Abstract

The gem tile industry is an industry in Sidoharjo Village, Pringsewu District which is engaged in clay tile, and the type of tile produced is mantili tile from plain tile. However, based on the results of observations that have been made, it is known that the sales system that is carried out still uses the conventional system, starting from the ordering process, and the payment process. By going directly to the tile selling point, selling in this way takes a long time in the process of selling the product, so this system is felt to be less effective and efficient if you only rely on this method. With this method, tile sales revenue will not experience a significant increase. The methodology used in this study is to use the waterfall model because by using this method the company can have a clear and measurable system workflow sequence. From this research, the results obtained are the implementation of a website-based tile sales information system that was created to make it easier for owners to carry out product promotions and marketing effectively and efficiently, make it easier for customers to find information quickly and accurately, just by looking at the website, and make it easier when paying. Based on the results of the study and discussion of the design of a website-based gem tile sales application that was created to assist in promotion, marketing and introducing new consumers to products in the gem tile industry, and a system designed to make it easier for users to access data and information that takes place quickly, accurately, effectively and efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of promotions through Instagram in increasing purchase decisions among Gen Z in Pringsewu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on Instagram users in Pringsewu. The research results show that Instagram is a highly effective promotional platform in increasing Gen Z's purchasing decisions in Pringsewu. The main factors influencing its effectiveness include content quality, the use of influencers, the level of interaction with consumers, and the utilization of Instagram Ads. An optimized digital marketing strategy will help build brand loyalty among Gen Z in Pringsewu. Thus, Instagram can become a highly effective tool in strengthening brand awareness and increasing sales in Pringsewu.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce is an extension of e-commerce by exploiting electronic media. as electronic advances are increasingly advanced, it will force SMEs to evolve from manual to digital, this is because the existence of the internet as electronic media (e-commerce) has its own positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is the presence of the internet as a medium for selling marketing systems to become wider, simple and detailed. While the negative impact is when traditional business people will be displaced by the times due to lack of knowledge. The system to be built is a typical web-based sale of Pringsewu snacks, this website can display complete catalogs and catalogs with prices and types of food online also providing shopping process services. The result of designing this application is the development of applications from the sale of Pringsewu's specialty snacks online, buyers can easily find and see Pringsewu's specialty snacks and make it easier to carry out the process of buying and selling food.

Abstract

TB. Galang is a building shop located in Katon Country which sells various building materials such as cement, ceramics, natural stone and other building tools. Sales and purchase transactions are still carried out using note paper, where the supply of goods in the sales transaction is still handwritten, so that errors can still occur in writing data, because it becomes inaccurate when goods come in, until the profit calculation is less efficient, when doing it. sales transactions. When making a more computerized sales transaction, an Information System design is built to make sales easier, and in the system it has a feature that can search for stock items, provision of goods in a report, profit, and sales transactions. This system uses the waterfall research method. The existence of this information system, everything can be done easily and goes well in making sales transactions. The existence of this system can increase the number of sales and make it easier to produce sales reports.

Abstract

A purchase decision is a decision made by a customer based on a set of identified issues, then accompanied by a search for information related to the customer's needs. This study was conducted to determine whether digital marketing influences the decision to purchase SR12 products from a Sukoharjo distributor. The subjects of this study are SR12 customers at distributor Sukoharjo who have used SR12 products. The sample used was 96 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling technique. This study uses quantitative research method, the data collection is done by questionnaire. Data analysis using simple linear regression, t-test and correlation coefficient. The research results conclude that there is an influence of digital marketing on the decision to buy SR12 products at distributor Sukoharjo, which is determined by the positive influence between tcount ttable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies used by the online Muslim fashion business Zisheeri through social media and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Zisheeri brand's marketing communication strategies through social media. The research method used is qualitative to gain an in-depth understanding of the use of online media in marketing Muslim fashion. This research will conduct interviews with the owner of the online business brand Zisheeri. In addition, data analysis from social media platforms will also be conducted to observe trends and consumer behavior patterns related to Muslim fashion. The research results show that in establishing business communication for Zisheeri Muslim fashion, the brand has a strategy for building good relationships with consumers, with friendliness being the top priority of the Zisheeri brand. Consumers are free to ask anything about the Zisheeri fashion brand through chat on online media. Not only that, Brand Zisheeri often holds giveaways such as quizzes where everyone who wins will receive a prize. In addition, Zisheeri also provides an opportunity for its reseller partners to receive rewards in the form of Umrah packages as a token of appreciation for the established cooperation. However, this strategy can become ineffective if Zisheeri's target market is more active on other social media platforms besides Instagram and WhatsApp. The risk of giveaways, such as quizzes, making consumers dependent on prizes can reduce loyalty to Zisheeri's products.

