Abstract

This study goals for determine the effects of work stress and working environments on employee performance at PT. VARTA Microbattery. This research uses quantitative methods. Data obtained based on the answers of 199 questionnaire participants. The data that has been collecting will be analyze with the helps of SPSS version 25. The result showing that the coefficients of determination (R2) gave a value of 0.692. It is concluding that work stress and works environment has effects of 69.2% on the employee performances of PT. VARTA Microbattery and the remained 30.8% are influence by other variables which is not including as researches variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of ROA, ROI and EPS on Stock Prices in Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study tested several manufacturing companies in the consumption industry sector that displayed their financial reports for the period 2015 to 2019. The results of the normality test show that the research data is normally distributed. Based on the multicolonierita test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test, there were no deviations from the classical assumptions. The result of ROA research partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.00, which means that the value is less than 0.005. ROI variable has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.759 greater than 0.05. And the EPS variable has a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.348 greater than 0.05. ROA, ROI, and EPS variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.00. With a determination coefficient of 39,0 percent, which means that the variables ROA, ROI, EPS affect the stock price by 39,0 percent and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data studied were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of audited annual financial reports from 2015 to 2019. The sampling method used purposive sampling, namely data collection techniques using certain criteria. The sample of this study consisted of 9 companies from 31 companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciencess) application version 25 to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the conclusions of this study indicate that all variables pass the classical assumption test and are suitable for use as research data, the results of the t statistical test show that Return on Assets partially does not have a significant effect on Earning per Share, Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on Earning per Share and Current The ratio has a significant negative effect on Earning per Share.

Abstract

The fundamental condition of a company can effect the stock price to be cheap or expensive, depending on how the company is performing. If the company is performing well, it will be easy to attract potential investors to invest. This study aims to analyze profitability as measured by the ratio of return on assets, liquidity as measured by the current ratio and earnings per share to stock prices of food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015 to 2019. Using purposive sampling method with 32 companies as population and 10 companies were selected as samples with predetermined criteria. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that profitability has a partial effect on stock prices. Liquidity does not partially affect stock prices. Earning per share has a partial effect on stock prices. And profitability, liquidity and earnings per share simultaneously affect stock prices. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an Adjusted R Square of 82% means that profitability, liquidity and earnings per share simultaneously affect the stock price by 82%, while the remaining 18% are other factors that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Facilities and service quality are the main factor that must be considered when the competition is getting tougher, competing hotels promote the best facilities they have to attract customer attention and provide good quality service in order to create customer satisfaction so that customers will be comfortable in the hotel. The purpose of this research is how much influence the facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction at Aston Inn Gideon Hotel with simple random sampling technique, that is data collection was randomly selected from 364 respondents who were distributed using a questionnaire. Quality test of the data in this study using validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test and influence test. In this research using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis test in this research used the t test and f test by using the SPSS software version 25. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is that the facility and service quality variables have an effect of 84.3% on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Companies are currently increasingly competitive competition, this study aims to examine the extent to which the role of job descriptions, discipline and leadership in improving employee performance. The sampling technique was saturated sampling, namely by taking the entire population of 107 respondents. The data technique was used by distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analytical method used is multiple regression which includes: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolin meaning test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test, partial test. The results showed that the job description partially affected 3.405> 1.983 from the t table, so 0.00 was smaller than alpha 0.05. Meanwhile, discipline partially affects 8,368> 1,983 of the t table. Together with the job description and has a significant effect. amounting to 106.188> 3.080 from the F table, then 0.00 is smaller than alpha 0.05. And the significance value of the simultaneous test. The results of the study on employee performance, performance, and R2 test showed an effect of 81.9% of the research results showed that Job Description and had a significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of service quality and distribution on purchasing decisions at PT Ekadharma International Tbk Batam Branch with saturated sampling techniques that are all existing customers so as to get a sample number of 120 respondents. The method of collecting data is by a questionnaire that is distributed directly. Data quality test in this study using validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test and influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, while hypothesis test in this study using (t test) and (F test) using SPSS program software version 26. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is the variable quality of service and distribution affects 74.6% of purchasing decisions. from the results of t and f tests, it can be concluded that partially the quality of service and distribution has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as simultaneously the quality of service and distribution have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Return on Equity, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Operating Expenses to Operating Incomes to stock return. Population of this research consisted 45 banking companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling and got 32 companies that passed the specified sampling criteria. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. The result of hypothesis which used t test shows that Return on Equity has no significant effect on stock return with t count 0.152 < t table 1.98045 with significance 0.880 > 0.05, loan to deposit ratio has no significant effect on stock return with t count -1.206 > t table -1.98045 with significance 0.230 > 0.05, and Operating Expenses to Operating Incomes has a negative effect on stock return with t count < t table that is -2.435 < -1.98045 with the significance level 0.016 < 0.05. While the result of hypothesis using F test show that Return on Equity, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and OEOI simultaneously influence to stock return with f count 7.081 > f table 2.68 with significance 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to empirically determine the effect of the LDR, CAR and NPL on ROA at private foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX. In addition, this study also empirically examines the effect of LDR, CAR and NPL on ROA simultaneously at private foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of causality research. The population was 30 and the sample amounted to 27 with a study period of 4 years from 2016 to 2019. The sample selection technique used the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, the statistical test consists of the t-test to test partially and the F-test to test simultaneously. The classical assumption test consists of the normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test. The t-test results indicate that the LDR has no significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, CAR and NPL have a significant effect on ROA. The results of the F test conclude that the LDR, CAR and NPL simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. The R2 test results show that the LDR, CAR and NPL variables affect ROA by 28.5%.
