Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze the influence of financial performance to share price of mining companies listed at Indonesian Capital Market during 2011-2015. The method used in the research is descriptive method analysis with quantitative approach. The technique used to select samples was perposive sampling, derived from 8 mining companies. The data were analyzed using panel data analysis in the form of random effect regression. The result of the study indicates that partially the Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) have positive and significant influence to Share Price of mining companies during 2011-2015 at α=0.10 and α=0.05. The other variables, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Book Value per Share (BVPS), are not significantly influence to Share Price of mining companies during 2011-2015 at α=0.05. Simultaniously, all variables (ROE, ROA, DER, and BVPS) have positive and significant influence to Share Price of mining companies during 2011-2015 at α=0.05. The determination coefficient (R 2) in this study was 0.85209 which imply that the ability of independent variables in explaining the variation of dependent variable was 85,20%; while the remaining 14,80% was explained by other independent variables outside the model.

Abstract

In a competitive business world, safety management should be managed like managing other aspects of activities, such as production, marketing, finance and human resources. Employee performance is not only influenced by motivation, work culture, job satisfaction, but it can be influenced to what extent the company's K3 program can work. This research aims to explain the influence of determinants of K3 program on Perum Jasa Tirta II employees' performance. The research method is used explanatory research method, using questionnaires as a data gathering tool distributed to 80 employees of PLTA Business Unit in Perum Jasa Tirta II West Java. The results of this research indicate the determinants of K3 program consist of safety leadership (X1), safety training (X2) , safety procedure (X3), safety communication (X4), work involvement (X5), compensation (X6) and safety equipment (X7), positively affects the performance variable (Y) the employees of PLTA Business Unit in Perum Jasa Tirta II with determination adjusted koefisien is 24,7 % and value FCount (4,695) > Ftable (2,61)

Abstract

The Purpose of the research is to findout whether there is a positive and significant Influence of headmaster leadership, work culture and job satisfaction toards teacher performance of Yayasan Pendidikan Mutiara Baru Bekasi. Based on the relevant theoretical research, hypothesis exposed are; (1) Is there positive and significant influence of headmaster leadership towards teacher performance? (2) Is there positive and significant influence of work culture towards teacher performance? (3) Is there positive and significant influence of job satisfaction towards teacher performance? (4) Is there positive and significant together of headmaster leadership, work culture and job satisfaction towards teacher performance? Research Results prove that there is the influence of Principle leadership, culture of work and job satisfaction significantly on the performance of the teachers of Yayasan Pendidikan Mutiara Baru Bekasi.principle leadership is the variables that affect the performance of the teachers.

Abstract

The influence of leadership, job satisfaction and performance Disciplines teacher in SMK Negeri Jakarta. In this study method survey method is used to select the samples randomly from 150 teachers SMK Negeri Jakarta. This study uses the techniques collection is done by making a good questionnaire for a free variable or variable instruments attached. The instrument was tested using the test validity is calculated using SPSS application 16 version softwere through comparison of r and r count table, while for reliability test instrument is calculated by using the formula alpha cron bach. Hypothesis testing in this study using a simple linear regression techniques, correlation of pearson and regression. Resulting in some important points are: 1. There is a relationship between leadership performance. 2. There is a relationship between the disciplines with the performance of teachers. 3. There is a relationship between job satisfaction with the performance of teachers. 4. There is a relationship between the disciplines with the leadership.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style of servant, organizational culture, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Kamal Institute of Science and Technology, and to analyze the most dominant variables affecting employee performance at the Kamal Institute of Science and Technology. While the method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the leadership of the servant, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior had positive and significant influence, while the leadership variable of the servant had a dominant inf luence in improving the performance of the employees at the Institute of Science and Technology Al Kamal, this is because with the leadership of the servants, it can motivate Employees and create a conducive working climate, so it can affect the improvement of employee performance, especially at the Institute of Science and Technology Al Kamal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Motivation, Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance PT. Hasil Raya Industries. This study uses SPSS software analysis tool version 18 windows, and shows the result that Motivation, Discipline, and Job Satisfaction partially and simultaneously have an influence on Employee Performance PT. Hasil Raya Industries. The method used in this study is with quantitative approach where the data obtained through 76 respondents who are samples are processed using statistical tools, then presented in the form of scientific analysis. After performing data collection either through questionnaire and field observation, using multiple linear regression analysis where the regression analysis F count = 241,917, because F count > F table (241,917> 1,993), this means that motivation, discipline and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. Motivation variables partially affect the employee performance where the value of partial correlation of 0.925 with a value of t arithmetic 20.895> 1.993 t table. Partial Discipline variables affect the employee performance where the partial correlation value of 0.931 with a value of t arithmetic 22.027> 1.993 t table. With this result variable Discipline has the greatest influence when compared with variable motivation and job satisfaction. Job Satisfaction Variables in partial effect on employee performance where the value of partial correlation of 0.913 with a value of t arithmetic 19.271>1.993 t table.

Abstract

This research uses employee’s performance as dependent variable, leadership, organizational culture and competence as independent variable. The analysis used included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, model test and linear regress ion analysis. The data is processed by using SPSS 20 program. Based on F count data (24,710)> F table (3,009) and significance <0,05 (0,000 <0,05), then H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that Leadership, Organizational Culture and Competence together have a significant effect on employee’s performance. Based on the output R2 value is 0.420, it means that the percentage contribution of Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Competence variables against employee’s performance achievement is 42.0%, while the remaining 58.0% influenced by other variables that are not researched.

Abstract

At the beginning of the development of Islamic economics, Islamic scholars hold the principle of Islamic law in economy that is the profit and loss sharing, because interest is forbidden in Islam. The first product called mudharabah, is purely the profit and loss sharing product. The product growth is not really good, even the proportion of the product decreasing compare to other product like murabahah (the cost plus trading). The stagnancy of mudharabah mostly because there is asymetric information on the contract between the capital owner (shohibul mal) and the executive (mudharib). The owner does not know full information about the project that is done by the executive. Therefore many mudharabah contact fail in the middle causing the stagnancy of the development of the product.

Abstract

This research is motivated decline in employee performance PT.Detede. This study aimed to examine the effect of labor compensation, motivation and work discipline, to employee performance in PT. Detede. Research data retrieval is done through questionnaires to 65 respondents employees PT. Manunggal Metalindo Karsa obtained by using the technique jenuh sampling. Then analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained from the respondents and the data obtained from the field. Data - data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption, processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows 15. Where hypothesis testing using t test showed that the three independent variables are labor compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), and the work discipline (X3) significant positive effect on employee performance dependent variable (Y).

Abstract

To overcome the level of job stress employees need to consider several factors including work environment, workload and work conflict. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously or partially to the employee work stress of PT. Inti Manunggal Sejahtera Abadi. The research sample are 44 production employees’. The multiple linear regression, t test and F test are used as the analysis techniques. The results showed that work environment, workload and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee’s job stress. While t test re sults indicate that workload and work conflict partially affect the employee's work stress, while the work environment has no effect.
