Abstract

One of the causes of the inactivity of mothers to join the class of pregnant women is due to work, limited time, opportunities, education, knowledge, lack of self-motivation and lack of support from the husband. Preliminary survey results conducted in Singogalih Village, Tarik Sidoarjo District in January 2020, were obtained from 10 participants who were enrolled in the pregnant mother’s class, only 4 pregnant women had attended the pregnant mother’s class. This shows that there are still many pregnant women who have not yet joined the class of pregnant women. The design of this research is correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population studied was all pregnant women with samples of second and third trimester pregnant women of 20 pregnant women. The independent variable was examined by the husband's support while the dependent variable was activeness in taking the class of pregnant women. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique by means of purposive sampling, which is taking samples in accordance with the wishes of researchers. The results were analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results obtained by the significance value (α) is 0.05 with a correlation coefficient of 0.039 that the majority of respondents (65%) actively attend the class of pregnant women as many as 13 out of 20 pregnant women. Then the conclusion is that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is active activity of pregnant women in the pregnant class in terms of the husband's support about the pregnant class in Singogalih village, Tarik Sidoarjo district in 2020. Abstract

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARSCoV-2) virus which has clinical signs resembling pneumonia infection (Huang et al., 2020). Behavior is the result of all kinds of experiences and human interactions with their environment which are manifested in the form of knowledge, attitudes and actions. Behavior is an individual's response/reaction to stimuli that come from outside and from within him (Notoatmojo, 2010). Corona virus (Covid 19) is the largest group of viruses in the Nidovirales order. All viruses in the order Nidovirales are nonsegmented positive-sense RNA viruses. The type of research used is a correlational (relationship) analytic design. This study uses an analytical quantitative research approach. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS, it was found that most of the respondents behaved well, namely as many as 23 respondents with a percentage (56.1%) of a total of 41 respondents. the majority of respondents were not at risk of contracting covid-19, namely as many as 28 respondents with a percentage (68.3%) of a total of 41 respondents. Based on the results of the correlation test, namely the relationship between community behavior and the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was found that the value of p = 0.848 so that p <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between community behavior and the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in Anakalang Village, Central Sumba Regency.

Abstract

Changes that occur due to tooth loss have an impact on a decrease in masticatory efficiency which indirectly affects a person's general health. Loss of teeth can also have an emotional and functional impact and can affect aesthetics. Another consequence is that it can affect the appearance and emotions of most people. Treatment with the use of dentures as a replacement for areas that have lost teeth is very important, but not everyone who has lost teeth uses dentures. This study is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test post-test control group. implemented as a measure of intervention. The subject of this research is the Sumurgung village community with 30 respondents, the data analysis uses the Wilcoxon test and the Mann Whitney test. The results of the analysis obtained a significant difference from the test results between the experimental group and the control group against the Sumurgung Tuban village community group regarding tooth loss on the importance of using cellphones at the age of 40-60 years which in the group p value 0.002 < (0.05) and dirty group with p value 0.257 > (0.05). And the statistic of Mann test-significance p 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group. The difference between the control group and the intervention group has an important meaning, namely the promotion of dental health using the Effective Poster media to increase knowledge about the importance of using early 40-60 year olds in Sumurgung Village, Tuban.

The Covid-19 virus attacks many vulnerable groups, one of which is the elderly group. The achievement of Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly group is still low. Of the 333 elderly people who have been successfully vaccinated, only 125 have been vaccinated. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of structural interventions given to the elderly group on increasing Covid-19 vaccination achievements. The method used is a quantitative method with Pre-experimental designs one-group pretest-posttest design. The data used is data from the Bagor Health Center as of December 30, 2021. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The total sample of this study was 137 respondents. Based on the results of the mc nemar test, a significance value was obtained, namely, the value of 2obs = 125.008 and p-value of 0.000 with = 0.05. So there is a difference in willingness to be vaccinated between before the intervention and after the intervention. Structural interventions carried out in the elderly group who have not received the covid-19 vaccination can increase the achievement of the covid-19 vaccination in the elderly group so that it can accelerate the formation of herd immunity in the community.
