This journal accepts and publishes scientific articles that are original and focused on community service. Manuscripts are written using an academic approach or scientific method by presenting data on the impact of community service activities that have been carried out. The theme written must have an impact or can be generalized to local, regional or national populations such as various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society, as a form of contribution to empowerment and sustainable development in the social and humanities, science and technology fields.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah menciptakan Produktivitas Usaha Kelompok Industri Pengrajin Peralatan Dapur dan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya  terutama  pada  kelompok  yang dijadikan  mitra  dalam  kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Industri Pengrajin Peralatan Dapur “Beriuk Maju”. Permasalahan sering muncul dalam menjalankan usaha bagi kelompok ini adalah terutama permasalahan dibidang: 1. Permasalahan Diversifikasi Produk, 2. Permasalahan manajemen pemasaran dan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan 3. Permasalahan pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan pelatihan dan pemberiab bantuan bahan dan peralatan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengrajin serta meningkatnya kualitas dan kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan. Adapun jenis pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah : pelatihan Diversifikasi Produk, Pelatihan manajemen pemasaran dan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan 3. Pelatihan pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan partisipatif melalui (4) empat tahapan pelatihan, yaitu: 1. tahap penilaian, 2. tahap perancangan, 3. tahap penyampaian dan 4. tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok mitra dalam Diversifikasi Produk, manajemen pemasaran dan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan pemasaran dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi  Enhancing the Business Productivity of Kitchenware Craftsmen Industry Groups The purpose of this Community Service Program is to enhance the business productivity of the kitchenware craftsmen industry group and to improve the welfare of their families, particularly the partner group involved in this program, namely the “Beriuk Maju” Kitchenware Craftsmen Industry Group. Several challenges frequently arise in the operation of this business group, especially in the areas of: (1) product diversification, (2) marketing management and financial administration, and (3) marketing using information technology. To address these issues, the program implemented a series of training activities and provided material and equipment assistance aimed at increasing the craftsmen’s knowledge and skills, as well as improving the quality and quantity of the products produced. The training included: product diversification training, marketing management and financial administration training, and marketing training using information technology. All training activities were delivered using a participatory approach and carried out through four stages: (1) assessment, (2) planning, (3) implementation, and (4) evaluation. The results of the program indicate an increase in the partner group’s knowledge and skills in product diversification, marketing management, financial administration, and digital marketing.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Firdaus, Sungai Ambawang, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku santri terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) serta keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah dapur menjadi eco enzyme sebagai bahan pembuatan sanitizer. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang melibatkan 30 santri melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik, dan pendampingan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan uji t berpasangan dan Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 36,9% pada kegiatan PHBS dan 70% pada praktik eco enzyme, serta peningkatan sikap sebesar 9,3% dan 83,3%. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-being) dan SDGs 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Edukasi berbasis partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran dan keterampilan pengelolaan limbah di lingkungan pesantren menuju kehidupan sehat dan berkelanjutan. Promotion of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and Utilization of Kitchen Waste as Eco-Enzymes at Raudhatul Firdaus Islamic Boarding School  This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at Raudhatul Firdaus Islamic Boarding School, Sungai Ambawang, aiming to improve students’ knowledge and behavior regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and enhance their skills in processing kitchen waste into eco enzymes for sanitizer production. The method used was the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, involving 30 students through stages of socialization, training, practice, and mentoring. Evaluation was conducted using paired t-tests and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests. Results showed an increase in knowledge by 36.9% in PHBS activities and 70% in eco enzyme practice, as well as an improvement in attitude by 9.3% and 83.3%. The program contributes to SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDGs 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Participatory education proved effective in building awareness and skills in waste management within the boarding school environment, promoting healthy and sustainable living

