Abstract

Pengolahan hasil pertanian pascapanen memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk serta memperkuat daya saing ekonomi masyarakat, terutama pada skala rumah tangga. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Nine Seru di Desa Lantan, Kecamatan Batukliang Utara, Lombok Tengah, merupakan salah satu kelompok yang aktif memproduksi olahan pangan, khususnya keripik. Walaupun telah mengantongi sertifikat SPP-IRT, kelompok ini masih menghadapi kendala terkait pemanfaatan teknologi modern untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi proses produksi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai penggunaan teknologi penggorengan modern berupa deep fryer melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada 14 Agustus 2024 meliputi Focus Group Discussion (FGD), diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung, yang dibagi ke dalam tahapan persiapan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta, terlihat dari kenaikan skor pre-test 57,3 menjadi 86,8 pada post-test. Observasi juga mencatat peningkatan keterampilan teknis, di mana sebagian besar peserta mampu mengoperasikan alat secara higienis, mengatur suhu penggorengan dengan benar, dan memahami standar mutu produk. Penerapan teknologi deep fryer dan spinner turut meningkatkan kapasitas produksi sekitar 30–40%. Secara keseluruhan, program ini efektif dalam memperkuat kapasitas teknis KWT dan berpotensi direplikasi untuk pengembangan ketahanan pangan serta pemberdayaan ekonomi desa. Enhancing Oil-Reduction Efficiency Through Deep-Fry Technology to Strengthen the Competitiveness of Local Snack Products Post-harvest processing plays a crucial role in increasing the added value of agricultural products and strengthening the economic competitiveness of rural communities, particularly at the household level. The Women Farmers Group (KWT) Nine Seru in Lantan Village, Batukliang Utara District, Central Lombok, is actively involved in producing processed food products, especially chips. Although the group already holds an SPP-IRT certification, limited access to modern technology remains an obstacle to improving product quality and production efficiency. This community service program was designed to transfer knowledge and skills related to the use of modern frying technology, specifically deep fryers, through a participatory approach and experiential learning methods. The activity, conducted on August 14, 2024, included a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interactive dialogue, and hands-on training, carried out in the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ abilities, reflected in the increase of average scores from 57.3 (pre-test) to 86.8 (post-test). Observations also showed enhanced technical competence, with most participants able to control optimal frying temperature, operate the equipment hygienically, and understand product quality standards. The adoption of deep fryer and spinner technology further boosted production capacity by approximately 30–40%. Overall, the program effectively strengthened the group’s technical capacity and has strong potential for replication in local food security and rural economic empowerment initiatives

Abstract

Pengelolaan data kesehatan masyarakat di berbagai desa di Kecamatan Mejobo selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, serta inkonsistensi data antarkategori. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi kesehatan melalui pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Masyarakat (SISFOHATMAS) berbasis web. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, pelatihan pengguna, dan pendampingan intensif selama proses implementasi. Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan pencatatan terstruktur untuk lima kategori data kesehatan balita, ibu hamil, remaja, dewasa, dan lansia dilengkapi fitur pencarian data, rekap otomatis, dashboard visual, serta ekspor laporan ke PDF dan Excel. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi kerja perangkat desa, ketepatan pelaporan, dan kemudahan monitoring kesehatan masyarakat. Pengguna juga menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas literasi digital setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan, SISFOHATMAS terbukti mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dan layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai model integrasi data kesehatan tingkat desa dan kecamatan Implementation of a Website-Based Public Health Information System (SISFOHATMAS) in Mejobo Subdistrict The management of community health data in the villages of Mejobo Subdistrict has long relied on manual documentation, which often results in data inconsistencies, recording errors, and delays in reporting. This community service program aims to improve the effectiveness of public health administration through the development and implementation of a web-based Community Health Information System (SISFOHATMAS). The program involved several stages, including needs assessment, system design, application development, user training, and intensive assistance during deployment. The developed system enables structured recording for five health categories toddlers, pregnant women, adolescents, adults, and the elderly supported by data search tools, automated recaps, visual dashboards, and report exports to PDF and Excel. Implementation results indicate substantial improvements in work efficiency, reporting accuracy, and ease of monitoring health trends. Users also demonstrated increased digital literacy following the training sessions. Overall, SISFOHATMAS effectively supports the digital transformation of community health services and has strong potential to be expanded as a scalable model for village–subdistrict health data integration.

