Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa Riau Branch. The population in the study amounted to 31 people, because the data was less than 100, the sampling technique was saturated sampling so that the sample was all permanent employees, totaling 31 respondents, the data collection technique was through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, normality test and reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, T test and r square test. processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 program. based on the results of the instrument test, all data meet the validity, reliability and normal distribution tests. The results of the study are in accordance with the hypothesis where the t-count value is 2. 678 is greater than t-table (1,699) with a significant level of 0.005 equal to α 5% (0.05), the magnitude of the effect is 45.3%. Based on the research results, the incentive variable has an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dharma Guna Wibawa, Riau Branch.

Abstract

Objectives: This study will look at how green performance in the healthcare sector is affected by green human resources management (GHRM), green knowledge management (GKM), and green competency (GC). Methodology: Employees that work for a hospital group in the Jakarta area make up the study's population. A total of 100 respondents participated in this study. Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation (PLS-SEM) model used for analyze the data. Finding: This paper demonstrated a link between green performance in the healthcare sector in Jakarta and green human resources management, green knowledge management, and green competency. Conclusion: Green performance is determined by green competency, green knowledge management, and green human resource management. Green performance can be raised by improving green HRM, improving green knowledge management, and improving green competency. Green performance can be indirectly improved by strengthening green HRM and can be indirectly improved by strengthening green knowledge management. The company can indirectly improve green performance by enhancing green HRM and green competency.

Abstract

Purpose – This research conducted to determine the factors that affect profitability Rural Bank Owned by Local Government in Indonesia. As we know, the establishment of BUMD aims to make a profit, but unfortunately there are still BUMD’s that record losses in 2022, especially in Rural Banks. Therefore, researchers want to know what factors influence ROA of Rural Bank Owned by local Government in Indonesia. Methodology/approach – by using data panel regression analysis the researcher wanted to test the factors that affect on ROA of Rural Bank Owned by Local Government in Indonesia. The data was from 64 Rural Bank financial report in 2019 to 2022.   Findings – It The result is the factor that has a very positive effect on ROA is LDR, The next factor that has a significant and negative effect is BOPO, while other factor that have no effect on ROA in Rural Bank Owned by Local Govermen in Indonesia are CAR and NPL. Novelty/value –  So far, research has been conducted to examine what factors that influence profitability in Commercial Banks. In this research, we would like to present what factors affect ROA at Rural Bank Owned by Regency government in Indonesia from 2019 to 2022.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose – This study aims to analyze the factors that influence performance based on the influence of Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Crafting, Employee Engagement on In Role Performance at KPP Pratama Bantaeng. Methodology/approach – The number of samples in this study consisted of 108 which were proportionally distributed to all work units in KPP Pratama Bantaeng. This research uses quantitative analysis through Structual Equation Modeling Partial least Square (SEM-PLS) which aims to analyze the relationship between variables. Findings – The results showed that Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement have an influence on In Role Performance. On the other hand, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Crafting on In Role Performance. Furthermore, Employee Engagement plays a role in mediating the influence between Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Crafting on In Role Performance. ng.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper investigates how intellectual quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ), and spiritual quotient (SQ) influence workplace behaviors and outcomes. Historically research concentrated on IQ, but now recognizes intelligence as multidimensional. Beyond IQ, EQ involves emotional skills, while SQ relates to finding meaning.Methodology/approach – The systematic review follows PRISMA guidelines. Multiple databases were searched for relevant studies published between 2021-2022. Studies were screened based on predefined eligibility criteria. Data was extracted using a standardized form and analyzed through a narrative synthesis approach focused on patterns regarding the comparative and combined effects of IQ, EQ and SQ on work factors.Findings – IQ strongly predicted technical proficiency but had limits in interpersonal contexts. EQ uniquely improved leadership, teamwork, stress management, and customer service. SQ enhanced motivation, ethics, resilience, and well-being. Combined, IQ, EQ, and SQ synergistically optimized achievement, conduct, adaptation, and satisfaction across diverse occupational roles.Novelty/value – This review provides a comprehensive, up-to-date synthesis of empirical evidence demonstrating the multidimensional impacts of IQ, EQ, and SQ on workplace effectiveness. The insights can guide employee selection, training, and management practices focused on cultivating intellectual, emotional, and spiritual competencies in balance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethics, work stress and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang Pariaman. This type of research is associative research, namely research that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. It was found that the work ethics variable had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work ethics, work stress and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. the contribution of work ethics, work stress and workload influence job satisfaction at PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang Pariaman is 38.5% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to test the mediating effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the influence of Triad leadership on service performance. There were 144 research respondentsOPD employees in the West Tanjung Jabung district government. The research method used is descriptive verification analysis and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Amos.18 Software.The research results show that the direct influence of triad leadership on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect. The direct influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment on service performance has a positive and significant effect. Triad leadership directly influences service performance positively and significantly. The indirect effect, namely the mediating effect of job satisfaction, is able to influence triad leadership on service performance. The effect of organizational commitment is able to bridge the influence of triad leadership on service performancein the OPD environment of the West Tanjung Jabung Regency government. The importance of job satisfaction obtained by employees and the organizational commitment that is built can improve service performance which is supported by triad leadership by building the sharing of knowledge, trust and power from a triad leader. Suggestions for leaders with triad behavior to continue to build job satisfaction and organizational commitment, especially affective and normative commitment,