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang penting, terutama pada anak-anak. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang pencegahan ISPA serta rendahnya pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) turut berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka kejadian ISPA. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai ISPA, mendorong penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, serta mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan TOGA melalui edukasi dan praktik penanaman langsung. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan praktik budidaya TOGA. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pencegahan ISPA dari 93,5% menjadi 95,7% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta terbentuknya kelompok masyarakat yang berkomitmen memelihara kebun TOGA di lingkungan rumah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi kesehatan berbasis masyarakat dalam memberdayakan keluarga untuk mencegah ISPA dan menciptakan lingkungan hidup yang lebih sehat. Improving Community Health through ARI Education and TOGA Cultivation in Nanjung Village, Margaasih District, Bandung Regency Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) remains a major public health issue, particularly among children. Limited understanding of ARI prevention and the low utilization of family medicinal plants (TOGA) contribute to its high prevalence. This community service program aimed to enhance public knowledge of ARI, promote clean and healthy living behaviors, and optimize the use of TOGA through health education and practical planting sessions. The implementation involved interactive lectures, discussions, and hands-on TOGA cultivation. The results indicated an improvement in participants’ understanding of ARI prevention from 93.5% to 95.7% based on pre- and post-tests, and the establishment of community groups committed to maintaining TOGA gardens. These outcomes highlight the practical significance of community-based health education in empowering households to prevent ARI and sustain healthier living environments.

Abstract

Keselamatan komunitas kampus merupakan prioritas utama, khususnya di lingkungan dengan aktivitas fisik intensif seperti Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Malang. Rendahnya pemahaman Bantuan Hidup Dasar di kalangan non-medis berpotensi memperburuk outcome keadaan darurat. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BLS) dan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi civitas akademik yang mempunyai relevansi dengan SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) atau SDG 4 (Quality Education pada peningkatan kesiapsiagaan darurat penyebaran kompetensi BLS di lingkungan akademik.Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest design terhadap 22 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar AHA 2020 selama 8 jam yang mencakup modul teoritis dan sesi praktik dengan manikin QCPR. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pengetahuan dan penilaian keterampilan objektif sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Rata-rata kesalahan per responden turun dari 2,09 pada pre-test menjadi 0,09 pada post-test, yang merepresentasikan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 95,69%. Sebanyak 90,91% peserta berhasil mencapai skor sempurna pada post-test. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar  berbasis simulasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis dalam menangani keadaan gawat darurat. Kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan BHL merupakan intervensi yang strategis untuk membangun budaya keselamatan kampus. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan integrasi pelatihan ini ke dalam kurikulum non-formal, disertai dengan pelatihan penyegaran berkala dan perluasan cakupan ke seluruh unit universitas. Basic Live Support Training to Build an Emergency Response Campus The safety of the campus community is a top priority, especially in environments with intensive physical activity like the Faculty of Sport Sciences at Malang State University. Poor understanding of Basic Life Support among non-medical personnel has the potential to worsen emergency outcomes. This community service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Basic Life Support (BLS) training and contribute to improving the competency of the academic community that is relevant to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) or SDG 4 (Quality Education) in improving emergency preparedness and disseminating BLS competency in the academic environment. The method used was a one-group pretest-posttest design experiment with 22 students selected by purposive sampling. The intervention was an 8-hour AHA 2020 Basic Life Support training that included theoretical modules and practical sessions with QCPR manikins. Data were collected through knowledge questionnaires and objective skill assessments before and after the training. The results showed a very significant improvement. The average error per respondent decreased from 2.09 in the pre-test to 0.09 in the post-test, which represents an increase in understanding of 95.69%. A total of 90.91% of participants managed to achieve a perfect score on the post-test. These findings prove that simulation-based Basic Life Support training is effective in improving knowledge and practical skills in handling emergencies. The conclusion is that BHL training is a strategic intervention to build a campus safety culture. Therefore, it is recommended that this training be integrated into the non-formal curriculum, accompanied by periodic refresher training and expanded to all university units.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi nasional, namun sebagian besar masih menghadapi kendala pada efisiensi produksi dan pemasaran digital. Salah satunya adalah UKM Bawang Goreng “Rahel” di Desa Pesisir, Kecamatan Sumberasih, Kabupaten Probolinggo, yang mengalami hambatan dalam peningkatan kapasitas produksi, konsistensi kualitas produk, serta strategi pemasaran daring. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, kualitas produk, dan kapasitas pemasaran digital melalui penerapan inovasi teknologi dan pendampingan manajerial. Program dilaksanakan selama lima bulan dengan metode partisipatif-aplikatif yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi observasi awal, penerapan mesin pengupas, pengiris, dan peniris minyak otomatis, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis Android, serta pelatihan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 50% (dari 20 kg menjadi 30 kg per hari), penurunan kadar minyak hingga 20%, dan peningkatan omzet penjualan sekitar 30% melalui pemanfaatan platform e-commerce seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia. Dampak program tidak hanya dirasakan oleh mitra, tetapi juga mahasiswa yang memperoleh pengalaman lapangan melalui implementasi program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Dengan dukungan teknologi tepat guna dan digitalisasi, UKM Rahel menjadi lebih efisien, mandiri, dan berdaya saing di era ekonomi digital yang sejalan dengan tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 8) tentang pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.  Scale Up of “Rahel” Fried Shallot UKM: Transforming Production and Digital Marketing through Technological Innovation Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in strengthening Indonesia’s national and regional economies. However, most MSMEs still face challenges related to production efficiency and digital marketing capacity. One of them is “Rahel” Fried Shallot MSME located in Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency, which struggles to increase production capacity, maintain product consistency, and adopt digital-based marketing strategies. This community service program aimed to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and digital marketing skills through the implementation of technological innovation and managerial assistance. The program was conducted for five months using a participatory–applicative approach involving lecturers and students from Universitas Panca Marga. The activities included initial observation, application of automatic peeling, slicing, and oil-draining machines, training on Android-based accounting applications, and digital marketing workshops. The results demonstrated a 50% increase in production capacity (from 20 kg to 30 kg per day), a 20% reduction in oil content, and approximately 30% growth in sales turnover through the utilization of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. The program also provided valuable experiential learning opportunities for students participating under the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) scheme. Supported by appropriate technology and digitalization, UKM Rahel has become more efficient, independent, and competitive in the digital era, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8 on decent work and economic growth.

