Abstract

Every company or organization carries out various activities to achieve predetermined goals for profit, to achieve the goals of the company or organization must have a prominent advantage in order to compete with other companies, to be able to provide a prominent advantage, of course, must be supported by employee performance. The formation of employee performance in a company or organization cannot be separated from training, work environment and employee loyalty. Performance is the result of a job that employees provide to a company or organization. To improve employee performance is strongly influenced by training, work environment, and employee loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, work environment, and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT Instar Hotel Batam City. The research method is causality which aims to determine the causal relationship between variables. Population of 107 employees. The data that has been collected will be processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results show that training, work environment, and employee loyalty simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance variables.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of organizational climate and work attitudes partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia. The number of samples was 103 people and the respondents were the employees of PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia. The method used is quantitative causality with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the organization’s climate had a significant effect of 4.451, greater than the t table of 1.98326 and significant with the sig t value of 0.000, less than 0.05. While work attitude has a significant effect of 2.524 greater than t table 1.98326 and significant with a sig t value of 0.013 less than 0.05. Then simultaneously the organization’s climate and work attitude have a significant effect of 0.000 <0.05 and the F value of 14.107> F table 3.09 on the performance of employees at PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia. The conclusion of the organization’s climate has a partial significance effect, then work attitude has partial significance and simultaneously the organization’s climate and work attitude have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze if there is any influence from promotion and product quality towards the customer satisfaction of PT Indoland Batam which engages in the online shop. The phenomenon of fluctuation of the customer satisfaction level for PT Indoland Batam reflects the customer satisfaction has not been maximized. This research uses two independent variables which are promotion variable and product quality variable. The technique used in collecting data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire using accidental sampling method, whereby the sample used in this research are amounting to 148 respondents. This research uses technical data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that promotion and product quality variable partially does have positive influence and is significant towards the consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, promotion and product quality variable simultaneously does have positive influence and is significant towards the customer satisfaction of PT Indoland Batam. Variables in this research have an influence od 29,7% towards the performance of employees. The rest 70,3% are influenced by other variables coming from outside of this research.

Abstract

This research purpose to test and analyze the influence supervision,discipline and motivation to employee performance at PT. Triplus Hitech. Data collection was done by distributing quests with as many samples 114 respondent and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. t test result show that the value supervision is 12.412> 1.981 with sig 0.000 1.981 with sig 0.000 1.981 eith sig 0.031 2.687 with sig 0.000<0.05, so simultaneously the variables of supervision,discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence and analyze the quality product and promotion on house purchase decisions at Golden City Residence Batam City.This research has three variables which consisting of two variables independent which quality product as variable X1,promotion as X2 and it consist of one variable dependent which purchases decision as variable Y.This research data analysis method using quantitative data analysis, and using descriptive research, primary data collection tools using a questionnaire which was distributed to customer PT Alam Jaya Sentosa of this research is 118 people. . In this research, researchers used probability sampling techniques which included saturated samples, The data is processed using SPSS version 24. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis equation are Y = 13,147 + 0,227.X1 + 0,422.X2. Based on the results of the determination test, 37.7% are explained by variables product quality and promotion, the rest was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. The result showed that partially the quality product and promotion positive effect and significance of a purchase decision.

Abstract

As we know, the development of the furniture business in Batam City in the early twenty-first century has been developing very rapidly and is still undergoing a process of continuous development. This encourages the emergence of many new types of businesses that can become one of the threats for PT Saf Mitra Abadi. PT Saf Mitra Abadi is a company engaged in the field of furniture that has been established since 2009 in Batam City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between promotion, service quality and product quality partially and simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Saf Mitra Abadi. In this study, the authors used a descriptive quantitative research method using 155 populations. In this study, the authors used the Simple Random Sampling technique in determining the population used. SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25 is a program used by the author to process data obtained from respondents. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between promotion, service quality and product quality partially and simultaneously on the consumer purchasing decisions of PT Saf Mitra Abadi.

Abstract

PT's service quality, corporate image and interest rates. Bank Panin is very important in the banking industry, so special attention is needed to survive long-term competition. Relevant organizations can use this special attention to survive competition, accept challenges and develop in crisis. The purpose of this research is to determine whether service quality, corporate image and interest rates have an impact on customer loyalty. The main data collection method of this study is to distribute a questionnaire in the form of Google, which contains 375 respondents of active savings customers, and the sampling method used is random sampling. In order to generate considerable value, this study uses SPSS 25 version of the statistical analysis method. The results show that service quality, company image and interest rates have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Some service quality has a positive but insignificant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image has a positive and important impact on customer loyalty, while interest rates have a negative and insignificant impact on customer loyalty. Abstract

Gambling is pure chance speculation, deliberate betting, namely risking one value or something that is considered valuable by realizing certain risks and expectations at game events, matches, competitions and events that have no certain outcome. Whereas Cockfighting or a game of connecting chickens, also known as cock-fighting, is a game of fighting two chickens in an arena or arena. Usually the chickens are pitted until one of them runs away or loses, even to death. The purpose of this study was to determine how the law enforcement process is and what are the efforts and barriers to law enforcement against the crime of cockfighting gambling in the jurisdiction of Batam City. The research method used is Empirical, data collection methods are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation The results of this study indicate that law enforcement against perpetrators of cockfighting gambling has been prosecuted based on the provisions of the applicable laws and the efforts of law enforcers to enforce the applicable laws are preventive and repressive measures.

Abstract

The intense competition and business development require companies to fullfill what consumer wants by providing qualitys services and adequate facilities. The research objective was to determined the effectt of services quality and facilities in customers saticfaction at PT Tunas Jasa Mandiri, either partialy or simultaniously. Data collections was done by distributing questionaires to respondent, the sampling technique uses was saturated sampling of 102 respondent. The data quality test use in this study are validity and reliabillity tests, as well as the multiple linear reggression analysist and determination coeficient analysis, while the hypothessis testing in this study use the T tests and the F tests. The statistical tests show that variables of service quality, facilities and customer satisfaction are normally distributed, the independent variable do not occur multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity. The result of determination is 75.4%. From the t and f tests can be conclude that the quality of service and facilities partially had a significant effects on customer saticfaction, and the quality of service and facilities simultaneously had a significant effects on customer satisfactions at PT Tunas Jasa Mandiri
