Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal terhadap pendapatan petani jambu mete di Desa Ekoae serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh dan karakteristik petani jambu mete di wilayah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang petani. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani dengan nilai thitung masing-masing lebih besar dari ttabel dan nilai signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani jambu mete (Fhitung = 64,616 > Ftabel = 3,13; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian, faktor-faktor produksi tersebut merupakan determinan penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani jambu mete di Desa Ekoae.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang baik untuk meningkatkan daya saing pada bakery suka roti. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT Analisys. Informan atau narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dengan nilai 2,65 (2) eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) memiliki nilai 2,70. Strategi yang di pilih Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy), dengan penerapan GOS tersebut strategi pemasaran online Bakery suka roti dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan volume penjualan dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk merebut berbagai peluang yang ada sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Bakery suka roti secara maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas media sosial, harga tiket dan fasilitas pelayanan wisatawan terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke taman nasional kelimutu. Populasi yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke taman nasional kelimutu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 0rang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa efektivitas media sosial, harga tiket, dan fasilitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Taman Nasional Kelimutu hasil dengan hasil uji Re sebesar 0.502

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh label halal, kemanan bahan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk kosmetik wardah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel label halal dan keamanan bahan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk kosmetik wardah sedangkan variabel harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik wardah. Label Halal, Keamanan Bahan dan Harga secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk kosmetik wardah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion, and quality of service on the decision of motorcycle buyers Honda Beat. The type of research used is causality research with quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is analysis multiple linear regression. The population in this study consisted of 570 respondents and a sample of 57 respondents obtained using a simple technique random sampling. From the results of the development and testing of the instrument has been produced a qood questionnaire tool (qualifies validity and reliability). From result t statistical test for the variables of product quality, price, promotion and quality service has a value > significance valye < 0,05. This matter shows that the variables of prduct quality, price, promotion and quality service has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. For value adjusted R square of 0,518, this shows that the percentage of the variable product quality, price, promotion and service quality on decisions purchases of 51,8%. While the rest is influenced by other factors that not described in this stidy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations, the physical condition of the work environment and workload on the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian salt cheetham in Nagekeo Regency. This type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study consisted of 102 people and a sample of 73 people who were obtained using Sugiono's table of provisions with an error rate of 10%. The sampling technique used random sampling.From the results of the development and testing of the instrument, a good questionnaire was produced (it fulfills the validity and reliability requirements). From the results of t statistical testing for the inter-human relationship variable, the physical condition of the work environment has a value of ?????????????????????????> ???????????????????????? and a significance value of <0.05, and the workload variable has a value of ????????????????????????? <???????????????????????? a significance value> 0.05. This shows that the inter-human relationship variables, the physical condition of the work environment have an effect on employee performance, while the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. In the F test results, with a value of ????????????????????????? = 29.296> F table = 2.74 and a significance value <0.05. This shows that the inter- human relationship variable (X1), the physical condition of the work environment (X2), and the workload (X3) simultaneously have an effect on employee performance (Y). For the adjusted R square value of 0.541 or 54%, this shows that the percentage of the analysis of the effect of human relations, the physical condition of the work environment and workload on employee performance is 54%. Meanwhile 46% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

Meeting the needs of a decent home for a weak economic community,government through the Public Housing Agency, Residential Areas and Ende District Land Issued a policy with the development and utilization of potential community empowerment through home rehabilitation is not livable.From the results of the study it was found that in general the Help program Self-Help Housing Stimulant (BSPS) has satisfied the community Low-income. Of the fourteen variables studied, the value of the IKM variable service procedure of 78.0%, variable discipline of officers service by 72.5%, variable clarity of service personnel by 74.2%, service officer's responsibility variable of 74.4%, variable capability service personnel by 72.5%, variable service speed by 70.9%, variable justice gets service by 72.5%, variable decency and 71.7%, variable fairness of service costs amounting to 69.0%, variable service cost certainty of 63.0%, convenience variable 73.9%, and service security variables by 71.7%. Two twelve variables are categorized as satisfactory because they are all at intervals 62,51% – 81,25%. IKMvariable service requirements of 83.4% and highly to satisfy low-income communities. Thirteen satisfying variables Community. Obtainedik M variable certainty of service schedule amounting to 51.6% were categorized as unsatisfactory due to the 43.76% interval –62,50%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the Analysis of Implementation of Total Quality Management on Operational Performance in Cooperative Save Borrow Setiawan Bajawa.This research was conducted on members of the Setiawan Bajawa Cooperative, with using quantitative attachment with data collection is carried out by how to spread kusioner as many as 30 respondents and analyzed using multiple liner regression through spss progran with validity and reliability tests.The results of the analysis showed that the indicators used valid to measure existing variables. the results of subsequent analysis found that of the four variables used, it can be interpreted that in the regression equation, a constant value of 13,766 with a coefficient of variable member satisfaction 2,229, employee empowerment 2,461, increased 1,748, management based on facts 1,788.The results of the analysis also showed that the four variables used in this study can be obtained by 0.517 or 51.7 %, this indicates that the percentage of the influence of member satisfaction, member empowerment, sustainable quality and fact-based management of 51.7%., while 48.3% is described by other variables not included in this model

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of the human resources, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance BLUD SPAM Nagekeo District, and to find out the most dominant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency Nagekeo District Drinking Water Supply System. The type of research used in this study is researchQuantitative. The data source is primary and secondary data, with data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires. respondents in this studyemployees of the regional public service agency district drinking water supply system Nagekeo numbered 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques used i is a test of data quality and multiple linear regression techniques. Determination co-fisian test (R2) indicates that the influence of variables independent of dependent variables is 46.6% meaning that the presentation of factors of human resource quality, work professionalism and commitment jointly affect the performance of employees in blud offices SPAM Nagekeo Regency While the remaining 53.6 % described other factors or that do not appear in this research hypothesis Basedon the results of simultaneous test F shows that Fcalculate > Ftabel as large as 15,705>2.80 and the accepted hypothesis is the Hr Quality Factor (X1), Professionalism of work (X2), commitment (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance (Y), the t test showed that the most dominant variable affect employee performance is a variable of professionalism of work4,474 and a commitment of 4,089 with a sig value. 0.000 and 0.000 smaller than other variables.

Abstract

This stiudy aims to determine to human resources development strategy at PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende. By analyzing the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats that the company has. The type of research used is descriptivw qualitative, data analysis technique used are SWOT matrix, SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, and External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population studied was PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende with a total of 20 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the EFAS table the opportunity is greater than the threat so that the point is in the I quardant. The results show that the human resource development strategy at Federal International Finance Group sharing can help employee. Also, a good management system can support human resources who are still fresh to be educated so that they can have the ability to be more competent.
