Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Reseach and Development menggunakan aturan linear sequential (waterfall). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi market basket analysis dengan metode algoritma Apriori menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Data yang akan digunakan pada untuk pengujian sistem ini adalah data hasil transaksi pada bulan September 2013 dari hypermarket Assalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan pola pembelian produk yang kemudian dapat dikembangkan menjadi strategi pemasaran, mendapatkan model tata letak produk untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam mencari produk, menghasilkan program aplikasi Market Basket Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan aplikasi metode data mining market basket analysis  yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk menampilkan informasi pola pembelian produk yang sering dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam satu keranjang belanja dan model tata letak produk sesuai dengan pola pembelian produk yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa nilai support dan confidence dari hubungan antara dua barang dan tiga barang. Semakin tinggi nilai confidence dan support maka semakin kuat nilai hubungan antar atribut.Kata kunci : Market Basket Analysis, Marketing, Algoritma Apriori, Association Rule, Data Mining

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi kerja guru, kepuasan kerja guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menurut persepsi guru, serta iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru ekonomi SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Wonogiri yang jumlahnya 150 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan table penentuan jumlah sampel dari populasi tertentu yang dikembangkan dari Issac dan Michael, untuk jumlah populasi 150 orang dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% maka jumlah sampelnya 97 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa analisis data dari kelima hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai probabilitas lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga Ho diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh dari motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menurut persepsi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (4) terdapat pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan (5) terdapat pengaruh dari motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menurut persepsi guru dan iklim sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Wonogiri.   Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine differences in the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model-aided internet on economic achievement (2) to determine differences in the effect of high motivation, middle motivation and low motivation on economic achievement (3) to determine interaction effects of motivation and models of instruction on learning and economic achievement. The population were students MA Bany Khozin Jember. Sampling by simple random sampling technique. The study sample consisted of  72 students.Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that: (1) There are significant differences model of problem-based learning and internet-assisted learning varied lectures on learning achievement of economic, in terms of motivation to learn in MA Bany Khozin Jember is based on the significant value of 0.041 learning model <0.05. (2) There are significant differences learning motivation high and low learning motivation toward achievement of economic study in MA Bany Khozin Jember based on a calculation that is based on the motivation to learn the significance of 0.034 <0.05. (3) There is interaction effect between the use of PBL learning model and conventional with students' motivation on student achievement MA Economics subjects Bany Khozin Jember is based on the significant value of 0.45 <0.05.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, internet, motivation and achievement

Abstract

The objectives of this research to know: (1) The interactive educational situation especially for Social-Economy subject, (2) Students? understanding in Social-Economy subject and (3) Students? achievement in Social-Economy subject. This research used classical action research method. It?s done by three cycles in with 43 students of VIII divided into 25 male students and 18 female students. The research?s conclusion was that the application of cooperative Education Model type STAD Based on CTL was significantly proved as to 93,02 % (1) enhance students? achievement from 60% (cycle 1) to 86,05% (cycle II) then upgraded to 93,02% (cycle III) from 43 students (2) improve students activity and (3) emerge of students? cooperative skills in subject learning.   Keywords: Coopeartive Learning Model, STAD, CTL, Students? achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of research are (1) to know the development of models of cooperation link and match to increase job readiness for Vocational High School graduate Accounting Skills Competency in Semarang, and (2) to determine the effectiveness of development cooperation model of link and match to increase job readiness for Vocational High School graduate Accounting Skills Competency in Semarang.Research is conducted in SMK Negeri 9 semarang, SMK LPI, and SMK Perintis 29-01 Business School Management Skills Accounting and the business world industry couples. Data collection use technique interviews, observation, documentation and the survey. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation to develop a cooperation model of link and match to increase job readiness, while the quantitative approach done by charging survey to measure effectiveness development model had previously been tested validity and reliability. The validity of the data are obtained through credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmatory.The results show that: (1) The development cooperation model of link and match to increase job readiness done by adding a socialization component of student competence, the involvement of the industry in new admissions and identification of competence needs by industry, and (2) The effectiveness of development cooperation model of link and match to enhance job readiness at SMK Negeri 9 Semarang amounted to 88.19% (highly effective, 81-100%), SMK LPI amounted to 85.04% (highly effective, 81-100%), and SMK Perintis 29-01 amounted to 79.3% (effective, 61-80%).Keywords: Link and Match, Job Readiness, Accounting Skills Competency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to develop media based learning catalog valid for improving student learning outcomes and 2) to know the effectiveness of media based learning catalog quick to improving student learning outcomes on economic subject in the SMA N 5 Surakarta. This research is research method and development (R&D). Data collection techniques are used observation, interview, questionnaires, test and document.                                                                               The result of development of research based instructional media catalog create more effective learning, and motivate students create creative ideas in learning can improving student learning outcomes. Catalogue-based learning media posttest results of the economic value of the learning outcomes of students of class XII S2 and XII S3 between class control and class experiments showed that the average posttest control group is 79,22 while the average posttest experiment class is 82,66. Once in the t-test analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software obtained significance value of 0,019 > a (0,05), which showed that H1 results of experimental class better than the control class with significant differences. Based on the results of the learning outcomes of economic value posttest control class and experimental class also analyzed by t-test formula. Price t obtained from posttest control class and experiment class is 2,404 with a price t table is 1,999. Thus t price > t table, means an increasing in economic class student learning outcomes experiment better than the control class. This shows that media-based learning catalog results further enhance the development of the economic value of student learning outcomes compared with no use of instructional media as before. The conclusion of this research is based instructional media valid catalog for increasing learning results and based instructional media effective catalog for increasing the results learning. Keywords: Development, Catalog, Media, Outcomes Learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Whether there is any influence of self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship Commerce Education Program Faculty, State University of Malang, (2) Whether there is influence of entrepreneurship education on student interest in entrepreneurship Commerce Education Program Faculty, State University of Malang, and (3) Whether there is any influence of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial education together toward student interest in entrepreneurship Commerce Education Program Faculty, State University of Malang.This research is a descriptive study with a comparative approach. The population was students Prodi Commerce Education FE UM in 2013 as many as 153 students. The study sample of 61 students of department of Commerce Education FE UM has administer entrepreneurship education, taken proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques performed by multiple linear regression.The results of this study are as follows: (1) The results of the t test showed that the significant value of t is 0.044. This value is smaller than 0.05. The first hypothesis states that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship proved significant. (2) The results of the t test showed that the significant value of t is 0.697. The second hypothesis states that there is a significant influence of entrepreneurship education on student interest in entrepreneurship proven positive effec, but not significant at 0.05. (3) that the F test significance value of t is 0.088. The third hypothesis states that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial education together proved to be a positive influence, but not significant at 0.05.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Theory of Planned Behavior, Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

