Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberdayaan Aparatur Sipil Negara terhadap Prestasi Kerja di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. variabel pemberdayaan ASN terhadap prestasi kerja di Badan Pengembangan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa dari beberapa populasi yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil regresi (pengaruh) Variabel X terhadap Variabel Y secara serentak hanya sebesar 0,321 atau 32,1%, artinya pengaruh pemberdayaan ASN terhadap prestasi kerja di Badan Pengembangan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa relatif kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS prevention at the Mamuju District Health Office. The research method used was qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS prevention at the Mamuju District Health Office was running well and effectively. HIV/AIDS sufferers through administration of ARV drugs. (2) the integration that was carried out was socialization which was replaced with VCT activities. The Mamuju Regency Health Office with the Puskesmas and NGOs to carry out VCT activities for hotels and night entertainment (3) adaptations carried out by the Mamuju District Health Office and the Puskesmas and NGOs, namely carrying out programs such as administering ARV drugs, home visits,

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the bibliographic characteristics and content of stunting policy articles published in Scopus indexed journals by researchers around the world from 2000 to 2023. Data was taken from the Scopus database using the search term "Stunting AND Policy" in various categories, including article title, abstract and keywords. Content analysis and creation of visual representations of keyword occurrences were carried out using the VOSviewer program. This research identified 201 papers on stunting policies published over the last 23 years according to specified protocols. Key topics include stunting, child health, and nutritional status, with publications appearing in 32 journals discussing malnutrition. A collaborative effort involving 37 countries contributes to stunting policy research, and leading journals include Food and Nutrition, World Development, and Food Policy. Institutions in the United States stand out for having the highest number of publications by affiliated researchers. Global research on stunting has experienced significant growth in the last two decades. There is potential for interesting discussions in future research on stunting in relation to public health governance, policy and implementation. However, the limited research in Asia and Africa on this topic underscores the need for further exploration in this region.Bibliometric; Publication; Stunting Policy; Scopus; VOSviewer

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the effect of headmaster’s leadership on the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Papalang, Papalang Sub-district, Mamuju Regency. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling technique used saturated sampling in which all member of the opulation was used as samples. Research data were questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS. The results of this study showed that the influence of headmaster’s leadership on the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Papalang, Papalang Sub-district, Mamuju Regency was very significant. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. So in other words the independent variable of the headmaster’s leadership was able to explein the magnitude of the dependent variable of teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of policies and factors that influenced the development of industrial estates (Bantaeng Industrial Park) in Pa'jukukkang District, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used qualitative with a phenomenological type. The number of informants was 9 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the industrial estate policy (Bantaeng industrial park) in Bantaeng Regency had not been fully implemented optimally in accordance with its objectives, this was seen from the indicators (1) Administrative aspects in this case PT. Huadi Nickel has carried out the administrative process that they were supposed to do, but in the course of a number of elements violated the administrative requirements, (2) Technical aspects because it could be without technical requirements, the workers would be overwhelmed while doing their jobs, (3) Environmental aspects in terms of PT. Huadi Nickel was only a mere formality because it pollutedthe sea which was used as the livelihood of fishermen and seaweed farmers, (4) Financial Aspects of PT. Huadi had a major impact on the survival of residents and farmers, especially seaweed farmers.Keywords: Industrial Estate Policy (Bantaeng Industrial Park)

Abstract

This study aimed to determine, Optimization of Parking Service Levies at the Transportation Department in Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques used  observation, interview and documentation. While the informants in this study were 4 people who were the head of the terminal and parking section, the head of the traffic management facility infrastructure, and the Parking Attendant. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicated that the Optimization of Parking Service Retribution at the Transportation Department in Gowa Regency had been carried out optimally because the achievement of the realization of the target had been going well. One form of parking supervision in an effort to collect fees was done directly and coordinated by field officers. This purposed to fulfill whether the implementation of tasks in accordance with the plans that had been set in strengthening the process of collecting parking service fees.

Abstract

This study purposed  to describe and explain the responsiveness of public complaints services in the Sector Police of Uluere District, Bantaeng Regency. This study used qualitative descriptive research type. There were 11 informants in this study. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the responsiveness of public complaints services at the Uluere District Police was good. Uluere District Sector Police officers were friendly and polite when providing services to the community. The apparatus had served quickly, they swiftly served the people who came to report. They  had done the service carefully, they  provided services seriously and earnestly so that no mistakes occur. They also had served on time, although it was not optimal, all processes were carried out immediately without stalling, but the apparatus was still not disciplined because there were still people waiting because they had not arrived  office on time. Keywords: Responsiveness, Service, Public Complaints

Abstract

The objectives of this research to determine the effect of transparency on service quality in Department of One Stop Integrated Investment Service and Manpower of Barru Regency. This study conducted quantitative with the survey type, the amount of sample was 58 respondents from the populations with random sampling (simple random sampling). Techniques of Data collection used observation and questionnaire with Likert scale, which has been tested one by one and met the requirements of validity and reliability. Techniques of Data analysis used descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that the effect of transparency on service quality in Department of One Stop Integrated Investment Service and Manpower of Barru Regency has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Bantaeng district by using the theory of service quality. Public services are interesting to observe because their activities are in the context of fulfilling the basic needs of citizens for goods or services and administrative services related to the public interest. There are four qualities of public services including, direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (Reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance).

Abstract

The purpose of the research was conducted to find out the performance of the State Attorney's Office in Handling Corruption Cases in Bulukumba Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of the study, it shows that the performance of the Public Prosecutor's Office in handling corruption cases is quite good, it needs to be improved to make it even better, this is seen from the quality side of each report received by the prosecutor's office comes from reports, the quantity of investigators in solving each case requires 3 people investigators, the job knowledge of each employee is required to carry out tasks in accordance with the skills and abilities of employees, attendance is good enough because they have used online attendance and have worked according to guidelines and directions.
