Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menyelidiki pengaruh Syariah Compliance Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Koperasi Keuangan Mikro Islam. Studi Kasus pada BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Teknik  analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria sampel. Pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada Nasabah BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian menemukan bahwa secara sharia compliance berkorelasi cukup kuat.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a very popular strategy and is used by almost all marketers throughout the world. This is the influence of the internet and the increasingly developing world of technology, making the internet a very potential market. Digital marketing has many advantages over traditional marketing. These benefits include easy access to a wider target market, lower costs and two-way communication with potential customers. So it is not easy to build a successful digital marketing advertising business. However, when you start with digital marketing, things get much better. The method used in this research uses the waterfall model development method, the reason is because the work model is linear which minimizes errors, and the production is structured and the direction is clear. Identifying problems with the sales system and producing an information system that can make it easier for the owner to manage his business and attract customers' interest in purchasing/ordering the products being sold. The result of this research is a sales promotion information system that can make it easier for owners to manage their business and can improve the quality of their service and increase the number of customers through a sales promotion system and make it easier for buyers to make purchases and order products for sale.

Abstract

To achieve the desired goals, the organization must strive to provide enthusiasm and motivation to its employees. This motivation is not only positive motivation but also negative motivation, other ways that an organization can do is by providing satisfaction to its employees. There you can see how the existing employees work. The organization must also understand what the complaints of its employees are, so that there will be no strikes which of course have a negative impact on the organization. The problem at the Belitang III OKU Timur District Office is how motivation affects Increasing Employee Job Satisfaction, and the goal achieved is to determine the effect of work motivation on increasing employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research type. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Belitang III District Office. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. In addition, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests were carried out to ensure the quality of the data used in the study. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that most of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by the motivation variable. This shows that increasing motivation, both from intrinsic and extrinsic factors, can significantly increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

In this study entitled "The Important Role of Community Satisfaction with Indihome Wifi Service Users PT. Telkom East Oku Regency. This research is a form of collaboration and can appreciate the importance of service to the community, which in this case uses indihome internet services from PT. Telkom, which are very fast in process and very high quality and quality, especially for internet connections that have high speeds of up to 100 Mbps. This role is how much the community is satisfied as users of these services, because this is the key to success in all matters and is very influential in facing increasingly fierce and large competition in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. PT Telkom, in this case, is a service provider with the indihome brand through its subsidiaries. Indihome is a leading digital service that uses technology that is reliable in its field and one of the product innovations that is always adapted to various characters at the level of community needs, both low, medium and high class and all of that cannot be separated from technology which is very much needed right now, right? only business people and just users, namely in Digital technology which is now a mainstay as well as programs with the main goal of facilitating all matters so that they are completed quickly.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is one of the things that determines the success of a business. Customer loyalty is formed by many determining factors, including trust and service. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence trust and service have on customer loyalty both partially and simultaneously.The research method used is explanatory research, with the research population being Amelia Bakery and Cake customers. The number of samples was 130 respondents with purposive sampling data collection method with the criteria that Amelia Bakery and Cake customers are at least 16 years old and shop at least 3 times. The data was analyzed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results are: 1) trust variables partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Amelia Bakery and Cake, 2) service variables partially have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Amelia Bakery and Cake and 3) trust and service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty at Amelia Bakery and Cake.

Abstract

Electronic commerce is business activities with the aim of taking advantage, such as sellers, purchases, services, information, and trade through intermediaries, namely through computer networks, especially the internet. The products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pringsewu Regency are experiencing development but have various weaknesses including market orientation, quality of human resources, mastery of technology, market access, and capital. To improve performance and speed up and facilitate data processing and information processing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, it is necessary to create an information system for the sale of Micro, Small and Medium Business Products based on the BtoB Application and Website which can simplify the transaction and promotion process as well as ordering stock items by utilizing Website facilities. The design model used by the author in building this application is to use the Rational Unified Process (RUP) design model. With this application, it can support the transaction process and promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Products in Pringsewu Regency to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

National income is an income received by the State against the production factor it runs in a certain period of time and if the national income of an area is high, the level of welfare will also be better. This research uses qualitative research methods that take data sources from various journals and websites. The purpose of this study is to find out the amount of state income, then to find out how national income can be beneficial for the welfare of the people. The results showed that the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia reported the realization of state revenue reaching IDR 1,974.7 trillion until the end of September 2022. Meanwhile, the realization of state spending was recorded at IDR 1,913.9 trillion as of September 2022. This value grew by 5.9% (yoy) from the realization of spending in September 2021 of IDR 1,806.9 trillion. With a larger income compared to state spending, Indonesia has again scored a surplus in the state budget for the 9th time in 2022. The amount of state income will affect the welfare of the people. The government has made various efforts to make instruments to help the economy in the community, especially UMKM actors who are given additional capital.

Abstract

This research is a form of appreciation of organizational culture which can be believed in the success of employee in achieving success in each organization by development for the sake of smooth running of tasks in a compay or agency. Organizational culture is one way to build human resources for a company or agency throught several aspect of changing existing attitudes and behavior. This aims to make employess better and always be able to adapt early in facingperformanace challenges in the industrial era. Towords society, thi is where the function of human resource management is needed effectively and efficiently. Culture in the organization it self is a social force that is always invisible. However, in this case it turns out that it can mobilize the people within it to do the job as a whole. An employee oe employee in the organization will study adapt to the prevailing culture and be to judge what is goog and bad, right and wrong, permissible and not. Carried out in accordance with the regulations that have been made and agreed upon previously. Basically, the role of organizational culture triggers the beliefs and principle of an organization for the progress of the company or agency as a result of work done in team and working together.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rekrutmen dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap produktifitas kerjakaryawan CV. XYZ Kabupaten Pringsewu Provinsi Lampung. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu jenis penelitian yang menguji pengaruh antara variable independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV.XYZ Kabupaten Pringsewu, dengan jumlah sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menyatakan bahwa rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kompetensi karyawan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menyatakan bahwa Rekrutmen dan Kompetensi karyawan secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan

Abstract

Tracer study results is used to make meaningful decisions regarding study design and practical solutions based on tracer study results. The results of the tracer study conducted at IST AKPRIND provide many benefits because apart from being monitoring, the tracer study also serves as feedback for study programs and institutions to evaluate and support an independent learning curriculum so that graduates can meet the needs of society and the demands of the world of work. Currently, the implementation of tracer studies at IST AKPRIND is carried out by each study program. Data collection and coordination of tracer studies are carried out by the Student Administration Section. Although not optimal, IST AKPRIND continues to make improvements and innovations to obtain the desired data. With the assistance of the tracer study facilitation program which was organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, it’s hoped that response rate will increase. The research method used is a quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires were distributed to graduates throughout 2019 and 2020. The results of the study explain that the competencies possessed by graduates are in accordance with the needs of the world of work and the relevance or linkage between the fields between the fields of science and alumni work is at a close level.
