Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan elektronik dan penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan konvensional terhadap keterampilan pengelolaan arsip pada siswa Kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran Semester Gasal tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan pengelolaan arsip ditinjau dari keaktifan belajar pada siswa Kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran Semseter Gasal tahun pelajaran 2015-2016. Untuk mengetahui korelasi penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan dan keaktifan belajar terhadap keterampilan pengelolaan arsip pada siswa Kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran Semseter Gasal tahun pelajaran 2015-2016.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi pada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI AP 1 dan XI AP 3 SMK Negeri 1 Purwodadi yang terbagi menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yaitu kelas XI AP 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI AP 1 sebagai kelas kontrol, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 siswa, yang terdiri dari 39 siswa dari kelas eksperimen dan 38 siswa dari kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan angket. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalur 2 x 3, yaitu kedua faktor yang digunakan untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan efek baris, efek kolom dan kombinasi efek baris dan kolom terhadap pengelolaan dokumen adalah faktor A ( pembelajaran) dan faktor B (keterampilan siswa).Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan ada perbedaan yang signifikan perbedaan yang signifikan penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan elektronik dan penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan konvensional terhadap keterampilan pengelolaan arsip. Ada perbedaan keterampilan pengelolaan arsip antara siswa yang memiliki aktivitas belajar tinggi, sedang dan motivasi belajar rendah. Ada interaksi antara penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan dan keaktifan belajar terhadap keterampilan pengelolaan arsip. Adanya interaksi antara penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan dan keaktifan belajar siswa, maka perbandingan antara kelas eksperimen yang diberi penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan elektronik dan kelas kontrol yang diberi penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan konvensional untuk setiap tingkat aktivitas (tinggi, sedang, dan rendah) ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian antara penerapan pembelajaran kearsipan dan keaktifan belajar siswa terjadi interaksi yang sistematis dalam mempengaruhi keterampilan pengelolaan arsip. Kaya Kunci:      Pembelajaran Kearsipan Elektronik, Keterampilan Pengelolaan Arsip, dan Keaktifan Belajar

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) to produce the demonstration method-based Archival Management learning material; and (2) to investigate the effectiveness of the demonstration method-based Archival Management learning material to improve the students? learning achievement.This study used the demonstration-based research and development (R&D) method. The measure (syntax) used in this research was the one claimed by Sugiyono. The subjects for the field experimentation were the students as many as 38 of the Study Program of Office Administration, the Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang, Offering( Class) R of 2011, who were taking the course of Archival Management. The data of research were validated by three experts, namely: textbook expert, language expert, and learning material expert.The development of learning material for the demonstration method-based Archival Management uses the R&D model claimed by Sugiyono. Its characteristics are as follows: it uses chart images, pictures or photos which resemble archival articles/materials/devices/equipment so that the students are easy to study the learning materials on the main topic of discussion of Incoming and Outgoing Mail Handling, and Archival Systems of Mail Numbers and Dates. The result of questionnaire validations by the textbook, language, and learning material experts shows that the average percentage is 95%, meaning that in general the learning material of Archival Management is valid or can be used effectively. The students? pre-test score is 68.05. Following the application of the developed learning material, the average score becomes 80.63. This proves that the use of the demonstration method-based Archival Management learning material can effectively improve the students? learning result. In addition, the result of hypothesis testing i.e. zero hypothesis (Ho) which reads ?The use of the demonstration method-based Archival Management learning material in the teaching and learning process is worse than or similar to the other learning methods in improving the students? learning result.? is rejected. Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate whether there is an effect of manpower, technology, and capital on the salt production improvement at salt processing industry of Pati regency.             This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research 58 persons in Pati regency. The samples  consisted of 40 entrepreneurs. The data used were primary data, whick were collected through questionnaire. They  study uses   multiple regression analys.            The results of the research the t test shows that the significance value is 0.005, meaning that the variables of manpower, technology, and capital partially have a significant effect on the salt production. The F test shows the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than that of the significance value of t test = 0.005, indicating that the variables of manpower, technology, and capital have a significant effect on the salt production. The value of R2 is 0.645 meaning that 64.5% of the salt production variations can be verified by the independent variables (manpower, technology, and capital), and the rest 35.4% are verified by other variables outside the regression model.            Based on the results of the research it can be concluded  that manpower, technology, and capital have a simultaneously significant effect on the salt production improvement at salt processing industry of Pati regency. In order to improve salt production  it is suggested that the producers of salt should pay attention to the iodized salt quality in accordance with the SNI standards; and be manpower guidance and training as well as appropriate technology use at the salt industries shall be conducted.   Keywords: Manpower, technology, capital and salt production

