Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of the work environment, fringe benefit, and career development to employee loyalty at PT Indolakto. Samples used in this research were 100 employees at the level of supervisors and managers. Collecting data using questionnaires were analyzed using path analysis. Results of the analysis showed that the work environment directly influence employee loyalty with total direct effect and indirect effect amounted to 37,24%, work environment directly influence career development amounted to 38.62%, fringe benefit directly influence employee loyalty with total direct effect and indirect effect amounted to 26.13%, the fringe benefit had an indirect effect on career development for 6,14%, career developmnet directly influence employee loyalty with total direct effect and indirect effect amounted to 39.42%. In order to increase the loyalty of employees at PT Indolakto, things that can be done such as care about physical environment and non-physical environment, give fringe benefit or allowances according to the needs of employees, and then making plans regarding career development of employees and given the opportunity for more advanced.

Abstract

The organization of USNI orientates to the goal, therefore the structure and the design of the organization also orientates to the goal. The principal of USNI should conceive the structure a tool of contribution for reaching the goal of USNI effectively. The prinsipal of USNI should also notice several factors i.e. technology, the characteristic of job, lecturers and employees, environmental requirement, the importance of accepting and processing the information from environment and whole strategy which been choosen to reach the goal of USNI.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to know influence information accounting system and motivation to individual performance. The sample in this research includes 90 respondences worked at central office PT.DHL Supply Chain Indonesia. The sampling method is probability sampling. The collected of data used primary data and with reading information accounting system books. Test of data quality in this research are validity and reliability. Hypotesis test used multiple linier regression. The result in this research are information accounting system and motivation have significant influance to individual performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Operating Leverage, Financial Leverage and Liquidity partially and simultaneously to profitability. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from IDX is the company's financial statements from 2011-2015. The sample in this study is the Agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research applies multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) for Windows. Results of the analysis showed that adjusted determination coefficient (adjusted R-square) of 0.2704 or 27.04%. Based on t test Operating Leverage is known that partially negatively affect the company's profitability in the agricultural sector, this is evide nced by the t test showed a smaller significance level of 0.05 is 0.003. T test also showed that financial leverage is partially not affect the company's profitability in the agricultural sector, this is evidenced by the t test showed significance level greater than 0.05 is 0.096. Liquidity, and a positive significant effect on the profitability of companies in the agricultural sector in the years 2011-2015 BEI. Based on hypothesis testing table 0095 t-test with significance 0.025 <0.05.Hal means Liquidity significant effect on profitability and acceptable hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of internal determinant dividend payout ratio pharmaceutical company, annual data observation period 2008 until 2014. Type studies quantitative research. Population of the entire pharmaceutical company amounted of 10 companies, criteria sampled pharmaceutical company that consistently pay cash dividends, found 6 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with non probability sampling technique is purposive sampling. Analysis data with panel data regression fixed effect which has value R-square larger. The results showed that current ratio, return on assets, debt to equity ratio, earnings growth, return on equity, earnings per share and market to book value simultaneously are having significant influence to the dividend payout ratio. Partially return on assets and market to book value has a positive significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, while of current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity has a significant negative effect. Earnings growth and earnings per share are not having significant influence on the dividend payout ratio. Suggested adding variables external factors, using a sample of companies for more.

Abstract

“The effect of Work Motivation, Teaching Competence and Personality of the Teacher on Teacher Performance in Senior High School 46 Jakarta”. Program Pascasarjana Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia..The results showed that either partially or jointly variable Work Motivation, Teaching Competency and Teacher Personality significant effect on performance, with details as follows: 1).Work motivation significant effect on the Performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.018 <0.05, and t count 2,425> 1,999 t table; 2. Teacher Competence significant effect on the performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.023 <0.05, and t count 2,334> t table 1,999; 3. Personality of teacher significant effect on the performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.013 <0.05, and 2.566 t count> t table 1,999; 4. Work motivation, competence and personality of the teacher together a significant effect on the performance of teachers, it can be proved with sig = 0.000 <0.05, and 19.511 F count> F table 2.758.

Abstract

This reseach aimstoanalyzethe influence of Doctors’ Competetion Nurce’s Service, and Facility in Check up departmen of Siloam Hospital Lippo Cikarang. Through this study the outher can determine the influence that occrs to patiens interest for medicalcheck up. Techniques of data collection with distribution of questionnaire, and sucessfully coolected as many as 200 respondents. Research methods using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Lisrel 8.8 used to help for testing this model. The result shows that Doctors’s Competetion is not affect significanly but Nurce’s Service, and Faclity affect the level of patients interest for medical check up at Siloam Hospital Lippo Cikarang Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Every interest that involve two individuals or two parties could cause something that is called agency problem, where both parties do not have the same information and interest ( asymetric information). Agency problem could happens in conventional (western) management or Islamic management. It involve two types of asymetric information, those are adverse selection and moral hazard. Since the very beginning agency problem was a big problem in Islamic finance management. This is because Islamic finance management has a trust value greater than in western. That is why track record become one of the most important indicator for minimizing agency problem.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of motivation, compensation and commitment to the job saticfaction of the employees of PT. Eka sari Lorena Transport in Bogor. Based on the test result together to show a significant result where the result of 3,649 Fhit, From the result the state Fhit> Ftab or 3,649> 2,66 then the hypotesis Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Thus concluded there is a positive and significant impact between the motivation, compensation and commitmen together againt job satifaction in PT.Eka Sari Lorena Transport di Bogor.

Abstract

The research was conducted by using quantitative descriptive method to determine the influence of independent variables namely : motivation in working, leadership and organization culture toward the employees’satisfaction in working as the dependent variable. Samples taken are 54 respondents from the total population of 117 employees at PT.Metropolitan Retailmart, Jakarta Considering the data analysis and results of research as a whole, it can be infered that (1) there is an influence between motivation in working towards the employees’ satisfaction in working by 47,6% which the value of the correlation is 0,446 means strong in (2) There is influence of leadership towards job satisfaction Which is not significant, there is a R square value of 0.1% with a correlation value of -0.035 which means the correlation level below very low, (3) there is influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of 30.9% with the correlation value of 0.555 which means the correlation level also Medium and (4) there is influence motivation in working , leadership and organizational culture together towards employees satisfaction equal to 53.9% with correlation value 0.752 which means strong correlation level
