Abstract

This Research aims to examine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty at Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and samples obtained as many as 120 samples using simple random sampling. And in data processing using SPSS version 25. Data T test results in this study show variable Quality of Service (X-1) has the valuet (2.001) > ttable (1.65765) and the significance value 0.048 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. And Variable Promotion (X2) has a valuet (7.655)>ttable (1.65765) and the significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. While the results of the F test show fcount (93.297) > ftable (2.68) with a significance value of 0.000 and or <0.05, which means significant. So we can conclude Service Quality variable (X1) and Promotion (X2) positive and significant effect simultaneously on Customer Loyalty (Y) Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam

Abstract

In achieving organizational goals, the company seeks to advance employee performance to the fullest. Companies need to pay attention to the mental condition of their employees not only with adequate wages and facilities. Often employees experience work stress and work conflicts that can affect the employee's performance. Humans resources are an important asset in the company because they are the driving force for the company's progress. For this reason, companies must pay attention to their human resources to maintain their quality. However, the company experienced problems because the decline in employee performance was not as good as when they first worked at the company. Work conflict and work stress are common in companies and are often difficult to overcome. Based on this, the company tries to find the causal factors and how to handle conflicts that occur between employees, both individually and in groups. These studies aims determining the effects of work conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk. That researches designed using researches designed and quantitative causality research methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 108 employees of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk, especially in the Xiaomi Department. The results of this study indicate that work conflict (X1), work stress (X2) partially and simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, cosmetics have become a very important part of the needs of society, especially for women who are the main target of the current cosmetic industry market. Not only women in today's era but men also participate in using various cosmetic products. Where these products are believed to increase a person's confidence due to the polish produced from these cosmetic products. This research is a normative legal research, namely library law research that refers to consumer protection legislation. The focus of this research is to examine and analyze the problem of a violation of the law for rogue business actors for the circulation of an illegal product that is sold freely through online sites based on the provisions of the consumer protection law. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the legal protection for cosmetic users who are not registered with BPOM where the Government has issued legislation related to consumer protection. However, until now consumers or users of cosmetics have not been fully protected because the government has not been able to stop the circulation of these cosmetics. These cosmetic products are spread due to several factors such as the lack of consumer education and knowledge related to dangerous/illegal cosmetics, online shopping as an alternative for consumers during a pandemic, and the difficulty of choosing cosmetics from the dangers of illegal cosmetics, especially through online buying and selling sites.

Abstract

The study is shown to analyze the structure of the capital and turnover of inventory on the profitability of companies manufaktu r are listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. The population in the study this is a company manufacturing sub- sectors of food and beverages are listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia is 26 da n use sample as much as 7 corresponding criteria are set out in the sample . Mechanical collection of data in the form of documentation and put the source of data sekuder were obtained from reports of financial year 2016-2020 are listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. Mechanical analysis of the data used in the study is that the test statistic to test Assuming the classical form of test for normality , multicollinearity , test heterokedasitas , and test autocorrelation and using the test regression linear multiple which consists of test t and test F, and Test The coefficient of determination (R ²) by using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of testing the structure of capital effect on profitability and Inventory turnover has an effect on profitability . in the same time , the structure of capital and perputa ran supplies affect profitability . Abstract

This study aims to examin the effect of profitability, liquidity, and company value on stock prices on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis methods namely the Assumption Test and analysis multiple linear regression. The variables in this study are profitability measured using ROA, liquidity measured using CR proxies, and Company Value measured using PBV proxies as independent variables. The dependen variable in this study is the stock price. The population of this study consists of 45 go-public companies that are members of the LQ 45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Sampling using purposive sampling and obtained 27 companies with a sample size of 135. The data used are secondary data, obtained from IDX Batam City Representative in the form of 2015-2019 financial statements published through the website www.idx.co.id and closing price through the website www.yahoofinance.com. Based on this research t test results note that the variable do not Company Value significantly affects the Stock Price while the Profitability and Liquidity variables affect the Stock Price. And for the f test results show that Profitability Liquidity, and Firm Value simultaneously or or partial effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract

Non Cash Food Aid in the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2019 concerning the Distribution of Non Cash Food Aid is social assistance that is distributed non-cash from the government which is given to Beneficiary Familie every month through electronic money then used for buy foodstuffs that have been determined at the e-warong. Through this research, the authors aim to find out how the implementation of the non cash food aid program in Batam City and determine the factors that hinder the implementation of non cash food aid in Batam City. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the data source of this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate all parties involved in this program implementing the Non Cash Food Aid Program (BPNT) is guided by the Regulation concerning the Distribution of Non Cash Food Aid. The factors that hinder the implementation of the Non Cash Food Aid Program in Batam City in 2020 are the lack of cooperation from various parties, the lack of clarity on applicable regulations, and the lack of public awareness in maintaining the media properly.

Abstract

Public services in Indonesia are still faced with conditions that are not in accordance with the needs and changes in various fields of social life. The purpose of this research is to find out how the actualization of organizational culture in improving services at the Batam City Population and Civil Registration Service. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach and uses two data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Services at the Batam City Population and Civil Registration Service were established based on Batam City Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 1 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Population Administration in Batam City. In practice, service activities in the Population Move-in section of the Batam City Population and Civil Registration Service are considered not optimal and have not run perfectly, this is because several inhibiting factors have been found, such as cultural differences between the indigenous people of Batam City and immigrant communities from outside Batam City, the management that is considered rigid and takes a long time, employees do not have the space to further optimize individual creativity and innovation, limited facilities and infrastructure, facilities that are less comfortable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of wages and rewards on employee performance at PT. Samudera Agencies Indonesia Cabang Batam at the same time or in part. This study uses a descriptive study using quantitative methods. Collect data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple clonality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, T test and F test, using SPSS version program 25. The results of this research show that wages (X1) and incentives (X2) have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y). According to the calculated F test result, it is found that df1=k1 then 31=2, df2=nk or 1003=97, then the result obtained from Table F is 3.09. According to the results in the above table, the calculated F value is known to be 25.295. Because the calculated F value is greater than Table F and the significance value is 0.000<0.05, it can be concluded that wages and incentives affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aim to find the effect of service quality, facilities and location on the guest's decision to stay at the Harris Waterfront Hotel. Quantitative research is type of research with a population of 12,581 people. The data was collected using questionnaire and this study used the Slovin formula so that 100 samples. The data is process by SPSS 26 with the results quality of service t count > t table is 5.664 > 1.98498 with significance 0.000 < 0.05 that means service quality has positive and significant effect on stay decision, t count facilities > t table is 5.248 > 1.98498 with significance 0.000 t table is 2.736 > 1.98498 with a significance 0.007 <0.05, which means that location has positive and significant effect on stay decision. And the quality of service, facilities and location have a positive and significant effect on stay decision as proven by F test with a value of Fcount 100,503 > 2.70 Ftable with a significant 0.000 < 0.05 and its R Square value 0.751.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT Parikesit Sri Putra. This research was conducted on consumers of PT Parikesit Sri Putra. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample in this study has as many as 295 respondents with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.
