Abstract

The development of social media has driven changes in marketing strategies, particularly through the use of influencer endorsements and customer testimonials as a means of building consumer trust in the local fashion industry. Although these strategies are increasingly implemented, previous studies have shown inconsistent findings regarding their influence on consumers’ purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of influencer endorsements and customer testimonials on purchasing decisions for local fashion products in Bandung City. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design, involving a sample of 154 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that influencer endorsements and customer testimonials have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide practical implications for local fashion businesses in designing more effective social media–based digital marketing strategies

Abstract

The development of the financial services industry requires insurance companies to improve their promotional strategies and service quality to attract consumer interest. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotional strategies and service quality on consumer interest in choosing AXA Mandiri insurance products at Bank Mandiri Rancaekek Branch. The study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that promotional strategies and service quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer interest, both partially and simultaneously. Service quality had a more dominant influence than promotional strategies. It was concluded that increasing consumer interest in AXA Mandiri insurance products requires effective promotions as well as professional and reliable service

Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamics of the relationship between financial inclusion, financial literacy, and Indonesia's economic growth during the 2013–2025 period. With the Indonesia Emas 2045 agenda as context, the study highlights structural issues in the form of the gap between expanding access to financial services (inclusion) and public understanding (literacy). Using a quantitative approach through the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, the study tests for the existence of long-term cointegration while estimating short-term adjustment mechanisms through error correction. Stationarity tests indicate a combination of degrees of integration I(0) and I(1), making the selection of ARDL (1, 0, 0) relevant. The main results confirm the existence of a cointegration relationship: financial inclusion has a positive and significant impact on GDP in the long run with a coefficient of 0.15, while financial literacy contributes positively, primarily through strengthening more stable consumption behavior. The Error Correction Term (ECT) coefficient of -0.68 indicates a relatively rapid recovery process, with approximately 68% of the deviation from the long-run equilibrium corrected within one year. The research's contribution lies in utilizing the latest post-pandemic data and evaluating the implications of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (SNKI). Policy recommendations emphasize a shift from solely focusing on infrastructure expansion to strengthening the capabilities of financial service users, in order to mitigate the risks of predatory inclusion and ensure higher-quality and sustainable growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Social Media, E-Commerce, and Accounting Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interest. The research location is the location where the research was conducted. The researcher chose Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) as the research location. This research will be conducted by filling out a Google Form which will be distributed online to the subjects of this research that are Accounting Students of the 2021 and 2022 classes. Data processing carried out in this study is by computer using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 25.0. The results of the study showed that social media has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Thus, the results of this study provide the conclusion that the first hypothesis in this study is accepted. This hypothesis is obtained from the results of the t-test, stating that social media has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. E-Commerce has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Thus, the results of this study provide the conclusion that the second hypothesis in this study is accepted. This hypothesis is obtained from the results of the t-test, stating that E-Commerce has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Accounting Knowledge has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Thus, the results of this study conclude that the third hypothesis in this study is accepted. This hypothesis, obtained from the t-test, states that Accounting Knowledge has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is defined as a deep commitment to making a repeat purchase or recommending a particular product or service even though there are alternative options that may be more appealing. Customer loyalty can be affected by several factors, including trust, quality of service, and brand image. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of trust, service quality, and brand image simultaneously on the loyalty of Gojek users in Serang City. This study uses a quantitative approach where the sample in this study is 96 respondents who are Gojek customers in Serang City who use Gojek services, using the purposive sampling method. The results of the research on trust variables, service quality, and brand image have a simultaneous significant influence on the loyalty of Gojek users. It is evidenced by the value of F calculated 20.645 > F table 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 < α (0.05). The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that 40.2% of customer loyalty valriation can be explained by all three independent variables. Meanwhile, 59.8% were influenced by other variables outside this research model. The conclusion of the results of this study provides that the combination of customer trust, as well as good service quality and strong brand image, plays an important role in increasing the loyalty of Gojek users in Serang City. Gojek needs to continue to improve these aspects in order to maintain and expand its loyal customer base.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the dynamic and asymmetric responses of Islamic banking financing risk (Non-Performing Financing/NPF) in Indonesia to macroeconomic variable shocks, specifically Economic Growth (IPI), Inflation, and Exchange Rate. This research is motivated by the urgency of risk mitigation amidst the post-pandemic "pseudo-stability" phenomenon and the inconsistency of prior literature findings dominated by linear approaches. Such conventional approaches are considered less accurate in capturing the behavior of fluctuating macroeconomic variables. The unit of analysis is the national Islamic banking industry using monthly time-series data from January 2015 to September 2025. The data analysis technique employs the Non-Linear Autoregressive Distributed Lag (NARDL) estimation, which decomposes independent variables into positive and negative shock components, complemented by the Wald Test for statistical asymmetry validation and the Error Correction Term (ECT) to measure adjustment speed. The results reveal variable-specific patterns: (1) Economic Growth (IPI) exhibits a dominant negative effect but is symmetric, indicating that the profit-loss sharing mechanism effectively distributes risk proportionally according to the business cycle; (2) Inflation has no significant long-term effect, proving the resilience of Islamic banking customers supported by cash flow certainty in Murabahah contracts; and (3) The Exchange Rate is proven to have a significant asymmetric effect. Rupiah depreciation dynamics have a far more destructive impact on asset quality compared to the improvements during appreciation, confirming the validity of the non-linear balance sheet channel. Systemically, Islamic banking demonstrates robust stability with an estimated self-recovery time of approximately 4.4 months. This study recommends the implementation of asymmetric hedging strategies for banking management and the calibration of dual-scenario stress testing policies for regulators to maintain financial system stability.

