Abstract

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, trust and customer satisfaction on Grab customer loyalty in Batam City. The variabels in this study are variable service quality (X1), trust (X2), customer satisfaction (X3) on customer loyalty (Y) Grab in Batam City. The technique of collecting data with a questionnaire. A sample of 100 respondents who came from the community who used Grab in Nagoya, Batam City and using purposive sampling technique. The effect test in this study is a statistical analysis method consisting of multiple linear regression test. The result of the analysis state that the variable service quality has a significant effect on the customer loyalty variable with t count 2,014 > t table 1,988, trust variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty variable with t count 2,431 > 1,988 and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty variable with t count 3,412 > t table 1,988.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the variables of liquidity, leverage and working capital turnover affect profitability. The population in this study consisted of 30 companies engaged in manufacturing the food and beverage sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the 2015-2019 research year. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method and there were 12 companies that met the criteria in this study. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25 application tools. The results of the t-test study show that partial liquidity has a significant effect on profitability, leverage partially does not have a significant effect on profitability, and working capital turnover partially. does not have a significant effect on profitability. However, the F test research shows that liquidity, leverage and working capital turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability with a determination value of 42.6% while the remaining (100% -42.6%) 57.4% is influenced by factors others who were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study was io determine the effect of Service quality and facilities for satisfaction in UPT Puskesmas Sei Lekop, the population of this study was all of patient visited at UPT Puskesmas Sei Lekop in 2019, the number of samples is calculated using slovin formula. So, the sample in this study was 330. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, regression and hypothesis testing with help of SPSS. The result of the data analysis in this study show that service quality has a significant positive affect on patient satisfaction with a value of 10,9239 > t table 1,967. Facilities has a significant positive affect on patient satisfaction with a value 6,653 > t table 1,967. Lastly, independent variables service quality and facilities simultaneously affect patient satisfaction with a F count of 187,294 > F table 3,02. The result of the determinant coefficient analysis obtained 0,534 or 53,4%, which means the contribution of 53,4% the rest is influenced by other variables of this study.

Abstract

Every company that is founded has the aim of obtaining a profit, increasing every sale in each period and to improve the welfare of employees and shareholders. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on profitability, liquidity and activity in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, by conducting research in the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study is 26 companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling and obtaining as many as 10 companies that have met the criteria determined by the researcher. in this study using SPSS version 25.00. The results of the research on the F test indicate that there is a significant influence between profitability, liquidity and activity simultaneously on financial performance by obtaining a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and in F table 2.807> 255.546 so that the regression model in this study is worthy of research. . whereas in the T test it is concluded that profitability,activity and liquidity have a significant effect on financial performance while activity has no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyzed the influence of product diversity (X1) and service quaIity (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) at PT CSK Insulation Engineering in Batam city. This research is quantitative and data dissemination throurgh questionnaires. The sample ln this study reachead 146 through the Slovin technique, and was distributed to the customers of PT CSK Insulation Engineering in 2019 . The data collection technique in this study used nonprobability sampling, which is a sampling technique that doesn’t provide equal opportunities for each member of the population. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis withs the help of SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) version 25. The results of this studies indicate that product diversity (X1) and service quaIity (X2) have a positive and significant impact to customer loyalty (Y) at PT CSK Insulation Engineering in Batam city. The product diversity variabIe (X1) partially has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (Y), the service quality variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (Y). Simultaneously, product diversity (X1) and service quality (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (Y) at PT CSK Insulation Engineering in Batam city. Abstract

To be able to compete and survive, distributor companies must optimize its human resource management which is the backbone of the company. Company negligence regarding this can cause various threats to the company, one of which is turnover intention This study aims to test the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress on employee turnover intention at PT Bintang Sejahtera Batam Group by using saturation sampling with 103 respondents. Data collected using questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Data analysis method used in this study are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and F test. Then the data was processed using SPSS version 26 program. Based on t test results, it shows that job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.013 < 0.05, organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.039 <0.05 and job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.002< 0.05. Based on F test result, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.000<0.05. Abstract

Market is a place where traders meet buyers, which will occur the sales and buying process. Income is influenced by several factors, namely initial capital, length of business and type of business. This research aims to determine the effect of initial capital, length of business and type of trade on trading income in the Tos 3000 Batam market, either simultaneous or partially. The population and sample in this research is traders in the Tos 3000 Batam market. The technique or data collection is using a questionnaire, the method of analysis in this research is uses multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis using the T and F test by SPSS application version 25. The results of this research indicate that simultaneous and partially initial capital, length of business and type of trade have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in Tos 3000 Batam market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of work discipline and incentive variables on employee performance at PT BPR Dana Central Mulia. The research method used is quantitative approach, data analysis using SPSS version 25 software program. Collection techniques the data was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents. The results showed partially good as well as simultaneously variables of work discipline and incentives affect the performance of employees of PT BPR Dana Central Mulia. The implication of the results of this study is that to improve performance employees of PT BPR Dana Central Mulia can be done by increasing discipline and better incentives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of profitability and solvency on stock returns. Data used in this research is a literature study and documentation. The literature study in this research is obtained from journals and previous research results, while the documentation used in this study is obtained from financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a food & beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 5 (five) years, from 2015 to 2019, 30 (thirty) companies are included in the population and by using the purposive sampling method. From the 30 (thirty) companies that fullfill the criteria to be sampled are 10 (ten) companies. The entire total sample data are 50. However, there are some data that are considered to be quite extreme, which results in data not being normally distributed, The total sample data after outliner testing was 47 sample data. The conclusion of this study indicared that partially profitability has a significant effect on stock returns, solvency has no significant effect on stock returns and simultaneously profitability and solvency have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to acknowledge (1) the application of just in time method for PT An-Flex Perkasa, (2) the obstacles happened during the implementation of JIT method in PT An-Flex Perkasa industry, and (3) efficiency of raw material supply costs, production costs by using Just In Time (JIT) system at PT An-Flex Perkasa. This study was descriptive with quantitative approachment. The result of the study showed that (1) the application of the Just In Time method at PT An-Flex Perkasa is carried out by producing based on orders from customers, so that raw material purchases are made when needed to produce hydraulic hose, (2) The obstacle in applying the Just In Time method is that the company incurs a higher cost of ordering raw materials, (3) just in time method period 2015-2019 PT An-Flex Perkasa was more efficient to be used in applying raw materials cost with an efficiency amount of 0,00030% it means non efficient and while JIT method period 2015-2019 PT An-Flex Perkasa was more efficient to be used in applying production cost with an efficiency amount of 1,69% it means very efficient.
