Abstract

This article discusses the concept of business competition from an Islamic economic perspective. Islam regulates how to get sustenance in a good, lawful, and clean way. One form of seeking sustenance is by doing business. Ethics in business is a knowledge of procedures for managing a business that pays attention to the norms. One of the things regulated in Islam is ethics in business competition. The competition itself has meaning when organizations or individuals compete to achieve the goals desired by consumers, market share, survey rankings, or the resources needed. When Islam allows business and encourages the wheels of the economy to run, Islam allows the implementation of business competition as long as it is within the corridors of fairness and by Islamic law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal and external factors that influence marketing strategies in the Fathan Mandiri MSME business using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach. With the development of technology, electronic commerce-based marketing is one method that is expected to help MSMEs expand their markets and increase sales. Through a SWOT analysis, this study found that the strength of Fathan Mandiri MSMEs lies in good product quality and competitive prices. However, the weaknesses faced are the limited human resources who master technology and low brand awareness. Opportunities that can be utilized include the growth of the e-commerce market in Indonesia and government support for the digitalization of MSMEs. On the other hand, the threats faced are tight competition in the online market and changes in consumer preferences. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategic recommendations given are to increase human resource capacity in the use of technology, strengthen branding and promotion through e-commerce platforms, and take advantage of collaboration opportunities with third parties to expand marketing networks. Thus, Fathan Mandiri MSMEs are expected to be more competitive and develop in the digital era.

Abstract

Salah  satu  lembaga  keuangan  yang sedang berkembang pesat adalah lembaga keuangan yang berbasis syariah  yang mana dalam pelayanan jasa keungan ini sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan. Lembaga Baitul Maa l(rumah dana), merupakan lembaga bisnis dan sosial yang pertama dibangun oleh Nabi. Lembaga ini berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan. BMT Assafi’iyah merupakan BMT yang berada di Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus, pada penelitian ini didapat hasil penelitian bahwa Kepemimpinan Islami dan Tingkat Kepercayaan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif sebersar 23,7% terhadap Kinerja BMT Assafiyah.

Abstract

Tapis Marga Kaya is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) engaged in the manufacture of Tapis Cloth. The preparation of the production budget is basically planning how much the budgeted costs will be for the coming year. The preparation of the production budget has a broader scope, including with regard to how many products will be produced, how the production process will be carried out, and how much budget will be spent on the production process. The problem faced in this study is how the influence of the production budget on the smooth production of Tapis Marga Kaya. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by conducting interviews, observing documentation, literature studies and questionnaires, using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The data was taken using a questionnaire which was distributed to 16 employee respondents at Tapis Marga Kaya. From the results of data processing, it was found that the price (r) = 0.6947 which has a fairly strong correlation and the value of t-count = 4.6512 when compared with the t-table at the 95% confidence level with a 5% degree of error obtained at 1.782. Because the value of t-count t-table, then the hypothesis put forward can be accepted. The conclusion drawn is that the budget is reduced by 2.62%. There is an increase in the smooth production of 26.15%. This means that Tapis Marga Kaya can prepare the production budget. Suggestion, calculate carefully first before preparing the production budget.

Abstract

Study This aim for analyze online marketing strategies in increase turnover sales in home industry Tapis cloth in South Lampung. Tapis cloth is one of them product craft Typical of Lampung which has wide market potential, both domestically and internationally international. However, in face increasing competition strict, home industry Filter cloth is necessary adopting effective marketing strategies, for one through online marketing. Method used in study This is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), which involves identification Internal and external factors that influence home industry Tapis cloth. Analysis This help in formulate the right strategy for increase Power competition and turnover sale. Research result show that home industry strengths Tapis fabric lies in quality high quality and unique products design traditional. However, weaknesses include limitations in understanding digital technology and limitations source Power man. Main opportunities is increasing trend online shopping and requests to product local. Temporary that is, the threats faced including competition from product kind and change fast market trends. Based on SWOT analysis, is recommended several online marketing strategies that can be applied, like social media optimization, e-commerce usage, and improvements digital skills of actor industry. With implementation of this strategy, it is hoped that the home industry South Lampung Tapis cloth available increase turnover sales and expand market reach significant.

