Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the current era of globalization, every organization or company competes with each other to show the advantages of their respective companies. Competition that is constantly evolving at this time requires organization to be able to survive in the existing rivalry, as well as develop every quality human resource. The organization will endeavor to expand representatives to acquire advantages and an incentive for the organization, in order to work on the government assistance of proprietors and employeesThe reason for this examination is to examine the impact of preparing, job supervision and job skills at the same time on worker execution at PT Siix Electronics Indonesia Batam. The populace in this examination were operator of departement production SMT line 9A PT Siix Electronics Indonesia Batam. The quantity of tests in this investigation was 100 utilizing non propobability examining method. The results showed, among others:training partially have positive and significative influence on worker presentment; job supervision partially have substantial and significant on worker presentment ;job skills of work partially dosen’t have positive and substantial impact on worker presentment; showing that of training, job supervision furthermore, work abilities all the while have positive and huge influence representative execution.Keywords: Employee Performance; Job Skills; Training, Job Supervision.

Abstract

Changes in stock prices are a very important factor in determining the purchase and sale of shares from an investment activity. The share price is a reflection of the state of the company because it must be taken into account by investors in investingThis study aims to study the impact of profitability ratios and solvency ratios on the stock prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The benchmark of each variable is ROA as a measure of profitability, DER as a measure of solvency. The study method uses quantitative methods. The technique in determining the sample uses intentional sampling. In this study, the population consists of 32 companies and 14 companies as samples. The research condemns the secondary data types in the form of financial statements obtained from IDX. The data analysis method of this study adopts multiple linear analysis, and is processed by SPSS 25 version. According to the test results, it is shown that part of the profitability has a significant impact on the stock price is not significant. At the same time, profitability and solvency have a significant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

Considering that the State of lndonesia is the largest archipelagic country, therefore lndonesia is obliged to realize an interest of the international community in the shipping section through sea lanes in the lndonesian archipelago, due to the important role of the State, obliges lndonesia to closely monitor violations that may occur. This study aims to determine shipping activities in the marine waters of the lndonesian archipelago. This type of research in empirical form is also carried out in the form of field research, the type of data taken is of course primary which is obtained through interviews and questionnaires. committing acts that violate the law in accordance with government regulations number 37 of 2002, and violations that are often carried out in the lndonesian Archipelago Sea Lane are illegal weapons smuggling, drugs transporting illegal immigrants, marine pollution and illegal fishing. The punishment given is in the form of a fine.

Abstract

This study means to decide the analysis of the effect of motivation, socialization, and understanding of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Batam. The population in this research is 346.894 individual taxpayers, and the sample is determined by using the Slovin formula, which is 400 taxpayers. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires through Google Form with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. The data analysis technique used is instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test). The results of the partial test of tax motivation have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while socialization and understanding of taxation have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The results of the simultaneous test of motivation, socialization, and understanding of taxation have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The results of the determination test obtained a value of 0.257 which means that the motivation, socialization and understanding of taxpayers have an influence of 25.7% on taxpayer compliance and the remaining 74.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted by multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis tests with the aim of knowing the impact between price and quality of service on consumer buying interests. The population in this study is consumers who make purchase transactions at PT.Tri Mitra Batam with the determination of samples using slovin formula. The data collected in this study is from questionnaires that are disseminated through google form and processed using SPSS Version 26 software. Multiple linear regression analysis results show the value of Y = 30,014 + 0.109X1 + 0.303X2 + e. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.219. From the result t obtained t value count < t table is 1.76 < 1.98 which shows that the price doesn’t have a positif and significant influence of buying interest. For variable quality of service value t calculate > t table is 4,969 > 1.98 which shows positive and significant results between quality of service to buying interest. F test results show the value of F count > F table is 15,001 > 3.08 so it can be said that the variable price and services simultaneously affects the variable consumer buying interest in PT.Tri Mitra Batam