Abstract

Desa Gondang berada di Wilayah Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto. Desa Gondang terdapat beberapa pengrajin batik dimana para para pengrajin melalui kelompok Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan nama Batik Gondang Sekar Ndaru. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pengrajin UMKM meliputi keluhan dari pelanggan batik yang tidak bisa memelihara dan merawat kain batik, terutama dalam hal mencuci kain batik dengan benar. Selama ini pelanggan hanya mencuci kain batik dengan deterjen biasa tanpa menggunakan sabun khusus batik yang dapat merawat warna dan struktur dari kain batik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keahlian pengrajin dalam berinovasi dalam membuat sabun yang dapat digunakan untuk mencuci kain batik yang mereka jual ke pelanggan batik dan memasarkan sabun buatan pengrajin. Hasil dari penjualan sabun 85 % meningkat baik secara signikan karena ketika menjual produk batik tulis pelanggan juga membeli sabun batik. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada program pengabdian ini adalah Participation Action Research (PAR) yang mana subjeknya adalah pelaku pengrajin batik tulis di Gondang Mojokerto. Kegiatan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dalam aspek pemahaman pengrajin dalam membuatan sabun batik yang dibuat dari bahan-bahan alami, cara mengemas produk sabun dan cara memasarkan secara offline dan online lewat media digital. Eco-Friendly Batik Soap Product Innovation From Lerak Fruit  and Eco Enzyme For Batik SMEs sekar Ndaru, Mojokerto Gondang Village is located in the Gondang District of Mojokerto Regency. In Gondang Village, there are several batik artisans who operate through a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) group called Batik Gondang Sekar Ndaru. The problems faced by the MSME artisans include complaints from batik customers who do not know how to maintain and care for batik fabrics, especially in terms of washing batik cloth properly. Until now, customers have only washed batik fabric with regular detergent without using special batik soap that can preserve the color and texture of the batik fabric. This community service activity aims to enhance the skills and expertise of the artisans in innovating by creating soap that can be used to wash the batik fabrics they sell to customers and to market the soap made by the artisans.The sales of soap increased by 85%, significantly, because when selling hand-painted batik products, customers also bought batik soap. The approach used in this community service program is Participatory Action Research (PAR), in which the subjects are the artisans of hand-drawn batik in Gondang, Mojokerto. The activities show that in terms of the artisans' understanding of making batik soap from natural ingredients, how to package soap products, and how to market them both offline and online through digital media.

