Abstract

The Family Planning Village (KB) program is one of the government's programs in the form of strategic innovation in implementing the priority activities of the Family Planning and Family Development (KKBPK) population program as a whole in the field. One of the implementations of the KB Village policy was carried out in the Gaharu Village, East Medan District. information about the community. This study aims to see how the implementation of the KB village program in the Gaharu sub-district, East Medan District. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. . The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively by examining all the data that had been collected which was supported by the results of interviews with a theoretical approach according to Edward there were four variables in policy implementation namely; communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. From the research results it can be seen that there are still obstacles in process in implementing the KB Village Program. communication with the public is still relatively minimal. This resulted in the community not understanding the purpose of the KB Village program. The management has been provided with coaching and training, but there are still some managers who do not understand their duties and responsibilities. There is no commitment from the implementor to continue implementing the KB Village Program. The lack of management commitment to achieving common goals is also an obstacle in implementation.

Abstract

The Electronic Hajj Health Card Service for Indonesian Pilgrims (KKJH) is one of the Public Service programs with a background in changing the service system from manual to electronic. The Indonesian Electronic Hajj Health Card Service Program (KKJH) is implemented with the aim of Ease of Service by health workers because the medical history of prospective pilgrims (CJH) is more complete, organized, dynamic, and up to date. Apart from that, this program also adapts to the paperless era but in practice the implementation of the program is not evenly distributed between officers so that the information received by the community is not evenly distributed. This study aims to describe in detail how public services through the Implementation of Indonesian Electronic Hajj Health Card Services (KKJH) in Medan City use descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach.The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the implementation theory approach by Charles Jones which includes organization, interpretation, and application.The results of the study show that the Medan City Health Office must further enhance cooperation with the Main Health Center such as the Padang Bulan Health Center UPT so that the socialization process can be better understood by health workers so that health workers at the health center can carry out the program effectively and the public will understand more about the main function of Health Hajj Card Services Hajj (KKJH) Electronic Indonesia).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the most suitable development strategy for a tourism village based on cultural villages in Nagari Jawi-jawi. This qualitative descriptive study uses SWOT analysis to collect data from informants. The author uses observations, interviews, and documentation with research informants, including the Tourism and Culture Office of Solok Regency, Wali Nagari Jawi-jawi, Nagarai Jawi-jawi Tourism Awareness Group, and important figures. The results of this study state that the Nagari Jawi-jawi cultural village has a lot of natural, cultural and man-made potential that can be developed to improve the Nagari Jawi-jawi economy and increase people's income. One approach that can be used based on the SWOT analysis is to provide attractive and unique tour package solutions with the aim of being different from other similar tourist villages. However, in its development there are obstacles in the form of lack of public awareness, limited funds and also low competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of development and the impact on development carried out by the government of the Meranti Islands Regency. This research is descriptive with a qualitative explanation. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. There were eight key informants, namely the Head of the Development Planning Agency at Sub-National, two general administration subdivisions, and five people from the Meranti Islands Regency. The results of this study indicate that the implementation and impact of the development carried out in Meranti Islands Regency have not optimally provided welfare to the people of Meranti Islands Regency. It is necessary to carry out various efforts, from prevention to supervision, in every development process carried out in the Meranti Islands Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, product quality and price perceptions on purchasing second-hand clothing at Dumai's Senggol Market. The type of research used is quantitative. The population used in this research is consumers who have previously purchased second-hand clothing at Senggol Dumai Market. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method, totalling 100 respondents. After passing the validity, reliability and classical assumption tests, the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research partially state that lifestyle and price perception positively and significantly influence the decision to purchase second-hand clothing at Senggol Dumai Market. In contrast, product quality positively but not significantly influences the decision to purchase second-hand clothing at Senggol Dumai Market. Simultaneously, lifestyle, product quality and price perception significantly influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Maximizing the Management and Utilization of Village Treasury Land and Plungguh Land in Guwosari Pajangan Subdistrict." This research aims to find out how to optimize the management of the village treasury and pelungguh land rentals managed by the Village Head in Bantul Regency, solving problems in managing lunch land rentals by the Village Head. His party will also determine what efforts are being made to overcome problems related to land rental by the village head in Guwosari Village (Bantul Regency). This research uses empirical methods focusing on facts in the field; secondary data support primary data. The data obtained from respondents and resource persons will be analyzed qualitatively. This research concludes that optimizing the management of Pelungguh land rentals is quite good, even though there are obstacles in its management

