Abstract

The purpose of this research: 1) develop media valid CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta, 2) analyze effectiveness of media CD interactive to increase the competency participants training business school and management BLK Surakarta. This research used the research and development (R&D). Validation internal development media CD interactive on the model training work Competency Based Training (CBT) involving media experts, the people of material and practitioners. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis qualitative and the quantitative analysis use test one way anova. Value validation products obtained from media experts of 84,99 %, the people of matter of 84.25 % and practitioners of 85,51 % shows the average validation products of 84,54 % which means had qualified for very good. In the field there are significant differences average score posttest between the experiment to the control group with the significance (sig.) as much as 0.00 <  ? (0.05). Value obtained from validation and the the field show that the product of development media CD interactive being used as a medium learning and effective to increase the competency participants training for BLK Surakarta. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengembangkan media CD interaktif yang valid untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat jurusan Bisnis & Manajemen BLK Surakarta, 2) menganalisis keefektifan media CD interaktif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat jurusan Bisnis & Manajemen Balai Latihan Kerja Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakkan pendekatan R&D. Validasi internal Pengembangan Media CD Interaktif Pada Model Diklat Kerja Competency Based Training melibatkan ahli media, ahli materi dan praktisi. Analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan uji anava satu  jalur. Nilai validasi produk yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 84,99%, ahli materi sebesar 84,25% & praktisi sebesar 85,51% menunjukkan rata-rata kevalidan produk sebesar 84,54% yang artinya memiliki kualifikasi sangat baik. Pada uji lapangan terdapat perbedaan signifikan rata-rata nilai posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi  (sig.) sebesar 0,00 < a (0,05). Nilai yang diperoleh dari validasi & uji lapangan menunjukkan  bahwa produk pengembangan media CD interaktif layak digunakan sebagai media  pembelajaran & efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat Balai Latihan Kerja Surakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA N 5 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL).Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 31 peserta didik. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (a) observasi, (b) wawancara, (c) dokumentasi, (d) tes. Validitas data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber dan metode.  Analisis  data  yang  digunakan  adalah  (a) analisis deskriptif komparatif, (b) analisis data kuantitatif, (c) analisis data kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap (a) perencanaan, (b) tindakan, (c) observasi, (d) refleksi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 4,07 (nilai rata-rata pra siklus 72,90 dan nilai rata-rata siklus I 76,97) dan persentase ketuntasan meningkat 9,67% (persentase pra siklus 61,29% dan siklus I 70,96%). Pada siklus II hasil belajar peserta didik juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 6,68 (nilai rata-rata siklus I 76,97 dan nilai rata-rata siklus II 83,65) dan presentase ketuntasan meningkat 16,13% (persentase siklus I 70,96% dan siklus II 87,09%).Simpulan   penelitian   ini   adalah   penerapan   model   Problem   Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Ekonomi kelas XI IIS 1 SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.  The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes of student in economic lesson at class XI IIS 1 of Senior High School 5 Surakarta in the academic year of 2015/2016 with the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model.The type of this research is classroom action research. The subject of this research is students at XI IIS 1 of Senior High School 5 Surakarta in the academic year of 2015/2016 with 31 students. The data sources are from the teacher and students. The technique of data collection used are, (a) observation, (b) interview, (c) documentation, and (d) test. Validity of data used is triangulation resources and method. Comparative statistic analysis, analysis of quantitative data, and analysis of qualitative data is used for analyzing the data. The procedures of this research are (a) planning, (b) action, (c) observation, and (d) reflection.Based on the research results, the learning process with the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve learning outcomes of  students. It was proven in the cycle I that students learning outcomes were increased 4,07 (average score of pre cycle 72,90 and average score of the cycle I  76,97) and percentage of minimal prerequisite score is increased 9,67% (percentage of pre cycle 61,29% and cycle I 70,96%). On the cycle II, students? learning outcomes on cycle II also increased 6,68 (average score of cycle I 76,97 and average score of the cycle II 83,65) and percentage of minimal prerequisite score increased 16,13% (percentage of cycle I 70,96% and cycle II 87,09%).The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can increase learning  outcomes of student  in  Economic  lesson  at  XI  IIS  1  of  Senior  High  School  5 Surakarta, in the academic year of 2015/2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan yang terdiri dari (1) kurikulum (2)pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan (3) sarana dan prasarana (4) pengelolaan pendidikan (5) biaya pendidikan (6) daya tanggap dan (7) akses ke fasilitas terhadap kepuasan siswa .Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA MTA Surakarta yang berjumlah 600 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik proportionate sratified random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriftif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik angket untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Dalam analisis data digunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: hasil perhitungan yang digunakan adalah uji F diperoleh nilai probabilitas dalam kolom Sig adalah 0,000, nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05,maka Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA MTA Surakarta (Y) secara simultan. Uji t digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai probabilitas. Dari ketujuh variabel diperoleh nilai lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas layanan pendidikan terhadap kepuasan siswa SMA MTA Surakarta (Y) secara parsial. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi Y=-8,278 + 0,047 X1+ 0,311 X2 + 0,194 X3 + 0,071 X4 + 0,266 X5 + 0,094 X6 + 0,315 X7 + ?This study aimed to test the influence of the quality of education services consisting of (1) the curriculum (2) teachers and (3) facilities (4) management of education (5) the cost of education (6) responsiveness and (7) access to facilities.The population in this study were students of class X and XI in SMA MTA Surakarta totaling 600 students. The sample in this study were 1 students were selected by random sampling technique sratified proportionate. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive design. The data collection techniques implemented with a questionnaire to determine the level of influence the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction. Analysis of data using multiple regression techniques. The results of the study are as follows: the calculation results obtained using the F test probability value in the column Sig is 0,000, the value is less than 0.05. Ho then be rejected, which means a significant difference between the variable quality of educational services to the satisfaction of high school students MTA Surakarta (Y) simultaneously.The result of the calculation using t-test probability values obtained from the seventh variable is less than 0.05 and the value of t is greater than t table then can thus be concluded that Ho rejected, which means a significant difference between the variable quality of educational services to the satisfaction of high school students MTA Surakarta (Y) partially. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IIS I SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IIS I SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (a) observasi, (b) tes, (c) dokumentasi, (d) wawancara. Teknik untuk keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi sumber data dan teknik. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis komparatif, analisis kuantitatif sederhana dan kualiatatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap (a) perencanaan, (b) tindakan, (c) observasi, (d) refleksi.            Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model discovery learning dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa ditinjau dari indikator-indikator kemampuan berfikir kritis meningkat 22,83% (presentase prasiklus yaitu 47,17% dan 70,00% pada siklus I). Hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 11,83% (nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pra siklus 72,27 (2,89) dan siklus I 3,36 84,10 (3,36) dengan presentase ketuntasan yang meningkat 30% (presentase ketuntasan prasiklus sebesar 43,33% dan 73,33% pada siklus I). Pada siklus II kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa terus mengalami peningkatan, terbukti kemampuan berfikir siswa ditinjau dari indikator-indikator kemampuan berfikir kritis meningkat 11,50% (presentase siklus I sebesar 70,00% dan siklus II sebesar 81,50%). Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar 8% dan presentase ketuntasan meningkat 13,34% (presentase siklus I 73,33 dan siklus II 86,67%). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model discovery learning dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XI IIS I SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.  The purpose of this research is to improve critical thinking skills and students learning outcomes of economic subject at class XI IIS I of Senior High School 6 Surakarta in academic year of 2014/2015 with the implementation of discovery learning Model by using scientific approach. The subjects were students of class XI IIS 1 of Senior High School 6 Surakarta in the academic year of 2014/2015 with 30 students. Sources of data derived from the teachers, students, and documents. The technique of data collection used are (a) Observation, (b) Test, (c) documentation, (d) interviews. Techniques for the validity of the data used triangulation of data sources and triangulation tec hniques. Comparative analysis, simple quantitative and qualitative analysis is used for analyzing the data. The procedures of this research are (a) planning, (b) action, (c) observation, (d) reflection.Based on the research results, the learning process with the implementation of discovery learning model by using scientific approach can improve critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of the students. It depends on the critical thinking skills cycle according to the indicators. These indicators increase 22,83 % (pre cycle percentage 47,17% and 70,00% on the first cycle). The students learning outcomes also increased 11,83% (the pre cycle average points 72,27 (2,89) and the first cycle 3,36 84,10 (3,36)) by the completeness presentation 30% (the pre-cycle completeness percentage is 43,33% and 73,33% on the first cycle). On the cycle II, the critical thinking skills of students continue to increase, it can be seen that the critical thingking indicator increase 11,50% (the first cycle percentage is 70,00 % and second cycle is 81,50%. Student learning outcomes on cycle II is also increased 8% and the completeness percentage is 13,34% (the first cycle percentage 73,33 and second cycle 86,67%). The conclusion of this research is the implementation of Discovery Learning Model by using scientific approach can improve students? critical thinking skills and learning outcomes in Economics subject at class XI IIS I of Senior High School 6 Surakarta, in the academic year of 2014/2015.