Abstract

The aim of the research is to produce learning model problem based learning using the webquest in validity and affectivity to be implemented in SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in effort to increase the result study in economic subject for the students.The research was used Research and Development Approach (R&D). The procedure of the research was applied reffering to design and development research according to Borg and Gall that contained 6 steps of the development such as: (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning, (3) develop preliminary form of product, (4) preliminary field testing, (5) main product revision, (6) main field testing. The internal validation of learning model problem based learning using the webquest was involved the experts of learning, the experts of learning media, the experts of material and practitioner such as the economic teacher in this school. Though, the external validation was done by tryout learning model problem based learning using the webquest that involved the students of XI IPS class. The subject of this research was the all of eleven grade social sciences SMAN 6 in academic year of 2014/2015 the total of the students was 80. In this reserarch, the sample technique was taken by saturated sampling technique that was the technique to decide samples whether all member of population became the samples. The analysis technique data was used descriptive analysis and statistic inferential analysis.The result of the research showed that: 1. The learning model problem based learning using the webquest was stated valid based on the validity test by the experts, 2. The learning model problem based learning based using the webquest was proved effective to be implemented in learning activity so that it could be to increase the economic study for students.Keyword: learning model, problem based learning, webquest, the result study of the students

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out (1)  the effect of STAD and Jigsaw cooperatives learning toward economics learning achievement; (2) the effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement; (3) the interaction between motivation and teaching learning, STAD and Jigsaw types toward economics learning achievement.              This study was quantitative research by using experiment method. The population of the study was all students of tenth grade of SMA Negeri 1 Keruak Lombok Timur, in the academic year 2012/2013, the sample was determined by using cluster random sampling and got 2 classes. The teaching learning model in the first experimental class used STAD of XB consisting of 36 students while in the second experimental class used Jigsaw of XF consisting of 35 students.             The techniques of collecting data were test for economics achievement, questionnaires for students? motivation, and documentation. To analyze the hypothesis, the researcher used two-way analysis of variance with a 2x2 factorial design and the significant level was 5%.  The prerequisite test of normality and homogeneity were analyzed by using SPSS 17 software.               From the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) there is effect of STAD and Jigsaw cooperatives learning toward economics learning achievement; (2) there is effect of high and low motivations toward economics learning achievement; (3) there is no interaction between motivation and teaching learning types STAD and Jigsaw toward economics learning achievement.Keywords: Cooperative Learning, Student Teams Achievement Divisions, Jigsaw, Motivation, Economics Achievement.

Abstract

The objective of this research are to knows: 1)  a simultaneously effect of the marketing mix on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings. 2) the effect of product on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings, 3) the effect of place partially on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings, 4) the effect of price partially on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings, 5) the effect of promotion  partially on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings, 6) the effect of people partially on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings, 7) the effect of process partially on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings, 8) the effect of physical evidence partially on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings.   This research used the descriptive quantitative one with the survey method. The population of the research was the members of KSKS BMT Amanah Ummah of Kartasura utilizing its product of savings. The samples of the research consisted of 80 respondents, and they were taken by using the accindental sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire. They were then analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, f-test, and t-test. Before the data were analyzed, the classical assumption pre-requisite tests, namely: multicolinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, and normality test had been conducted.                            The result of the research are: 1) there is a simultaneously effect of the marketing mix on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings (63,525>2,71), 2) product partially have a effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings (2,590<2,00), 3) place partially do not have a significant effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings (1,848<2,00), 4) price partially has effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings ( 2,702 >2,00), 5) promotion is partially has effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings (3,204>2,00), 6) people partially has effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings  (2,787>2,00), 7) process partially has effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings (2,227>2,00),  8)  physical evidence partially has effect on the behaviors of the members in utilizing the product of savings (1,147<2,00).Keywords:     Marketing mix, Syariah banking, the behaviors of the members, and KJKS BMT.

Abstract

Abstract Background: The learning model that applied on the economic subject in the WARGA High School of Surakarta nowadays much emphasizes on the conventional learning model, then the problems is the low of student learning motivation and memory capacity that has the effect on the bad result of student a chievement, that is just 47% of 155 social students in XI Grade of WARGA High School of Surakarta above the passing grade. By using the cooperative learning model of Jigsaw type, it is expected the result of student a chievement on economic subject matter will be improved. This research is aimed to know the influence of cooperative learning model of Jigsaw type on the increasing of student learning motivation, memory capacity and the result of student achievement on economic subject matter. Subjects and Methods: This research was a classroom action research that conducted in the two cycles and each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, monitoring and reflection. The subjects of research were 155 students of first semester in XI Grade of social class WARGA High School of Surakarta. The data sources were the student, venue and the phenomenon of learning process and documentation. The method of data collection were questionnaire, observation and interview. The validation of data was internal validation. The data analysis was qualitative analysis. Results: The result of research shows that before using the cooperative learning model of jigsaw type, the student learning motivation is just about 43.0, that means the number of students that achieve the passing grade are 15 students or 41.67% of classical completeness. In the I cycle the average score is increased becomes 53.4 with the number of students that achieve the passing grade are 23 students or 63.89% of the classical completeness. It is continued in the II cycle in which the decided target of the researcher is passed over by the average score is 56.0 by the classical completeness of 83.33%, that means 30 students of 36 have the high motivation. The beginning memory capacity of students is 50.08 by the classical completeness is 50.00%, those are 18 students. In the I cycle the score is improved to be 57.08 by the classical completeness is 69.44%, those are 25 students. In the II cycle, the score becomes 60 and the classical completeness is 80.56%, those are 29 students. The earlier result of study in the XI grade social class with the passing grade of 70.0 just has the score of 62 with the classical completeness of 44.00%. In the I cycle, the result of study gets the classical completeness of 63.0% with the average score is 73. In the II cycle, the target is overcome, in which the result is 80 with the classical completeness of 80.09%.   Conclusion: The conclusion of this research shows that the cooperative learning model of jigsaw type can increase the student learning motivation, memory capacity of students and the result of student s chievement on economic subject matter.   Key words: jigsaw model ? motivation ? memory capacity ? result of study-economics