Abstract

This research was conducted for understanding how the activities carried out by the Department of Transportation in conducting roadworthiness tests for public transport. By using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques, in accordance with the results obtained in the field. This study uses 4 indicators of public service management proposed by Robert J Mocler and D.R Gilbert Jr, namely standards, measurement, comparison, action. Problems encountered were related to roadworthy testing of public transport, Standard Operating Procedures that were not socialized, testing equipment that died but had not been repaired, and human resources who did not fully understand transportation testing. In this case, the inhibiting factors of the problems that occur are the socialization process and budget, related to good roadworthiness testing through periodic tests at the Transportation Service Office which is lacking so that public awareness to conduct periodic tests is very low. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the roadworthiness test for public transportation has been going well but is still not fully maximized so it needs to be monitored regularly. Abstract

Today's company competition is increasingly competitive, this study aims to examine the extent of the role of discipline and motivation in improving employee performance. PT Global Welindo Batam is a company that has been established since 2014 and PT Global Welindo Batam is a distributor engaged in the Manufacturing Industry and marine industry. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, by taking the entire population of 107 respondents. The data technique used is the distribution of questionnaires and literature studies. The analytical method used is multiple regression which includes: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicholine meaning test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test, partial test. The results showed that the discipline partially affected 3.405 > 1.983 of the t table, so that 0.00 was smaller than 0.05 alpha. While the partial effect of motivation is 8.368 > 1.983 from t table. Together with discipline and have a significant influence. of 106,188 > 3,080 from F table, then 0.00 is smaller than alpha 0.05. And the significance value of the simultaneous test. The results of the study on employee performance, performance, and the R2 test showed an effect of 81.9%. The results showed that discipline and motivation had a significant and significant effect

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of service quality, inspection taxes collection on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. The population this study amounted 346,894 personal taxpayers, the sample was determined using slovin formula, which amounted to 400 taxpayers. Results of the partial test service quality obtained the t value -0.101 < 1.965 t table and significant value 0.920 > 0.05 which means that the service quality variable has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance,examination obtained t count value 4.262 > 1.965 t table and significant value 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the audit variable has significant effect against tax compliance , and tax collection obtained t value amounted to 10.691> 1.965 t table as well as significant value 0.000 <0.05, meaning that tax collection variables have significant effect on thetaxpayer compliance. The results of simultaneous test showed that value of service quality, tax audit and collection had significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The value of f arithmetic was 61.113 > 2.605 and significant value was 0.000 < 0.05. The results of determination test obtained value of 0.793 or 79.3%, meaning that there was an influence on the variables of service quality, audit and tax collection on taxpayer compliance of 79.3%. The remaining 20.7% is influenced by other variables that do not exist in this study .

Abstract

Leadership in the form of a system that is used to control and unify a company's work system. Each company consists of the most basic system that constitute the culture of the organization and is developed into a motto for the company. The conclusion of the research found that management leadership and organizational culture are positively related to employee performance. The conclusion of the study also display that organizational culture is positively related to employee performance, management leadership is positively correlated to employee performance, and management leadership is positively correlated to organizational culture. This research aims to find out the effect of management leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT Giken Precision Indonesia in the Batam area, with 117 workers as resource persons. Based on the conclusion of data processing and sample testing, it is known that: (1) leadership affects employee performance, (2) organizational culture affects employee performance, and (3) leadership and organizational performance. Culture also affects employee performance. Data were collected and tested using SPSS version 25. The conclusion of the SPSS study show that the variables of management leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance variables, t value <0.05. F count and significant value < 0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of promotion, place design and service quality on coffee purchasing decisions at Setara Coffee Batam. This type of research is a quantitative research, using purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents, processed using SPSS version 25 with the results of the study known that the t- count is 4.088 > 1.664 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The design of the place is known to have t-count -1.425 < 1.664 and a significance value of 0.157 > 0.005, which means that the design of the place has no effect on purchasing decisions. The quality of service is known to t-count 6.972 > 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Then there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously (together) between promotion, place design and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Setara Coffee Batam can be seen from the F value of 103.175 (F count) > 2.70 (F table) with significance value 0.000 < 0.05.
