Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability and liquidity of the investment returns of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The benchmark of each factor is the return on equity as the proportion of profitability, the current ratio as the proportion of liquidity and the proportion of dividends payout ratio as the proportion of return on investment. The exploration technique uses a quantitative strategy by utilizing the fiscal reports of organizations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is the food and beverage producing sub-sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 32 companies. The examination method in this study used purposive sampling. The sample used is 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 - 2020 with 50 company data obtained. The data test methods used are normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and using multiple linear analysis consisting of t-test and f-test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS variance 25. Based on the results of profitability testing it affects investment returns and variables liquidity affects the return on investment. Simultaneously, productivity and liquidity significantly affect the return on investment. Keywords:Profitability; Liquidity; Return On Investment

Abstract

This examination means to decide the impact of citizen mindfulness and administration quality on citizen consistence at KPP Pratama South Batam. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of job training, motivation, and work stress on the work productivity of nittoh batam. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research, the sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 151 respondents, the data obtained is then processed using the SPSS version 22 statistical application then the research results are obtained for t count 4.041> 1.97612 significance 0.000> 0.05 so training work has a positive and significant impact on work productivity. Motivation to get the results of t count 4.265> 1.97612 at a significance value obtained 0.000 3.06 (F table) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.. Abstract

The amount of credit granted is determined by various factors including Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The purpose of this research is to find out how far the relationship between NPL, BOPO, and LDR to the amount of credit disbursement at BPR Banks in Batam City. This research was conducted at BPR banks in Batam city for 2017-2019 period with 28 of population banks and the total of samples using purposive sampling technique. Data collection method used is non-participant observation method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that the NPL and BOPO variables have a significant negative effect on credit distribution, while the LDR variable has a significant positive effect on credit distribution

Abstract

Stock price growth on the LQ 45 index also shows that the stock price for 5 years has grown by -24% while the auditor's opinion is reasonable, ROA, CR and DER fluctuate which tends to decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of auditor's opinion, ROA CR and DER on company stock prices on the LQ 45 index. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements published in the 2015-2019 period of 27 companies. testing in the form of classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS. 22. The results of the study partially show Auditor Opinion has a significant positive effect on Stock Prices, ROA (Return On Assets) has a significant effect on Stock Prices, DER (Debt Equity Ratio) has a negative but not significant effect on Stock Prices, CR (Current Ratio) has a negative effect but not significant to the Share Price. Simultaneously Auditor Opinion, ROA, DER and CR have a significant effect on stock prices. Keywords: Current Ratio;Debt Equity;Return On Asset;Price; Opinion

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the impact of audit delays, financial distress, and management turnover on auditor switching of financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis method used is deskriptif statistics and logistic regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The study population is 45 companies. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling, and as many as 11 companies have been obtained from 2016 to 2020. The type of data used in the study is second-hand data in the form of company financial statements. The results of this research partly show that the significant impact of audit delay on auditors switching is 0.016<0.05, financial distress has no effect on auditors switching is 0,444>0,05. while the impact of management turnover on the auditor switching is not significant, that is, 0.110>0.05. The results of this research also show that audit delays, Financial distress and management turnover have a significant impact on auditor switching, with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Analysist created in hope to explain how huge the s influence of investment decisions and policies dividends, on how much the companies valued in the manufacturing company in goods industry sub-sector that appeared on IDX in the period of 2015–2019. how this data fomulated is using multiple linear regression, non probabillity and et cetera.whilu using sample of 14 companies from 193 companies, after being reduced to succh amount, which also have set up their reports financials statements consistly through out 2015-2019 periods that been audited and companies absolutely owning a complete data on investment decisions and dividend policy in 2015- 2019 in manufacturing companies that appears on the IDX. mainly the secondary data is used as quantitative in the form of numbers. The data is formulated with the help of SPSS program version 22. result of this study show it partial investment decisions in manufacturing companies have a significant effect on the value of firm and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value. By Simultaneous decisions and dividen policy is affecting simultaneously to how valueable the company is.

Abstract

Petroleum as a strategic natural resource contained in the indonesian mining jurisdiction is and has become an asset of national wealth that has been controlled by the State. This research aims to explain about the implementation of article 53 of Law No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas Against The Storage of Fuel Oil In Batam city and how law enforcement by investigators against the perpetrators of criminal fuel hoarding in the city of Batam. This study uses empirical legal research. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews. The data sources used are primary and secondary legal materials. Based on the results of research and discussion in the conclusion that the implementation of article 53 of Law No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas against the stockpiling of fuel oil in the city of Batam is carried out with 3 (three) direct efforts from the police in minimizing the crime of fuel hoarding berusbsidi. The efforts intended are pre-emptive efforts, preventive efforts, and repressive efforts.

Abstract

Execution of a defensible turn of events and normal controlled utilization of assets is the goal of ecological administration. Ecological administration problems can be considered as one of the main drivers of the destruction of nature. The estuary of all natural problems is progress made without regard to the ecological balance factor which will thus cause damage and pollution of nature. The area of ​​Batam city has a very wide water area which does not escape from waste pollution and must be a concern of the local government. There are several agencies that can protect, supervise and enforce the law so that the environment remains good for the survival of human life. The Batam City Environmental Service is a very vital agency in protecting the environment according to its duties and functions. Because along with the increasing pollution of household waste in water areas. This paper aims to explain the role of the Department of the Environment in supervising and taking action against perpetrators of household waste pollution. This paper uses role theory, law enforcement theory and the theory of criminal acts to explain how to supervise and enforce the law in the territorial waters of the city of Batam. The results of the analysis show that law enforcement of the Environmental Service has effective functions and duties in taking action against perpetrators of polluting household waste into the sea. However, there are several obstacles in carrying out the role of the Batam City Environmental Service in environmental protection.

Abstract

This Research aims to examine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty at Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and samples obtained as many as 120 samples using simple random sampling. And in data processing using SPSS version 25. Data T test results in this study show variable Quality of Service (X-1) has the valuet (2.001) > ttable (1.65765) and the significance value 0.048 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. And Variable Promotion (X2) has a valuet (7.655)>ttable (1.65765) and the significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. While the results of the F test show fcount (93.297) > ftable (2.68) with a significance value of 0.000 and or <0.05, which means significant. So we can conclude Service Quality variable (X1) and Promotion (X2) positive and significant effect simultaneously on Customer Loyalty (Y) Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam
