Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop a web-based information system and WhatsApp bot to allow residents to handle letter administration outside of Desa Pondokrejo office hours; (2) develop a web-based information system and WhatsApp Bot with a user-friendly and interactive interface that is tested in terms of functional suitability and usability aspects. This research uses the R&D research method. The development procedure in this study uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) development model. Testing and data collection for this research were conducted in Desa Pondokrejo. The subjects of this study were 12 Desa Pondokrejo officials and 34 residents of Desa Pondokrejo. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire. The research instrument in this study uses the testing aspect of ISO/IEC 25010, which consists of functional suitability and usability. The data analysis technique in this study uses quantitative calculations in the form of percentage calculations. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The web-based letter administration information system and WhatsApp bot named Sipuas have been successfully created and all features run according to their functions; (2) The web-based letter administration information system and WhatsApp bot named Sipuas have been tested using the ISO/IEC 25010 software testing. The test results on the functional suitability aspect obtained a percentage of 100% in expert testing. In terms of usability, Sipuas scored 79% for web admin and 88% for the WhatsApp bot. All these tests indicate that the Sipuas application is good or suitable for use.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) develop interactive learning media to help students of class XI DKV learn graphic design material at SMKN 2 Wonosari. (2) test the feasibility of interactive learning media on graphic design material through the alpha and beta test process. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method and uses the Allesi & Trolip development model. The stages of this research are Planning, Design, and Development. The interactive learning media testing process uses 2 test stages, namely alpha test and beta test. The alpha test process was carried out by 2 material experts and 2 media experts. The beta test process was carried out by students of class XI DKV SMKN 2 Wonosari, totaling 34 students. This research obtained the following results: (1) The interactive learning media developed contains text and video material and additional Augmented Reality (AR) features that can help DKV XI class students in learning graphic design material at SMKN 2 Wonosari. (2) From the results of the alpha test conducted by material experts and media experts obtained a feasibility percentage of 85.5% and 85.26% so that it is in the very feasible category, from the results of the beta test conducted by students of class XI DKV SMKN 2 Wonosari obtained a feasibility percentage of 88.12% so that it is in the very feasible category.

Abstract

The aim of this research is twofold: (1) To develop a document archiving information system at PT Teknoreka Inovasi Nusantara. (2) To ensure quality by testing the archiving information system at PT Teknoreka Inovasi Nusantara using functional suitability testing for feasibility and usability testing for user-friendliness in utilizing the information system. The method employed in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development method used is the waterfall model, consisting of 5 stages: Communication, followed by Planning, Modeling, Construction, and finally Deployment. There were 2 expert respondents for functional suitability testing and 15 respondents for functional usability testing. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The outcome of this research is a web-based information system named Tekdok, designed to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and facilitate archivists in archiving at PT Teknoreka Inovasi Nusantara. The results of the functional suitability aspect testing yielded a score of 100%, indicating that all functions operate well and are "highly suitable" for use. Meanwhile, the usability aspect testing obtained an average score of 73.57, categorizing it as "Good" and falling within the acceptable range for users.

Abstract

The research on the development of interactive learning media aims to: (1) develop learning media using canva on the basics of the class X expertise program of TKJ SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Salam, (2) find out the feasibility of using canva media in the basics of the expertise program, (3) find out the response of students from the results of the development of learning media using canva. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development framework which consists of the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Salam with 23 students in class X TKJ. The type of data used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires using the Likert scale which was analyzed in quantitative descriptive form. The results of this study show that: (1) canva learning media is developed based on the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. (2) The feasibility level of canva learning media as a result of the validation of material experts one is 85% so that it is declared very feasible, The feasibility level of canva learning media as a result of the validation of material experts two is 96% so it is declared very feasible, validation by media experts is 85% so it is declared very feasible, and the evaluation results of research respondents are 82% so it is declared very feasible. (3) The students' responses showed interest and motivation in learning using canva with a percentage of 84% with details of 37% rating 4 (very motivated), 46% rating 3 (motivated) and 1% rating 2 (less motivated), this shows the motivation and interest of students in canva learning media.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Develop an Admin Module on the Website of the Communication and Information Office of Bogor Municipality. (2) Knowing the Quality of the Admin Module on the Website of the Communication and Information Office of Bogor Municipality using ISO 25010 testing with functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, and maintainability characteristics. Development research uses development with the Agile Modeling method which has several stages including the requirements stage, design stage, development stage, testing stage, and review stage. The resulting product is the Admin Module on the Website of the Communication and Information Office of Bogor Municipality based on the website. Tests carried out using ISO 25010 testing with functional suitability characteristics using the Expert Validation Test by in the field of development or software, performance efficiency tested using the GTMetrix application, usability tested by respondents from the Communication and Informatics Office of Bogor Municipality, reliability using WAPT Pro 5.1 software, and maintainability using PHPMetrics software.