Abstract

Kesenjangan pendidikan di wilayah terpencil yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan akses dan ekonomi menghalangi anak-anak memperoleh pendidikan dasar yang layak, padahal pendidikan merupakan fondasi penting untuk membentuk karakter dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa sesuai amanat UUD 1945. Kemampuan literasi merupakan keterampilan dasar yang berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan siswa pada jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Namun, siswa sekolah dasar di daerah pedesaan, termasuk di Desa Watumaeta, Kecamatan Lore Utara, Kabupaten Poso, masih menghadapi tantangan serius dalam keterampilan membaca dan memahami teks. Keterbatasan bahan bacaan, minimnya sarana literasi, metode pengajaran yang konvensional, serta rendahnya dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga menjadi faktor utama yang menghambat perkembangan literasi anak. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi siswa melalui penyediaan bahan bacaan tambahan, pembangunan sudut baca di kelas, serta penerapan metode pembelajaran interaktif berupa storytelling, membaca bersama, diskusi, permainan edukatif, dan literasi digital sederhana. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN Watumaeta dengan melibatkan 35 siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test kemampuan membaca. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 45,7 pada pre-test menjadi 70,1 pada post-test, dengan rata-rata peningkatan 24,4 poin. Selain capaian kuantitatif, temuan kualitatif memperlihatkan meningkatnya minat baca siswa, partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan literasi, serta dukungan positif dari guru dan orang tua. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi sederhana berbasis sarana baca dan metode interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa di daerah pedesaan. Enhancing Literacy Skills Among Elementary School Students in Watumaeta Village, Lore Utara District, Poso Regency Educational disparities in remote areas caused by limited access and economic constraints prevent children from obtaining adequate basic education, even though education is a crucial foundation for character building and advancing the nation's intellectual life in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. Literacy skills are a fundamental competence that plays a crucial role in supporting students’ success in higher levels of education. However, elementary school students in rural areas, including Watumaeta Village, North Lore District, Poso Regency, still face serious challenges in reading and text comprehension. Limited reading materials, inadequate literacy facilities, conventional teaching methods, and lack of family support are major factors that hinder children’s literacy development. To address these issues, this community service program was implemented to improve students’ literacy through the provision of additional reading materials, the establishment of classroom reading corners, and the application of interactive learning methods such as storytelling, shared reading, group discussions, educational games, and simple digital literacy activities. The program was carried out at SDN Watumaeta involving 35 students, teachers, and parents. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test reading ability assessments. The results showed an increase in the average score from 45.7 in the pre-test to 70.1 in the post-test, with an average gain of 24.4 points. In addition to the quantitative results, qualitative findings indicated improved reading interest, more active participation in literacy activities, and strong support from teachers and parents. These outcomes demonstrate that simple interventions based on reading facilities and interactive methods are effective in enhancing students’ literacy skills in rural elementary schools.

