Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment on employee performance at the Raba Subdistrict Office, Bima City, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of 33 employees, while the sample comprised 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count of 3.266 > t-table of 2.023 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count of 3.071 > t-table of 2.023 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work-life balance and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-count of 50.034 > F-table of 4.09 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient of 0.854 indicates a very strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.730 indicates that 73.0% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work-life balance and work environment, while the remaining 27.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, improving work-life balance and creating a conducive work environment can contribute to improving employee performance at the Raba Subdistrict Office, Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer marketing and customer reviews on consumer purchasing decisions among Shopee users in Bima City, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of Shopee users in Bima City who had made purchases through the Shopee platform. The sample comprised 50 respondents selected using purposive sampling based on the criteria of residing in Bima City, having made purchases through Shopee, and being at least 20 years old. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 2.495 and a significance value of 0.016. Meanwhile, customer reviews do not have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 1.488 and a significance value of 0.143. Simultaneously, influencer marketing and customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with an F-value of 7.751 and a significance value of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.333 indicates that influencer marketing and customer reviews explain 33.3% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 66.7% is explained by other factors outside the research model. Therefore, influencer marketing has a stronger partial role in explaining purchasing decisions among Shopee users than customer reviews.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have driven PT PLN (Persero) to undertake a digital transformation through the PLN Mobile app, a fast, easy, and efficient platform for electricity services. However, there are still customer complaints regarding delays in power outage information, unresponsive notifications, and the length of time it takes to resolve complaints, all of which can affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience and E-Service Quality on customer satisfaction among users of the PLN Mobile App at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Batu. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected via a Google Forms questionnaire from 100 respondents who are customers of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Batu and have used the PLN Mobile App, using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 through descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (t-value = 4.901; sig. = 0.000), as does E-Service Quality (t-value = 3.199; sig. = 0.002). Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (F-calculated = 57.290; sig. = 0.000) with an R-squared of 0.542. Thus, Customer Experience and E-Service Quality play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction among users of the PLN Mobile app.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Product, Perceived Value, Influencer Credibility, and Brand Image on the Purchase Decision of NPURE skincare products among Generation Z. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive and causal approach. The population consisted of green skincare users in the Jakarta area, with a sample of 180 Generation Z respondents who had used NPURE skincare products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and data were collected through an online questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that partially, Green Product (t count 3.320; sig. 0.001), Perceived Value (t count 2.662; sig. 0.009), and Influencer Credibility (t count 2.459; sig. 0.015) had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Meanwhile, Brand Image (t count 1.807; sig. 0.072) did not have a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, all four variables had a significant effect on Purchase Decision with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.496, meaning that 49.6% of the variation in Purchase Decision could be explained by the four variables, while the remaining 50.4% was influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that Generation Z considers environmental friendliness, perceived value, and influencer credibility more than brand image in their purchase decisions for NPURE skincare products.

Abstract

This study analyzes the employment absorption of graduates of the Oil and Gas Industry Education and Training Program (P2TIM) based on employment status, vocational field, training batch, work location, and employing company or institution. A descriptive quantitative design with a census approach was applied to 1,892 alumni recorded in the alumni tracer database. The data were analyzed using frequency distributions, percentages, current employment rate, previous employment absorption rate, labor market participation rate, and local placement proportion. The results show that 1,165 alumni (61.58%) were currently employed, 1,219 alumni (64.43%) had been employed, and 1,267 alumni (66.97%) had participated in the labor market. Among the 1,003 employed alumni whose work locations could be identified, 460 individuals (45.86%) worked in Teluk Bintuni/Tangguh. Welding recorded the highest employment rate (79.82%), while Scaffolding contributed the largest number of employed graduates (308 individuals). Employment rates across training batches ranged from 16.47% to 83.33%; however, these comparisons were affected by differences in the length of exposure to the labor market. The findings confirm P2TIM’s contribution to improving alumni access to employment but do not establish a causal effect on welfare because the database does not include indicators of income, consumption, pre-program conditions, or a comparison group.

Abstract

Word of Mouth (WOM) and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) are social and psychological factors that can influence an individual's decision to participate in an activity. The 2025 Jawa Pos Radar Kediri Academic Competency Competition experienced an increase in participants from 4,926 in 2024 to 5,633 in 2025, indicating the influence of social and psychological factors on decision-making. This study aims to analyze the effect of WOM and FOMO on the decision to participate in the 2025 Jawa Pos Radar Kediri Academic Competency Competition, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with the variables WOM, FOMO, and Participation Decision. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a probability sampling technique with the stratified random sampling method, obtaining 96 respondents from senior high school level participants. Data analysis used multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that WOM partially has a positive and significant effect on the participation decision (t-count 3.533 > t-table 1.985; sig. < 0.001). FOMO also has a positive and significant effect (t-count 6.842 > t-table 1.985; sig. < 0.001). The simultaneous test shows that WOM and FOMO significantly affect the participation decision (F-count 52.102 > F-table 3.094; sig. < 0.001) with an Adjusted R2 of 0.518, meaning both variables explain 51.8% of the variance in the participation decision. Organizers are advised to maintain school-based communication and foster registration urgency through real-time quota information.