Abstract

Inclusive civil registration services for deaf persons are a critical prerequisite for equitable public service delivery and for advancing SDG 10 and SDG 16. At the Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Palangka Raya, physical accessibility has begun to receive attention, but staff capacity to communicate with deaf citizens remains limited and relies largely on written notes or family members as intermediaries. This community service programme aimed to strengthen the capacity of civil servants to provide more inclusive services through a short training on basic sign language and disability awareness. The intervention was implemented as a face-to-face workshop with three stages: preparation (needs mapping and development of a concise training module), implementation (presentation of disability-related regulations and inclusive service principles, introduction to SIBI and BISINDO manual alphabets, and role-plays simulating interactions at the service counter), and simple evaluation using written reflection sheets and group discussion. The findings indicate increased awareness among participants of deaf citizens’ communication rights, a more critical view of previous communication strategies, and greater confidence to initiate interaction using a combination of sign language, writing, and gestures. Participants also began to recognise the need for institutional support, such as Standard Operating Procedures and follow-up training, so that inclusive practice does not depend solely on individual goodwill. Although short in duration and limited to basic competencies, the programme illustrates how sign language training can serve as a practical entry point for strengthening disability-inclusive civil registration services for deaf citizens.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penderita diabetes mellitus dalam mengendalikan kadar glukosa darah melalui edukasi dan pendampingan terapi nonfarmakologi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Sidodadi dengan sasaran 15 orang penderita diabetes mellitus. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemberian edukasi kesehatan tentang diabetes mellitus dan pengelolaannya, pendampingan serta demonstrasi terapi nonfarmakologi berupa senam kaki diabetes, teknik relaksasi autogenik, dan relaksasi otot progresif, serta pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengukuran pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi (pretest–posttest). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sasaran, di mana persentase pengetahuan kategori baik meningkat dari 33,3% sebelum edukasi menjadi 86,67% setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Selain itu, sasaran menunjukkan antusiasme dan kemampuan dalam mempraktikkan terapi nonfarmakologi secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam upaya promotif dan preventif pengendalian diabetes mellitus serta mendorong peran aktif masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan melalui penerapan terapi nonfarmakologi yang mudah, murah, dan aman.. Education and Assistance in Non-Pharmacological Therapy for Blood Glucose Control among Patients with Diabetes Mellitus in Sidodadi Village  This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of individuals with diabetes mellitus in controlling blood glucose levels through education and assistance on non-pharmacological therapy. The activity was conducted in Sidodadi Village and involved 15 participants diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. The implementation methods included health education on diabetes management, assistance and demonstration of non-pharmacological therapies such as diabetic foot exercise, autogenic relaxation, and progressive muscle relaxation, as well as blood glucose monitoring. Program evaluation was carried out by measuring participants’ knowledge before and after the educational intervention (pretest–posttest). The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, with the proportion of participants categorized as having good knowledge increasing from 33.3% before the activity to 86.67% after its implementation. In addition, participants demonstrated enthusiasm and the ability to independently practice the non-pharmacological therapies introduced during the activity. This community service program contributes to promotive and preventive efforts in diabetes management and encourages active community participation in maintaining health through the application of simple, affordable, and safe non-pharmacological therapies.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam pengolahan Makanan Pendamping Air Susu Ibu (MP-ASI) berbasis pangan lokal. Inti permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu masih terbatasnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam menyediakan MP-ASI yang bergizi, aman, dan sesuai kebutuhan tumbuh kembang anak, sehingga berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas gizi balita di masyarakat. Metode pemecahan yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, demonstrasi langsung, serta pendampingan intensif kepada kader Posyandu. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 kader Posyandu dan terlaksana dengan baik serta lancar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebesar 70,4% serta peningkatan keterampilan kader dalam pengolahan MP-ASI lokal sebesar 41,9% setelah intervensi. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kader Posyandu terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kader, khususnya terkait pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengolahan MP-ASI berbasis pangan lokal. Kegiatan PKM ini berimplikasi pada meningkatnya kapasitas kader Posyandu dalam penyediaan MP-ASI berbasis pangan lokal yang bergizi dan aman, sehingga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas gizi anak, pencegahan masalah gizi (stunting, gizi kurang), serta mendukung terciptanya generasi sehat dan produktif di masyarakat, sehingga diharapkan berdampak pada perbaikan status gizi anak di masyarakat. Community Service Program: Enhancing the Role of Posyandu Cadres through the KEY MESSAGE Method to Overcome Stunting The objective of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in processing complementary foods for breast milk (MP-ASI) based on local foods. The core problem faced is the limited knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in providing nutritious, safe, and developmentally appropriate MP-ASI, which has the potential to affect the nutritional quality of toddlers in the community. The methods used to solve this problem include training, live demonstrations, and intensive mentoring of Posyandu cadres. This activity was attended by 30 Posyandu cadres and was carried out smoothly and successfully. The results of the activity showed a 70.4% increase in the cadres' knowledge and a 41.9% increase in their skills in processing local MP-ASI after the intervention. The conclusion of this activity is that training and mentoring of Posyandu cadres is proven to be effective in increasing the capacity of cadres, particularly in relation to knowledge and skills in processing locally-based MP-ASI. This PKM activity has implications for increasing the capacity of Posyandu cadres in providing nutritious and safe locally-based complementary foods, which is expected to contribute to improving children's nutritional quality, preventing nutritional problems (stunting, malnutrition), and supporting the creation of a healthy and productive generation in the community, thereby improving the nutritional status of children in the community.

