<![CDATA[This type of research is field research with a source of field survey data, namely asking PKH beneficiaries to fill the research instruments. This data is processed based on quantitative analysis looking for correlation values between two variables using the SPSS 16.0 statistical application. After processing the data, the results of the correlation of 0.516 are greater than the correlation value of the table (r-table), the significance level of 5% is 0.1996. In accordance with the hypothesis that r-count is greater than r-table, H1 is accepted, namely there is a significant relationship between the level of understanding of Islam to the productivity of the community. The results of this study clearly illustrated that the level of understanding of Islam influenced the productivity of the people in the Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City. In accordance with the doctrine and theory of religion that religion has influences that are interconnected with economic behavior, especially in terms of the productivity of society. The low level of understanding of Islam will also be low productivity of the community and vice versa. although between these two variables has a weak relationship but has an influence relationship between the two.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which leadership style, communication, work discipline, and culture influence PT job satisfaction. Bina Thani Nusantara West Passaman. This study consists of her four independent variables:The only variables related to leadership style, communication, work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. <![CDATA[Buying and selling online is currently carried out without meeting directly between the seller and the buyer. Instead, it is done online by providing pictures of descriptions and descriptions of goods to buyers through social media and marketplace applications. So that in practice the buyer only sees a description of the sales he will buy and the buyer cannot see directly the goods he will buy so that it is most likely that when the goods arrive in the hands of the buyer, the picture seen before does not match the goods received. This study aims to determine the law of buying and selling online in the Islamic legal system and the differences between buying and selling in the past and present. This type of research is library research. This research is descriptive in nature and the data collection method uses library research techniques. Data from friends is described descriptively and analyzed using a deductive way of thinking. The results of the study show that buying and selling online is permissible and legal to use. The difference between buying and selling then and now lies in the clarity of the bargaining process used.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how influential Murabahah financing, Musyarakah financing and Bank Syariah Certificates (SBS) are on profitability with the Mode Structure as an intervening variable in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The population in this study were Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2016 to 2020. While the research sample used was Secondary data on annual accounts of Islamic banks. Data collection techniques are using literature studies, documentation and internet research. Based on the results of this study: Murabahah financing has no effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. Musyarakah financing affects the profitability of Islamic banks. Bank Syariah Certificate (SBS) has an effect on the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Murabahah Financing, Musyarakah Financing and Bank Syariah Certificates (SBS) together have an effect on the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of Murabahah Financing on the Profitability of Islamic Banks. The Capital Structure is not able to mediate Musyarakah Financing on the Profitability of Islamic Banks. Capital Structure is not able to mediate Bank Syariah Certificates (SBS) on the Profitability of Islamic Banks.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, in the global or digital era, the creative economy is in the spotlight because of its beneficial impact on the Indonesian economy. Even though globalization in the economic sector has the potential to become a problem for the Indonesian population as a whole, especially the millennial generation, which must be addressed immediately, the millennial generation remains the main creative force in the economy. The purpose of this research is to understand the economic situation in Indonesia considering that the creative industry is being loved by the younger generation. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the study show that advances in technology and communication in the era of the digital revolution have changed Indonesia's business sector, namely the creative economy. Millennials with strong creativity will be able to shape their own direction of development, and the creative economy will also benefit them financially or vice versa by giving them an advantage. Especially Jember Regency, has encouraged the younger generation or the current generation to participate in the development of the creative economy.]]>

<![CDATA[The halal industry, which is an industrial concept based on sharia economics, has great potential in the world's economic cycle. In Indonesia itself, including the largest country that adheres to Islam, has great potential in the development of the halal industry to develop. One of these development efforts, vocational education is considered to have a role in the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of vocational education in the development of the halal industry in Indonesia. This study applied the literature review method and in collecting data the researchers reviewed articles. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that vocational education plays an important role in efforts to develop the halal industry in Indonesia, because vocational education is education that concentrates on preparing graduates to work in the world of work with soft skills, hard skills, work experience and entrepreneurial urgency. The conclusion from this research is that vocational education with all its tools has a very vital role in the development of the halal industry in Indonesian.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that has a large potential for energy and mineral resources. Therefore, this potential can be managed by the government for social welfare. This study aims to develop a financing model using Sukuk as the main source of financing instruments. The scheme used in this sukuk financing is Public-Private Partnership. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method through a literature study. The results of the study demonstrate that the design of the development model for financing human resource development can be executed using the Government and Business Entity Cooperation scheme supported by funds from Sukuk. This scheme offers several benefits for related ministries, business entities, the community, and human resources working in the energy and mineral sector. The government obtains additional capital and partners in conducting human resource education and training. Business entities generate income from the services provided and acquire additional capital. Communities can participate in investing through the development and financing model of Sukuk, and the number of beneficiaries of education and training increases. It is hoped that the financing development model with the KPBU and sukuk schemes can be welcomed and responded to by the government by issuing a legal umbrella as the basis for its implementation. For future research, it is also necessary to design the next mechanism to link the return on investment with the revenue earned from project operations.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of Islamic Banking, especially Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia is currently quite significant, this can trigger competition that offers murabahah financing products. With the existence it is hoped that it can improve the economy of the middle and lower classes of society. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of service quality, price and religiosity on the intention to buy Murabahah financing products at PT. BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. This study used a quantitative with a cross section approach. There’s 90 samples customers BPRS Madina 2022 using the Yamane formula and processed by E-views 12.0. This research uses data analysis techniques used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (f), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study based on the (t) and (f) tests show that service quality has a positive and significant, price has a negative and religiosity has significant. Then the R square value of 0,25 indicates that the independent variable is able to influence the dependent variable by 25%. While the remaining 75% is explained by other variables outside this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the consumption behaviour of Muslim Prosperous Family (MPF) in Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir Village in line (consistent) with consumption behaviour Islamic economic. This study uses a qualitative approach, and data sources are collected from primary sources using Miles and Huberman model as a data analysis tool. The results of this study show consumption behaviour of MPF is in line with the consumption behaviour of Islamic economics, it can be seen from of balanced behaviour in consumption (such consumption for oneself, family, and Fisabilillah), spending wealth in halal and good ways. However, there are still some consumption behaviours of MPF that are not in line with consumption behaviour Islamic economics, it can be seen from in form of behaviour for oneself and the family that reflects more wasteful (Tabzir), royal (Israf), and also makes Ribawi loans at Conventional Banks in order to obtain luxury goods. This study can add to the existing reading of Islamic economics literature, because this study is based on the theory and concept of consumption behavior in Islamic economics to see MPF consumption behavior. This study also has many limitations, so it is open for further research to examine it in depth.]]>

<![CDATA[Millennials are people who are very attached to technology and the internet. Millennials prefer everything that is instant and efficient. The role of millennials in the sharia economy in Indonesia is to develop technology that can facilitate the Indonesian people in carrying out economic activities that are more efficient and not wasting time, millennials can disseminate sharia economic products through social media in Indonesia or abroad. This article aims to determine the role of millennials in the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The instrument in this study is an inductive thinking model and interviews with research informants. Based on interviews conducted by researchers, they found that millennials have had a positive impact on the Islamic economy in Indonesia, namely: 1) introducing Islamic economics to society, 2) developing Islamic economic products, 3) adding new innovations to the Islamic economy through existing technology.]]>
