modern era which have resulted in many new business actors emerging. This is a challenge for traditional blacksmith industry players in Montong Gamang Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok to continue trying to win the existing competition in order to maintain the continuity of the industry that has been running for a long time. So, blacksmith industry players who still use traditional technology are required to determine development strategies for the welfare of the community of blacksmith craftsmen in Montong Gamang Village appropriately so that their businesses are able to compete and develop amidst the times. This research aims to determine the development strategies implemented by craftsmen at the traditional blacksmith industry center in Montong Gamang Village in facing business competition. To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by craftsmen in developing a traditional blacksmith industrial center in Montong Gamang Village to face business competition. This type of research is qualitative which uses a descriptive approach. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through collecting information and reducing data from the local community.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan zaman yang serba modern membuat banyaknya pelaku usaha baru bermunculan. Hal ini merupakan tantangan bagi para pelaku industry pengerajin pandai bes itradisional di Dusun Mumbang Kecamatan KopangLombok Tengah untuk terus berupaya memenangkan persaingan yang ada guna mempertahankan kelangsungan industri yang sudah lama dijalankan. Sehingga para pelaku industri pandai besi yang masih menggunakan teknologi tradisional dituntut untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan demi kesejahteraan masyarakat pengerajin pandai besi di Dusun Mumbang dengan tepat agar usahanya mampubersaing dan berkembang ditengah perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan yang diterapkan oleh para pengrajin sentra industri pandai besi tradisional di Desa Montong Gamang dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha. Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi para pengrajin dalam melakukan pengembangan sentra industri pandai besi tradisional di Desa Montong Gamang untuk menghadapi persaingan usaha. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan informasi, reduksidata dari masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This research on purpose for knowing brand reputation effect, brand trust, and perceived quality concerning to brand loyalty emina cosmetics on mataram city. The kind of this research by using casual descriptive with quantitation approaching. Collect data method use survey sample by using primer data which is direct collecting from consumer by questionnaire. Population in this research is overall emina cosmetics product on mataram city, with research sample as many as one hundred (100) responden. Sample was taken use non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method that is determining sample with certainty consideration. Data analyze tool which is by using is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)  use AMOS application  2.0 version. The result of data analyze indicate is: (1)brand reputation give negative effect and not significant toward brand loyalty, (2) Brand trust give positive effect and significant  toward brand loyalty, and (3) Perceived quality give positive effect but not significant toward brand loyalty.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand reputation, brand trust, dan perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty Emina Cosmetics di Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kasual dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampel survei dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan langsung dari konsumen menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang menggunakan produk Emina Cosmetics di Kota Mataram, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 (seratus) responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Alat Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS versi 2.0. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) brand reputation berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, (2) brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyaty, dan (3) perceived quality berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap brand loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of endorsement in the context of Islamic business ethics using a descriptive qualitative method. Through interviews and observations with consumers, the findings reveal that respondents agree that endorsements are effective in increasing sales. However, respondents feel that this practice is not fully aligned with Sharia principles. Some influencers tend to downplay the shortcomings of products, which can pose a risk of deception and contradict the value of honesty in Islam. This study recommends that business practitioners and influencers pay attention to ethical principles, such as transparency and social responsibility, to ensure that endorsements are not only economically beneficial but also in line with Islamic values. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insights for the industry on the importance of Islamic business ethics in endorsement practices.Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena endorsement dalam konteks etika bisnis Islam dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap konsumen, hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa responden setuju bahwa endorsement efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Namun, responden merasa praktik ini belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Beberapa influencer cenderung menutupi kekurangan produk, yang dapat menimbulkan risiko penipuan dan bertentangan dengan nilai kejujuran dalam Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelaku bisnis dan influencer memperhatikan prinsip etika, seperti transparansi dan tanggung jawab sosial, untuk memastikan bahwa endorsement tidak hanya menguntungkan secara ekonomi tetapi juga sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi industri tentang pentingnya etika bisnis Islam dalam praktik endorsement.

Abstract

Abstract: Every company has the same goal both short and long term that is to maximize and increase the prosperity of the shareholders. To achieve this, then the path that can be taken by the management company is to increase the profits obtained and maximize the value of the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of capital structure (DAR, DER) and profitability (ROA, ROE) to company value (EPS) in syariah banking at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The population of this study is the Sharia (BUS) Commercial Bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Method of determining the sample by purposive sampling method, with some criteria that have been determined then the number of samples is as much as 6 Sharia Commercial Banks. The research data is secondary data obtained from Annual Report (AR) year 2012-2016. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) DAR has no significant and significant effect on firm value, 2) DER has a significant positive effect on firm value, 3) ROA has no effect on firm value, 4) ROE has no effect on firm value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Pandemic Challenges In Influencing Competence Contributions to Employee Performance: A Case Study in the General Section of the Regional Government, Dompu Regency. The sample in this study were all 78 employees of the Dompu Regency Regional Government Office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a power collection tool using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that Pandemic Challenges Can Affect the Contribution of Competence to Employee Performance: A Case Study in the General Section of Local Government, Dompu Regency.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is an attempt to examine the paddy field pawning system that has been carried out by the people of Kale'o Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency since a long time ago from an Islamic perspective. The research method used in this research is descriptive method that describes qualitative data. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources were taken from the interview process with informants, namely pawners (rahin), pawn recipients (murtahin), and community leaders. The secondary data is obtained from journals and books that discuss pawning. Data collection methods in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the paddy field pawning system in Kale'o Village, Lambu District, Bima Regency as a whole, both in terms of its qabul (sighat akad), aqid (rahin and murtahin), pawning goods (marhun) and debt (marhun bih) has been valid from an Islamic perspective. The full use of paddy land (marhun) pawning goods by the pawn recipient is not justified and is not valid according to Islamic law, because it is not in accordance with the values of justice and there is an element of usury. Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan usaha untuk meneliti sistem gadai tanah sawah yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Kale’o Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima sejak dulu dalam perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskriptif yang memaparkan data kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer diambil dari proses wawancara dengan informan, yaitu penggadai (rahin), penerima gadai (murtahin), dan tokoh masyarakat. Adapun data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal dan buku-buku yang membahas tentang gadai. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa sistem gadai tanah sawah di Desa Kale’o Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima secara keseluruhan, baik dari segi ijab qabulnya (sighat akad), aqid (rahin dan murtahin), barang gadai (marhun) dan hutang (marhun bih) telah sah dalam perspektif Islam. Adapun pemanfaatan barang gadai tanah sawah (marhun) secara penuh oleh penerima gadai tidak dibenarkan dan tidak sah menurut syariat Islam, karena  tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keadilan dan terdapat unsur riba.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines How the Wilayatul Hisbah in West Aceh regency implements the application of Islamic law, particularlyin terms of lack of socialization and lack of community participation in filling the open space for the implementation of Isvlamic law. The Qur’an is the basis for understanding Islamic law, and this teaching is based on the holy book. Islamic law applies to his servants who are sane, healthy, and have come of age. This study ises a qualitative descriptive approach. The problem studied is: How does the Wilayatul Hisbah implement the application of Islamic law in West Aceh? The results show that many Islamic law application programs still face challengs in the social order of the community. Although the law or Qanun has provided a strong legal basis, effective implementation requires careful preparation and good managemen. Islamic law is seen as a divine rule that encompasses all aspects of Muslim life. This study uses the theory of sociology of religion to see how the formalization of the application and implemention of Islamic law in West Aceh and How it affects the community. The method of sociology of religion enables a deeper understanding of the formalization process and its consequences for Acehnese society. Before Indonesia’s independence, Sultan Iskandar Muda had ruled Aceh. Then came the post-independence period, the New Order, reform, and now. Laws No.44 of 1999 and No.18 of 2001, along with other laws regulating Islamic law, serve as the basis for the implementation of Islamic law in Aceh.Abstrak: Studi ini melihat bagaimana Wilayatul Hisbah Kab. Aceh Barat melaksanakan penerapan syariat Islam, terutama dalam hal kurangnya sosialisasi dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengisi ruang terbuka untuk pelaksanaan syariat Islam. Al-Qur'an merupakan dasar dari segala pemahaman tentang syari'at Islam, dan ajaran ini didasarkan pada kitab suci. Syariat Islam ini berlaku bagi hamba-Nya yang berakal, sehat, dan telah dewasa. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Problem yang diteliti adalah: Bagaimanakah Wilayatul Hisbah melaksanakan penerapan syariat Islam di Aceh Barat? Hasil menunjukkan bahwa banyak program penerapan syariat islam masih menghadapi tantangan dalam tatanan sosial masyarakat. Meskipun undang-undang atau Qanun telah memberikan dasar hukum yang kuat, implementasi yang efektif memerlukan persiapan yang matang dan manajemen yang baik. Syariat Islam dipandang sebagai aturan ilahiah yang mencakup semua aspek kehidupan umat Islam. Studi ini menggunakan teori sosiologi agama untuk melihat bagaimana formalisasi penerapan dan pelaksanaan syariat Islam di Aceh Barat dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada masyarakat. Metode sosiologi agama memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang proses formalisasi dan konsekuensi yang ditimbulkannya bagi masyarakat Aceh. Sebelum kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, Raja Iskandar Muda telah memerintah Aceh. Kemudian datang periode setelah kemerdekaan, Orde Baru, reformasi, dan sekarang. Hukum Nomor 44 tahun 1999 dan Nomor 18 tahun 2001, bersama dengan hukum lain yang mengatur tentang syariat Islam, berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk pelaksanaan syariat Islam di Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life (X1), competence (X2) on employee performance (Y) for employees of the West Nusa Tenggara Province Trade Office. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The technical analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25.0. The research population is all employees who work at the NTB Provincial Trade Office. The data collection method used in this study used the census method. The results of the analysis show that: 1. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees of the NTB Provincial Trade Office. 2. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the NTB Provincial Trade Office.                                                       ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja(X1), Kompetensi (X2) Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif berbentuk kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kontrak Dinas Perdaganagan Provinsi NTB. 2. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perdagangan Provinsi NTB.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics in fish buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of Pagesangan, Mataram. The traditional market of Pagesangan, as the center of the local fish trade, has transaction dynamics that are influenced by various social and economic factors, including the application of Islamic business ethics principles such as honesty, fairness, and transparency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that although some traders have tried to apply Islamic business ethics principles, such as providing honest information about the quality of fish and setting reasonable prices. Fish traders face challenges in maintaining quality and prices in accordance with Islamic standards due to economic pressures and fierce competition. In addition, traders' understanding of the principles of Islamic business ethics is still limited, which indicates the need for further education.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam transaksi jual beli ikan di pasar tradisional Pagesangan, Mataram. Pasar tradisional Pagesangan, sebagai pusat perdagangan ikan lokal, memiliki dinamika transaksi yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor sosial dan ekonomi, termasuk penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan transparansi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian pedagang telah berusaha menerapkan prinsip etika bisnis Islam, seperti memberikan informasi yang jujur tentang kualitas ikan dan menetapkan harga yang wajar. Pedagang ikan menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga kualitas dan harga yang sesuai dengan standar Islam akibat tekanan ekonomi dan persaingan yang ketat. Selain itu, pemahaman pedagang tentang prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam masih terbatas, yang mengindikasikan perlunya edukasi lebih lanjut.