Abstract

This research is designed to: (1) Develop Figma Jobsheet Learning Media in accordance with the curriculum for the tenth-grade students of SMAN 1 Banguntapan as an alternative vector-based drawing software for the subject of ICT in Graphic Design material; (2) Determine the percentage level of feasibility of Figma jobsheet as a learning tool for the application of alternative graphic design software. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five main stages: (1) Analyze; (2) Design; (3) Develop; (4) Implementation; (5) Evaluate. The type of data used is quantitative. This research was conducted using questionnaire instruments to obtain the necessary data. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were the tenth-grade students of SMAN 1 Banguntapan. The results of the research show that (1) the development of the jobsheet is in accordance with the ADDIE model; and (2) based on the assessment results of material experts, covering aspects of content, instructional design, and benefits, it reached an average score of 89.08% (highly feasible), media experts reached an average score of 78.81% (feasible), and student responses obtained an average percentage of 90.24% (highly feasible), thus it can be concluded that the Figma jobsheet for SMAN 1 Banguntapan is feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of socioeconomic conditions on motivation to continue education to higher education. (2) the influence of parental education on the motivation to continue education to higher education. (3) analyze the effect of learning achievement on motivation to continue education to higher education. This type of research is ex post facto. The population in this study were XII grade students majoring in Computer Network Engineering (TKJ) SMK LPPM RI 2 Kedungreja, totaling 62 students. The sampling technique is total sampling. Instruments are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study (1) There is a positive and significant influence of socioeconomic conditions on motivation to continue education to higher education, p-value <0.05, contribution of 18.21%. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of parents' education on motivation to continue education to higher education, p-value <0.05, contribution of 40.93%. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of learning achievement on motivation to continue education to higher education, p-value <0.05, contribution of 12.26%.

Abstract

The integration of an information system in vocational education and training (VET) is essential for improving workforce readiness and aligning education with labor market needs. This study explores the implementation of a nationwide vocational information system in Indonesia, based on Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2022. Using a case study approach, the research examines policies, system development, and stakeholder involvement. The findings show that the system improves access to labor market data but faces challenges in integration, user adoption, and data compatibility. Key success factors include strong government support, industry collaboration, and the use of digital platforms for real-time job market insights. The study highlights the need for ongoing investment in digital infrastructure and collaboration between the government, education institutions, and industries. This research provides practical insights into the benefits and challenges of implementing an integrated vocational information system, with recommendations for improving its effectiveness.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, as one of the schools actively improving its digital services to enhance the quality of education, faces challenges when the enhancement of digital services is not accompanied by the maintenance and monitoring procedures of its infrastructure. This study aims to develop a monitoring system enabling the ICT team to centrally monitor the cloud learning management system (LMS) and ensure the quality of the developed system using ISO/IEC 25010 software quality standards. The research methodology utilized the Waterfall Model, encompassing stages such as Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. The monitoring system was tested using ISO/IEC 25010 software quality standards for Functional Suitability, Usability, Reliability, and Portability aspects. The development resulted in a cloud LMS monitoring system based on Grafana as a dashboard, Prometheus as a data monitoring collector, and Telegram as a bot for mobile data monitoring and notifications. The developed monitoring system has met ISO/IEC 25010 quality standards: functional suitability with a good predicate of 1 (all functions operate well); usability with a good predicate of 71.6 (considered good if above 70); reliability with a success rate of 1 (success according to Telcordia standard 0.95); and portability with 100% support for all end-user applications.

Abstract

Ineffective deployment processes can negatively impact application releases to users, while unstable systems can undermine user experience. This research aims to implement Docker and Kubernetes Pipelines through the DevOps MLOps approach to enhance deployment process effectiveness and analyze the performance of Docker and Kubernetes as alternative environments for deploying the AQG web server. The research methodology follows Research and Development with Development and Operations procedures encompassing planning, coding & building, testing, releasing, deploying & operating, and monitoring. The study focuses on deploy time and web server performance using Docker and Kubernetes Pipelines, assessed through load testing analysis. The subject of this research is the performance outcomes of the web server utilizing Docker and Kubernetes Pipelines. The research outcomes include development of a web server for the Automatic Question Generator service using Docker and Kubernetes Pipelines. Load testing evaluations demonstrate that the web server with Docker and Kubernetes Pipelines exhibits greater stability in error rate, throughput, and response time as threads increase from 5,000 to 10,000. Moreover, the total deploy time decreased from 9 minutes 1 second to 3 minutes 40 seconds, indicating a 245% increase in efficiency
