Abstract

Competence is always demanding for a better change therefore a government organization always gives support to every employee to face changes that occur such as internal changes and external changes, by improving the competence of each employee by providing training because the training is one means of change to improve competence.Of 302 the number of PLKB in Bengkulu province that follow the competency test only 10 people who meet the competency standards based on the level of position. This means that there are gaps in the competence of individual employees on the task component is not in accordance with what is expected by BKKBN. This study aims to develop TNA model to overcome the standard competence gap with actual competence by using descriptive qualitative method, data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation.Data analysis using descriptive method. This TNA Reactive model uses the paradigm of a system where TNA is a simple process of analysis used to identify training needs or not, so in this study using some steps in a simtem in order to arrange a TNA model that is started from trigger event (Trigger) newly obtained solved into input, process and output.

Abstract

KOTAKU is a nationally implemented program to build an integrated system for slums, where local governments lead and collaborate with stakeholders in planning and implementation, and promote community participation. So far, the report on the development of facilities and infrastructure has been done conventionally. This is very difficult for the community to see the development and benefits of the development program. to support the transparency process and to assist Kelurahan in monitoring the development progress of KOTAKU program, it is necessary to build a computerized information system to carry out the process of recording of Infrastructure Development Activities On or inventory of KOTAKU Program. In developing the system will use the waterfall development method. It is expected that with this information system can help BKM River Langkai in recording every development of facilities and infrastructure and can be used by the community to see and monitor the development of the process of development of facilities and infrastructure implemented at the KOTAKU program in BKM Sungai Langkai. So it can help the implementation of transparency in the implementation process of development activities.

Abstract

One of the factors that become an aspect of the failure of property businesses in accessing Working Capital Loans and Investment Loans is the misunderstanding of the business actors referred to what factors are important assessments of banks in lending. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence credit taking by property businesses in Batam City. So that it will be obtained the most dominant factor that influences the debtor in making credit decisions. This study also aims to provide input to policy makers related to the progress and development of property businesses in Batam City in particular, because land ownership status in Batam is different from other regions in Indonesia. Based on data processing in the field of interest has a significant influence on the taking of credit by property businesses in the city of Batam because the credit period greatly affects the decision of property businesses who want profits in doing business or using it as capital in running the business. Guarantee is also a determining factor by property businesses in making credit decisions. The greater the collateral used in taking credit will also get greater capital, especially for businesses that can be said to be relatively small so that they have difficulty getting larger business capital as well.

Abstract

To measure and improve hospital performance, Malcolm Baldrige is present for maximum achievement in Total Quality Management. This study aims to measure the achievement of Batam Regional General Hospital by using MBCfPE for business criteria and to know and analyze the influence of MBCfPE on hospital performance. This research is an observational descriptive research with cross-sectional research design applied. Total sample of 200 employees by using simple random sampling. The results of the survey through MBCfPE showed that the overall total score of the performance assessment achieved by this hospital was 763 and the results indicated that the hospital's performance was Business Leader. Based on the criteria of Malcolm Baldrige, the performance of Batam City Hospital is seen from the criteria of leadership; strategic planning criteria; measurement, analysis, and knowledge management criteria; human resource focus criteria; as well as the criteria of the focus of operational activities, the performance of Batam city hospitals included in the good category. The performance of Batam city hospitals based on Malcolm Baldrige points points included in very good performance category (763,93). And on the performance achievement of each criterion, if the result point value obtained compared to the maximum points value in Malcolm Baldrige, the leadership criteria achieved the highest performance performance with the percentage of 75.93%. The lowest performance achievement is owned by human resource focus criteria of 64.42%. It can be concluded that the performance of RSUD Kota Batam criteria Malcolm Baldrige very good.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies in Batam City experienced many bankruptcy of oil and gas companies, shipyard and services. PT Citra Tubindo, Tbk is one of the manufacturing companies located in the metal sub sector and other types listed on the Stock Exchange which are affected by the economic development in Batam City, which caused the decline in financial performance and financial distress. This study aims to predict bankruptcy in PT Citra Tubindo company, using the Altman Z-Score method. This method uses financial statements to be analyzed using variables from Z-Score. The analytical technique used is the prediction model of bankruptcy Altman Z-score. Using five variables representing liquidity ratios (X1), profitability (X2) and (X3), activity (X4) and (X5). With scoring criteria Z Score> 2.99 is categorized as a healthy company. 1.81 <Z-Score <2.99 is categorized as vulnerable so the possibility of rescue and possibly bankrupt is as great as it depends on the decision of the company management policy as the decision maker. Z-Score <1.81 is categorized as a company that has a very large financial difficulties and high risk so that the possibility of bankruptcy is very large. The results showed that PT Citra Tubindo has Z-score value in 2016 potentially prone to bankruptcy. It means that it is difficult to decide whether the company will go bankrupt or not. While in 2015 and 2017 the company potentially bankrupt .PT Citra Tubindo, Tbk has an unfavorable financial performance and needs to make improvements by improving financial liquidity ratio, profitability and activity.

