Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the leadership style of the village head of Tanete, Selayar Regency. This study used  a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data validity technique used was triangulation. The results of the study  on the Leadership Style of the Village Head in Tanete Village, Selayar Regency, seen from the Telling aspect, showed that the Tanete Village Head applied it by considering the maturity level of its members who were ready to be led and carried out responsibilities as instructed, the selling aspect showed that the Tanete Village Head gave an explanation. In more detail on the responsibilities that must be carried out by its members, one of which took into account the age factor of its members, the Participating aspect showed that the Tanete Village Head was not only about the participation of leaders in government performance, but also related to the leader's efforts to encourage, motivate, and involve members in the deliberation process, as well as decision making, the Delegating aspect showed that the Tanete Village Head carried out the functions of observing, supervising, and resolving the performance of its members.Keywords: Leadership Style, Village Head

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the outsourcing employee compensation system from PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera who was placed at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study, PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera in this case the leadership of PT. Tamesti Palikssa Sejahtera pays little attention to the welfare of outsourcing employees. This is very unfavorable for the outsourcing employees because the amount of compensation that is lacking starting from overtime work is still there but oevertime pay is eliminated, and tips are also only given from the kindness of the permanent employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar, granting leave for whichthe salaries of outsourcing employees will begin to be deducted when the maximum limit of 5 days for employee permission to take leave is ranted, and operational vehicle facilities are not provaded to outsourcing employees.  Keywords: Compensation, Outsourcer

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and explain the function of the VillageConsultative Agency (BPD) in Gela Village, North Taliabu District, Taliabu Island Regency, North Maluku Province. This study used  qualitative research method with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that the function (BPD) was divided into 3 (three), namely: (1.) determining the draft Village regulations that had been implemented and realized well in infrastructure performance in development, (2.) accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the village community, which was  less carried out well, this was because there were still obstacles in its implementation, where the community still did not understand the duties and functions carried out by the BPD, so that in the implementation process of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the community they often got opposition and debate from the community, (3.) village supervision on the performance of the village head, which was not implemented properly, this was due to the lack of communication between the BPD management.Keywords: Function, Village Consultative Agency(BPD)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the principles of participation and responsibility in the village development process in Gattareng Village, Pujananting District, Barru Regency which focused on the application of the principles of participation and responsibility in development. This study used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the application of the principles of participation and responsibility in the village development process had been said to be successful in making decisions related to development such as attendance at meetings, contributions of thoughts such as ideas or suggestions conveyed and a good response from the community, but more efforts were still needed  from the village government and village officials as well as the local community related to participation and responsibility in village development. In the village development process, there were several obstacles, namely the lack of public awareness of human resources, community activities, internal and external factors and coordination between the government and the community.Keywords: The principle of participation, responsibility, village development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Methods and Stages of Warehousing Supervision in Makassar City. The number of informants were 8 people. This study used a qualitative research with a case study type. Data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis refered to Miles Huberman data analysis. The results of this study showed warehouse supervision in the city were seen from two aspects, namely the method and stages of supervision. The method of supervision carried out by the Department of Trade had been carried out with several methods such as direct and indirect supervision. This supervision method involved the role of the Trade Office employees as well as the roles of people outside the Trade Office such as the sub-district head, village head, and the community. While the stages of supervision at Makassar City Trade Office related to warehousing in Makassar City were very structured, starting from receiving reports related to violations of the warehousing business area and then issuing the first warning letter and carrying out supervision to the issuance of the third warning letter.Keywords: Supervision, Warehousing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Employee's Extra Payment on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Bulukumba Regency which focused on the Effect of TPP on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Bulukumba Regency. This study used a quantitative research with the type of positivism philosophy research, namely to describe and explain the effect of additional employee income on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the Bulukumba district secretariat. The results of this study indicated that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously were only 0.319 or 31.9%, which meant that the effect of giving TPP on employee performance in the office was small. While the effect of the TPP variable (X) on performance (Y) partially showed that the results per indicator had an effect of no more than 0.227 or 22.7%, it also showed that the provision of TTP on performance at the Bulukumba Regency Secretariat was relatively small. Thus, the effect of TPP in improving performance was very small.Keywords: Influence, Performance, Employee's Extra Payment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Electronic Access Network Program (JEKA) Data Center at the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is qualitative. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. The results of the research show that 1) aspects of Standards and policy objectives/measures and policy objectives are based on the objectives to be achieved by integrating data from OPD into the Electronic Access Network (JEKA) Data Center. 2) Resources; based on the number of ASN is sufficient, 3) The characteristics of implementing organizations in the process of implementing the Electronic Access Network Program (JEKA) Data Center are supported by excellent ASN performance, 4) Inter-organizational communication in the delivery to regional heads provides support, to each OPD as well as those responsible responsible for the program. 5) The disposition or attitude of the implementers; policy makers support and support the success of the Electronic Access Network Program (JEKA) Data Center can develop well in the future, 6) Environmental, economic, social and political socialization carried out through social media.Keywords: Implementation, Electronic Access Network (JEKA) Data Center

Abstract

This study purposed to describe the Participatory Budgeting Process in Planning and Budgeting the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Lamanda Village, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used  descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were  interviews, documentation, and observation. The analysis was carried out through analytical methods. The results showed that Lamanda Village had implemented Participatory Budgeting in Planning and Budgeting the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The Participatory Budgeting process in Lamanda Village was carried out in stages through the hamlet deliberative forum stage, the Village Deliberation, and the village development planning deliberation forum stage. Participatory Budgeting which was carried out in Lamanda village also received supporting factors, namely the community's initiative to attend the deliberation forum, the establishment of good relations with stakeholders. Participatory Budgeting which was carried out in Lamanda Village also encountered obstacles in the form of the community's mindset about development and only focusing on physical development, and the village website had not been utilized optimally.Keywords: Participatory Budgeting, preparation of the Village RPJM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the leadership style of the North Luwu Regency, especially in the 2016-2021 period. This study used a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed  2 (two) leadership styles of women in public positions in North Luwu Regency, namely 1) The Mother, who became a leader in an organization or agency. From the results of the study, the leadership of the North Luwu Regency  was leader who was very synonymous with her sympathetic nature, easy to talk to about personal  problems and being good listener. 2) The Iron Maiden or commonly referred to as the Iron Woman, which meant having a tough nature and always stuck in a militant attitude than it should be. Therefore, the leadership of the North Luwu Regency in the 2016-2021 period had a competency style that  carried out in a frank manner and wanted to position herself with anyone.Keywords: Leadership Style, Public Position

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the quality of service in providing building permits in Enrekang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants as many as 7 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the physical evidence aspect had not been effective because there were still shortcomings of employees in providing services, facilities and infrastructure were sometimes disturbed, the reliability aspect was still less effective because sometimes consumers did not understand  to take care of the IMB, from the aspect of responsiveness it was  not optimal because sometimes consumers wait a long time to be processed. the data, from the aspect of guarantees it had been  maximal because employees  provided guarantees to consumers, from the aspect of maximum empathy because a sense of empathy or attention to consumers had been carried out by employees. Keywords: Quality, service, permit