Abstract

The challenges of an increasingly competitive era make organizations need to look for an approach that is systematic, comprehensive, and adaptive so as to make the organization survive. In addition to the resource factors that support organizational performance, the role of culture as a value and system adopted by all human resources in the organization plays an important role. Organizational culture can be a guide for the organization in carrying out its operations because the truth value also shows the norms adopted in an organization. This study aims to explore the types of culture that are in accordance with the character of increasingly complex challenges for organizations. Qualitative research is used for this research by searching for appropriate literature using an electronic database on organizational culture in the 2018-2022 period which is found in Google Scholar. The results of the study show that implementing an adaptive organizational culture is an effective choice of organizational culture because it allows members to recognize environmental threats and develop solutions to change quickly. In addition, an adaptive organizational culture enables the organization to act in the best interests of the organization by responding appropriately, thereby increasing the organization's chances of survival while enhancing performance.

Abstract

The internet is an example of how fast and increasingly sophisticated information technology advances. Many services and information are available on the internet. Many services and information are available on the internet. People can obtain information more quickly and accurately thanks to the Internet. In terms of application, information technology can be put to its best use in the field of education, namely on websites hosted on the Internet and functioning as publishing and school registration platforms to improve teaching standards. Especially in terms of socialization in the field of education, such as the manual for the process of accepting new students at the Ummul Quro' Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, to disseminate information about the Ummul Quro Islamic Boarding School and other related topics, there must be an information system. Waterfall is a method used by software developers and software creators. The waterfall method is used because the process takes place sequentially and systematically starting from the planning stage to the management stage. This research resulted in the application of an information system as a medium for delivering information that is easily accessible and produces good service processes in Islamic boarding schools such as registering new students. By implementing an information system to input various information and data about Islamic boarding schools, managers can enter data more efficiently, and A part from that, using a website can expedite the data recording process, reduce data entry errors, and expedite registration procedures.

Abstract

Incentives are a form of reward or service provided by an organization or employee, performance is a picture of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program in realizing the vision and mission of the organization. So that there is the effect of giving incentives, leadership and workload on nurse performance. The enthusiasm for employee performance can be caused by the size of the incentives received. This study aims to determine the relationship of incentives with performance based on employment status in the inpatient room of Pringsewu Hospital in 2019.This type of research is quantitative, cross sectional design. The population is all employees in the room of the male RPD, the female RPD, the surgical room, the children's room, which amounted to 56 respondents. The sample uses total sampling. Bivariate analysis in this study used the Gamma test. The results showed that there was no relationship between incentives and performance because the significance values  and result Honorer ρ value 0,080 . The expected that hospital management conducts a comprehensive evaluation of policies in the provision of incentives with adjusted performance.

Abstract

E-commerce is a form of utilization of computer information technology that is used especially in the trade business where consumers will be facilitated in searching for data/information as well as buying and selling goods. It is hoped that it can become a promotional media for Rani Boutique that is able to present data and information that can be accessed via the internet. The benefits of making this system can provide convenience to business owners in organizing, and processing data, and information and increasing sales effectiveness. The benefits of this system can provide convenience to the people of Sukoharjo, Pringsewu in particular and outsiders in general in terms of getting information about Rani Boutique. This system was built using the waterfall development method which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, implementation and maintenance.