Abstract

Hipertensi menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di Kelurahan Ganti RW 03 RT 02, Kecamatan Banawa, Kabupaten Donggala, Provinsi, Sulawesi Tengah dengan 6,5% warga teridentifikasi menderita hipertensi akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan gaya hidup tidak sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian hipertensi melalui penyuluhan kesehatan, pemeriksaan tekanan darah, kadar gula, kolesterol, asam urat, serta senam kebugaran. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan rutin, pola makan sehat, dan olahraga teratur dengan persentase pengetahuan kategori baik dari 57,1% menjadi 76,2%, dan penurunan kategori cukup dari 42,9% menjadi 23,8%. Kegiatan ini efektif meningkatkan perilaku hidup sehat, namun perlu dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan puskesmas agar upaya pengendalian hipertensi dapat berlanjut secara optimal. Community Empowerment Efforts in the Prevention and Control of Hypertension in Ganti Village, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province Terjadi peningkatanHypertension remains a major public health issue in Ganti Subdistrict, RW 03 RT 02, Banawa District, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, with 6.5% of residents identified as hypertensive, primarily due to limited knowledge and unhealthy lifestyle habits. This community service program aimed to empower residents in the prevention and control of hypertension through health education, blood pressure screening, and the measurement of blood glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid levels, complemented by community fitness exercises. The results demonstrated a notable improvement in community knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of regular health check-ups, balanced nutrition, and physical activity, with the proportion of participants showing good knowledge increasing from 57.1% to 76.2%, and those in the moderate category decreasing from 42.9% to 23.8%. This program proved effective in promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors, although continued support from local government and primary health centers is required to ensure the sustainability and optimal impact of hypertension control efforts.

Abstract

Stunting pada balita masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya pengetahuan gizi seimbang, keterbatasan ekonomi, serta kurangnya variasi pangan bergizi dalam rumah tangga. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan status gizi anak dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pencegahan stunting melalui pemberian makanan tambahan berbasis lokal berupa puding kelor. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui edukasi gizi seimbang, pembuatan dan pembagian puding kelor sebagai PMT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan absolut sebesar 11,1 atau setara dengan persentase peningkatan 16,3%. Kegiatan ini juga mendapat antusiasme tinggi dari para ibu yang aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembuatan puding kelor dan berkomitmen menerapkannya sebagai alternatif makanan bergizi bagi keluarga. Efforts to Prevent Stunting in Children Through Balanced Nutrition Education and Moringa Pudding Innovation Stunting among toddlers remains a significant public health concern influenced by limited knowledge of balanced nutrition, economic constraints, and a lack of dietary diversity within households. This community service program aimed to improve children's nutritional status and community knowledge in stunting prevention through the provision of locally based supplementary food in the form of Moringa pudding. The activities included balanced nutrition education, preparation, and distribution of Moringa pudding as complementary food. The results showed an absolute increase of 11.1 points, equivalent to a 16.3% improvement in participants’ knowledge. Moreover, the program received a high level of enthusiasm from mothers, who actively participated in the preparation of Moringa pudding and expressed commitment to adopting it as a nutritious alternative food for their families

