Abstract

Education and training are really needed to improve the performance of ASN in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service so that the human resources produced are of high quality and professional in their field. It is hoped that the phenomena seen can improve knowledge, skills and attitudes, thereby creating good quality work at the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Information Service. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service and to determine the internal and external factors of education and training for state civil servants in the Central Mamuju Regency Communication and Informatics Service. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that education and training play a very important role in improving the performance and services of ASN and have been realized well but are not yet optimal, as seen from internal and external factors and also seen from the effectiveness measurement theory according to Richard M. Steers so that employee performance is expected to be able to work. to be better so that it is hoped that it will be able to provide better services to the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to know Bureaucratic Ethics in the population and civil registry office of bone Regency. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 2 peopleusing intervew techniques. The type of data used primary and secondary data, these two types of data could be obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques was a sace study research method. The result of this study showed that the service was still lacking and service ethnics still needed to be improved,  some people who did not care about  morality. Abstract

This study purposed to determine how the ability to respond, speed of services, accuracy of serving, accuracy of serving, punctuality of serving and the ability to respond to camplaints at the Larea-rea Class III Port Administration Unit Office In Sinjai Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants were 12 people. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that how the service delivery process was measured using indicators consisting of responsiveness, speed of service, accuracy of serving, punctuality of service was good. However, in appropriate service indicators, it was necessary to disseminate information so that service users know what was the procedure of the office, and the ability to complaints was still low due to the unavailability of suggestion boxes and inadequate toilet facilities. Keywords:responsiveness, public services, port services

Abstract

This study examined the effectiveness of "Abbulogading" Village Enterprises (BUMDes) in 2018 in Bulogading Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the management of village-owned enterprises in increasing community independence and strengthening the village economy. This study used Purpuporsive Sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 5 people through decision studies and field studies consisting of documentation interviews and observations then analyzed qualitatively The Results of this study showed that the presence of BUMDes in the village of Bulogading could help and increase productivity in the form of  profits in 2018, aspects of the efficiency of the use of organizational resources for the development of BUMDes seen from cooperation between members, aspects of satisfaction in the form of meeting the needs of employees / administrators in managing BUMDes, aspects of adaptation included employee / management responses, to know how effective the BUMDes itself  and community responses about the presence of BUMDes in serving the needs of the community and the survival aspects of the Bulogading village community.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the government's strategy in improving human resources at the Department of Transportation of North Luwu Regency. This study  used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that the Strategy for Increasing the Competence of Human Resources at the Transportation Service of North Luwu Regency had not run well in terms of the aspect of the work plan process carried out in accordance with existing procedures in an effort to increase human resources, the organizational aspect of the North Luwu Regency Transportation Service was seen From the division of tasks given in accordance with their respective main functions, it was very influential on employee performance to be more optimal in carrying out their duties, aspects of providing motivation, namely the process of providing encouragement or work enthusiasm so that they were able to work together in an effort to achieve job satisfaction, aspects of supervision that employee measurements were carried out in supervising the work activities of the transportation agency, and comparisons such as what was done in assessing the success of monitoring the improvement of human resources.Keywords: Improvement Strategy, Competence, Human Resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh performance appraisal terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Bulu Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, sedangkan sasaran penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kantor kecamatan Ujung Bulu, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Bulu Kabupaten Bulukumba. Berdasarkan hasil output model ringkasan, dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai regresi (R) atau pengaruhnya adalah 0,7 dan bersifat positif. Sedangkan nilai R square adalah 0,5. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X (penilaian kinerja) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 51,3% terhadap variabel Y (produktivitas kerja karyawan) dan sisanya 48,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Yang berarti Penilaian Kinerja di Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Bulu Kabupaten Bulukumba cukup baik dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai. Sedangkan terdapat pengaruh faktor lain selain penilaian kinerja sebesar 48,7% yang dapat mempengaruhi penilaian kinerja di Kantor Kecamatan Ujung Bulu Kabupaten Bulukumba.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the district head's regulations in  reducing the use of plastic in Bantaeng Regency. This study used qualitative research. Informants in this study used  five people. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Regent's Regulation on Reducing the Use of Plastic in Bantaeng Regency had not been effective in terms of financial resources that were still limited so that the allocation of funds for facilities and infrastructure was still lacking, such as the lack of available garbage trucks, so that the accumulation of plastic waste still occurred frequently. On the other hand, although guidance and counseling had been held on how to reduce the use of plastic and manage plastic waste through 3R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) which was carried out by the Environmental Service in collaboration with retail entrepreneurs and sub-districts in Bantaeng Regency. But it all came back to the awareness and concern of each individual in preserving the environment. The level of public concern for the environment was still low.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of employee performance at the West Sinjai District Office from the aspects of work quantity, work quality and time utilization. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, direct documentation interviews in the field, the informants in this study consisted of 3 people. The results of this research show that in terms of the performance indicators used, they include: (1) the quantity of work after providing additional income, employees are more active in providing information to the public (2) the quality of work of West Sinjai District office employees is seen from the perspective of knowledge regarding their duties and obligations in accordance with each employee is able to understand their field. Even the targets or results are as expected (3) utilization of time Looking at the results of the interview above, it appears that there are still employees who lack discipline even though employees have been given additional employee income as additional income in the hope that employees can work optimally and optimally in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of performance variables that had by employees on the quality variable of public service at  the Labor Office and Transmigration  Gowa Regency. This study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research. Data analysis technique  used descriptive statistics with a simple regressive formula. Data described in the form of tables, pictures, frequency and flow of data with assistance SPSS. The  results of this study showed that there was an influence of Employee Performance Against the Quality of Service in the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration office. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because supported by the significance value. The results of  analysis data concluded that more good  employee performance meant more good the quality of public service. On the contrary the lower the performance of the employee meant the quality of public service was getting low. Keywords: influence, employee performance, quality of public service

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the quality of service of regional water supply companies (PDAM) in Makassar City, customer satisfaction, and the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction of regional water supply companies (PDAM) in Makassar city. This study used quantitative descriptive research, while the data collection techniques used  observation, questionnaires and documentation. The total population of PDAM consumers in Makassar city was 172,000. Data Sources used  primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the service quality of PDAM at Makassar City based on what consumers expected was considered very important. This was proved by the overall average score of 4.25 respondents 'statements at intervals of 4.20 to 5.00, then the consumer satisfaction of PDAM at Makassar City based on respondents' statements was very good. This could be seen from the average value of customer satisfaction amounting to 4.21 at intervals of 3.40-4.19, and based on the results of the influence of service quality of PDAM at Makassar City on customer satisfaction that there was an influence of service quality (X) on satisfaction consumer (Y). while the value of t-count was 4.002.Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Pdam) Di Makassar