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine the influence of several factors that are suspected to affect the health care sector's stock returns, moderated by the capital structure proxied by the debt to equity ratio (DER). The population used in this research were seventeen companies, and the samples that match the research criteria were seven health care companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange between 2018-2022. The research used panel data analysis techniques, and utilizes financial reports. The results of this study y indicate that profitability proxied by the return on equity (ROE) and institutional ownership has a positive influence, and DER has a negative influence on the stock return, while the firm size do not has significant effect on the stock return. The ROE and firm size are moderated by capital structure in their influence on the stock return. The findings of this study suggest that in maximizing the stock return in the health care sector's, companies need to increase profits, have a high level of institutional ownership and maximize sources of funds for the operational activities, as well as optimizing the use of debt to invest in assets.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to fill a gap in the literature by examining the impact of CSR, measured through Zakat, and the effect of profitability on the financial performance of companies in Saudi Arabia, as well as the role of the concept of Amanah as a moderating variable. Methodology/approach – This study employs a quantitative method using secondary data from financial reports of banks listed on Tadawul from 2019 to 2023. The sample was selected based on the consistency of reports and the absence of losses in the last three years. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with panel data using Eviews version 11. Findings – The research findings indicate that CSR and the concept of Amanah have a significant impact on the financial performance of Islamic banks, whereas profitability does not have a significant effect. The concept of Amanah also acts as a moderating variable that strengthens the influence of CSR and profitability on financial performance. Novelty/value –  This study makes a significant contribution by demonstrating that the concept of Amanah plays a key role in enhancing the financial performance of Islamic banks, alongside CSR. The findings support the Sharia Enterprise theory and introduce a new approach to measuring the performance of Islamic banks by placing greater emphasis on the concept of Amanah.

Abstract

Purpose –This paper wants to describe the e-service quality of customer support in handling crypto asset consumer problems using the 24-hour live chat feature, and an overview of customer satisfaction ratings at PT Akunku Dotcom Indonesia Methodology/approach –The survey was conducted on 100 Reku friend respondents who had interacted with customer support via the 24-hour live chat feature. The instrument used is a questionnaire with 4 Likert scales and customer satisfaction rating data. The assessment of e-service quality is presented in the form of an average answer score and the level of agreement between Reku friends. Findings –E-Service Quality through the 24 Hour Live Chat Feature on Reku received a positive response from Reku users with an agreement rate of almost 90%. Reku Indonesia's Customer Satisfaction Rating is dominated by the Good Rate category. Both the Good Rate and Bad Rate sections are mostly influenced by Customer Support services. Novelty/value –Customer support needs to provide a sense of security to customers of digital products such as crypto assets, through maximum e-service quality, so that this can have an impact on maximum customer satisfaction ratings too