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran gizi seimbang dan perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS) pada anak sekolah dasar di Desa Ganti. Permasalahan utama adalah rendahnya pemahaman anak terhadap pentingnya gizi dan kebersihan diri. Melalui program GEN-Z SEHAT (Gerakan Edukasi Gizi, PHBS untuk Sehat Anak dan Keluarga di Desa) dilakukan sosialisasi, demonstrasi kebersihan tangan, dan pendampingan pembiasaan hidup sehat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan perilaku anak dalam menerapkan PHBS serta kebiasaan makan bergizi, dengan nilai rata-rata berada pada kategori baik, yang sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan SDGs nomor 3 tentang kesehatan yang baik dan kesejahteraan, serta memiliki potensi keberlanjutan melalui pembiasaan perilaku sehat di lingkungan sekolah.  Program ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi interaktif berbasis pendampingan efektif menumbuhkan perilaku sehat anak sekolah di lingkungan pedesaan. GEN-Z SEHAT: Nutrition and CHLB Education Movement for Healthy Children and Families in Rural Areas This community service program aims to increase awareness of balanced nutrition and clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) among elementary school students in Ganti Village. The main issue identified is the low level of children’s understanding of the importance of nutrition and personal hygiene. Through the GEN-Z SEHAT Program (Nutrition and PHBS Education Movement for Healthy Children and Families in the Village), activities included socialization sessions, hand hygiene demonstrations, and mentoring to develop healthy lifestyle habits. Evaluation results showed an improvement in students’ understanding and behavior in practicing PHBS and healthy eating habits, with average scores categorized as good. This outcome contributes to the achievement of SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, and demonstrates sustainability potential through the habituation of healthy behaviors within the school environment. The program concludes that interactive, mentoring-based education is effective in fostering healthy behaviors among elementary school children in rural areas.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas ekonomi dan kapasitas usaha Kelompok Pengrajin Kria Delia Ketato “Ketato by Delia Craft” sebagai bagian dari penguatan sektor ekonomi kreatif berbasis budaya lokal di Lombok. Kelompok ini memiliki potensi strategis sebagai pendukung pariwisata Nusa Tenggara Barat, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam aspek manajemen organisasi, manajemen keuangan, produksi, perencanaan bisnis, dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelatihan mencakup manajemen organisasi, pencatatan keuangan sederhana, perencanaan dan penjadwalan produksi, pengendalian mutu, penyusunan business plan, dan pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra, ditandai dengan kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, rencana produksi, serta media promosi digital. Evaluasi pascapelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas produk, pembagian kerja yang lebih terstruktur, serta pemanfaatan platform digital untuk pemasaran. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan kapasitas usaha pengrajin, peningkatan pendapatan, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai penopang penting sektor pariwisata Lombok Efforts to Prevent Stunting in Children Through Balanced Nutrition Education and Moringa Pudding Innovation This community service program aimed to strengthen the economic creativity and business capacity of the Delia Ketato Craft Group, a local knitting-based microenterprise that plays a strategic role in supporting cultural tourism in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The program was designed to address several key challenges faced by the group, including weak organizational management, the absence of structured financial records, limited production planning, inadequate product quality control, and the minimal use of digital marketing. Activities were conducted through a participatory approach involving training, mentoring, and evaluation across management, financial literacy, production planning, business plan development, and information technology–based marketing. The results indicate significant improvements in organizational governance, with members able to define task distribution and enhance teamwork. Financial management showed progress through the adoption of simple bookkeeping and the separation of personal and business finances. Production skills improved through better scheduling, quality control practices, and equipment maintenance. Participants also successfully developed business plans and digital promotional media, leading to broader market reach. Post-training evaluations revealed increased product quality, higher production capacity, and improved sales performance. Overall, the program effectively enhanced the group’s entrepreneurial competence and contributed to strengthening Lombok’s creative economy as a supporter of sustainable tourism.
