Abstract

E-Commerce adalah penyebaran, pembelian, penjualan, pemasaran barang, dan jasa melalui sistem elektronik, seperti internet, televisi, www, atau jaringan komputer lainnya. ECommerce dapat melibatkan transfer dana elektronik, pertukaran data elektronik, sistem manajemen inventori otomatis, dan sistem pengumpulan data otomatis. Industri teknologi informasi melihat kegiatan ECommerce ini sebagai aplikasi dan penerapan dari e-bisnis (ebusiness) yang berkaitan dengan transaksi komersial. Salah satu perusahaan E-Commerce yang menawarkan kredit online adalah Shopee.co.id. Shopee adalah platform perdagangan elektronik yang diluncurkan pada tahun 2015 di bawah naungan SEA Group yang berkantor pusat di Singapura. Hingga saat ini Shopee telah memperluas jangkauannya ke Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam dan Filipina Shopee memberikan fasilitas pembayaran shopee paylater dalam melakukan transaksi, tidak menutupi kemungkinan dalam praktik jual beli kredit secara online tidak lepas dari suatu permasalahan . Dalam Penerimaan setiap Fasilitas Pinjaman, Anda akan dikenakan biaya penggunaan Layanan dan biaya-biaya lainnya sebagaimana ditentukan dalam perjanjian Pinjaman. Besaran denda tersebut tidak disebutkan, bahkan dalam rincian pembayaran juga tidak dicantumkan. Denda tersebut berlaku untuk cicilan 2, 3, dan 6 bulan. saja, sedangkan untuk program Beli Sekarang Bayar Nanti. Selain terdapat bunga juga terdapat biaya-biaya lainnyaPenelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan jenis metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan didalam masyarakat itu sendiri atau dalam instansi yang bersangkutan secara langsung di lapangan untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu studi literatur yang kegiatannya mencari literatur, melokalisasi, dan menganalisis dokumen yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti dengan menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu hasil kajian pustaka berupa buku serta data pendukung yaitu wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Menurut Pandangan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah pada Penggunan Shopee Paylater ini termasuk ke dalam pasal yang berhubungan dengan akad qardh yang dimana telah diatur ke dalam pasal 20 ayat 36 yang menjelaskan tentang pengertian Qard dan Pasal pasal yang terkait dengan akad qard diantaranya pada pasal 606, pasal 607, pasal 608 dan pasal 609 hukum ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa / Kelurahan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemaca OKU Selatan adalah bagaimana pengaruh fungsi koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa / Kelurahan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemaca OKU Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner serta studi kepustakaan. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh r = 0,099, setelah dikonsultasikan dengan standar konservatif ternyata 0,099 terletak antara 0,000 - 0,199 yang termasuk pada korelasi sangat rendah. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sangat rendah antara fungsi koordinasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Seksi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa / Kelurahan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Buay Pemaca OKU Selatan. Kemudian untuk menjawab uji hipotesis yang diajukan pada bab sebelumnya mempunyai hubungan atau tidak, maka di uji dengan uji hipotesa dan didapat ( t ) tabel = 1,860, sedangkan ( t ) hitung = 0,280 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ( t ) hitung ( t ) tabel atau    ( t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel ), sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan pada bab sebelumnya tidak dapat diterima dan tidak terbukti

Abstract

The use of technology in agriculture or in terms of assisting the state in helping to increase the trade-in coconut commodities can be very helpful, especially for those of the lower class who have commodity trading businesses. Small traders and natural coconut collectors marketed coconut commodities during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, commodity prices soared but in terms of marketing, it was still not efficient, especially in small villages. So it can be expected that with this research an application system is built. can help coconut traders promote and market commodities more efficiently with a wider reach. The method used in designing application systems is the waterfall method, which uses the Java programming language in designing applications that are more efficient. The types of payment methods that can be done can use the method by credit card or in cash where consumers can also directly review the place. With this transaction, consumers can have more confidence in the quality of the commodities presented and can establish a relationship with the business owner directly. already done using an Android-based trading application showing the application can run well with the payment methods provided with product promotion features that can be reviewed directly by the buyer.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 on the movement of financing values, many have experienced a decline, including Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, all financing values classified as productive assets at Bank Muamalat Indonesia experienced turmoil in their intermediary function which tended to decline. Changes that occur in the value of financing are a reflection of the performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia itself and are a response to various external factors in Indonesia. This research formulated other problems, 1) How was the movement of financing products before the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2) How was the movement of financing products during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia 3) Were there significant differences in financing products before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The amount of financing sampled in this study is limited to murabahah, istisna, qardh, mudharabah, musyarakah, and ijarah financing. The analytical method used is descriptive comparative analysis with data processing using the SPSS 25 program. In this study, the results obtained based on the paired sample t-test differed that there were significant differences in murabahah, istisna', qardh, musyarakah financing with successive values of 0.000, 0.000, 0.011, 0.045 and there were no significant differences in mudharabah financing before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with a value of 0.455. Meanwhile, the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test for ijarah financing with a value of 0.028 indicate that there were significant differences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

