Abstract

This study aimed to discuss the implementation of non-medical logistics management at the Salewangan Maros General Hospital which discussed the planning function, procurement function, care function and rescue function. This study  used qualitative research with the type descriptive research that did not test certain hypotheses. It  was to find out the logistics management. The results showed that planning function indicators were categorized as good because they were structured. Logistics goods procurement, the implementation of the procurement function had not been well categorized, according to the nature of the procurement was already using direct procurement. Then in the goods maintenance function was effective but did not damage goods that were not suitable for use, the change depends on the procurement process itself. The implementation of the appointment function indicator could not be categorized as good or bad this year, but there had not been a removal of goods.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to find out how the performance of employees in the complete systematic land registration acceleration program (PTSL) at the land office of Takalar Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 7 (seven) people. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, documentation, literature study, company/office documents, and media analysis. The results showed that the analysis of employee performance in the complete systematic land registration acceleration program (PTSL) at the Takalar Regency land office had run effectively. In the aspect of leadership, it had been effective in giving instructions to improve employee performance. From the aspect of competence/ability, it run effectively because of the employee's thoroughness and mastery of his work. From the aspect of motivation, it was quite good because there was a reward system that encouraged employee morale. After doing research, It found new things including cooperation and work discipline that run effectively because of community satisfaction with employee performance in the services provided by the Takalar Regency land office employee. Keywords: Employee Performance, Complete Systematic Land Registration Program

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the responsiveness of sim service officers carried out by the Makassar City Police, it can be used a type of quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive type of research, while the number of informants in this study amounted to 50 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires in the form of checklists, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in general, the level of responsiveness of driver's license service officers at the Makassar City Police, which was measured using indicators proposed by Zeithaml which consisted of indicators of the ability to respond to the community, perform services quickly, at the right time, and carry out services according to procedures and incoming payments, in the category of both seen from the results of the analysis using the SPSS application with a significant level of 0.000 0.05.Keywords : Responsiveness, Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of information technology-based services at the Customs Office for the Acquisition of Rights to Land and Buildings in Gowa Regency. employees in serving service users and employee expertise in carrying out the service process is implemented and runs well, namely ensuring that incoming reports are accurate and providing personnel who are experts in their respective fields according to information technology-based services, c) responsiveness of service users and perform these services quickly has been and is running well as evidenced by responding to every incoming report even though it is not during working hours and providing information and carrying out service procedures according to the set time, d) the guarantee has gone well. This is evidenced by the apparatus that provides services according to a predetermined time and remains in accordance with applicable procedures. d. Empathy has been running well, this is indicated by the availability of online complaints and aspirations facilities so that it is easy for the public to make complaints and complaints online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Empowerment of Women in Lamanda Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research can be seen from the Access Aspect, by creating a forum or organization for Indonesian women and having outlined the forms of women's roles in development, the government thus hopes that the role of Indonesian women in development can increase, from the aspect of participation, community involvement at every stage development starts from planning, implementation, utilization and maintenance, will foster a sense of trust in the government so that people are motivated to support development programs carried out by the government. In terms of control, that women have the same opportunity to exercise control over the utilization of existing resources.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance variables at Hadji Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency. This study used quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. Then the data was explained in the form of tables, frequencies, pictures, and narrative processed data with the help of IBM SPSS Version 22. The results of this study showed that there was an insignificant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. From the analysis, it concluded that organizational culture had a very weak influence on employee performance, this could be seen from the results of the determination test, it was known that the R2 value was 0.048, which meant 4.8%, which indicated that organizational culture was influenced by employee performance and the rest was influenced by other variables. Which meant the values in organizational culture such as: individual initiative, tolerance for risk, supervision, management support and communication patterns did not contribute to improving employee performance.Keywords: influence, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the evaluation of drinking water supply and sanitation programs in Tomoni Subdistrict, East Luwu Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative research which tried to describe the environmental objective situation in the Timoni sub-district with its research informants as many as six (6) people. Data collection technique used observations, interviews, with a number of informants including sub-district staff, staff of the Public Works Office (PU), staff from the Health Office, water supply company staff, Tomoni sub-district village officials, and the community. The technique of checking the validity of the data used triangulation or method. Data analysis technique used  interactive analysis. The results of this study showed that an evaluation of the water supply and sanitation program in Tomoni Subdistrict, East Luwu Regency had been effective, this was evidenced by the implementation of the Pamsimas program in most villages and sub-districts in the Timoni sub-district. But in the implementation there were certainly some obstacles or inhibiting factors: community awareness in maintaining facilities or tools that had been provided by the government, such as; toilets, water pipes, pipelines, water meters and others.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of the LPMD in accommodating community participation in development and what factors influence the role of the LPMD so that the village development of Balassuka Village, Buttono Pao district, Gowa Regency could be carried out properly. This study used qualitative with a descriptive approach. The Informants in this study were 10 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the role of the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMD) either as a facilitator was still less than optimal so that in achieving a more prosperous standard of living was very difficult, mediators had  been carried out but not yet maximized so that community interest in participating in any development was still lacking However, motivators and dynamists were still not maximized in order to facilitate community participation in the development of Balasukka Village. The factors that influenced the pran LPMD  were age, education, and employment or income.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how Public Relations in superfine service at the North Galesong District Office, Takalar Regency. The method was descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques used  data reduction, data exposure and conclusion making then  data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that Public relations at the North Galesong  District office could  be seen from community service that had helped the community to meet their needs according to their fields. In maintaining good relations, public relations was  good, it had provived a good services by using language that was easy to understand. Public relations morals and behavior in providing services had implemented well, smiles and greetings, but there were still employees who had  not shown good morals and behavior to the community. Keywords: public relations, service, public

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of a website-based public information system in Taeng Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study consist of six aspects, namely: 1) Communication from the transmission, clarity and consistency of communication distribution between the government and the community is still less effective. 2) Bureaucratic structure consisting of SOPs and fragmentation has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) Resources consist of human resources, said to be ineffective because they still need staff to operate the website, the facilities and infrastructure used are adequate. 4) The disposition has been effective with the support of the village head and the community. The supporting factors are that the bureaucratic structure has been running according to the rules, the facilities and infrastructure used are adequate, and the disposition to get support from the village head and the community, the inhibiting factor is that communication has been running even though it has not been optimal, and human resources that still need additional staff.Keywords: Implementation, Information system, website