Abstract

Drying clothes is one activity that moften done in household life. Batam islands almost rainfall throughout the year and the people of Batam City are working in the industrial and government sectors indirectly often outside the house so that the activities of drying clothes left abandoned or working, so become it rains or when the night come can not lift clothesline. Based on these problems the researcher wishes to design and build a system that can work automatically by using arduino uno R3 as control system and fuzzy logic method mamdani as logic control system and utilizing water sensors and LDR sensors as input data from the outside environment in case of change. Based on the result of testing of smart clothesline system based on Arduino using fuzzy logic method can be concluded that the system has been in accordance with the rule base created using fuzzy mamdani logic approach. That servo motors can move from angle 0˚ to angle 90˚, which means to move close when the water sensor exposed to water (rain) and LDR sensor when not exposed to light (night), and servo motors can move from corner 90˚ to corner 0 ˚ which means moving open when the dry water sensor (Heat) and the LDR sensor are exposed to light (Daylight).

Abstract

Currently, the concept of Data Mining is increasingly recognized as an important tool in information management because of the increasing amount of information. This study aims to classify the number of passengers at the airport Hang Nadim Batam. A very large sum of these huge amounts of data wants data for the new knowledge of the data. Data drilling is a process that uses statistical, mathematical, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to extract and identify relevant information and large databases. One technique known in data mining is grouping, which is the process of grouping a number of data or objects into a cluster (group). Each of these clusters will contain data that is as similar as possible and different from the objects in the other clusters. In this case we can select the price data as the initial cluster center, then calculate the distance between each data in the cluster center and determine the nearest cluster, then average averages of all groups, so that the existing process is not the same. After the process is done quickly by using RapidMiner, create clusters in grouping the number of passengers. Where the variable used is the first variable, namely: the number of passengers coming, the number of passengers departing, the number of transits that transit. Where will present data on the number of passengers a lot, medium and small.

Abstract

Neurolinguistic studies are a study in which humans how to acquire language. The purpose of this study is to explain the level where the phoneme is pronounced by the respondent. The theory used is a neurolinguistic theory initiated by Claudia Galluzzia and friends. Meanwhile, the method of data collection is a method by using recording technique. In addition, to analyze this data, the authors use the agih method or contribution method by using the basic technique for the direct element. Technique consists of the technique of percolation, change technique or technique of addition, After the analysis is done then obtained the results. The results of this study include a more dominant change process found in the respondent's speech and the second dominant process is the process of exploitation and the last is the process of addition. Details of the results of this study are: the process of percolation there are 5 times, the addition process there are 4 times whereas the change process there are 11 times. The percentage of the results is 25% (twenty five percent) of the process of discontinuation, the addition process consists of 20% (twenty percent), while the change process is 55% (fifty five percent) using the following formula divided by the total problem multiplied by 100 percent.

Abstract

From year to year growth of household access to internet. Increase from 19.6% in 2013 to 36% in 2016. Internet users in Indonesia are using the internet in the field of economy.Tokopedia is one of the largest marketsplace in Indonesia. Marketplace that stands in 2009 has a seller growth of 30% per year. The popularity and the market of tokopedia users both as a buyer and as a seller does not provide satisfaction for the buyer or seller. The purpose of this research is to know the satisfaction of user with Pieces Methodology. The research instrument used questionnaires and online tools. Data analysis was using user satisfaction formula and categorize using level of user satisfaction from Kaplan and Norton's. Results for aspects of performance of 4.29, information aspects of 4.38, economic aspects of 4.49, control & security aspects of 4.59, efficiency aspects of 4.63 and the last aspect of service amounted to 4.33. The use of online tools performance throughput aspect was measured based on Pingdom 2 MB result, GT Metrix 3.26 MB and Webpagetest 3.31 MB. While the response time of Pingdom 6.08 s, GT Metrix 13.9 seconds and Webpagetest 16.625 s. Control & security aspects using Qualys SSL Labs online tools get an A and use CSTAR UpGuard score of 877. Respondents in this research are Tokopedia Community Batam members but only 30% of users use Tokopedia as the single platform.

Abstract

Islamic Banking is anything that involves sharia banks and sharia business units, including institutions, including business activities, and procedures and processes in carrying out its business activities. One reason people choose a Bank is whether the Bank can provide benefits and convenience to them, Each customer will pay attention and consider various factors to decide saving. In addition, customers also pay attention to the quality of services and products offered so that customers are motivated to use it. Of these various factors. Nationally, the growth of sharia banking has increased, but especially for Riau Islands Province the growth of sharia banking has decreased, based on the problem by using analysis tool of cochran Q test, the researcher try to study whether there are factors influencing customer decision in saving in syaria bank in Batam, and Is there a dominant factor affecting the decision of customers in saving in syariah bank in Batam City, the result of this research found that there are factors influencing customer decision in saving in syaria bank in Batam City, Also from external variable variable the most dominant in influencing customer decisions in saving in Islamic banks in the city of Batam is on cultural factors on cultural indicators of the State and Promotion factors on the indicators of convenience and internal variables are the most dominant in influencing customer decisions in saving in the tire k sharia in Batam City that is factor of service on indicator Courtesy of officer and facility factor at indicator of ATM.
