Abstract

Real estate companies in Indonesia are one of the companies that can respond to these needs, so that it continues to experience very rapid development. To attract consumers, companies must prioritize quality in their production so that consumers can believe in the products made by the company and can enjoy products made with the satisfaction contained in each consumer. Product quality is one of the tools used by retailers to determine their market position. Promotion is an important factor in realizing the goals of a company. Consumer decision making is the process of combining knowledge to select two or more alternatives and to choose one of them. Every company would want consumers' purchasing decisions on the products offered to increase. Due to the increase in number, the company's profits will increase in sales. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and understanding the effect of product quality, service and promotion on purchasing decisions of Royal Grande Batam. The method used is a data quality test, a classic estimate and a conceptual test. The results of this study are the third variable X has an effect either partially or simultaneously on the Variable Y.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims for determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of nurses at Harapan Bunda Hospital. Nurses who work at Arapan Bunda Hospital, the population and sample in this study were 116 people, using quantitative research methods and analysis, namely descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient analysis determination (R²), t test and F test using the SPSS version 25 program. Determination (R²) shows that the variables of this study are 50% of the nurse's performance. The results of multiple linear regression test showed that intellectual intelligence had an effect of 23.5%, emotional intelligence had an effect of 28.3% and spiritual intelligence had an effect of 21.9% on nurse performance. The t-test has the results of research on intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant and positive effect on the performance of nurses at Harapan Bunda Hospital. While the F test Intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of nurses jointly affect the performance of nurses at Harapan Hospital. So, Harapan Bunda Hospital should evaluate the variables in this study to improve the work of Harapan Bunda Hospital nurses. Abstract

The aim of this learning was to specify if an effect of work discipline, work safety and health on the work productivity of PT VME Process employees with a sample total of 180 respondents. The collection data method used a questionnaire which was distributed directly, the quality data test in this learn used validity and reliability tests, the classical hypothesis test and the leverage test were performed in this learning utilize multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determinaton (R2) analysis while for the hypothesis test on This learn uses (t test) and (f test) use the SPSS 25 software. coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the labor discipline, occupational safety and health variables is 79.1% of the labor productivity variables. From the outcome of the t test and the f test, we can conclude from this study that there is a positive and significant leverage between the variables of work discipline, work safety and work health on work productivity, as well as a significant influence between the Three. independent variable which is a mutant of the dependent variable.

Abstract

PT Focus Central Securindo is one of the companies engaged in the electronics distributor located at Ruko Palam Spring where PT Focus Central Securindo was established in 2016. The technique used in this study is saturated sampling used is the distribution of questionnaires. The method for analytical in this study is multiple regresion which includes: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicholine meaning test, heteroscedastic test, determination test and partial test. And we have the results showed that the brand partically affected 3.405 > 1.983 of the t table, so that 0.00 < 0.05 alpha. While the partical effect of product quality is 8.368 > 1.983 from t table. And with the purchase decision we have a signifcant influence of 106,188 > 3,080 from F table, then 0.00 < 0.05. And the signifcance value of the simultaneous test. And the study results on consumer satisfaction showed that the R2 effect of 81.9%. that means the brand and product quality had a significant effect.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effects of Personal selling, Sales promotion, and Distribution on consumer decisions at PT Superindo Karya Gemilang Batam. This study is categorized as quantitative research. The data were attained by distributing questionnaires. The samples comprised 115 and were attained by applying the Slovin technique. In other words, there were 115 respondents instructed to answer the questionnaires. This study utilized a non-probability technique, in which it emerged as a sampling technique that did not offer the same opportunity for every member of the population that was chosen as the sample. Additionally, the gathered data were analyzed by utilizing multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS, version 26. The results of this study demonstrate that Personal selling (X1), Sales promotion (X2) and Distribution (X3) positively affect consumer decisions (Y). Personal selling (X1) partially gives positive and significant effects on consumer decisions (Y), and the Sales promotion (X2) partially gives positive and significant effects on consumer decisions (Y). Simultaneously, Personal selling (X1), Sales promotion (X2) and Distribution (X3) give positive and significant effects on consumer decisions (Y) at PT Superindo Karya Gemilang Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out whether there is an influence of discipline on employee performance at PT.JMS (2) find out whether there is an effect of training on employee performance at PT.JMS (3) find out whether there is an influence of discipline and training on employee performance at PT. JMS. This research is a quantitative research which is included in correlation research using survey method. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 171 respondents. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression test, t-test and F-test. The results of the analysis obtained (1) the influence of discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05. (2) there is an effect of training on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) Discipline and training have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of F_count>F_table of 13.743> 3.05 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

There are still many taxpayers who do not understand using the e-filing system and knowledge of taxation resulting in compliance in carrying out their obligations is still not optimal. Therefore, the Directorate General of Taxation continues to modernize the system and media to gain tax knowledge. This study aims to determiine whether thee Modernization of Tax Administratiion and Knowledge Systems has an effect on Taxpayer Compliance. The population of this ressearch is WPOP registerred at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan, amounting to 346,894. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique with the slovin formula, so that the sample amounted to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, instrument testing, clasical asumptions, multiiple linear analysiis, and hypotheisis testiing. The results of this study indicate that the Modernization of the Tax Administration System has a significant efect on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0.015 < 0.05. Tax knowledge has a signifficant effect on taxpayer compliance with a signifficant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Modernization of Tax Administration and Knowledge Systems simultaneousli affects the compliance of taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama South Batam.

Abstract

It is important to pay attention to occupational health and safety because in the production area there are many chemicals that wiII be harmfuI to the heaIth and safety of empIoyees if inhaled or exposed to body parts. The purpose of this study was to determine whether occupationaI safety, heaIth, affect the work productivity of PT Epson Batam. The number of sampIes was determined using the SIovin formula and the number of sampIes in this study were 353 consumers. The sampIing technique used was random sampIing. Testing the effect in this study using muItipIe Iinear anaIysis and coefficient and determination anaIysis (R2), hypothesis testing using T test and F test using SPSS version 25 software program. The resuIts show that the variables of occupational safety, health partiaIIy and simuItaneously have a signiificant effect on productivity. working at PT Epson Batam

Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resources are one of the resources that determine the success or failure of an organization. Companies that have effective and efficient human resources will make the company progress and develop. In the current era, companies are required to work harder and more efficiently in increasing competitiveness for the survival of the company. The company will strive to maximize employees to get company benefits and values, so as to improve the welfare of owners and employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. The population in this study were employees of PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. The number of samples in this study was 100 using non propobability sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, statistical test. The results showed, among others: (1) occupational safety and health has an effect on employee performance; (2) work environment has an effect on employee performance; (3) showing that of occupational safety and health and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze individually and jointly the influence of taxpayer awareness, knowledge and taxation sanctions on mandatory compliance personal tax at Tax Service Office KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. Data collection is done by questionnaire calculated on a likert scale. The population taken from the taxpayers of private persons who have registered in KPP Pratama Batam Selatan which amount to 346.894 people and the sample is determined by using the calculation of slovin formula. From the calculation of slovin formula obtained the number of samples as many as 100 respondents taxpayers personal person. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative data, analysis method with data collection techniques, namely descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroskedastisity test, F test, T test, and determination test. The result of this study showed that taxpayer awareness variabels have a significant effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in KPP Pratama Batam Selatan, tax sanctions variables have a significant effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in KPP Pratama Batam Selatam, and knowledge variables have no significant effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in KPP Pratama Batam Selatan.
