Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) The influence of the use of google site as a source of learning and achievement motivation on the achievement of learning on the subjects Economics class XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta year 2016/2017. (2) The influence of learning motivation on learning achievement in Economics class XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta Lesson Year 2016/2017. (3) The impact of the use of google site as a source of learning and learning motivation on learning achievement in the subjects of Economics class XI SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta Lesson Year 2016/2017.This research is quantitative descriptive research by doing a hypothesis test. This research is located at SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS which amounted to 86 students. Samples were taken as many as 86 students with total sampling technique (Complete Enumeration). The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression.The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the use of google site as a source of learning on the achievement of learning in the economic subjects of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta obtained tcount value of confidence of 3.144, while the value of t table of 1.989, obtained result that 3,144> 1,989. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on learning achievement on economic subjects of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta obtained the value of t variable achievement motivation that is equal to 2,258 while t table value 1,988, obtained result that 2,258> 1,988. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the use of google site as a source of learning and learning motivation together to the achievement of learning on the economic subjects of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta is shown with F value of 9,135, while the F table value of 3.191, because of 9,135> 3,191. The amount of influence of variable use of google site as a source of learning and motivation to learn achievement learners derived from R square calculation of 28.1%, while the rest (100% - 28.1% = 71.9%) is influenced by other causes such as school environment factors, family environment factors, interest in learning, learning media and so forth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan belajar di kelas terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015 dengan sampel sebanyak 49 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner WIHIC (What Is Happening In This Class) versi Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner (angket).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kerjasama siswa, keadilan guru, investigasi siswa, keterlibatan siswa, kekompakan siswa, orientasi tugas, dan dukungan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Hasil ini dapat diketahui melalui hasil uji F diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar (0,001). (2) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel kekompakan siswa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK Bina Mandiri Indonesia Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Hasil ini dapat diketahui melalui uji t variabel kekompakan siswa diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar (0,005).

Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward (2) komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap subjective norms (3) komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived behavior control (4) ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  attitude  toward  (5)  ekuitas  merek  berpengaruh  positif  dan  signifikan terhadap subjective norms (6) ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived behavior control (7) attitude toward  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat memilih (8) subjective norms berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat memilih (9) perceived behavior control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat memilih.

Abstract

                    This study describes internship experiences contribution as an antecedent on the relationship between Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and entrepreneurial intention. Internship experiences can be divided into five aspects: sensory experiences, affective experiences, physics experiences, cognitive-creative experiences and relation experiences. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the TPB and its impact on entrepreneurial intention. This research used descriptive quantitative method and the technique of data analysis used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).The respodents of the research  are fourth and fifth year students of economics education.                    This research showed that : (1) There were a positive and insignificant influence between sensory experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a negative and insignificant influence between sensory experiences and subjective norm; there were a positive and insignificant influence between sensory experiences and perceived behavior control. (2) There were a positive and insignificant influence between affective experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and insignificant influence between affective sensory experiences and subjective norm; there were a negative and insignificant influence between affective experiences and perceived behavior control.(3) There were a negative and insignificant influence between physic experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and insignificant influence between physic experiences and subjective norm; there were a negative and insignificant influence between physic experiences and perceived behavior control. (4) There were a positive and significant influence between cognitive-creative experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and significant influence between cognitive-creative experiences and subjective norm; there were a positive and significant influence between cognitive-creative experiences and perceived behavior control. (5) There were a positive and insignificant influence between relational experiences and attitude toward behavior; there were a positive and insignificant influence between relation experiences and subjective norm; there were a positive and insignificant influence between relation  experiences and perceived behavior control. (6) There were a positive and significant influence between attitude toward behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavior control to the entrepreneurial intention.