Abstract

Research on Generation Z expectations and their consequences in the workplace in various countries remains relatively scarce. This scarcity motivated this study to analyze the antecedents of intention to stay among Gen Z in Indonesia, specifically in Karanganyar Regency. In line with this phenomenon and the research gap, this study will replicate previous research to test the consistency of research on the influence of person-organization fit, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on intention to stay among Generation Z in Karanganyar Regency. The population of this study was Generation Z employees working in private and government companies in Karanganyar Regency, an unknown number of whom were selected. The sample size was 100 employees, calculated using the Leedy formula. The sample was drawn using a purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: (1) Born between 1997 and 2004; (2) Working in the Karanganyar area; (3) Having a minimum of 1 year of service; and (4) Generation Z employees being at least 21 years old. Data collection used a questionnaire scored on a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing used the t-test. The t-test results show that (1) Person-organization fit has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay among Generation Z in Karanganyar Regency, supported by a p-value of 0.001 < 0.05, thus confirming Hypothesis 1. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay among Generation Z in Karanganyar Regency, supported by a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus confirming Hypothesis 2. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to stay among Generation Z in Karanganyar Regency, supported by a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus confirming Hypothesis 3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Mandailing Natal dalam membantu pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mengurus Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui sistem OSS-RBA. UMKM merupakan pilar penting perekonomian Indonesia karena menyumbang lebih dari 60% terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) nasional serta menyerap sekitar 97% tenaga kerja, sehingga legalitas usaha menjadi faktor penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) yang dilakukan selama kegiatan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Koperasi dan UKM memiliki tiga peran utama dalam membantu pengurusan NIB, yaitu peran edukatif melalui sosialisasi pentingnya legalitas usaha, peran fasilitatif melalui pendampingan teknis pendaftaran bagi pelaku UMKM yang memiliki keterbatasan literasi digital, serta peran administratif melalui verifikasi dan penyesuaian data agar proses penerbitan NIB berjalan lancar. Kepemilikan NIB memberikan berbagai manfaat bagi UMKM, antara lain legalitas usaha, kemudahan akses pembiayaan, peluang mengikuti program pembinaan pemerintah, perlindungan hukum, serta peningkatan daya saing usaha. Namun demikian, proses pembuatan NIB masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti kendala teknis pada sistem OSS-RBA, keterbatasan literasi digital dan jaringan internet, serta kesulitan pelaku usaha dalam memenuhi dokumen komitmen setelah NIB diterbitkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif pemerintah daerah dalam memberikan pendampingan dan pembinaan agar proses perizinan usaha dapat berjalan lebih efektif serta mendukung perkembangan UMKM di daerah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Tingkat Kemandirian Daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Barat, selama periode 2021-2024. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan realisasi anggaran dan laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi rasio efisiensi PAD dan rasio kemandirian daerah untuk menilai kemampuan pemerintah daerah dalam mengoptimalkan sumber-sumber pendapatan asli daerah serta tingkat ketergantungan terhadap dana transfer dari pemerintah pusat dan provinsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efektivitas pengelolaan PAD Provinsi Sumatera Barat bersifat fluktuatif dengan rata-rata kategori Efektif (96,05%), meskipun terjadi penurunan tren pada tahun 2023 dan 2024; (2) Efisiensi pengelolaan PAD secara konsisten berada pada kategori Sangat Efisien (rata-rata di bawah 1%), yang mencerminkan kemampuan daerah dalam menekan biaya pemungutan pendapatan; (3) Tingkat kemandirian daerah berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan pola hubungan partisipatif, di mana rata-rata rasio kemandirian mencapai 78,94%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Sumatera Barat telah berhasil mengoptimalkan pendapatan internalnya untuk membiayai kebutuhan daerah secara mandiri.

Abstract

Research objectives, analyzing the influence of service quality and brand trust on patient loyalty mediated by satisfaction. Indriati Solo Baru Hospital Polyclinic was used as an object involving 80 outpatients as samples with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of having visited at least 3 times. Data from all constructs were collected through questionnaires and data analysis techniques using path analysis. The conclusion after statistical testing proved the existence of a positive link between service quality and brand trust on patient satisfaction, then brand trust and satisfaction also influenced loyalty but service quality was not significant. Mediation testing proved that satisfaction played a role as a mediator in the influence of service quality on loyalty, but the role failed for brand trust