Abstract

Kelompok PKK Rejosari Tulungagung memiliki potensi dalam produksi batik ecoprint berbasis kearifan lokal. Namun, pada saat proses produksi masih menggunakan alat kukus konvensional yang kapasitasnya lima, panas tidak merata, waktu proses produksi lama dan menghasilkan motif yang tidak konsisten. Penggunaan alat tersebut menghambat efesiensi produksi, meningkatkan tingkat kegagalan produk, dan menyulitkan dalam menjaga stadar kualitas. Proses pemasaran produk belum terintegrasi dengan media digital, sehingga jangkauan pasar tidak bisa luas. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing mitra melalui penerapan Mesin steamer batik ecoprint otomatis dan pelatihan manajemen pemasaran digital. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan mesin yang mampu menghasilkan uap panas stabil dan merata dengan bantuan kompor burner double channel. Mesin steamer batik ecoprint otomatis dilengkapi dengan sistem timer dan pengaturan suhu untuk menjaga suhu tetap stabil. Penggunaan mesin steamer batik ecoprint otomatis mampu meningkatkan kapasitas produksi hingga 100%, mempercepat waktu proses sebesar 25%, serta meningkatkan konsistensi dan kualitas motif secara signifikan melalui distribusi panas yang merata dan kontrol suhu terintegrasi. Pelatihan digital marketing membantu mitra memahami strategi promosi dan memperluas akses pasar. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis, efisiensi produksi, dan kemampuan adaptasi mitra terhadap tren pemasaran. Innovation of Automatic Batik Ecoprint Machine and Digital Marketing Management to Improve Fashion Batik Ecoprint Business of PKK Rejosari Group Tulungagung The PKK Rejosari Tulungagung group has potential in the production of ecoprint batik based on local wisdom. However, during the production process, they still use conventional steaming tools with a capacity of five, uneven heat, a long production process time, and produce inconsistent motifs. The use of these tools hampers production efficiency, increases the product failure rate, and makes it difficult to maintain quality standards. The product marketing process has not been integrated with digital media, so the market reach cannot be wide. This programme aims to increase the productivity and competitiveness of partners through the application of an automatic ecoprint batik steamer machine and digital marketing management training. The results of this activity produce a machine that is able to produce stable and evenly hot steam with the help of a double-channel burner stove. The automatic ecoprint batik steamer machine is equipped with a timer system and temperature settings to keep the temperature stable. The use of an automatic batik ecoprint steamer machine increases production capacity by up to 100%, reduces processing time by 25%, and significantly enhances motif consistency and quality through evenly distributed heat and integrated temperature control. Digital marketing training helped partners understand promotion strategies and expand market access. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi hukum dan keterampilan menulis esai hukum siswa SMA Negeri KPG Khas Papua Merauke melalui pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan, khususnya ChatGPT dan Grammarly. Pelaksanaan berlangsung pada Agustus–September 2025 melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan menulis, penerapan teknologi, monitoring, evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan menulis siswa, terutama dalam aspek argumentasi hukum, struktur esai, dan penggunaan bahasa akademik. Dari 30 peserta, 18 siswa (60%) mampu menghasilkan esai dengan struktur sistematis dan argumen hukum relevan. Kendala seperti gangguan jaringan internet diatasi dengan Starlink, sedangkan rendahnya kemampuan awal siswa diatasi melalui peer review. Luaran mencakup peningkatan keterampilan menulis, terbentuknya komunitas literasi hukum, serta publikasi hasil berupa video, poster, dan draft artikel ilmiah. Program ini diharapkan dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain di Papua Selatan untuk memperluas dampak positif terhadap kesadaran hukum generasi muda.Top of Form Peningkatan Literasi Hukum Melalui Pemanfaatan ChatGPT dan Grammarly dalam Penulisan Esai Hukum pada Siswa SMA Negeri KPG Khas Papua Merauke  This community service activity aims to improve law-related literacy and law-related essay writing skills among students of SMA Negeri KPG Khas Papua Merauke using artificial intelligence–based technology, particularly ChatGPT and Grammarly. The program was carried out from August to September 2025 through several stages: socialization, writing training, technology implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ writing abilities, especially in law-related argumentation, essay structure, and academic language use. Out of 30 participants, 18 students (60%) successfully produced essays with systematic structures and relevant law-related arguments. Challenges such as unstable internet connections were overcome by using Starlink, while students’ low initial abilities were addressed through a peer review approach. The program outputs included enhanced essay writing skills, the establishment of a law-related literacy community, and publications in the form of videos, posters, and a draft scientific article. This program is expected to be replicated in other schools in South Papua to expand its positive impact on young people’s awareness of the law.