This research is aimed to: (1) Examine whether there is difference between Student Teams Achievement Division and Think Pair Share model to the students? achievement. (2) Examine whether there is difference between high, medium, and low level motivation to the students? achievement. (3) Examine whether there is interaction between teaching model and level of motivation to the students? achievement. This research belonged to a true-experimental research with a 3x3 factorial design. The population of this research was all IX grade students of MTsN Gondang Sragen in the first semester of 2014 which consisted of 8 classes. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The research sample were IX A, IX C and IX G. From those 3 classes, one class used Student Teams Achievement Division, one class used Think Pair Share, and one class used direct teaching. The total sample consisted of 101 students. The test of instrument used was validity, reliability, item discrimination, and levels of distress. Normality test used Liliefors, Homogeneity test used Barlett and the balance test used F-test. The hypothesis testing used two-way anava with different cell.Based on the hypothesis testing of this research can be concluded that (1) There was difference between Student Teams Achievement Division and Think Pair Share model to the students? achievement. (2) There was difference between the students? high, medium, and low level of motivation to the student?s achievement. Abstract

The learning process which is monotonous and which is not varied results in the students? low mastery of the learning material. The learning process which does not pay attention to some supporting factors such as the students? initial condition, learning motivation, learning interest, and learning activities will also have implications on their learning achievement which is low as indicated by their low scores. As a result, their learning completeness cannot maximally be accomplished. The objectives of this research are to apply the use of the cooperative learning of STAD type with Make A Match modification supported by the students? initial ability, learning motivation, learning interest, and learning activities on the accomplishment of their Economics learning completeness.This research used the classroom action research. It was conducted in two cycles at Nusantara Indah Senior Secondary School of Sintang, West Kalimantan. The subjects of the research were the students in Grade XE of the school. The data of the research were gathered through observation, test, questionnaire, and in-depth interview, and documentation. They were then descriptively   analyzed by comparing the results of each cycle.The results of the research are as follows. Prior to the treatment, the percentage of the students who accomplish the Economics learning completeness is 13.15% with the score of their initial learning interest of 77.24 (low category), that of the learning motivation of 63.23 (low category), and that of the learning activities of 61.15 (low category). Following the treatment, the percentage of the students who accomplish the Economics learning completeness becomes 51.42% in Cycle I with the score of their initial learning interest of 93.31 (high category), that of the learning motivation of 70.51 (high category), and that of the learning activities of 67.85 (low category) and 91.42% in Cycle II with the score of their initial learning interest of 114.77 (high category), that of the learning motivation of 90.17 (high category), and that of the learning activities of 89.74 (high category). Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is drawn that there is an improvement in the students? final average score.Keywords:     The cooperative learning model, initial ability, learning motivation, learning interest, and Economics learning completeness.

Abstract

The research is aimed to determine the strategy of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is most effective in increasing customer loyalty of BMT Sukoharjo Amanah Ummah. This research used a descriptive research method with a qualitative analysis approach. Data collection techniques used was interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the five elements of the IMC strategy there is one element which is most effectively used to increase customer loyalty, namely personal selling strategy. Based on the results of the interview, it can be seen that personal selling is the most obtained information source by the customer of BMT. It is proved by 21 customers or 56.8 %. While the location factor is the fewest obtained information source that is 7 customers or 18.9 %. Personal selling strategies can increase customer loyalty, because it interacts with BMT directly. BMT marketing goes straight to the customers by providing good service so it can create a good context with the customers. This case can make close context between customers and BMT, therefore it will create loyalty. Thus, it can be concluded that personal selling strategies is the most effective to increase customer loyalty of BMT. Another advantage of personal selling strategy is it can be used in the long term that will strengthen the brand of BMT in society.Keywords  : Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), Loyalty Members, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT)
