Abstract

The development of this augmented reality application is based on the visualization of the geographical Atmosphere learning subject and the conditions of the teaching materials applied to students there are still weaknesses in understanding the teaching materials because the knownledge obtained is still in printed books so that it creates a sense of boredom in students. The purpose of this research is to develop the level of interest and insight of students in the Atmosphere, especially on improving the memory of students through a game in the form of a quiz. The data method applied is thtough observation and interview techniques. The preparation of this application design uses the Markerless-Based Tracking method which is a method that does not require markers to display virtual objects. However, in this study the researchers limited it to the trial stage only. As for the use of Unified Modeling Language to describe how the augmented reality application works. In this study, researchers used a tool called Unity for application design and Adobe Illustrator as a design button. The results of the trials on this application can be installed on Android device and appearance unique.

Abstract

The development and advancement of technology at this time is very fast and has been implemented in many fields, starting from designing hardware (network networks, production machines, automotife, etc.), even software development (programming languages ​​and applications). One example of technological development which is currently developing rapidly is information technology. The desire of the user in realizing technology that is easy and understandable by humans is manifested in technology that is easy to understand to interact with a machine. The use of microcontrollers in the field of control and monitoring is already very popular in the surrounding community and is increasingly in the interest of several groups and helps in providing important information as well as helping the work to be carried out. The microcontroller is the most important part for processing and processing data in the work system. An example of the development of the Arduino uno microcontroller. Arduino uno is a device that provides various information services ranging from games, office jobs, audio-video. This study discusses the Arduino-based vehicle driving safety system for monitoring the distance of an object equipped with the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor installed on the vehicle, then as a processor the Arduino Uno microcontroller is used, as a security system used by Buzzer. which will send a message or notification in the form of a sound if the distance is too close. The function of this research is like reading distance and providing security in the form of sound.

Abstract

In this era, hotel has storage as a storing space for every kind of Barangs. Barangs stored in the storage are Barangs being used for the needs of the staffs, also for the needs of hotel’s operational. The Barang consumption is running smoothly with resupply. However, there are often mistakes in resupplying the Barangs. For preventing those several mistakes, a reference is needed to be used for controlling the amount of Barangs arrival (monthly) with minding the amount of Barangs in the storage should be. The reference to be used is the forecast of the Barang consumption every month. Forecasting was being done with Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. There are five steps needed to build the ARIMA model, such as plot identification, model identification, model estimation, choosing the best model, and prediction (forecast). The input variable to be used in this research is the rime series from the data of storage’s Barang consumption starts from January 2018 until October 2020, and the output variable is the result of the prediction of Barang consumption in the next period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Rancang Bangun Sistem Akses Kontrol Keluar Masuk Perumahan Menggunakan Sensor Fingerprint Berbasis Mikrokontroler Atmega328, sistem berbasis sensor sidik jari ini untuk akses kontrol keluar masuk perumahan. Sehingga tidak sembarang orang yang bisa akses masuk ke dalam perumahan tersebut dan apabila ada sidik jari yang tidak cocok maka motor servo tidak secara otomatis membuka palang pintu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode arduino yang merancang, membuat dan menguji alat berbasis sensor sidik jari. Perancangan dan pembuatan alat ini yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem pengaman pintu otomatis yang menggunakan sensor sidik jari sebagai fungsi input, Sistem ini menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama sistem. Komponen output menggunakan Motor Servo, LCD 16x2. Motor Servo sebagai membuka palang pintu dan LCD 16x2 berfungsi menampilkan informasi akses masuk dan akses ditolak. Palang pintu otomatis yang dirancang, dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler berbasis Arduino Uno. Sensor sidik jari memberikan input ke mikrokontroler untuk membuka dan menutup palang pintu secara otomatis. Berdasarkan pengujian dan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Rancang Bangun Sistem Akses Kontrol Keluar Masuk Perumahan Menggunakan Sensor Fingerprint Berbasis Mikrokontroler Atmega328 dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sistem dapat membuka pintu menggunakan sensor sidik jari, sehingga dapat membuka palang pintu secara otomatis

Abstract

Currently, the company has implemented an information system to support the running of the business, both for large and small investments. PT Interpark Industries Batam which is engaged in manufacturing carton boxes and printer ink is one of the many companies in Batam that has used an information system, namely, the HICOM Management System (HMS). In using the system, there is still a problem in the data storage process of incoming and outgoing goods that are not in accordance with the actual, so it takes more time to review. Based on these problems, it is necessary to carry out an audit of system governance that is used to determine which maturity level the system is at. In conducting the audit, the method used is the COBIT 4.1 framework with the sub domains PO2, DS11, AI3. The results showed that the average maturity level of the HMS system is at level 2 - Repeatable but intuitive.