Abstract

This research was conducted to look at the human security disaster management of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia which is indexed by Scopus. Referring to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) statement regarding human security, there are seven areas, namely: Regarding the health security sector, the environmental security sector, the food security sector, the economic security sector, the individual security sector, the community security sector, and the political security sector. Of the seven areas, one of them is the problem of health resilience, and the Covid-19 Pandemic is included in the category of health security. UNDP defines health insurance as protection from disease and unhealthy lifestyles, which threaten inadequate health services, new and recurring diseases including epidemics, and pandemics, malnutrition, and unsafe lifestyles. Until this article was written, there has been no research that has seen that the Covid-19 Pandemic is part of a human security disaster, which is more specifically included in the health security category. In this study, data was taken online through the Scopus database which was then analyzed using the VOSviewer bibliometric visualization. The findings in this study are that the human security disaster during the Covid-19 pandemic is a problem in the field of human health security which is included in the human security category according to UNDP. Until now there has not been much research conducted by academics and researchers from Indonesia, because they only found 25 article documents

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the drug addict rehabilitation program in Bengkulu City. This type of qualitative research uses a case study method or approach using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research are the rehabilitation program at the BNN in the Bengkulu Province Rehabilitation Home. 1) While residents are undergoing rehabilitation with inpatient treatment at the BNN in the Bengkulu Province rehabilitation home, the residents take part in screening, assessment and counseling programs. 2) SOPs carry out program implementation, and SOPs are formed based on the applicable legal basis regarding drug abuse. 3) Carrying out assessment interviews using the 7 domains contained in the ASI form, namely, General, Medical, Economic, Drugs (Substances), Legal (Law), Family, and Psychiatry 3) Resident assessments using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable , Relevant, Time-bound).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Regional Regulation of Bengkulu Province Number 02 Year 2018 regarding Public Order Management, Community Peace, and Community Protection, specifically in the context of street vendors in Panorama Traditional Market, Bengkulu City. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that the socialization of the regulation has been implemented by the Regional Public Order Agency of Bengkulu Province, although not fully executed. Sanctions for violating the regulations include warnings, written notices, cessation or dismantling of operations, and fines. The evaluation concludes that the Regional Regulation of Bengkulu Province Number 02 Year 2018 is in line with the principles of governance and does not conflict with legal perspectives. However, it is recommended that the Regional Public Order Agency of Bengkulu Province be more consistent and effective in enforcing the regulation. Abstract

Public service is an activity carried out by an agency/organization within an agency that will be used as an effort to meet the needs of the community. Purpose: this research is to determine the quality of Population Administration and Civil Registry services at the South Bengkulu Population and Civil Registration Service (Dindukcapil). Method : This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The instrument in this research is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and interview techniques.  The  informant  selection  technique  used  purposive  sampling  method.  Data analysis techniques with Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Research Results: Researchers used five aspects of public service quality, namely physical evidence (Tangible) of the South Bengkulu Population and Civil Registration Service (Dindukcapil), services still need to improve physical facilities and completeness of adequate facilities and infrastructure, Reliability, the people of South Bengkulu are satisfied with the services provided by the South Bengkulu Population and Civil Registration Service (Dindukcapil), the Responsiveness of the South Bengkulu Population and Civil Registration Service (Dindukcapil) serves the community well, with mutual communication between officers and the community, Assurance if the management of services at the South Bengkulu Population and Civil Registration Office (Dindukcapil) is easy and Empathy (Empathy) The concern of  employees to always prioritize the needs of the community will  support the creation of Quality Integrated services. Conclusion: Administrative services at the South Bengkulu  Population  and  Civil  Registration  Office  (Dindukcapil)  are not  yet  qualified.
