Sodium benzoate is the sodium salt of benzoic acid which is often used in processed foods and beverages, According to the regulation of the Head of BPOM RI No. 36 of 2013, this preservative is permitted in its use but has a limit on the use of mayonnaise, which is 1000 mg/kg body weight. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of sodium benzoate and the levels in packaged mayonnaise. This research was conducted at the Chemistry Laboratory of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh to improve the student learning experience in basic chemistry courses, using five samples of packaged mayonnaise. The results showed that the five samples of packaged mayonnaise were positive for the preservative sodium benzoate. Determination of the preservative content of Sodium benzoate was determined using UV-Vis spectrophotometry method at max 280 nm. From the measurement results, the sodium benzoate content of sample M1 = 68 mg/kg, sample M2 = 35.5 mg/kg, sample M3 = 85.5 mg/kg, sample M4 = 95.5 mg/kg and M5 mg/kg = 30.5 and the use of preservative sodium benzoate in the packaged mayonnaise does not exceed the maximum limit that has been set.

This study aims to determine teacher performance, to determine the relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance, to determine the level of relationship between Principal Transformational Leadership and Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh with a total of 28 teachers, while the sample used as respondents in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh, amounting to 28 people. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires. While the Questionnaire/Questionnaire is in the form of a Likert scale. To analyze the data used product moment correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh is very good, (2) There is a significant relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance, this is in accordance with the results of the t test, which shows that tcount > ttable (-6.467 > -2.051), (3) The level of relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance is quite strong.

Learning in Kindergarten aims to develop some abilities possessed by children including oral communication ability, literacy and reading ability, listening ability and comprehension of command, writing ability, and ability to use literature. The gender gap remains ongoing issue in Indonesia. This paper presents evidence of gender differences in learning in differences in letter shape recognition to 4-5 year old children in which 30 children from two schools participated. This study using Quantitative research methods in comparative research. The result of this study indicates there are a difference between boys and girls aged 4-5 years in terms of recognizing and interpreting the symbols of letters in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

In the many country the poor are still the main problem in the development.In the context of poverty alleviation, the government issued a program forhouseholds, namely the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). This study aimsto find out how the mechanism of PKH implementation in reducing povertyin Seulimum District, Aceh Besar District and to find out how the influenceof PKH in preventing dropouts in the community of Seulimum District,Aceh Besar District. The method used in this study is a qualitativedescriptive method. Based on the results of research that has been carriedout, it shows that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH)has been going very well. This can be seen from every implementationprocess that runs smoothly. When viewed from the condition of therecipients of PKH assistance, they use it to overcome economic problemsand help children who are out of school, health and nutrition costs forpregnant women, postpartum mothers, and children under 6 years.

This study aims to determine how the management of extracurricular activities in improving students' non-academic achievement at MAN 1 Malang and MA Al-Khoirot Malang, with sub-focuses including: (1) planning extracurricular activities, (2) implementing extracurricular activities, (3) evaluating activities extracurricular, (4) non-academic achievements produced. This study uses a qualitative approach by designing a multi-site study. The data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Sources of research data include school principals, vice principals, and coordinator of extracurricular activities. The results showed that: The management of extracurricular activities at MAN 1 and MA Al-Khoirot Malang has been carried out well. This can be seen from the indicators of the management of extracurricular activities carried out and from the results, the existence of extracurricular activity planning, implementation and evaluation, as well as the achievements he achieved in one year showed an increase. This is due to the well-planned and well-implemented management of extracurricular activities, as well as the gradual evaluation according to the program so that students experience an increase in their non-academic achievement.

