Abstract

Teacher performance is closely related to increasing teacher empowerment where teachers must be able to independently criticize the curriculum, be able to manage their classes and teaching materials and be able to improve their teaching methods efficiently. Many factors can affect teacher performance including the leadership of the principal and teacher professionalism. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of teacher leadership and professionalism on teacher performance both personally and simultaneously. This research was conducted at SDN 001 Panipahan, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research was conducted for 3 (months) months starting in June 2022 until August 2022. The research data consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained using questionnaires, observations and research files. The population of this study were all teachers at SDN 001 Panipahan, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 32 people and all of them were used as a census. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test using an alpha of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the principal's leadership had a partially significant effect on teacher performance. This shows that the better the leadership attitude shown by the school principal, the more positive impact it will have on improving teacher performance. The result of testing the hypothesis is that teacher professionalism has a partially significant effect on teacher performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis show that principal leadership and teacher professionalism have a significant simultaneous effect on teacher performance at SDN 001 Panipahan, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on the sales volume of bottled drinking water of CV Bio Ite Sui. The method used in this research is quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, documentation and observation. The results of this study are 1) Based on the results of the t test between X1 (Product) on Y (Sales Volume) has a significant value of 0.003, therefore 0.003 ≤ 0.05, so there is a significant influence between Products on Sales Volume of bottled drinking water at CV Bio Karya Ite. And based on the results of the Determination Coefficient test between Variable X1 on Y. has a value of R Square value of 729, meaning that there is a strong influence between products on sales volume.2) Based on the results of the t test between Variable X2 (Price) on Y (Sales Volume) has a significant value of 0.000, therefore 0.000 ≤ 0.05, so there is a significant influence between price on Sales Volume of bottled drinking water at CV Bio Karya Ite, and based on the results of the Determination test of Variable X2 (Price) on Y (Sales Volume) has a value of R Square value of 813, which means that there is a very strong influence between price and sales volume.3) Based on the results of the t test between Variable X3 (Promotion) on Y (Sales Volume) has a significant value of 0.002, therefore 0.002 ≤ 0.05, so there is a significant influence between Promotion on Sales Volume of bottled drinking water at CV Bio Karya Ite. And based on the results of the determination test of Variable X3 (promotion) against Y (Sales Volume) has a value of R Square value of 561, which means that there is a strong enough influence between promotion on sales volume.4) Based on the results of the t test between Variable X4 (Place) against Y (Sales Volume) has a significant value of 0.000, therefore 0.000 ≤ 0.05, this means that X4 on Y has a significant influence so that there is a significant influence between Place on Sales Volume of bottled drinking water at CV Bio Karya Ite. And based on the results of the determination test, variable X4 (place) on Y (Sales Volume) has an R Square value of 775, which means that there is a strong influence between Promotion on Sales Volume. 5) Based on the results of the F test, the significant value is ≤ 0.05.  From the table above, it can be seen that the significant value of the F test results between variables X1, X2, X3 and X4 (Product, Price, Promotion and Place) on Y (Sales Volume) has a significant value of 0.000, therefore 0.000 ≤ 0.05, this means that X1, X2, X3 and X4 on Y simultaneously have a significant effect. So that the results of the hypothesis in this study are that there is a significant influence between Product, Price, Promotion and Place on the sales volume of bottled drinking water CV Bio Karya Ite.

Abstract

Keterikatan emosional konsumen kepada merek merupakan tema yang menarik untuk diteliti. Berbagai literatur membahas mengenai faktor yang berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan keterikatan merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai literatur mengenai faktor-faktor yang mampu berperan untuk meningkatkan keterikatan merek. Berbagai penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan merek, kepribadian merek dan brand authenticity mampu berperan meningkatkan keterikatan merek. Keterikatan merek masoh menjadi salah satu kunci sukses memasarkan merek. Memahami faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi peningkatan keterikatan merek, sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan strategi yang tepat. Bagi akademisi berguna untuk mengembangkan penelitian dengan tema yang sama di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Advances in technology in the field of transportation, as well as the fact that currently, the internet is very influential on citizens in living their lives have made people dependent on smartphones and the internet. This opportunity has made business founders present online-based motorcycle taxis.  Application-based ordering that smartphone users easily download, both Android and iOS systems.  Student activities in general are also inseparable from other supporting interests such as preparing food, managing clothing, health, and other socio-cultural activities (going to church, mosques, organizing arts and sports, and so on).  Likewise, lecture activities that are all disciplined require students to be present on time, which will be directly related to the use of transportation equipment, especially online motorcycle taxis.  Campus online motorcycle taxi transportation is one of the online-based motorcycle taxi service providers.  Consumers only need to order via their respective smartphones if they want to go somewhere.  Not only taking us, but campus online motorcycle taxis also provide food delivery services, better known as delivery orders.  This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer satisfaction on campus online motorcycle taxi services.  This study used a quantitative approach and analyzed data with the help of the smartpls3 program.  The results showed an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction.  This is evidenced by the P value of 0.000, it can be said to be influential because the P value is below 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership principal, School Climate And Achievement Motivation To Commitment Of Teacher SMK N east Oku Timur Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. This study was a quantitative descriptive research, the population in this study are all public school teachers in the SMK Negeri east Oku Timur Provinsi Sumatera Selatan 330 teacher, with a sample of 101 teachers. Data was collected by questionnaire. Analysis of data using path analysis (path analysis) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that Leadership Principal significantly influence teachers' Commitment, School Climate significant effect on teacher Commitment, achievement motivation significant effect on the School Climate of teachers. Leadership Principal, School Climate, achievement motivation jointly significant effect on Commitment Of Teacher.