Abstract

Now a days, there are many ways to learn by using the internet. One of those is “E-Learning” where student and teacher use the platform to do a learning and teaching. It has been benefit the education world. A better online platform is needed to give student more efficiency for learning and teacher for teaching online by using video for the learning materials. In this study, “SDLC Waterfall” method will be used where assessing needs, system design, coding making, program testing, implementation and maintenance stages will be included. As a result of the study, the information system has more efficient to get information and time saving.

Abstract

Attendance record is very important because it can measure the level of someone’s dicipline. Any formal environments definitely use this method to monitor attendance. There are various methods of doing attendance, such as by biometric systems (fingerprint) or through by system. At the beginning, PT BPR Dana Makmur employee’s do attendance with a fingerprint machine. However the presence of coronavirus (Covid-19) caused changes of the attendance method in PT BPR Dana Makmur because the virus can be transmitted through fingerprint. From this problem, researchers tried to develop a web-based presence system to replace fingerprint methods. This application is expected to minimize the spread of the virus at PT BPR Dana Makmur or other company environtment.

Abstract

Dhamma Sasana School is a school under the auspices of the Jaya Manggala foundation which was established in 2017, which has a problem in the registration process, namely the registration process does not have a website and still uses the old and manual registration procedure. The aim of this research is to transform the old and manual registration system into an effective website, can be accessed anywhere, easily gets instant information and verifies student data accurately, quickly and safely. The research method used is the Waterfall method. This method is an ordered method to develop existing systems on the website. This research resulted in the registration process for prospective students and the verification process going online. The system for building websites is by using the programming language PHP5, Javascript, MySQL Database, Notepad ++ Text Editor and the Bootstrap Framework. The conclusion from the researchers is that with the existence of a website, schools can streamline school expenditure, making it easier for parents to register their children only through the internet and the committee both in storing and verifying prospective student data.

Abstract

The acceptance of new prospective employees at a company is very important for the company because employees are the company's main asset which aims to increase productivity and performance. Basically, the purpose of selecting new employee candidates is to get the right candidate for a certain position so that the new employee candidate can work optimally and can survive for a longer period of time therefore there should be no mistakes in recruitment. At PT Kingslee Infinitas Teknologi, which is engaged in a distributor that requires a large number of employees for Stock Management, Sales Management, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management and Accounting. then this company is looking for prospective employees who have the skills and abilities required for the job. In some companies the process of hiring new employees is still not done professionally. This can occur because some companies rarely apply systematic standard methods in assessing prospective new employees. Decision support system for hiring new employees built with the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE). This method was chosen because it can determine the value of the criteria for each weight for each attribute which will then be sorted from the highest value to the lowest value to select the best prospective employees from many other prospective employees based on criteria, skills and abilities that match the company's needs with the system. This decision on the recruitment of new prospective employees will be potential and appropriate to their field of work.

Abstract

In the face of intense competition due to technological changes and environmental changes in various areas of life, all companies are looking for employees who have the potential to provide the best and useful services. In this way, the company can not only provide satisfactory service (customer satisfaction), but also embody value (customer value). Operating companies not only pursue productivity but also performance. PT Indoland Batam is a company engaged in online sales or an online shop that provides items such as household appliances, bags, shoes, beauty tools, clothes, and so on. This company was founded in 2017, which is located at Citra Buana Park 1, Blok H No 2, Jalan Yos Sudarso, Kampung Seraya Batam. In determining the reward for employees in the company, there are many obstacles or problems that the company must face, including time efficiency, many comparisons of the variables tested, and decision making to determine the employee's reward. As the years passed, employees at PT Indoland Batam were often dissatisfied with the reward they received, so this problem resulted in underperformance of employees, employee discipline, and employee loyalty to PT Indoland Batam.