This study aims to find out how to implimentation the discipline in schools to improve student learning achievement during the Covid-19. The research approach is qualitative. The population in this study was the principal, teacher council board and second grade students totaling 99 people. All data sources are research informants (total sample). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, documentation, observations and questionnaires which were circulated to each respondent who had been recorded as the research sample. The data analysis technique used descriptive method, with the aim of seeing the situation or facts that are currently developing. While data processing used non-parametric statistics by calculating the percentage of respondents' answers to each item and interpreting and tabulating the percentage formula. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that efforts to enforce student discipline can be carried out properly, with cooperation between teachers and parents, so that a student life can be patterned that is full of discipline and obeys school regulations, so that online learning in the Covid 19 era can have a positive impact on student learning development

The main purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the influence of job promotion policies and work productivity on improving organizational performance in Ministries and Government Agencies. The object of this research is the State Civil Apparatus who work in Ministries and Government Institutions of the Republic of Indonesia in the city of Jakarta and its surroundings. The research method used is descriptive, which only aims to describe and explain the characteristics of a situation at a certain time in order to provide an overview of the relationship between job promotion and work productivity with organizational performance. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, which was distributed incidentally to the object of research in Jakarta and its surroundings. The results of this study found that there was a partial effect of job promotion policies on organizational performance, significant and there was a positive relationship. Meanwhile, work productivity has no partial effect on organizational performance and has a negative relationship. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence between the policy of promotion and work productivity on organizational performance, but it was not significant, it turned out that the policy of promotion was very decisive in improving the performance of public organizations.

The purpose of this study was to know how the influence of knowledge, facilities, infrastructure and the role of teachers on the implementation of the School Health Program Program (UKS) in elementary schools in Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam City. This study includes survey research. Sources of data are all school principals and UKS totaling 30 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test approach. The results showed that the implementation of the program had a close relationship with the knowledge of teachers, facilities and infrastructure and the role of teachers in each school. This means that the better the knowledge of teachers, facilities and infrastructure and the role of teachers in each school, the better the implementation of the school health program program (UKS) in that school. In the implementation of UKS in the Simpang Kiri working area, Subulussalam City, several parties involved in the UKS program have not implemented their roles and functions optimally, as well as the available facilities and infrastructure are not adequate so that the implementation of UKS has not functioned properly.

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana hubungan materi pembelajarankewirausahaan terhadap semangat kewirausahaan siswa. Di samping itu,penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalammeningkatkan semangat interpreneurship siswa pada tingkat SMP Negeri KotaBanda Aceh. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal penelitian inimenggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif.Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas materi pembelajarandan pengaruhnya terhadap semangat siswa setelah mengikuti pelajaran denganmenggunaka skala likert. Sedangkan pendekatan kualitattif digunakan untukmenemukan data-data yang akurat, tentang kendala-kendala yang dihadapidalam meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan pada siswa. Mengingat jumlahpopulasi cukup banyak, maka data diambil dari 6 SMP negeri saja dengan totalpopulasi 1400 orang, sampel diambil menggunakan sistem teknik cluster danpurposive sampling. sesuai dengan rumus yang ditentukan maka jumlahsumber data siswa 149 orang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidak terdapatpengaruh signifikan pembelajaran materi kewirausahaan dengan semangatinteprineurship siswa SMP Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan kualitas materikatagori baik. Limited human resources turn triage into an unavoidable solution in disaster management. Simple Triage and Rapid Treatment (START) is a triage method that is widely accepted and easy to use to handle disasters with a time of 30 seconds or less based on three primary examinations such as respiration, checking the radial pulse, mental status. This study aims to identify differences in the preparedness of nurses at the Puskesmas at Kaki Gunung Burni Telong Kabupaten Bener Meriah Regency before and after the health education method intervention (START). The data sources for this study were the nurses of the puskesmas at Kaki Gunung Burni Telong Kabupaten Bener Meriah totaling 20 people. The research design used a quasi-experiment "Quasy experiment”. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then for nurses were given the Health Education intervention (START). The results showed that the average knowledge and attitudes of puskesmas nurses before and after health education intervention (START) had increased in dealing with disasters, but there were significant differences in nurses' knowledge in handling disasters with unequal distribution.
