Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel perceived organizational support dengan variabel komitmen organisasi pada anggotaguru SMAN I Soko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik korelasi, jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 guru yang bekerja di SMAN I Soko. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa skala perceived organizational support dan skala komitmen organisasi. Data hasil dari penelitian ini lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment menggunakan bantuan SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antaraperceived organziational support dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru SMAN I Soko dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.014 (p<0,05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.395. Hasil korelasi variabel perceived organizational support dengan komitmen organisasi menunjukkan angka positif, sehingga hubungan dari variabel perceived organizational suppport dengan komitmen organisasi dapat dikatakan searah. Hubungan searah ini menunjukkan arti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkatperceived organizational support maka akan semakin tinggi komitmen pada organisasi yang dimiliki oleh para guru SMA, begitu pula sebaliknya apabila perceived organizational support semakin rendah maka akan semakin rendah pula komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh para guru SMA. Kata Kunci : perceived organizational support, komitmen organisasi, Guru SMA Abstract The research conducted aims to determine the relationship between the variable perceived organizational support and the variable organizational commitment of the teachers of SMAN I Soko. This research uses quantitative methods and uses correlation techniques, the number of respondents in this research were 68 teachers who worked at SMAN I Soko. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire. Techniques collection data's that used in this research were a scale of perceived organizational support and a scale of organizational commitment. The data from this research were analyzed using the product moment correlation test using SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment to SMAN I Soko teachers as evidenced by a significance value of 0.014 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of 0.395. the results of the correlation of the variable perceived organizational support with organizational commitment show a positive number, so that the relationship of the variable perceived organizational support and organizational commitment can be said to be unidirectional. This unidirectional relationship shows that the higher the level of perceived organizational support, the higher the commitment to the organization owned by high school teachers, and vice versa if the perceived organizational support is lower, the lower it will bethe organizational commitment of high school teachers. Abstract

Abstrak Kosmetik X diketahui sudah memiliki citra merek yang baik dikalangan masyarakat dengan label halal dan kualitas produknya. Citra merek merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas merek konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara citra merek dengan loyalitas merek pada mahasiswa psikologi UNESA pengguna kosmetik X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa perempuan aktif, jurusan Psikologi UNESA angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, dan 2019 serta pengguna kosmetik X dengan minimal dua kali pembelian ulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 189 mahasiswa yang terbagi menjadi 24 subjek angkatan 2016, 52 subjek angkatan 2017, 55 subjek angkatan 2018 dan 58 subjek angkatan 2019. Instrumen penelitian berupa skala loyalitas merek yang disusun berdasarkan aspek loyalitas merek milik Schiffman, Kanuk dan Hansen (2012) dan skala citra merek yang disusun dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Keller (1993). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi Pearson Product-Moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,715 (p<0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara citra merek dengan loyalitas merek pada mahasiswa. Perusahaan membutuhkan citra merek yang kuat dan positif untuk dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan konsumen, sehingga dapat meningkatkan niat pembelian yang berujung pada perilaku loyalitas pada merek. Kata Kunci: loyalitas merek, citra merek, mahasiswa. Abstract X cosmetics is known to have a good brand image among the public with the halal label and product quality. Brand image is one of the factors that can affect consumer brand loyalty. This study aims to determine the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty in UNESA psychology students who use X cosmetics. This research uses quantitative methods. The research subjects were taken through purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active female students, Department of Psychology UNESA class 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 as well as X cosmetic users with a minimum of two re-purchases. The sample in this study was 189 students divided into 24 subjects in the 2016 class, 52 subjects in the 2017 class, 55 subjects in the 2018 class, and 58 subjects in the 2019 class. The research instrument was a brand loyalty scale based on the brand loyalty aspects of Schiffman, Kanuk. and Hansen (2012) and the scale of the brand image compiled by paying attention to the aspects suggested by Keller (1993). The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.715 (p <0.05), meaning that there was a significant relationship between brand image and brand loyalty among students. Companies need a strong and positive brand image to be able to foster consumer trust, so that it can increase consumer purchase intentions that lead to brand loyalty behavior. Abstract