Green marketing has become one of the strategic approaches used by companies to support business sustainability efforts in the modern era. This concept refers to the implementation of environmentally friendly marketing practices, both in terms of products, production processes, and marketing communications to consumers. This study aims to explore consumer perceptions of green marketing and how the implementation of this strategy affects the sustainability of the company's business. The study uses a qualitative method with a literature analysis approach to understand consumer trends and perceptions in general from various previous studies. The results of the study indicate that effective green marketing can increase consumer loyalty, provided that consumers have a positive perception of the company's credibility and transparency in promoting environmentally friendly products. Negative perceptions, such as misleading green claims (greenwashing), can have a negative impact on the company's reputation and affect long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital on residual proceeds (SHU) on PNPM Savings and Loans for Semendawai Tribe III in East OKU Regency. The liquidity level of PNPM Savings and Loans for the Kerujon Village in Semendawai Sub-District III of East OKU Regency from 2016-2018 experienced a fluctuating situation and even tended to decline. The PNPM Savings and Loans Women's liquidity level in Kerujon Village can be used as a basis for evaluation in the coming years, where in 2016 the current ratio is 202%, which means that every current debt is Rp. 1.00 guaranteed by current assets of Rp. 2.0%. If viewed from the level of activity based on Woring Capital Turn Over (WCTO) in the form of turnover of elements of working capital, it is in a fluctuating position and worsens with a still low turnover rate. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the amount of funds is unemployed so that it can be proven that the management of working capital in PNPM Savings and Loans in the Village of Kerujon is less optimum.

Abstract

His study aims to determine the effect of Job Analysis and Job Design partially or simultaneously on HR Planning at the Youth and Sports Office of Banyuasin Regency. The population of this research is all employees, totaling 108 people at the Youth and Sports Office of Banyuasin Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 31 civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination (R2) The results of this study indicate that: 1) Based on the hypothesis test of the F test, the variables of job analysis and job design on HR planning show a significant value of 0.457 0.05, meaning that simultaneously job analysis and job design have no significant effect on HR planning. 2) Based on the hypothesis test, the t-test variable Position Analysis on HR planning shows a significant value of 0.327 0.05, meaning that partially Job Analysis has no significant effect on HR Planning. 3) Based on the hypothesis test, the t-test of the Job Design variable on HR Planning shows a significant value of 0.444 0.05, meaning that partially the Job Design variable has no significant effect on HR Planning.

Abstract

Service is one of the factors that determine customer satisfaction. customer satisfaction. Servqual which is the basis for measuring service quality consists of of Tangible, Realibility, responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. This study aims to determine the effect of Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Aldo customer satisfaction. Photography partially and simultaneously.This research is quantitative research associative research, with the population being Aldo Photography customers. The number of research samples is 170 samples where the sample determination uses purposive sampling method with sample criteria are Aldo Photography customers starting from 2020-2024. The type of data used is survey data by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google form and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation. analysis and multiple correlation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence customer confidence in customer decisions in pet inpatient care services at Junior Petshop, Lubuklinggau City. Data collection was carried out by observation and interviews. Data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are what factors influence customer confidence in customer decisions in pet inpatient care services at Junior Petshop, Lubuklinggau City. Judging from trust, it is influenced by factors such as reputation and perceived quality. Reputation can be important to build a consumer's trust in the seller because the consumer does not have personal experience with the seller. Reputation by word of mouth can also be the key to consumer interest. The appearance and design of the company can also influence the first impression that is formed. Meanwhile, the factors that influence customer decisions are caused by cultural factors, social factors and personal factors. Cultural factors include nationality, religion, racial group and geographic area. Social factors are influenced by the reference group, family, and the role and social status of the community, while personal factors include age and life cycle stage, occupation, economic conditions, lifestyle, and the buyer's personality and self-concept.

Abstract

Fiscal policy according to Islamic economics is expected to carry out the functions of allocation, distribution, and stabilization in a country that has certain characteristics of value orientation, and ethical and social dimensions in the income and expenditure of Islamic countries. The focus of the discussion lies on Fiscal policy in Islamic Economics. The purpose of this study is to determine fiscal policy in Islamic economics. The results of the fiscal policy research referred to Islamic teachings precisely according to the social, political, and economic conditions that existed at that time. However, the application of fiscal policy at that time was not necessarily easy to apply today due to constraints, and political, social, and global economic conditions which were quite dominant. So the implementation of fiscal policy, although it cannot be exactly the same as that used in the early days of Islam, needs to adhere to Islamic principles regarding state revenues and expenditures that are oriented towards welfare and a fair distribution of wealth in society.