Abstract

Dayat Shoes merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan berbagai macam model sepatu, dimana proses promosi dan penjualannya masih bersifat konvensional. Artinya pelanggan harus mendatangi toko Dayat Shoes untuk dapat melakukan pembelian produk.  Pembangunan system e-commerce pada Dayat Shoes merupakan langkah untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan promosi produk sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan.  Tujuan membangun sistem e-commerce penjualan sepatu ini pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan produk tanpa harus datang ke toko Dayat Shoes, pihak toko pun dapat mengatasi masalah pemesanan sehingga memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang produk toko Dayat Shoes.  Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan program php dan database MySQL dan editor menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver 2004. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan diimplementasikan e-commerce pad toko Dayat Shoes ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana promosi penjualan yang dapat di akses dimanapun dan kapanpun, proses pembelian dapat secara langsung tanpa harus datang ke toko, serta mempermudah proses transaksi pembelian produk.

Abstract

Saat ini hampir seluruh aktivitas kehidupan manusia sudah tidak bisa terlepas dari penggunaan teknologi informasi seperti perdagangan dan pemasaran. Persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif merupakan salah satu dampak dari perkembangan teknologi, untuk itu para pelaku bisnis perlu melakukan inovasi dan strategi baru untuk bersaing di era teknologi dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknogi itu sendiri seperti memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai media pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang platform digital sebagai media pemasaran untuk mempermudah proses pemasaran distributor hasil pertanian desa pekalongan lampung timur. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model prototype. Hasil penelitian implementasi pengolahan sistem pemasaran berbasis web mobile pada distributor hasil pertanian desa pekalongan tidak perlu lagi dilakukan secara manual melalui perantara teman ataupun kerabat dari mulut-kemulut menjadi tersistem menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan data karna sudah adanya sistem basis data atau database.

Abstract

Supporting the progress and development of an organization really needs to be done seriously and continuously in all fields and all aspects of life. The availability of quality human resources and a high work ethic is the main capital for an organization to be on par with other organizations. The problem faced is how does planning affect the performance of employees of the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office Pin 1 Review Office Ogan Komering Ulu. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of planning on the performance of employees in the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office Pin 1 Review Ogan Komering Ulu Office and to be useful as reference material for further research regarding employee planning and performance. The hypothesis proposed is that planning has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office, Pin 1 Review Office, Ogan Komering Ulu. Data collection and processing using library studies and field studies using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. From the results of the discussion, it was found that there was a correlation between planning in an effort to improve the performance of employees in the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office, Pin 1 Office for the Ogan Komering Ulu Review, an r figure of 0.57 was obtained. After consulting with conservative standards, it is between 0.400- 0.599 which is included in the moderate correlation. So it can be said that there is a moderate influence between planning on the performance of employees of the Palm Oil Division at the PTP Mitra Ogan Office Pin 1 Review Office Ogan Komering Ulu.

Abstract

Online shopping is increasingly important to modern consumers, with Live Streaming as a marketing innovation on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. This feature allows sellers to demonstrate products live, increase interaction, and provide a unique shopping experience. This study uses a questionnaire to Shopee Live users and analyzes the data with the t test and f test through SPSS to evaluate the effect of Brand Image, Customer Loyalty, and Live Streaming Host on purchasing decisions. The results show that all three factors significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a positive Brand Image increasing consumer trust and Customer Loyalty encouraging emotional commitment. In addition, professional and interactive hosts also play an important role in building trust and a pleasant atmosphere for consumers. The findings provide insights for marketers in designing more effective marketing strategies in the digital age.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the influence of Debt, Capital and Profit on State-Owned Commercial Banks (Persero) both simultaneously partially (individually) or simultaneously (together) on Profits in State-Owned Commercial Banks (Persero) in Indonesia stock exchange. The financial phenomenon in state-owned banks generally looks good. The highest NPL (non-performing loans) value of 4.0% occurred in Bank Mandiri in 2016. This figure is close to insecure because Bank Indonesia has determined that the ratio of non-performing loans (NPL) is 5%. Meanwhile the highest value of banking capability in generating profits was at Bank Rakyat Indonesia with a value of 4.19% in 2015. This means that the greater the profit value, the better the ability of banks to generate profits.The population of this study is the authors take secondary data in the form of documents in the form of annual financial statements consisting of debt and capital and profits of state-owned banks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008-2017, where the data can be accessed directly at www.idx.co.id . The results of data processing using SPSS version 24 show that there is an influence (partially) between the Influence of Debt (X1) on the profit of BUMN banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Y) of 16.4%, and there is an effect (partially) between the variables of Capital Effect (X2) on the profits of BUMN banks in the Exchange Indonesian Securities (Y) of 0.6% and the variable Debt Influence and Capital Influence together (simultaneously) affect the profit of BUMN banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange by 16.6% while the rest are influenced by other factors not included in research model.