Abstrak Komitmen organisasi merupakan keinginan karyawan untuk bertahan lama dalam suatu organisasi, serta memiliki rasa ketertarikan dengan tujuan dan nilai-nilai yang ada di organisasi. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi rendah atau tingginya komitmen organisasi pada karyawan ialah budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan produksi bagian circular loom di PT X Sidoarjo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. X Sidoarjo dengan subjek sejumlah 139 karyawan produksi bagian circular loom. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil dari analisis tersebut ialah nilai signifikansi budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi ialah sebesar 0,000 yang berarti kurang dari 0,05 yang memiliki makna bahwa terdapat hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebanyak 0,538 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang sehingga menujukkan bahwa semakin baik karyawan memaknai budaya organisasi, maka akan semakin tinggi juga komitmen organisasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan produksi bagian circular loom di PT X Sidoarjo. Abstract Organizational commitment is desire employees to last in an organization and having an interest wirh purpose and values that is in an organization. One factor that can affect low or high commitment organization on employees organization is cultural organization. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment to the circular loom production employees at PT X Sidoarjo. The data collection method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to scale organizational commitment and corporate culture. This research was conducted at PT. X Sidoarjo with a subject as many as 139 employees producing a circular loom section. Data analysis in this study used Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The result of this analysis was that the significance value of organizational culture and organizational commitment was 0.000, which means less than 0.05, which means that there was a relationship between corporate culture and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test showed a correlation coefficient of 0.538 which was included in the moderate category so that it showed that the better employees interpret organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment of the circular loom production employees at PT X Sidoarjo. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate with quality of work life in employee PT. Lumina Packaging Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The sampling technique ued in this study was purposive sampling technique which involved 116 employees. The instruments used in this study were the scale of organizational climate and the scale of the quality of work life. Data analysis used is analysis of product moment correlation. The coefficient value generated based on the analysis of the results that has been carried shows a value of 0,496 (r=0,496) with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,05), which means that the proposed hypothesis is acceptable, there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and the quality of work life of employees in PT. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara modal psikologis dengan produktivitas kerja pada pengusaha UMKM kerjainan kulit dan koper di Kecamatan Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini 200 subjek, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Ruang lingkup serta subjek penelitian merupakan pengusaha UMKM kerajinan kulit dan koper di Kecamatan Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Berdasarkan uji korelasi yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,00 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan yang terjadi ainatara variabel modal psikologis dengan variabel produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan uji korelasi yang telah dilakukan juga menunjukan koefisien korelasi dari penelitian ini sebesar 0,264 (r=0,264), bersasarkan hasil dari uji korelasi nilai yang dimunculkan tidak terdapat tanda negatif, sehingga nilai koefisien korelasi memiliki arah hubungan yang positif sehingga arah hubungan antara variabel bebas dan terikan memiliki sifat yang searah. Kata Kunci: Modal Psikologis, Produktivitas Kerja, Kerajinan Kulit, Pengusaha UMKM Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between psychological capital and work productivity of MSME entrepreneurs working on leather and luggage in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Subjects in this study were 200 subjects, based on predetermined criteria. The scope and subjects of the research were leather and luggage SMEs entrepreneurs in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo. The data analysis technique used in this research is Pearson Product Moment Correlation. Based on the correlation test that has been carried out, a significant result was obtained of 0.00, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship that occurs between the psychological capital variable and the work productivity variable. Based on the correlation test that has been done, it also shows the correlation coefficient of this study is 0.264 (r = 0.264), based on the results of the correlation test the value that appears is no negative sign, so that the correlation coefficient value has a positive direction of the relationship so that the direction of the relationship between the independent variables and anchovies have a unidirectional nature. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan semangat kerja karyawan produksi. Sejumlah 90 karyawan produksi menjadi bagian dari subyek pada penelitian ini yang terdiri dari 30 karyawan dalam kelompok Tryout dan 60 karyawan dalam kelompok penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode kuantitaf dengan bentuk penelitian korelasional. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 25.0 for windows. Jenis instrumen yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengambilan data yaitu skala likert. Hasil analisis data uji korelasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,527 (r=0,257) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil, dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan semangat kerja karyawan produksi dengan arah hubungan yang positif. Artinya, kedua variabel berjalan searah dimana semakin baik iklim organisasi maka semakin baik pula semangat kerjanya. Jika iklim organisasi tidak mendukung dan karyawan produksi cenderung tidak nyaman dengan lingkungan kerja, maka semangat kerjanya pun ikut menurun. Kata Kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Semangat Kerja, Karyawan Produksi Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the organizational climate and the spirit of work of production employees. A total of 90 production employees were part of the subjects in the study consisting of 30 employees in the Tryout group and 60 employees in the research group. The method used in the research is the kuantitaf method with the form of correlational research. Data analysis in this study used pearson product moment correlation using the help of SPSS 25.0 program for windows. The type of instrument used by researchers in data retrieval is the likert scale. The result of correlation test data analysis in this study was 0.527 (r = 0.257) with a significance value of 0.000 (p< 0.05). Based on the results, it can be said that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and the spirit of work of production employees with a positive relationship direction. That is, both variables go in the direction where the better the organizational climate, the better the spirit of work. If the organizational climate is not supportive and production employees tend to be uncomfortable with the work environment, then the spirit of work also decreases.