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas kewirausahaan mahasiswa melalui pendampingan pengembangan produk teh daun bidara sebagai produk herbal unggulan berbasis potensi lokal di Kecamatan Ampana Kota. Program pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan mahasiswa, pelaku usaha herbal, dan masyarakat sebagai mitra kegiatan. Bentuk pendampingan meliputi identifikasi potensi lokal daun bidara, pelatihan analisis peluang usaha menggunakan SWOT, penyusunan Business Model Canvas (BMC), pendampingan perancangan produk dan kemasan, serta penguatan strategi pemasaran berbasis digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa, terutama dalam perencanaan bisnis, inovasi produk herbal, dan pemasaran digital. Selain itu, masyarakat mitra memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan daun bidara sebagai produk bernilai tambah yang berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai usaha mikro. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal, penguatan peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya pendidikan berkualitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pendampingan kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, terutama pada 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan. Rendahnya pengetahuan gizi ibu hamil menjadi salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya stunting karena berpengaruh terhadap kualitas asupan nutrisi selama kehamilan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi ibu hamil melalui kegiatan kelas ibu di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sidemen. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 4 Juli 2025 dengan melibatkan 30 ibu hamil. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi edukasi gizi, diskusi, praktik penyusunan menu, serta pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang bermakna, dari rata-rata 76,67 menjadi 93 setelah edukasi. Berbagai luaran telah dicapai, di antaranya publikasi artikel media massa, unggahan video kegiatan, dan perolehan HaKI leaflet nutrisi ibu hamil. Program ini berjalan baik dengan dukungan aktif tenaga kesehatan dan mitra puskesmas, meskipun terdapat kendala keterlambatan kehadiran ibu hamil. Keberlanjutan program direncanakan melalui edukasi rutin bulanan oleh bidan dan tenaga gizi. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang gizi dan berpotensi berkontribusi terhadap pencegahan stunting.  Improving Pregnant Women’s Nutritional Knowledge to Prevent Stunting through Antenatal Classes in the Working Area of UPTD Puskesmas Sidemen Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that affects children’s physical growth and cognitive development, particularly during the first 1,000 days of Improving Pregnant Women’s Nutritional Knowledge to Prevent Stunting through Antenatal Classes in the Working Area of UPTD Puskesmas Sidemen life. Maternal nutritional knowledge plays a crucial role in determining the quality of nutrient intake during pregnancy, which directly influences fetal growth and the risk of stunting. This community service program aimed to improve pregnant women’s nutritional knowledge through a structured antenatal class at UPTD Puskesmas Sidemen. The activity was conducted on July 4, 2025, and involved 30 pregnant women. The intervention consisted of nutrition education, discussions, hands-on menu planning practice, and pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. The results demonstrated a significant increase in the average knowledge score, from 76.67 before the intervention to 93.00 afterward. Several outputs were successfully achieved, including a published mass media article, an online video documenting the activity, and intellectual property rights for a nutrition leaflet. Despite minor challenges related to participant attendance due to weather and transportation barriers, the program was implemented effectively with strong collaboration from healthcare providers and community partners. This activity proved effective in enhancing pregnant women’s nutritional knowledge and has potential to contribute to stunting prevention efforts in the region.