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) there is any differences effect or not between use cooperative learning model type think pair share and speech about the economic learning output, (2) effectiveness of cooperative learning model type think pair share in economic learning. This research using experiment method with pretest posttest control-group design. Methods of data gathering techniques used are the test and documentation methods. Data analysis technique used is two tails t test and right side t test with the standards of significance 0.05. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion in this research, it can be concluded that: (1) There are different effect between use of cooperative learning model think pair share type and speech, (2) Cooperative learning model think pair share tipe more effective than speech. Mean of cooperative learning model think pair share type higher than speech. The different mean show that the used of cooperative learning model think pair share type better than speech. The implication: (1) Economic learning output would better by using appropriate learning model,such as cooperative learning models type think pair share, (2) input for economic teacher to use variation learning models in learning activity. An suggestion: (1) For headmaster, add to tool and infrastructure in order to prop up effectiveness learning, (2) For teacher, cooperative learning models type think pair share can be one of choice learning models in learning activity, (3) For student, to optimize and more active in learning activity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) differences in learning achievement between quantum learning using PowerPoint media and animation film, (2) differences in learning achievement between high and low curiosity students, (3) differences in learning achievement between students having high and low verbal skills, (4) the interaction between quantum learning using media and curiosity towards learning achievement, (5) the interaction between quantum learning model using media and verbal skills towards learning achievement, (6) the interaction between curiosity and verbal skills towards learning achievement, and (7) the interaction between quantum learning using media, curiosity, and verbal skills towards learning achievement.This research used experimental method with a 2x2x2 factorial design. The population of this study was all students of Class XI of Vocational Schools in Surakarta. The research sample is determined randomly by simple random sampling technique consisting of two classes. Experimental class I consisting of 31 students was treated using PowerPoint media and the experimental class II consisting of 30 students was treated using animation film. Data collection used test for learning achievement data and verbal skills, questionnaires for the data of curiosity and observation sheet for the data of process skills of science. Research hypothesis testing applied ANOVA with three different cell by using SPSS 12.The results showed that: (1) learning by using animation film creates better learning achievement than PowerPoint, (2) students having high curiosity have a better learning achievement than those having low curiosity, (3) students having high verbal skills have better learning achievement than those having low verbal skills, (4) there is no interaction between the quantum learning using media and curiosity towards learning achievement, (5) there is no interaction between quantum learning model using media and verbal skills towards learning achievement, (6) there is no interaction between curiosity and verbal skills towards learning achievement, and (7) there is no interaction between quantum learning using media, curiosity, and verbal skills towards learning achievement. Keywords: quantum, PowerPoint, animation, curiosity, verbal skills, learning achievement, treatment

Abstract

The aims of this study are; 1. To obtain forecasting demand according to customer needs, 2. To get the lowest production costs in the design of the CV Biojanna Nusantara, 3. To get the lowest inventory cost on CV Biojanna Nusantara, 4. To get the right transport models in CV Biojanna Nusantara, 5. To generate the application of supply chain management in CV Biojanna Nusantara.This study uses quantitative methods to the modeling system. data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documents. The data analysis technique used is demand forecasting, aggregate planning, EOQ, transportation, and supply chain management. The results showed demand forecast for the period of 2015 as many as 444 685 bottles, raw materials inventory management requires a fee of Rp 12,371,327,650, the results of Rp 96,784,275 aggregate planning, the management of inventories of finished products amounted to USD 69 140, and the results of the calculation of the transport of Rp 1,017. 053 450. The total cost to run the flow of supply chain management of Rp 13,485,234,515. After compared with the previously applicable calculation will result in a fee of Rp 13,803,224,736 be obtained savings of Rp 317 990 221. The results of this study demonstrate the application of supply chain management can provide cost and time efficien cy, and to improve services to the consumers better, so companies gain higher profits.Keywords: supply chain management, Industry of traditional medicine