Abstract

Electronic Commerce is one of the developments in technology and the internet, which is an internet service that is utilized for buying and selling online. Electronic commerce can involve electronic funds transfer, electronic data exchanges, automated inventory management systems and automated data collection systems. This research was conducted to design and build mobile web-based E-commerce applications with the B to C concept after testing using mobile information systems. Data collection uses observation, interview and literature study. The implementation of this mobile web-based application was designed using the Hypertext Preprocesseor programming language and My Structured Query Language. This design model uses the waterfall method by conducting a case study research that analyzes how to make it easier for consumers to obtain information about goods offered by the cake shop from the system that has been made can be concluded, in terms of the product sales process, product information, and the ordering process products desired by consumers implementing e-commerce with the BtoC concept increase consumer confidence by taking into account the determinants of trust such as maintaining reputation by providing reliable services, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sharia online trading system (SOTS) yang diajarkan di sekolah pasar modal IDX Lampung terhadap minat investasi syariah di Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form. Wawancara terhadap staf IDX Lampung juga dilakukan. Sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 125 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.  Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 19.0 serta. Sampel merupakan para peserta yang pernah mengikuti sekolah pasar modal yang dilenggarakan oleh IDX Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil uji t nilai signifikan sharia online trading system (SOTS) adalah sebesar 0,00 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa variabel secara berpengaruh terhadap  minat investasi syariah. Hasil wawancara terhadap staf IDX Lampung  menjelaskan bahwa IDX Lampung terus berkomintmen melakukan pelatihan pasar modal di Lampung yang mempunyai komitemen kuat terhadap tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Diharapkan setelah mengikuti sekolah psar modal maka masyarakat mempunyai literasi yang tinggi, memahami pemanfaatan sharia online trading system (SOTS) dan ikut berkontribusi untuk mengebangkan dan meningkatkan praktik investasi syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

There needs to be a way or strategy to market a product, both goods and services. The marketing strategy through personalized advertising carried out by Arminareka through marketing or its team leaders has succeeded in attracting its pilgrims or customers, and through personalizing WhatsApp media advertising, it has proven that consumer loyalty, in this case Umrah pilgrims, can be created more effectively and optimally in attracting potential pilgrims. The method used in this research uses qualitative methods with triangulation analysis tools. The marketing mix created with the 7 Ps can maximize the satisfaction of the congregation. High prices are a standard benchmark that proves that the facilities and services obtained are in accordance with what the congregation has spent "there is a price and there is quality"

Abstract

Tapis is one of Lampung's traditional products with a special pattern of gold and silver threads, the process of making tapis cloth is quite complicated and must be done manually so it takes weeks. This is what makes filter cloth a relatively expensive price. In Baturaja Village, Waylima is still limited and there is a lack of understanding about online marketing. The strategy that will be carried out in increasing production and how to market production in the digital era is by means of several stages of activities, which include preparation, market survey, production process. In carrying out the promotion, several promotional strategies will be carried out, namely Instagram, brochures, and other online media. This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of android-based filter craft as an effort to increase the empowerment of housewives and teenagers in Baturaja Waylima Village.

Abstract

Dewi Shop is an online business that sells clothes. Many ways done in doing business Goddess Store one of them by using social media on smartphone. The transaction process using this social media in value is still less effective due to limited info, and ordering manually so that it will slow down the transaction process and the possibility of errors. These problems can be solved by making mobile commerce applications that can directly view and conduct product ordering transactions. Mobile commerce is a development of e-commerce so that transaction process services or goods can use mobile devices. Currently the most popular smartphone device is Android Smartphone. Android is an information system that uses an open source linux kernel that uses java as a programming language making it easier for developers to create apps on android. The writer in this research will design and make android application as ordering media at Dewi Shop by using data collection method, and application development method.