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to know the impact between self-potency and social environment to the interest to continuing education into the college on students of SMA Negeri 1 Karanggede Boyolali Academic Year of 2017/2018, 2) to know the impact of self-potency to the interest of continuing study into the college on students of SMA Negeri Karanggede Boyolali Academic Year of 2017/2018, 3) to know the impact of social to the interest of continuing study to the college on students of SMA Negeri Karanggede Boyolali Academic Year of 2017/2018. Sampling technique used in this research was Proportional Random Sampling. The total number of sample was 240 respondents. Data collecting technique used was questionnaire and documentation. Analysis data technique used was multiple linear regression.          The result shows multiple linear regression obtained Y= 15,662 + 0,467 X1 + 0,380 X2, regression coefficient is positive and significant which means that self-potency gives positive impact to the interest of continuing study into the college. Moreover, it shows that social environment gives positive and significant impact on the interest of continuing study into the college. It means that stronger self-potency on each student will lead to bigger interest to continue study to the college.         Based on the result, it can be concluded (1) both self-potency and social environment affect the interest on continuing study to the college with <0,05 (0,000<0,05) probability, (2) self-potency affect to the interest on continuing study to the college with <0,05 (0,000<0,05) probability, (3) social environment gives impact to the interest of continuing study to the college with <0,05 (0,000<0,05) probability, and 55,1% R square. This shows 55,1% of interest on continuing study into college was affected by both self-potency and social environment while the rest of 44,9% was affected by other factors that unexplained in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influences entrepreneurship-learning factor toward attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control on students; family-environment factor toward attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on students; and attitudes toward the behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control toward the entrepreneurial interest on students. The population of this research is all XI-grade students in SMK Batik 2 Surakarta which the total is 189 students. The sample of this research is 100 students chosen by the technique simple random sampling based on lottery. The results of this research are there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship learning and attitude toward, subjective norms, perceived behaviour control; there is a positive and significant influence between family environment and attitude toward the behavior; subjective norms, perceived behavior control; there is a positive and significant influence between attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and the entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to know; 1) the influence of the effectiveness of learning process at school and the intention of entering public university to the students? willingness of joining tuition classes of students of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta, 2) the influence of the effectiveness of learning process at school to the students? willingness of joining tuition classes of the students of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta, 3) the influence of intention of entering public university to the students? willingness of joining tuition classes of the students of SMA negeri 3 Surakarta. This Study was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta and by quantitative research. the population of the study were 289 students and the sample were 75 students. The data collection technique was questionnaire. The data analysis technique was linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test also coefficient of determination. Based on the statistic test, it can be concluded as follows: (1) the result shows the positive and significant relation of the effectiveness of learning process at school and the intention of entering university simultaneously to the students? willingness of joining tuition classes of the students of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta, the result was gotten by the help of SPSS, as known the Fstatistic = 15.205 > Ftable = 3.12 by using the significance number of 0.000<0.005, so it can be concluded simultaneously as the independent variable (the effectiveness of learning process at school and the intention of entering university) influenced the students? willingness of joining tuition classes of the students of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. (2) the test shows tcount = 3.090 > ttable = 1.993, so Ho was accepted and Ha was denied. It means that partially, the effectiveness of learning process at school doesn?t gave positif and significant influence to the students? willingness of joining intuition classes of the students of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. (3) the test shows tcount = 3.243 > ttable = 1.993, so Ha was denied and Ha was Accepted. It means that partially, the intention of entering public university influenced positively and significantly to the willingness of joining tuition classes of the students of SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa menjadi volunteer pendidikan di Solo Mengajar. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi fungsional antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate random sampling dan simple random sampling dengan cara undian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi fungsional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa menjadi volunteer pendidikan di Solo Mengajar. Simpulan selanjutnya menjelaskan efek moderasi jenis kelamin. Hasil analisis t-statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin memiliki hasil yang signifikan pada motivasi understanding dan protective.

Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) the effect of  learning strategy, emotional intelligence and family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 of Surakarta, (2) the effect of learning strategy towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta, (3) the effect of  Emotional Intelligence towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta, (4) the effect of  family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta.      The object of this research is student grade X in Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta which is get general administration which amounting to 83 students. Questionnaires and documentation are used as data collection tools. Questionnaires are used to collect data of  learning strategy, Emotional Intelligence and family environment, while documentation is used to collect data on results student avhievement of general administration. Data analysis techniques used Regression test.     The results of this research are (1) there is a significant learning strategy, Emotional Intelligence and family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count Fcount>Ftable (87,381 > 2,720) (2) there is a significant effect the learning strategy towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count ttest>ttable (2,853 >1,664) and significance 0,006 < 0,05 (3) there is a significance effect of Emotional Intelligence towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count ttest>ttable (4,338 >1,664) and significance 0,000 < 0,05, (4) there is a significance effect of family environment towards student achievement of general administration on student grade X of Vocational High School Kristen 1 Surakarta with the result of count ttest>ttable (3,481 >1,664) and significance 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh (1) pembelajaran pemasaran online dan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha online siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Pemasaran di SMK Negeri kota Surakarta; (2) faktor pembelajaran pemasaran online terhadap minat berwirausaha online siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Pemasaran di SMK Negeri kota Surakarta; dan (3) faktor self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha online siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian Pemasaran di SMK Negeri kota Surakarta.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri Surakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 135 siswa yang diambil dari rumus  Isaac dan Michael. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan adalah proporsional random sampling dengan undian. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi ganda. Taraf signifikasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,05.Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pembelajaran pemasaran online dan self efficacy bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha online siswa dengan hasil uji Fhitung > Ftabel (5.816 > 3.065) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan persamaan regresi Y= 27.345+ 0,189X1 + 0,215X2.. Kedua, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pembelajaran pemasaran online terhadap minat berwirausaha online siswa dengan nilai probabilitas < 0,05 (0,031 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel  (2.177 > 1.979). Ketiga, ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha online siswa dengan nilai probabilitas < 0,05 (0,024 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung > ttabel  (2.278 > 1.979). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,081 atau sebesar 8,1%.   This research aimed to find out whether or not there was an effect of (1) online marketing learning and self-efficacy factors to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City; (2) online marketing learning factor to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City; and (3) self efficacy factor to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City.The population of research was the students of SMK Negeri Surakarta. The sample consisted of 135 students taken using Isaac and Michael?s formula. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with lottery. This research method used is quantitative method with a descriptive design. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire. Technique of analyzing data used was a multiple regression. Significance level used in this research was 0.05.The results of research were as follows. Firstly, there was a positive significant effect of online marketing learning and self-efficacy factors on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with the test result of Fstatistic > Ftable  (5.816 > 3.065) at significance level of 0.05 with regression equation Y = 27.345 + 0.189X1 + 0.215X2. Secondly, there was a positive significant effect of online marketing learning factor on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with probability value < 0.05 (0.031 < 0.05) and t­statistic > ttable­ (2.177 > 1.979). Thirdly, there was a positive significant effect of self-efficacy factor on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with probability value < 0.05 (0.024 < 0.05) and t­statistic > ttable­ (2.278 > 1.97). The coefficient of determinacy (R2) was 0.081 or 8.1%.
